With the explosive growth of data available, there is an urgent need to develop continuous data mining which reduces manual interaction evidently. A novel model for data mining is proposed in evolving environment. First, some valid mining task schedules are generated, and then au tonomous and local mining are executed periodically, finally, previous results are merged and refined. The framework based on the model creates a communication mechanism to in corporate domain knowledge into continuous process through ontology service. The local and merge mining are transparent to the end user and heterogeneous data ,source by ontology. Experiments suggest that the framework should be useful in guiding the continuous mining process. 展开更多

This paper proposed a theoretical framework for massive knowledge management- the knowledge domain framework (KDF), and introduces an integrated development environment (IDE) named large-scale ontology development environment (LODE), which implements the proposed theoretical framework. We also compared LODE with other popular ontology development environments in this paper. Purpose:With the deep integration of information technologies into urban governance,smart communities have emerged as pivotal platforms for advancing sustainable urban development.However,existing research has not offered a systematic analysis or clear presentation of the field’s academic evolution and thematic structure.This study examines the literature on smart communities published between 2000 and 2024.Employing data analysis and visualization tools,it aims to trace the evolution and development trends of smart community research,map its core themes and their interrelationships,and provide actionable insights for policymaking and practical implementation.Design/methodology/approach:Based on 2,347 publications indexed in the Web of Science from 2000 to 2024,this study employed CiteSpace and VOSviewer to conduct co-citation analysis,keyword co-occurrence mapping,national collaboration network analysis,author and institutional contribution assessment,burst detection,and hotspot term analysis.The literature screening adhered to predefined publication-type criteria and citation-count thresholds to ensure that the results were representative and reliable.Findings:This study,through literature analysis and data visualization in the field of smart communities,yields the following principal conclusions.First,the application of digital twin technology in optimizing smart community resources has attracted growing attention,demonstrating considerable potential in urban management,infrastructure maintenance,and resident services.Second,as technology advances,digitaltwin applications are evolving towards greater precision and efficiency,particularly by deepening their support for resource allocation and decision-making processes.Finally,the future development of smart communities will increasingly depend on the deep integration of digital twins with other cutting-edge technologies,thereby driving intelligent management and optimization of community resources.Research limitations:This literature repository excludes grey literature and non-English publications,potentially underestimating the representativeness of grassroots innovation.Furthermore,the temporal analysis was constrained by the citation-lag effects of publications from 2000 to 2024.Practical implications:This study proposes a decision-support toolkit tailored for municipal planners and policymakers.The toolkit comprises three core intervention strategies:multiscale environmental sensing,participatory governance protocols,and regenerative technology pathways.These measures are designed to advance the implementation of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goal 11:Sustainable Cities and Communities.Originality/value:By explicitly defining and applying the“thematic knowledge framework,”this paper offers a concise roadmap for the evolution of smart community research.It also provides precise guidance for designing and implementing community development strategies that align with Sustainable Development Goals. 展开更多

This study aims at developing a Knowledge Management Implementation Framework for adoption by firms in the Ghanaian construction industry. Recent developments in the field of Knowledge management in the construction sector have led to a renewed competition in driving organizational performance. However, the construction industry in Ghana lacks a knowledge management implementation framework that addresses the needs of the Ghanaian construction supply chain while a comprehensive approach to managing knowledge remains nebulous. The study adopted an extensive literature review of existing knowledge management models to provide the basis for the development of the proposed framework for Ghana. The proposed knowledge management implementation framework was subjected to testing and validation by project managers drawn from nineteen indigenous construction firms in Ghana. The technology acceptance model (TAM) was used as the criteria to validate the proposed knowledge management implementation framework. The proposed Guribie & Tengan knowledge management implementation framework was perceived to be useful, and easy to use and the intention to adopt and use was high among indigenous Ghanaian construction firms. The study recommends further validation using wider population to enhance the efficacy of the framework for wider industry acceptance to enhance organizational competitiveness and performance delivery. 展开更多

Time is an essential reference system for recording objects,events,and processes in the field of geosciences.There are currently various time references,such as solar calendar,geological time,and regional calendar,to represent the knowledge in different domains and regions,which subsequently entails a time conversion process required to interpret temporal information under different time references.However,the current time conversion method is limited by the application scope of existing time ontologies(e.g.,“Jurassic”is a period in geological ontology,but a point value in calendar ontology)and the reliance on experience in conversion processes.These issues restrict accurate and efficient calculation of temporal information across different time references.To address these issues,this paper proposes a Unified Time Framework(UTF)in the geosciences knowledge system.According to a systematic time element parsing from massive time references,the proposed UTF designs an independent time root node to get rid of irrelevant nodes when accessing different time types and to adapt to the time expression of different geoscience disciplines.Furthermore,this UTF carries out several designs:to ensure the accuracy of time expressions by designing quantitative relationship definitions;to enable time calculations across different time elements by designing unified time nodes and structures,and to link to the required external ontologies by designing adequate interfaces.By comparing the time conversion methods,the experiment proves the UTF greatly supports accurate and efficient calculation of temporal information across different time references in SPARQL queries.Moreover,it shows a higher and more stable performance of temporal information queries than the time conversion method.With the advent of the Big Data era in the geosciences,the UTF can be used more widely to discover new geosciences knowledge across different time references. 展开更多

