To better clarify the impact of the integration of education,science and technology,and talent on the cultivation of top-notch innovative talents in universities,this study adopts the fuzzy-set Qualitative Comparative...To better clarify the impact of the integration of education,science and technology,and talent on the cultivation of top-notch innovative talents in universities,this study adopts the fuzzy-set Qualitative Comparative Analysis(fsQCA)method.Using 23 universities in China as the research sample,the findings reveal that:(1)none of the three individual factors,education,science and technology,or talent can independently constitute either a necessary or sufficient condition for high-quality cultivation of top-notch innovative talents;(2)the sufficient condition for achieving high-quality cultivation lies in specific configurations of multiple condition variables;(3)five configurations were identified,from which three distinct paths toward achieving high-quality cultivation were derived.Accordingly,different universities can,based on their own resource endowments and local contexts,select appropriate cultivation paths to effectively enhance the quality of top-notch innovative talent training.展开更多

文摘The traditional Physical Geography teaching,focusing on theory and neglecting practice and innovation,fails to meet the needs of talent cultivation.In response to the aforementioned pedagogical challenges,this study adopts a student-centered and holistic educational philosophy,leveraging an intelligent teaching platform to develop a research-oriented teaching model.This model integrates scientific research papers and current news as context,thematic presentations as an introduction to knowledge,and field internships,annual papers,research projects,and disciplinary competitions as practical bridges.The aim is to enhance students’comprehension of the course material,foster innovative thinking and research capabilities,and drive comprehensive reform and innovation in Physical Geography courses within higher education institutions.
文摘This paper systematically studies the influencing factors and mechanism of the agglomeration of scientific and technological innovation talents in Zhejiang Province. The findings are as follows: Firstly, environmental factors such as marketization level, financial development, opening to the outside world, infrastructure construction, medical resources, educational resources, cultural resources and policy support have a positive impact on the agglomeration of scientific and technological talents in Zhejiang Province;Secondly, in the transmission mechanism of the influence of various environmental factors on the concentration of scientific and technological talents in Zhejiang, economic development plays an intermediary role, and the effect is obvious. Various environmental factors indirectly affect the concentration of scientific and technological talents in Zhejiang through economic development. Finally, although both the level and quality of economic development have significant effect on the total concentration of scientific and technological talents in Zhejiang, the mediating effect of economic development level is more significant. These studies are for Zhejiang Province. It provides a theoretical basis for cultivating high-end talents and realizing the agglomeration of scientific and technological innovation talents.
文摘Changes in classroom teaching patterns under the mixed learning environment bring about changes in the learning bases and expectations of innovative talents, and lead to new demands for teachers' teaching competence. Teachers need to improve their teaching competence to ensure the quality of personnel training. This paper holds that teachers can be made to adapt to the changes in the classroom through the exertion of the awareness spirit. A systematic system can be established to improve teachers' professional ability. It can guide self-organization construction and improve teachers' knowledge sharing level.
文摘Following the proposal of the“Emerging Engineering Education(EEE)”initiative,the cultivation of interdisciplinary innovative talents has gained increasing prominence.Currently,there exists a significant gap between the practical innovation capabilities of automotive majors in vocational colleges and the evolving demands of the industry.To address deficiencies in interdisciplinary innovative talent development programs,this study proposes an educational framework structured around“One Core,Two Dimensions,Three Levels.”Leveraging a project-driven teaching methodology and utilizing CATIA—the industry-standard 3D design software—as a central tool,we have developed a closed-loop teaching model integrating theory,modeling,simulation,and evaluation.This model underpins a newly designed automotive engineering practicum aimed at nurturing high-quality engineering talents equipped with three critical competencies:solving complex engineering challenges,digital design proficiency,and cross-disciplinary collaborative innovation.The proposed approach demonstrates potential to alleviate the structural disconnect between traditional engineering pedagogy and industry talent requirements.

文摘This paper delves into the challenges and opportunities in the current educational system and proposes an innovative talent cultivation model that integrates science,industry,and education.Through an analysis of issues such as problems with university construction mechanisms,inadequate alignment between schools and enterprises,the disconnection between theory and practice,and a lack of awareness of innovation and entrepreneurship education,this paper explores a model using geography-related majors in higher education as an example.It discusses talent cultivation strategies based on innovation,professionalism,and practical education.Additionally,this paper explores a new teaching practice model for research-based learning curriculum design,as well as the construction and implementation of the curriculum system.

文摘The collaborative development of future learning centers in engineering university is a crucial component of integrating education,technology,and talent development.Its essence lies in cultivating top-notch innovative engineering talents with both scientific and technological literacy and humanistic feelings for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation through a historical narrative and a deep understanding of engineering talent cultivation in China.By tracing back to the formation of educator Mei Yiqi’s engineering intentions,the integration of engineering knowledge,and the history of engineering education governance,this paper proposes the key to the collaborative development of future learning centers in engineering university in the era of artificial intelligence.Firstly,it is necessary to update educational concepts and view learners as dynamically self-empowered individuals with plural existences.Secondly,attention should be paid to dynamic knowledge of possibilities,and cross-subject and interdisciplinary cognition and reflection should be carried out based on the types of engineering knowledge.Thirdly,it is essential to establish an engineering talent cultivation model with problem-guided knowledge learning as the core.With the support of digital network platforms and artificial intelligence technology,an infinite link of ideas and knowledge can be established through comprehensive textual methods,constructing learners’own“infinite library”and a spiritual world that is proactive,creative,and cultural.

文摘Since landscape architecture became the first-level discipline in 2011, its connotation and extension have been greatly expanded, and the discipline has been in the reform and transformation period. Cultivation of the top-notch compound innovative talents has been the key point of the teaching reform. Northeast Forestry University made a newround talent cultivation scheme in 2014, preliminary courses of landscape architecture design took this as the opportunity to launch the teaching reform, and tried to explore an innovation-oriented cultivation mode of compound talents from the perspectives of cultivation objective, teaching content, teaching method and so on.
