There is no single ideal method of detecting and evaluating inclusions in steel, so it is better to use several methods simultaneously to give a more accurate evaluation. Since the procedure is similar to indirect measurement of the EC effect, the results can serve as a reference for experiments. The results suggest that(i) it is reasonable to use zero-field CP,(ii) optimized ?T should be 2 K,(iii) it is better to keep △E 〈 EC, and(iv) E1〈 EC. Here, EC is the coercive field of material. 展开更多

The wheel-rail force measurement is of great importance to the condition monitoring and safety evaluation of railway vehicles. In this paper, an improved indirect method for wheel-rail force measurement is proposed to evaluate the running safety of railway vehicles. In this method, the equilibrium equations of a suspended wheelset are derived and the wheel-rail forces are then be obtained from measured suspension and inertia forces. This indirect method avoids structural modifications to the wheelset and is applicable to the long-term operation of railway vehicles. As the wheel-rail lateral forces at two sides of the wheelset are difficult to separate, a new derailment criterion by combined use of wheelset derailment coefficient and wheel unloading ratio is proposed. To illustrate its effectiveness, the indirect method is applied to safety evaluation of rail- way vehicles in different scenarios, such as the cross wind safety of a high-speed train and the safety of a metro vehicle with hunting motions. Then, the feasibility of using this method to identify wheel-rail forces for low-floor light rail vehicles with resilient wheels is discussed. The values identified by this method is compared with that by Simpack simulation for the same low-floor vehicle, which shows a good coincidence between them in the time domain of the wheelset lateral force and the wheel-rail vertical force. In addition, use of the method to determine the high-frequency wheel-rail interaction forces reveals that it is possible to identify the high-frequency wheel-rail forces through the accelerations on the axle box. 展开更多

Magnesium and its alloys are promising candidates for a new generation of biodegradable metals in orthopaedic applications due to their excellent biocompatibility,biodegradability,and mechanical properties that are similar to natural bone.However,direct in vitro assessment of these materials in the presence of cells is complicated by degradation products from the alloy that lead to a false positive for the most commonly used cell adhesion and cell proliferation assays.In this paper,a cyanine dye was used to quantitatively evaluate the in vitro biocompatibility of a Mg AZ31 alloy by both direct and indirect methods.The cytotoxicity of the corrosion products was evaluated via an indirect method;a 25%decrease in cell viability compared to control samples was observed.Moreover,direct assessment of cell adhesion and proliferation showed a statistically significant increase in cell number at the surface after 72 h.In addition,the degradation rate and surface characteristics of the Mg AZ31 alloy were evaluated for both direct and indirect tests.The degradation rate was unaffected by the presence of cells while evidence of an increase in calcium phosphate deposition on the magnesium alloy surface in the presence of cells was observed.This study demonstrates that a cyanine dye based assay provides a more accurate assessment of the overall in vitro biocompatibility of biodegradable metals than the more commonly used assays reported in the literature to date. 展开更多

Nonlinear optimal control problems are challenging to solve due to the prevalence of local minima that prevent convergence and/or optimality.This paper describes nearest-neighbors optimal control(NNOC),a data-driven framework for nonlinear optimal control using indirect methods.It determines initial guesses for new problems with the help of precomputed solutions to similar problems,retrieved using k-nearest neighbors.A sensitivity analysis technique is introduced to linearly approximate the variation of solutions between new and precomputed problems based on their variation of parameters.Experiments show that NNOC can obtain the global optimal solution orders of magnitude faster than standard random restart methods,and sensitivity analysis can further reduce the solving time almost by half.Examples are shown on optimal control problems in vehicle control and agile satellite reorientation demonstrating that global optima can be determined with more than 99%reliability within time at the order of 10-100 milliseconds. 展开更多

