With the continuous improvement of signal processing accuracy requirements in modern electronic systems,the demand for high-precision analog-to-digital converters(ADCs)is increasing.Sigma-Delta modulator,as the most important component of high-precision ADC,is widely used in high-quality audio,high-precision instrument measurement,and other fields due to its advantages of high precision,strong noise resistance,and low hardware cost.This article designs a discrete structure third-order four-bit high-precision Sigma-Delta modulator through modeling,with an oversampling rate set to 512.Under ideal conditions,the simulation results show that the SDNR reaches 152.7db and the ENOB is 25.24bits.After introducing non-ideal noise,the system performance has decreased.The simulation results show that the SDNR is as high as 124.5db and the ENOB is 20.39bits.This indicates that the design can achieve high-precision conversion and provide assistance for further research in the future. 展开更多

Unmanned aerial vehicles(UAVs)may be subjected to unintentional radio frequency interference(RFI)or hostile jamming attack which will lead to fail to track global navigation satellite system(GNSS)signals.Therefore,the simultaneous realization of anti-jamming and high-precision carrier phase difference positioning becomes a dilemmatic problem.In this paper,a distortionless phase digital beamforming(DBF)algorithm with self-calibration antenna arrays is proposed,which enables to obtain distortionless carrier phase while suppressing jamming.Additionally,architecture of high precision Beidou receiver based on anti-jamming antenna arrays is proposed.Finally,the performance of the algorithm is evaluated,including antenna calibration accuracy,carrier phase distortionless accuracy,and carrier phase measurement accuracy without jamming.Meanwhile,the maximal jamming to signal ratio(JSR)and real time kinematic(RTK)positioning accuracy under wideband jamming are also investigated.The experimental results based on the real-life Beidou signals show that the proposed method has an excellent performance for precise relative positioning under jamming when compared with other anti-jamming methods. 展开更多

This article proposes a VGG network with histogram of oriented gradient(HOG) feature fusion(HOG-VGG) for polarization synthetic aperture radar(PolSAR) image terrain classification.VGG-Net has a strong ability of deep feature extraction,which can fully extract the global deep features of different terrains in PolSAR images,so it is widely used in PolSAR terrain classification.However,VGG-Net ignores the local edge & shape features,resulting in incomplete feature representation of the PolSAR terrains,as a consequence,the terrain classification accuracy is not promising.In fact,edge and shape features play an important role in PolSAR terrain classification.To solve this problem,a new VGG network with HOG feature fusion was specifically proposed for high-precision PolSAR terrain classification.HOG-VGG extracts both the global deep semantic features and the local edge & shape features of the PolSAR terrains,so the terrain feature representation completeness is greatly elevated.Moreover,HOG-VGG optimally fuses the global deep features and the local edge & shape features to achieve the best classification results.The superiority of HOG-VGG is verified on the Flevoland,San Francisco and Oberpfaffenhofen datasets.Experiments show that the proposed HOG-VGG achieves much better PolSAR terrain classification performance,with overall accuracies of 97.54%,94.63%,and 96.07%,respectively. 展开更多

Silicon(Si)diffraction microlens arrays are usually used to integrating with infrared focal plane arrays(IRFPAs)to improve their performance.The errors of lithography are unavoidable in the process of the Si diffrac-tion microlens arrays preparation in the conventional engraving method.It has a serious impact on its performance and subsequent applications.In response to the problem of errors of Si diffraction microlens arrays in the conven-tional method,a novel self-alignment method for high precision Si diffraction microlens arrays preparation is pro-posed.The accuracy of the Si diffractive microlens arrays preparation is determined by the accuracy of the first li-thography mask in the novel self-alignment method.In the subsequent etching,the etched area will be protected by the mask layer and the sacrifice layer or the protective layer.The unprotection area is carved to effectively block the non-etching areas,accurately etch the etching area required,and solve the problem of errors.The high precision Si diffraction microlens arrays are obtained by the novel self-alignment method and the diffraction effi-ciency could reach 92.6%.After integrating with IRFPAs,the average blackbody responsity increased by 8.3%,and the average blackbody detectivity increased by 10.3%.It indicates that the Si diffraction microlens arrays can improve the filling factor and reduce crosstalk of IRFPAs through convergence,thereby improving the perfor-mance of the IRFPAs.The results are of great reference significance for improving their performance through opti-mizing the preparation level of micro nano devices. 展开更多