Knowledge Management(KM)has become a dynamic concept for inquiry in research.The management of knowledge from multiple sources requires a systematic approach that can facilitate capturing all important aspects related to a particular discipline,several KM frameworks have been designed to serve this purpose.This research aims to propose a Collaborative Knowledge Management(CKM)Framework that bridges gaps and overcomes weaknesses in existing frameworks.The paper also validates the framework by evaluating its effectiveness for the agriculture sector of Pakistan.A software LCWU aKMS was developed which serves as a practical implementation of the concepts behind the proposed CKMF framework.LCWU aKMS served as an effective system for rice leaf disease detection and identification.It aimed to enhance CKM through knowledge sharing,lessons learned,feedback on problem resolutions,help from co-workers,collaboration,and helping communities.Data were collected from 300 rice crop farmers by questionnaires based on hypotheses.Jennex Olfman model was used to estimate the effectiveness of CKMF.Various tests were performed including frequency measures of variables,Cronbach’s alpha reliability,and Pearson’s correlation.The research provided a KMS depicting KM and collaborative features.The disease detection module was evaluated using the precision and recall method and found to be 94.16%accurate.The system could replace the work of extension agents,making it a cost and time-effective initiative for farmer betterment. 展开更多

针对气象大数据云平台中多源异构非结构化数据接入处理的问题,设计并实现了一种基于配置的非结构化数据通用处理框架。该框架通过配置化管理实现了新增数据接入的简化和自动化,将新增非结构化数据处理接入操作的工作量缩减为原来的1/10... 针对气象大数据云平台中多源异构非结构化数据接入处理的问题,设计并实现了一种基于配置的非结构化数据通用处理框架。该框架通过配置化管理实现了新增数据接入的简化和自动化,将新增非结构化数据处理接入操作的工作量缩减为原来的1/10。框架采用RabbitMQ消息队列实时获取处理任务,通过配置化管理实现处理策略、存储路径等功能的灵活定义。研发了索引信息自动提取生成技术,通过综合处理文件名拆分、内置变量和预置值,实现了索引入库语句的自动生成和数据文件的规范化存储。采用正则表达式实现数据类型细分,支持数据精细化处理;将多种相似数据类型合并处理,减少资源占用;通过并行处理提高处理速度并实现高可用;同时支持本地存储、网络附属存储(Network Attached Storage,NAS)和对象存储等多种存储方式。2021年12月,非结构化数据通用处理框架与天擎一起在国省业务运行,成功实现了雷达基数据、地面实况产品、风雷、风清等900多种数据的实时处理入库,为气象预报预警、防灾减灾等业务提供了坚实的数据保障。 展开更多

数据-知识双驱动的编队目标意图识别方法

复杂对抗下的防空作战中,如何对战场目标的意图进行识别成为防空作战态势认知的关键,针对编队目标意图识别过程中的状态变化灵活、意图规律性强等特点,提出了数据-知识双驱动的编队目标意图识别方法,首先设计了数据-知识双驱动的意图识... 复杂对抗下的防空作战中,如何对战场目标的意图进行识别成为防空作战态势认知的关键,针对编队目标意图识别过程中的状态变化灵活、意图规律性强等特点,提出了数据-知识双驱动的编队目标意图识别方法,首先设计了数据-知识双驱动的意图识别总体框架,采取串联结合方式解决单一方法的局限性。其次基于该框架设计数据驱动的基于双向长短时记忆网络和条件生成对抗网络的目标状态预测(BC-TSP)方法,解决知识驱动全局搜索能力不足的问题。而后提出了知识驱动的基于模糊决策树的意图推理方法,解决数据驱动解空间爆炸、可解释性低的问题。最后分别进行实验验证,结果分析表明本方法既有着优秀的时序特征数据学习能力,能准确预测编队目标未来的状态信息,又可以根据实际情况高效利用不完备的先验知识,通过可解释性强的推理方式获得编队目标的最终意图,满足防空作战指挥员的态势认知需求,辅助其更好地进行决策。 展开更多

目的:针对中医名家医案的非结构化文言表述、实体关系嵌套及标注数据稀缺问题,构建结合数据增强与实体映射的联合关系抽取框架,为中医诊疗知识图谱构建及临床规律挖掘提供技术支撑。方法:构建名家医案文本实体及其关系的标注结构,采用... 目的:针对中医名家医案的非结构化文言表述、实体关系嵌套及标注数据稀缺问题,构建结合数据增强与实体映射的联合关系抽取框架,为中医诊疗知识图谱构建及临床规律挖掘提供技术支撑。方法:构建名家医案文本实体及其关系的标注结构,采用数据增强策略,整合多部古籍扩充医案关系抽取数据集,设计适配中医语义的基于级联二值标记的关系联合抽取(CasRel)模型,引入中医经典文本预训练双向编码器表征法(BERT)编码层,增强对古汉语的语义表征,采用头实体-关系-尾实体映射机制,同步解决实体嵌套与关系重叠问题。结果:相较于基于流水线的Bert-Radical-Lexicon(BRL)-双向长短期记忆网络-注意力机制(BiLSTM-Attention)模型,结合数据增强与实体映射的联合关系抽取CasRel模型展现出了更为显著的性能优势,在病症关系、舌证关系、因证关系、方证关系等共12类关系的综合精确率为65.73%、召回率为64.03%、F_(1)值为64.87%,比流水线的BRL-BiLSTM-Attention模型的综合精确率、召回率、F_(1)值分别提升14.26%、7.98%、11.21%。其中舌证关系(F_(1)值为69.32%,提升22.68%)提升显著,方证关系表现最优(F_(1)值为70.10%,提升9.93%)。结论:该研究通过数据增强与联合解码,显著改善中医文本的语义隐含与实体间复杂依赖性问题,为中医医案结构化挖掘提供可复用技术框架,所构建的知识图谱可支撑临床辨证选方与用药配伍优化,也为中医人工智能研究提供方法论参考。 展开更多