To solve the receding horizon control (RHC) problem in an online manner, a novel numerical method called the indirect Radau pseudospectral method (IRPM) is proposed in this paper. Based on calculus of variations and the first-order necessary optimality condition, the RHC problem for linear time-varying (LTV) system is transformed into the two-point boundary value problem (TPBVP). The Radau pseudospectral approximation is employed to discretize the TPBVP into well-posed linear algebraic equations. The resulting linear algebraic equations are solved via a matrix partitioning approach afterwards to obtain the optimal feedback control law. For the nonlinear system, the linearization method or the quasi linearization method is employed to approximate the RHC problem with successive linear approximations. Subsequently, each linear problem is solved via the similar method which is used to solve the RHC problem for LTV system. Simulation results of three examples show that the IRPM is of high accuracy and of high compu- tation efficiency to solve the RHC problem and the stability of closed-loop systems is guaranteed. 展开更多

A novel control method for a general class of nonlinear systems using fuzzy logic systems (FLSs) is presertted. Indirect and direct methods are combined to design the adaptive fuzzy output feedback controller and a high-gain observer is used to estimate the derivatives of the system output. The closed-loop system is proven to be semiglobally uniformly ultimately bounded. In addition, it is shown that if the approximation accuracy of the fuzzy logic system is high enough and the observer gain is chosen sufficiently large, an arbitrarily small tracking error can be achieved. Simulation results verify the effectiveness of the newly designed scheme and the theoretical discussion. 展开更多

The difficulties associated with performing direct compression strength tests on rocks lead to the development of indirect test methods for the rock strength assessment. Indirect test methods are simple, more economical, less time-consuming, and easily adaptable to the field. The main aim of this study was to derive correlations between direct and indirect test methods for basalt and rhyolite rock types from Carlin trend deposits in Nevada. In the destructive methods, point load index, block punch index, and splitting tensile strength tests are performed. In the non-destructive methods, Schmidt hammer and ultrasonic pulse velocity tests are performed. Correlations between the direct and indirect compression strength tests are developed using linear and nonlinear regression analysis methods. The results show that the splitting tensile strength has the best correlation with the uniaxial compression strength.Furthermore, the Poisson's ratio has no correlation with any of the direct and indirect test results. 展开更多

目的以间接法建立绵阳地区健康成人尿液阿尔茨海默相关神经丝蛋白(Alzheimer-associated neuronal thread protein,AD7c-NTP)的参考区间。方法收集2017年3月至2022年3月四川省科学城医院检验科信息管理数据库中5093例体检健康者尿液AD7c... 目的以间接法建立绵阳地区健康成人尿液阿尔茨海默相关神经丝蛋白(Alzheimer-associated neuronal thread protein,AD7c-NTP)的参考区间。方法收集2017年3月至2022年3月四川省科学城医院检验科信息管理数据库中5093例体检健康者尿液AD7c-NTP检测结果,采用偏度-峰度和Kolmogorov-Smirnov检验判断结果是否符合正态性分布。箱式图法剔除离群值后对纳入的受检者按性别、年龄分组,采用Kruska-Wallis H检验分析不同性别和年龄的体检健康者尿液AD7c-NTP的组间差异;将差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)的相邻年龄组合并,使用间接法(非参数检验方法)分别计算不同性别和年龄组尿液AD7c-NTP的参考区间。结果经偏度-峰度和Kolmogorov-Smirnov检验,数据呈非正态分布,使用箱式图法剔除293例离群值后共纳入4800例体检健康者(男性3199例,女性1601例)。纳入者按性别和年龄分组,采用非参数方法建立了不同性别健康人群尿液AD7c-NTP的参考区间,通过Mann-Whitney U秩和检验分析证实其存在性别差异:男性≤1.10 ng/mL;女性≤1.40 ng/mL(Z=14.09,P<0.01)。不同性别的年龄组间尿液AD7c-NTP水平差异亦存在统计学意义,将差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)的相邻年龄组合并后,再使用非参数方法建立了不同性别和年龄组健康人群尿液AD7c-NTP的参考区间,分别为男性:20~39岁组≤1.00 ng/mL,40~79岁组≤1.10 ng/mL和≥80岁组≤1.60 ng/mL;女性:20~69岁组≤1.30 ng/mL,≥70岁组≤1.60 ng/mL。进一步对建立的尿液AD7c-NTP参考区间进行健康人群验证,结果符合标准。结论通过间接法建立了绵阳地区不同性别、不同年龄健康人群尿液AD7c-NTP的参考区间,可帮助临床预测阿尔茨海默病发病风险,并为该病诊断和治疗提供数据支持。 展开更多