To resolve this problem, the Gravity-1 GNC system used cross product guidance in the core 2nd stage, and a nonlinear adaptive guidance algorithm in core 3rd stage, in order to achieve high orbit injection precision. On January 11, 2024, the Gravity-1 launch vehicle successfully carried out its maiden flight from a mobile sea platform off the coast of Haiyang in Shandong province, inserting its payload into a low earth orbit at an altitude of 500 kilometers, validating the guidance algorithm. 展开更多

Both schemes utilize a nonlinear observer/filter structure to compensate for uncertainties in corresponding friction parameters associated with the turntable system. Moreover, in the second scheme, adjustable gains are introduced into the dual nonlin- ear filters and they can be tuned to improve the position tracking performance. In both cases, a Lyapunov-like argument is provided for the global asymptotic stability of the closed-loop system. Simulation results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed schemes. 展开更多

This paper presents a high precision CMOS opamp suitable for ISFET readout. The opamp is tailored to provide a constant bias condition for ISFET as part of the readout circuits and,hence,is compatible for single chip integration with the sensor. A continuous time auto-zero stabilization technique is studied and employed, with the aim of suppressing the low frequency noises, including the offset voltage, 1/f noise, and temperature drift. The design is based on a 0.35μm CMOS process. With a 3.3V power supply,it maintains a DC open loop gain of more than 100dB and an offset voltage of around 11μV,while the overall power dissipation is only 1.48mW. With this opamp, a pH microsensor is constructed, of which the functionality is verified by experimental tests. 展开更多

This paper introduces a high-precision bandgap reference(BGR)designed for battery management systems(BMS),fea-turing an ultra-low temperature coefficient(TC)and line sensitivity(LS).The BGR employs a current-mode scheme with chopped op-amps and internal clock generators to eliminate op-amp offset.A low dropout regulator(LDO)and a pre-regula-tor enhance output driving and LS,respectively.Curvature compensation enhances the TC by addressing higher-order nonlinear-ity.These approaches,effective near room temperature,employs trimming at both 20 and 60°C.When combined with fixed cur-vature correction currents,it achieves an ultra-low TC for each chip.Implemented in a CMOS 180 nm process,the BGR occu-pies 0.548 mm²and operates at 2.5 V with 84μA current draw from a 5 V supply.An average TC of 2.69 ppm/℃ with two-point trimming and 0.81 ppm/℃ with multi-point trimming are achieved over the temperature range of-40 to 125℃.It accommo-dates a load current of 1 mA and an LS of 42 ppm/V,making it suitable for precise BMS applications. 展开更多

Electronic 3D printing possesses a remarkable molding ability and convenience in integrated circuits,flexible wearables,and individual automobile requirements.However,traditional 3D printing technology still struggles to meet the demands of high precision and high efficiency in the process of fabricating a curved surface circuit,particularly achieving precise silver circuit molding on irregular substrates.Here,a high-precision and muti-scaled conformal manufacturing method for silver circuits is presented through the digital light processing(DLP)of ultraviolet-curable silver paste(UV-SP)with adjustable photocuring properties,enabling the successful preparation of micro-scaled conductive structure on the sharply skewed hook face.The minimum modeling depth and width of the cured silver paste can be well controlled to 10 and 88µm,respectively.Compared with traditional printing technology,the printing efficiency of complex patterns has increased by over 70%.The printed silver circuit demonstrates an exceptionally high electrical conductivity,reaching as high as 1.16×10^(7) S/m.Additionally,the UV-SP exhibits significant manufacturing efficiency and superior molding resolution compared to conventional direct ink writing and inkjet printing techniques,thereby contributing to the attainment of high precision and efficiency of conformal and micro-molding manufacturing in sensors,communication antennas,and other electronic devices based on curved substrates. 展开更多

