Monte Carlo simulation combined with mixed linear model was used to eliminate the interference from environment in order to draw more reliable results. The coincidence rate of range (CR) was the optimal parameter. Mean Simpson index (MD), mean Shannon-Weaver index of genetic diversity (M1) and mean polymorphism information content (MPIC) were important evaluating parameters. The variable rate of coefficient of variation (VR) could act as an important reference parameter for evaluating the variation degree of core collection. Percentage of polymorphic loci (p) could be used as a determination parameter for the size of core collection. Mean difference percentage (MD) was a determination parameter for the reliability judgment of core collection. The effective evaluating parameters for core collection selected in the research could be used as criteria for sampling percentage in different plant germplasm populations.展开更多

The algorithm proposed in this paper for the euqation AX - XF = BY does not require the controllability of matrix pair (A, B) and the restriction that A, F do not have common eigenvalues. Since singular value decomposition is adopted, the algorithm is numerically stable and may provide great convenience to the computation of the solution to these equations, and can perform important functions in many design problems in control systems theory.展开更多

Objective: to explore and analyze the application value of refined nursing in the resuscitation period of gynecological laparoscopic surgery under general anesthesia. Methods: based on the sample analysis method, the ...Objective: to explore and analyze the application value of refined nursing in the resuscitation period of gynecological laparoscopic surgery under general anesthesia. Methods: based on the sample analysis method, the patients receiving gynecological laparoscopic surgery under general anesthesia in our hospital were selected as the subjects of the study. A total of 74 samples were selected from February 2019 to February 2021. According to the difference of nursing plan in the recovery period, the selected patients were divided into control group and observation group, with 37 patients in each group. The patients were given routine nursing and refined nursing intervention respectivey. The clinical indexes and nursing satisfaction of the enrolled patients were observed and compared. Results: the spontaneous breathing time, recovery time, residence time in resuscitation room and extubation time (14.67±4.05) in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group (P < 0.05). At the same time, the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (97.5%: 78.0%). There was a significant difference in the data (P < 0.05). Conclusion: refined nursing is an ideal nursing mode for patients undergoing gynecological laparoscopic surgery under general anesthesia, which can significantly improve the clinical indicators of patients, and play a positive role in improving the evaluation of nursing quality, which is worthy of popularization.展开更多

Methods: 100 patients who underwent hysteromyomectomy in our hospital from Janu...Objective: to explore the clinical significance of general anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia in the treatment of hysteromyoma. Methods: 100 patients who underwent hysteromyomectomy in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were randomly allocated, 50 patients in each group. The general anesthesia group was all under general anesthesia, while the compound anesthesia group was under general anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia. The vital signs of the two groups before tracheal intubation, immediately after tracheal intubation, at the time of skin incision, at the end of surgery and at the time of tracheal extubation were compared, and the incidence of postoperative complications was compared. Results: there was no significant difference in vital signs immediately before tracheal intubation between compound anesthesia group and general anesthesia group (P > 0.05). The vital signs of the compound anesthesia group were lower than those of the general anesthesia group immediately after tracheal intubation, at the time of skin incision, at the end of operation and at the time of tracheal extubation (P < 0.05). The incidence of postoperative complications in compound anesthesia group was lower than that in general anesthesia group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: compared with total anesthesia, general anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia is effective in hysteromyoma surgery, which can effectively maintain good anesthetic effect and reduce the occurrence of complications. Objective and fair scholar evaluation promotes academic engagement and ensures proper allocation of research resources.However,current evaluation methods face challenges such as insufficient consideration of disciplin...Objective and fair scholar evaluation promotes academic engagement and ensures proper allocation of research resources.However,current evaluation methods face challenges such as insufficient consideration of disciplinary differences,over-reliance on publication output,neglect of low-cited papers,and limited discriminative power.This paper proposes an improved evaluation metric—the Academic Equilibrium Value index(AEV-index)—based on academic equilibrium value.By incorporating weights for publication and citation tiers and integrating average publication and citation levels within disciplines,the AEV-index aims to offer a more comprehensive and equitable assessment of scholarly performance.Using Scopus data from computer science conference papers(2012-2021)across the subfields of"Network and Information Security","Computer Graphics and Multimedia",and"Artificial Intelligence",we weighted publications and citations to evaluate researchers'academic levels.The research findings indicate that:(i)The AEV-index enhances existing scholar evaluation metrics from multiple perspectives,providing a relatively reasonable and broadly applicable comprehensive evaluation index.(ii)The AEV-index is significantly correlated with traditional scholar evaluation indicators such as total publications,total citations,and the hindex,while also moderating disciplinary differences,thereby facilitating cross-disciplinary comparisons of academic influence.(iii)Additionally,the AEV-index mitigates the negative impact of low publication output,recognizes the value of low-cited but high-quality papers,and offers improved discriminative power,thereby addressing several limitations of existing evaluation metrics.展开更多
Background:An urban medical group in Dapeng New District was established in 2017 with the objective of enhancing outcomes for common diseases and reinforcing primary care by integrating high‐level hospitals with prim...Background:An urban medical group in Dapeng New District was established in 2017 with the objective of enhancing outcomes for common diseases and reinforcing primary care by integrating high‐level hospitals with primary health services.This study aimed to evaluate the performance of the urban medical group using the triangular value chain framework.Methods:The evaluation was conducted using the Donabedian model,focusing on three key dimensions:safety and quality,accessibility,and affordability.Longitudinal data were collected from 2016 to 2022 through government annual reports,the medical insurance bureau,and hospital information systems.Preprogram and postprogram outcome measurements were compared to assess differences and trends,providing a clear picture of the program's effectiveness.Results:Accessibility improved significantly,with the number of hospital beds per 1000 residents increasing from 2.62 in 2017 to 3.76 in 2022.The availability of general practitioners(GPs)also rose markedly,from 0 per 10,000 residents in 2017 to 6.27 in 2022.Regarding safety and quality,the proportion of complex medical procedures conducted within the New District expanded substantially,from 7.35%in 2017 to 38.11%in 2021.Additionally,there was an enhancement in the standardized management rate of chronic diseases.Affordability assessments showed that the proportion of medical income derived from the medical insurance fund increased by nearly 22.81 percentage points between 2012 and 2021.By 2021,75.02%of medical patients were covered by medical insurance,representing an increase of approximately 44 percentage points from 31.19%in 2012.Conclusions:The implementation of the urban medical group in Dapeng New District has led to substantial improvements in healthcare accessibility,safety and quality,and affordability.Future initiatives will focus on advancing the“Dapeng Mode”to generate exemplary healthcare outcomes and minimize disparities in basic health services and health status between urban and rural populations.The reform agenda includes piloting payment reforms and innovative payment models within the Dapeng group,complemented by a health assessment and performance incentive system aimed at encouraging healthcare institutions to prioritize health management.展开更多
