An approach is presented to characterize the stress response of workpiece in hard machining, accounted for the effect of the initial workpiece hardness, temperature, strain and strain rate on flow stress. AISI H13 work tool steel was chosen to verify this methodology. The proposed flow stress model demonstrates a good agreement with data collected from published experiments. Therefore, the proposed model can be used to predict the corresponding flow stress-strain response of AISI H13 work tool steel with variation of the initial workpiece hardness in hard machining. 展开更多

基于主控岩层的综采工作面导水裂缝带高度预测方法研究

为准确预测综采工作面导水裂缝带发育高度,基于综采工作面覆岩结构特征,结合矿山压力、涌水量及微震事件的演化规律,提出工作面覆岩导水裂缝主控岩层的概念,并构建覆岩厚硬岩层“横向三区”复合承载结构模型,推导“三区复合支撑体”支... 为准确预测综采工作面导水裂缝带发育高度,基于综采工作面覆岩结构特征,结合矿山压力、涌水量及微震事件的演化规律,提出工作面覆岩导水裂缝主控岩层的概念,并构建覆岩厚硬岩层“横向三区”复合承载结构模型,推导“三区复合支撑体”支承刚度计算公式,建立工作面覆岩临界破断步距计算方法,最终形成基于主控岩层的导水裂缝带高度预测新方法,并在纳林河二矿31101综采工作面开展工程应用验证。研究结果表明:工作面导水裂缝主控岩层是覆岩中自下向上首个不发生周期性破断的厚硬岩层,该岩层由原岩支撑区、支架控顶支撑区、冒落顶板支撑区构成的复合支撑体共同支承;随着破断岩层碎胀程度及相对压实系数的变化,冒落顶板支撑区刚度呈现“缓慢增长”与“快速增长”双阶段演化特征;工作面覆岩临界破断步距等同于工作面见方步距。工程应用结果显示,31101工作面导水裂缝带裂采比实测值为17.21,《建筑物、水体、铁路及主要井巷煤柱留设与压煤开采规范》中两组经验公式预测裂采比分别为8.51和9.83,而本文提出的基于主控岩层的预测方法计算裂采比为19.58,与现场实测结果更为接近,预测精度显著提升。 展开更多

Introduction: Work environments create the basis for arduous nursing work. This is what led us to research the factors of arduousness in the exercise of the health profession in North Benin, through this study. Methods: This is a cross-sectional and descriptive study which focused on health professionals in the health zones of Parakou-N’dali and Tchaourou. The sampling was an exhaustive census. All health workers who had given their free and informed consent were included. The data was collected using a questionnaire. The variables studied were the factors of arduous work and socio-professional characteristics. The data collected was processed and analyzed with the Epi info 7.2.0.1 software. Results: A total of 692 were surveyed, the participation rate was 85.11% and the sex ratio (M/F) equal to 0.7. The average age was 38 years old. Nurses made up 32.66% of the sample. They were 86.42% subject to night work and 82.66% to alternating work. Overall, 70.23% worked more than 40 hours per week. Between 78.12% and 96.46% of non-specialist doctors, nurses, midwives and biomedical analysis technicians were required to work night shifts. Nurses, midwives, radiology and laboratory technicians were between 89.53% and 97.35%, organized in alternating work. In the sample, 55.20% complained about the insufficient number of work materials, 26.29% handled harmful chemical substances. Among those surveyed, 58.14% had been attacked. Conclusion: All professional categories of caregivers are subject to arduous work. Measures are needed to reverse the situation. 展开更多

