Cropland abandonment has been a widespread phenomenon in mountainous areas due to the increasing number of natural disasters and the massive migration of rural labor in the process of rapid urbanization.Land transfer ...Cropland abandonment has been a widespread phenomenon in mountainous areas due to the increasing number of natural disasters and the massive migration of rural labor in the process of rapid urbanization.Land transfer is a crucial prerequisite for ensuring food security and fostering rural revitalization.How to promote land transfer in mountainous areas remains a challenging but important task.Nevertheless,there is a dearth of research examining land transfers among farm households that specifically address mountainous regions,and the influence of grassroots governance and geographic location has not been thoroughly elucidated within this particular context.Based on 895household samples collected in Dabie Mountainous Area in China,this study employs binary and ordinal logistic regression models to provide a more comprehensive analysis on land transfers among rural households and the determinants,including the decision to transfer land,the existence of land transfer rents,the channel of land transfer,the duration of the transfer,the pre-transfer cultivation situation,and the level of satisfaction with the land transfer rent.The findings reveal that grassroots governance,geographic location,livelihood capital,and demographic factors significantly influence land transfers among rural households.Specifically,villagers'public participation positively affects land transfer participation(β=0.235,p<0.05),while the operation of village rules and regulations negatively impacts it(β=-0.296,p<0.05).Village cadre satisfaction positively influences both land transfer rent(β=0.274,p<0.05)and rent satisfaction(β=0.303,p<0.05).Improved civil relations in the village correlate with lower land transfer rent(β=-0.511,p<0.05),while a better social atmosphere is associated with higher satisfaction with transfer rent(β=0.575,p<0.01).Households at higher elevations tend to prefer government-mediated land transfers with longer durations.The distances to the township and county centers have contrasting effects on land transfer rent,but their impacts on participation in land transfer,choice of transfer channel,and duration are consistent.The study also found that different types of livelihood capital,as well as the demographic characteristics of households,significantly affect various aspects of land transfer.These empirical findings can inform policymaking to promote more efficient land transfers in mountainous region.展开更多

After an investigation into HSE training performance in petroleum and petrochemical enterprises, HSE training matrices templates for 239 grassroots posts involving 22 primary petroleum and petrochemical disciplines were developed based on the technical requirements of HSE training matrices templates and the studies of template development processes and technical methods at grassroots level. This study aimed to investigate the relationship between mental health literacy(MHL)and workplace well-being(WWB)of Chinese grassroots civil servants,with regulatory emotional self-efficacy(RESE)and resilience as media...This study aimed to investigate the relationship between mental health literacy(MHL)and workplace well-being(WWB)of Chinese grassroots civil servants,with regulatory emotional self-efficacy(RESE)and resilience as mediating variables.A questionnaire survey was conducted among Chinese grassroots civil servants,with a valid sample size of 2673 after excluding missing values and conducting relevant data processing.The PROCESS was used to examine the relationship between MHL,RESE,resilience,and WWB.The study found that MHL among grassroots civil servants was positively and significantly correlated with WWB(r=0.73,p<0.01).RESE partially mediated the relationship between MHL and WWB(β=0.25,95%CI[0.22,0.28]).Resilience partially mediated the relationship between MHL and WWB(β=0.22,95%CI[0.19,0.26]).MHL had a positive effect on WWB through the chain mediating effect of RESE and resilience(β=0.05,95%CI[0.03,0.07]).There is a close relationship between MHL and WWB,where Chinese grassroots civil servants with higher levels of MHL can develop stronger RESE and resilience,leading to higher WWB.The results of this study remind organizational institutions of Chinese grassroots civil servants that enhancing MHL,RESE,and resilience is an important pathway to promoting their WWB.展开更多

Objective: to analyze the causes of the grassroots army physical training, and to give targeted research.Methods: the outpatient information registration form of 2019-2020 was selected, and through the data analysis o...Objective: to analyze the causes of the grassroots army physical training, and to give targeted research.Methods: the outpatient information registration form of 2019-2020 was selected, and through the data analysis of training injury cases, the number of patients was 100.A total of 100 training injury patients included 39 cases, 31 cases, 20 cases and 10 cases of organ injury, bone tissue injury, joint injury and other injuries each. By analyzing the reasons, and doing the countermeasure analysis, compare the specific effect. Results: through the analysis of the training injury, 13 cases, 8 cases, 8 cases, 4 cases, 3 cases, t=5.096,7.035,4.832,3.621, p <0.05. The quality of mental, daily life, society, psychological ± 3.3,68.4 ± 2.5,20.2 ± 2.4,68.5 ± 2.2, respectively. The overall situation improved significantly after prevention (p <0.05).By comparing the satisfaction of patients before and after prevention, prevention was prone to training injury, satisfaction was 66.3 ± 3.7 points, training injury significantly decreased, the satisfaction score was 92.2 ± 2.1, with certain differences (t=12.565) p <0.05. Objective:To survey and study the emergency response capabilities of grassroots disease control institutions in a certain area for public health emergencies,and to put forward suggestions for rectification.Methods:The...Objective:To survey and study the emergency response capabilities of grassroots disease control institutions in a certain area for public health emergencies,and to put forward suggestions for rectification.Methods:The study was carried out from March 2022 to March 2023.Field surveys,questionnaire surveys,and interviews were used to investigate and analyze the emergency response capabilities of public health emergencies in 5 county Centers for Disease Control and Prevention(CDCs)in the region.Results:Through the survey,it was found that the professional level of the existing emergency team personnel of the grassroots disease control institutions in this region needs to be improved.There was an overall lack of emergency plans,and the compliance rate of the equipment,inspection,and testing items was low.The health emergency system of the CDCs in the region and the ability of the talent team need to be further improved.Conclusion:The emergency response capacity of grassroots disease control institutions in this region needs to be improved.For this reason,government departments need to increase investment and strengthen the construction of talent teams and hardware settings,and grassroots disease control institutions need to strengthen the construction of the public health emergency system to improve the ability to respond to public health emergencies.展开更多

文摘Objective:To survey and study the emergency response capabilities of grassroots disease control institutions in a certain area for public health emergencies,and to put forward suggestions for rectification.Methods:The study was carried out from March 2022 to March 2023.Field surveys,questionnaire surveys,and interviews were used to investigate and analyze the emergency response capabilities of public health emergencies in 5 county Centers for Disease Control and Prevention(CDCs)in the region.Results:Through the survey,it was found that the professional level of the existing emergency team personnel of the grassroots disease control institutions in this region needs to be improved.There was an overall lack of emergency plans,and the compliance rate of the equipment,inspection,and testing items was low.The health emergency system of the CDCs in the region and the ability of the talent team need to be further improved.Conclusion:The emergency response capacity of grassroots disease control institutions in this region needs to be improved.For this reason,government departments need to increase investment and strengthen the construction of talent teams and hardware settings,and grassroots disease control institutions need to strengthen the construction of the public health emergency system to improve the ability to respond to public health emergencies.