Nuclear reaction studies on unstable isotopes can strongly help in improving our understanding of nucleosynthesis in stars.Indirect approaches to determining astrophysical reaction rates are increasingly common-place and undergoing continuous refinement.Of particular interest is the use of such indirect techniques at storage rings,which,among other aspects,allow to recycle rare unstable beams.We propose to investigate the reaction rates of astrophysical interest using indirect methods(surrogate,Trojan horse,etc.)in reverse kinematics at the IMP-CAS storage ring.Long lived radioactive ion beams,produced remotely,can be accelerated,and made to interact with light targets.The proposed reactions are^(85)Kr(p,p’γ),^(85)Kr(d,pγ),constraining the neutron flux in an s-process branching point,^(79)Se(p,p’γ),^(79)Se(d,pγ),constraining the temperature in s-process nucleosyntheses,and^(59)Fe(d,pγ),constraining core collapse supernovae. 展开更多

基于IBEM和改进PSO的地下椭圆异质结构反演

为探明地层异质结构分布状况及其物理性质,传统局部线性优化方法被广泛应用于反演问题,但为更好解决反演问题的非线性和多解性,应用全局非线性优化算法——改进粒子群优化(PSO)算法进行参数寻优。该算法避免了反演对初始模型的强依赖性... 为探明地层异质结构分布状况及其物理性质,传统局部线性优化方法被广泛应用于反演问题,但为更好解决反演问题的非线性和多解性,应用全局非线性优化算法——改进粒子群优化(PSO)算法进行参数寻优。该算法避免了反演对初始模型的强依赖性,通过将固定惯性权重改进为随适应度变化的自适应惯性权重,加强了粒子群的全局寻优能力与局部精细搜索能力。同时为优化正演,采用间接边界元法(IBEM),降低计算维度,大幅提高了计算效率和精度。以半空间椭圆空洞和夹杂体为例,研究了改进PSO算法同IBEM结合反演的有效性和稳定性。在反演中,改进PSO算法可对异质结构位置进行快速反演,且各参数的反演结果均具有高精度。此外,算法较大的搜索范围一定程度上弥补了先验信息的不足,使其能有效地应用于椭圆异质结构的反演中。 展开更多

碳排放对资源生态环境、经济高质量发展起着不容忽视的作用,在城市化进程的推动下,探讨空间区域人类活动对碳排放的影响,对制定相关政策实现碳减排目标具有重要意义。基于所提出改进的间接通径-STIRPAT环境压力评价法进行碳排放驱动因... 碳排放对资源生态环境、经济高质量发展起着不容忽视的作用,在城市化进程的推动下,探讨空间区域人类活动对碳排放的影响,对制定相关政策实现碳减排目标具有重要意义。基于所提出改进的间接通径-STIRPAT环境压力评价法进行碳排放驱动因子识别,应用莫兰指数进一步探究中国省域碳排放及其驱动因子的空间演进规律。结果显示:研究期内碳排放总量呈现增长放缓及负向走势,驱动因子中人口、经济、能源、城镇化率、第二产业、第三产业对碳排放的间接驱动作用程度高于第一产业。同时,碳排放的空间特征呈现高度集聚依赖性,相关性态势呈“先紧密后减缓”“东北部低,西南部高”的分布格局,各驱动因子莫兰指数的测算表明在高值或低值省域空间特征的跃迁波动态势明显,省际空间分异情况呈现低度波动,表现为“高值区省份包围低值区省份”逐渐减少的空间特征差异。 展开更多