Ultrasonic neuromodulation has gained recognition as a promising therapeutic approach.A miniature transducer capable of generating suitable-strength and broadband ultrasound is of great significance for achieving high spatial precision ultrasonic neural stimulation.However,the ultrasound transducer with the above integrated is yet to be challenged.Here,we developed a fiber-optic photoacoustic emitter(FPE)with a diameter of 200μm,featuring controllable sound intensity and a broadband response(−6 dB bandwidth:162%).The device integrates MXene(Ti_(3)C_(2)Tx),known for its exceptional photothermal properties,and polydimethylsiloxane,which offers a high thermal expansion coefficient.This FPE,exhibiting high spatial precision(lateral:163.3μm,axial:207μm),is capable of selectively activating neurons in targeted regions.Using the TetTagging method to selectively express a cfos-promoter-inducible mCHERRY gene within the medial prefrontal cortex(mPFC),we found that photoacoustic stimulation significantly and temporarily activated the neurons.In vivo fiber photometry demonstrated that photoacoustic stimulation induced substantial calcium transients in mPFC neurons.Furthermore,we confirmed that photoacoustic stimulation of the mPFC using FPE markedly alleviates acute social defeat stress-induced emotional stress in mice.This work demonstrates the potential of FPEs for clinical applications,with a particular focus on modulating neural activity to regulate emotions. 展开更多

Using high-precision zircon U-Pb ID-TIMS geochronology,tuffs from the Chang 9 shale and the Chang 7 shale were dated.The tuff in the Chang 9 shale is 241.47±0.17 Ma,which falls between the top tuff age of 241.06±0.12 Ma and the bottom tuff age of 241.558±0.093 Ma in the Chang 7 shale.These reveal that the Chang 9 and Chang 7 shales are contemporaneous,belonging to the Ladinian stage of the Middle Triassic.This insight expands the region of the main source rock of Chang 7 to the northeast and will inform the search for the deep Chang 9 shale petroleum system,increasing the scope for exploring the Chang 7 shale system in northern Shaanxi.The research results clarify the relationship between the two sets of shale in the Yanchang Formation and redefine the distribution range of the Chang 7 shale in the Ordos Basin.At the same time,it shows that there is a cross-layer problem in the stratigraphic division of the Yanchang Formation in different regions,the high-precision U-Pb dating technology providing a reference for the fine stratigraphic correlation of other continental basins in the world. 展开更多

In this paper, the spectral element method(SEM)is improved to solve the moving load problem. In this method, a structure with uniform geometry and material properties is considered as a spectral element, which means that the element number and the degree of freedom can be reduced significantly. Based on the variational method and the Laplace transform theory, the spectral stiffness matrix and the equivalent nodal force of the beam-column element are established. The static Green function is employed to deduce the improved function. The proposed method is applied to two typical engineering practices—the one-span bridge and the horizontal jib of the tower crane. The results have revealed the following. First, the new method can yield extremely high-precision results of the dynamic deflection, the bending moment and the shear force in the moving load problem.In most cases, the relative errors are smaller than 1%. Second, by comparing with the finite element method, one can obtain the highly accurate results using the improved SEM with smaller element numbers. Moreover, the method can be widely used for statically determinate as well as statically indeterminate structures. Third, the dynamic deflection of the twin-lift jib decreases with the increase in the moving load speed, whereas the curvature of the deflection increases.Finally, the dynamic deflection, the bending moment and the shear force of the jib will all increase as the magnitude of the moving load increases. 展开更多

The sharp surface undulation means great variation of loess thickness. Since the loess layer exhibits significant density contrast with the underlying formation, a high frequency gravity anomaly with a certain magnitude will appear. The high frequency gravity anomaly can result in some difficulties for processing and interpreting the gravity data, thereby reducing the usefulness of gravity surveys in loess plateau areas. We carried out a high precision gravity survey in the SHJZ structural zone. During data processing, we applied terrain and loess corrections to effectively remove or suppress the gravity effect resulting from surface undulation and variation of loess thickness. We obtained high precision gravity data which matches well with other geophysical data. The comprehensive interpretation based on the final gravity data help to study local structure integrated with other published geophysical data. 展开更多

A numerical test with 4-wave Rossby-Haurwitz waves on them and an application of them on the monthly mean current the of South China Sea are carried out, from which, it is found that not only do the new schemes have high harmony and approximate precision but also can the time step of the schemes be lengthened and can much computational time be saved.