Compared with H13 steel, the influences of different heat treatment process on the microstructure and properties of the new type of hot working die steel H13MOD were studied. The results show that the complete aus tenitizing temperature of H13MOD is around 1030 ℃ and the quenching hardness achieves the maximum value at this temperature. While for H13, the complete austenitizing temperature is above 1100 ℃ and the quenching hardness rise constantly with the quenching temperature increasing. In quenching process, the undissolved MC carbides can prevent the coarsening of grain in both steels. With the rise of quenching temperature, when MC carbides dissolve completely, the grain grows quickly. The hardness and strength of H13MOD at higher tempering temperature (above 570 ℃) are nearly the same as those of H13, but its toughness is higher than that of H13. Mo2C carbide is the main strengthening phase in H13MOD, which is attributed to the higher content of Mo. The quantity of VC eutectic car- bides is reduced because of lower content of V in H13MOD, which plays an important role in enhancing the impact toughness of H13MOD. Under a certain strength condition, H13MOD steel can be used in the environment that higher toughness is required and the service life of die casting mold can be improved. 展开更多

Taking the distribution route optimization of refined oil as background, this paper studies the inventory routing problem of refined oil distribution based on working time equilibrium. In consideration of the constraints of vehicle capacity, time window for unloading oil, service time and demand of each gas station, we take the working time equilibrium of each vehicle as goal and establish an integer programming model for the vehicle routing problem of refined oil distribution, the objective function of the model is to minimize the maximum working time of vehicles. To solve this model, a Lingo program was written and a heuristic algorithm was designed. We further use the random generation method to produce an example with 10 gas stations. The local optimal solution and approximate optimal solution are obtained by using Lingo software and heuristic algorithm respectively. By comparing the approximate optimal solution obtained by heuristic algorithm with the local optimal solution obtained by Lingo software, the feasibility of the model and the effectiveness of the heuristic algorithm are verified. The results of this paper provide a theoretical basis for the scheduling department to formulate the oil distribution plan. 展开更多

通过电阻法对淬火态SDCM1热作模具钢从室温~200℃回火过程进行动态表征,采用三维原子探针(3DAP)显微组织分析技术分析淬火态和回火态试样各元素原子的三维空间分布及在选区空间的浓度变化,结合淬火态试样在室温~200℃加热过程中硬度变... 通过电阻法对淬火态SDCM1热作模具钢从室温~200℃回火过程进行动态表征,采用三维原子探针(3DAP)显微组织分析技术分析淬火态和回火态试样各元素原子的三维空间分布及在选区空间的浓度变化,结合淬火态试样在室温~200℃加热过程中硬度变化分析低温回火过程中碳原子扩散行为。结果表明:淬火态试样低温回火后碳元素在局部区域出现明显的偏聚,合金元素Mn、Mo、Cr等几乎分布均匀;室温至70℃回火时电阻随温度的升高而增加主要是声子散射电子引起的;70℃至125℃回火时电阻偏离原有线性上升趋势,增幅变缓,随后呈现下降趋势,为该温度区间碳原子短程扩散偏聚散射电子作用减弱所致;120℃附近出现与电阻峰特征吻合的硬度峰值,归因为碳原子向位错扩散偏聚钉扎位错。 展开更多

为实现矿压动力灾害治理的主动超前预控,提出了地面区域压裂卸压技术手段。通过分析孤岛工作面覆岩破断结构特征及其矿压作用,揭示了地面区域压裂控制强矿压机理。以塔山煤矿14 m特厚煤层孤岛工作面为工程背景,设计采用地面水平井分段... 为实现矿压动力灾害治理的主动超前预控,提出了地面区域压裂卸压技术手段。通过分析孤岛工作面覆岩破断结构特征及其矿压作用,揭示了地面区域压裂控制强矿压机理。以塔山煤矿14 m特厚煤层孤岛工作面为工程背景,设计采用地面水平井分段压裂技术对高位厚硬岩层进行区域压裂改造,压裂缝网宽度200~300 m,缝网高度50~70 m,达到体积压裂效果。现场监测表明:巷道围岩最大变形量不足400 mm,未发生跳跃式/台阶式冲击变形,工作面支架阻力始终保持低值,杜绝了孤岛工作面强矿压动力显现。论文研究成果表明,地面超前区域压裂有望从源头上解决坚硬顶板工作面动力灾害难题,实现矿井的安全高产高效开采,具有实用价值和现实意义。 展开更多