车辆稳定域是车辆稳定性分析与控制研究的重要内容,针对现有研究稳定域描述不准确与求解困难的问题,本文提出车辆稳定域四边形描述与自动求解方法。建立了车辆非线性2自由度模型,采用蚁群算法求解车辆系统平衡状态,应用Lyapunov间接法... 车辆稳定域是车辆稳定性分析与控制研究的重要内容,针对现有研究稳定域描述不准确与求解困难的问题,本文提出车辆稳定域四边形描述与自动求解方法。建立了车辆非线性2自由度模型,采用蚁群算法求解车辆系统平衡状态,应用Lyapunov间接法判断平衡状态稳定性。基于质心的侧偏角-侧偏角速度相平面,建立相轨迹特征点和相平面稳定域边界点搜索法求解稳定域边界点,根据车辆稳定域不同的分布情况,提出两类稳定域类型,建立相应的判断方法、稳定域四边形描述与自动求解方法。基于提出的方法求解常见中等车速行驶工况的车辆稳定域,与平行线法和菱形法的结果进行对比,通过CarSim正弦工况仿真结果进行验证。研究结果表明,提出的车辆稳定域四边形描述可以比平行线法和菱形法更好描述稳定域边界,自动求解减少了稳定域求解工作量。 展开更多

目的分析在系统性红斑狼疮抗双链DNA(dsDNA)抗体诊断中采取间接免疫荧光法(IIF)、酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)、流式荧光法(FFIA)检验的临床价值。方法选取2021年1月至2022年12月枣庄市立医院收治的50例疑似系统性红斑狼疮患者作为研究对象,... 目的分析在系统性红斑狼疮抗双链DNA(dsDNA)抗体诊断中采取间接免疫荧光法(IIF)、酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)、流式荧光法(FFIA)检验的临床价值。方法选取2021年1月至2022年12月枣庄市立医院收治的50例疑似系统性红斑狼疮患者作为研究对象,对所有患者均采取dsDNA抗体诊断,包括FFIA、IIF、ELISA检验,以免疫扩散作为dsDNA抗体检验金标准,分析不同检验方式下的结果,比较三种检验方式单独及联合检测的诊断价值。结果联合检验的灵敏度、特异度、准确度、阳性预测值、阴性预测值分别为90.0%、92.5%、92.0%、75.0%、97.4%,整体比较显示,联合检验的灵敏度、特异度、准确度、阳性预测值均高于单独FFIA、IIF、ELISA检测,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论FFIA、IIF、ELISA三种不同的检验方式在系统性红斑狼疮诊断中均有较高的诊断价值,联合诊断更能明显提高疾病诊断灵敏度与特异度,可作为临床实践中适用于系统性红斑狼疮诊断的抗dsDNA抗体诊断模式。 展开更多

为提高视觉同步定位与建图算法的精度和鲁棒性,提出一种基于半直接法的双目视觉SLAM系统。该系统基于LDSO,其视觉前端同时提取直接和间接特征,在跟踪过程中通过联合优化光度误差和重投影误差估计相机位姿,在后端建图过程中加入双目约束... 为提高视觉同步定位与建图算法的精度和鲁棒性,提出一种基于半直接法的双目视觉SLAM系统。该系统基于LDSO,其视觉前端同时提取直接和间接特征,在跟踪过程中通过联合优化光度误差和重投影误差估计相机位姿,在后端建图过程中加入双目约束条件提高系统的绝对精度。在公开数据集EuroC、KITTI上与ORB-SLAM3等开源算法进行对比实验,其结果表明,所提算法较好结合了直接法、间接法和双目相机的优点,其平均定位精度较LDSO提升了34.6%,具有更好的鲁棒性。 展开更多
