This study investigates the current status,challenges,and strategies for enhancing international cooperation and exchange at Jiangxi University of Technology.Through in-depth interviews and questionnaire surveys,the r...This study investigates the current status,challenges,and strategies for enhancing international cooperation and exchange at Jiangxi University of Technology.Through in-depth interviews and questionnaire surveys,the research identifies key issues such as low participation rates,lack of funding,insufficient publicity,and the need for a more robust international faculty team.The findings reveal significant challenges in policy implementation,resource allocation,and faculty development.To address these challenges,the study proposes a series of countermeasures,including the formulation of a comprehensive internationalization strategy,enhanced publicity and promotion of international projects,increased financial support,and the development of an internationalized faculty and management team.The study concludes that implementing these strategies can enhance the university’s internationalization efforts and improve its overall capacity for international cooperation and exchange.展开更多

The proposed scheme combines the admission cont...In this paper, a novel admission scheme is proposed which provides high degrees of quality of service (QoS) guarantees for multimedia traffic carried in mobile networks. The proposed scheme combines the admission control and bandwidth reservation to guarantee QoS requirements. It considers both local information and remote information to determine whether to accept or reject a connection. In order to embody the characteristics of the algorithms proposed in the article, two traditional algorithms of admission control are used for comparison. In the end of the paper the simulation analyses are given and the results show that the proposed algorithm can adjust the bandwidth according to the current status of networks and decrease the probability of connections forcibly dropped. The most important thing is that the algorithm is based on the multimedia communications and can guarantee the QoS of real time connections through decreasing the bandwidth of non real time connections.展开更多

For transportation of solid backfill material such as waste and fly ash from the surface to the bottom of the shaft in a fully mechanized backfilling coal backfilling coal mining technology, we developed a new vertica...For transportation of solid backfill material such as waste and fly ash from the surface to the bottom of the shaft in a fully mechanized backfilling coal backfilling coal mining technology, we developed a new vertical transportation system to transport this type of solid backfill material. Given the demands imposed on safely in feeding this material, we also investigated the structure and basic parameter of this system. For a mine in the Xingtai mining area the results show that: (1) a vertical transportation system should include three main parts, i.e., a feeding borehole, a maintenance chamber and a storage silo; (2) we determined that 486 mm is a suitable diameter for bore holes, the diameter of the storage silo is 6 m and its height 30 m in this vertical transportation system; (3) a conical buffer was developed to absorb the impact during the feeding process. To ensure normal implementation of fully mechanized backfilling coal mining technology and the safety of underground personnel, we propose a series of security technologies for anti-blockage, storage silo cleaning, high pressure air release and aspiration. This vertical transporting system has been applied in one this particular mine, which has fed about 4 million tons solid material with a feeding depth of 350 m and safely exploited 3 million tons of coal.展开更多

The growing development of the Internet of Things(IoT)is accelerating the emergence and growth of new IoT services and applications,which will result in massive amounts of data being generated,transmitted and pro-cess...The growing development of the Internet of Things(IoT)is accelerating the emergence and growth of new IoT services and applications,which will result in massive amounts of data being generated,transmitted and pro-cessed in wireless communication networks.Mobile Edge Computing(MEC)is a desired paradigm to timely process the data from IoT for value maximization.In MEC,a number of computing-capable devices are deployed at the network edge near data sources to support edge computing,such that the long network transmission delay in cloud computing paradigm could be avoided.Since an edge device might not always have sufficient resources to process the massive amount of data,computation offloading is significantly important considering the coop-eration among edge devices.However,the dynamic traffic characteristics and heterogeneous computing capa-bilities of edge devices challenge the offloading.In addition,different scheduling schemes might provide different computation delays to the offloaded tasks.Thus,offloading in mobile nodes and scheduling in the MEC server are coupled to determine service delay.This paper seeks to guarantee low delay for computation intensive applica-tions by jointly optimizing the offloading and scheduling in such an MEC system.We propose a Delay-Greedy Computation Offloading(DGCO)algorithm to make offloading decisions for new tasks in distributed computing-enabled mobile devices.A Reinforcement Learning-based Parallel Scheduling(RLPS)algorithm is further designed to schedule offloaded tasks in the multi-core MEC server.With an offloading delay broadcast mechanism,the DGCO and RLPS cooperate to achieve the goal of delay-guarantee-ratio maximization.Finally,the simulation results show that our proposal can bound the end-to-end delay of various tasks.Even under slightly heavy task load,the delay-guarantee-ratio given by DGCO-RLPS can still approximate 95%,while that given by benchmarked algorithms is reduced to intolerable value.The simulation results are demonstrated the effective-ness of DGCO-RLPS for delay guarantee in MEC.展开更多

文摘The Low Energy Accelerator Facility(LEAF)consists of a ECR ion source,a LEBT,an RFQ,a MEBT and three terminals.The cooling water system for high-power equipments like RFQ and power supply had designed to guarantee stable operation for LEAF.A water leakage monitoring system was designed and implemented in 2018,which could pre-warning the water leakage status of the water cooling system along the beam line and the water pump house in real time to prevent equipment damage caused by water leakage accident.
文摘In consideration of the safety of drivers,we designed a multifunctional intelligent security guarantee integrated system for highway level crossing.Different from the existing intersection signs on the market,intelligent highway-level intersection indicators are based on the use of deep learning and computer vision technology to build a convolutional neural network model that can accurately recognize traffic accident images and traffic jams in a short period of time as well as obtain real-time road and highway meteorological environment information.
文摘High-power equipment running on the accelerator site needs to be cooled with water to guarantee stably running of the equipment.Water leakage detection and alarm system could play a pre-warning role for the drip,a small leak and seepage on the site everywhere,which could remind maintenance staff to deal with water leakage point timely to avoid damaging equipment.

In this paper, first understand the main problems in the construction of undergraduate teaching quality assurance system, clear the idea of teaching quality assurance system, and put forward specific construction method, hope to improve the undergraduate teaching quality assurance system, form a closed information feedback mechanism, make the relevant personnel fully understand the problems existing in teaching, and solve it effectively.
