According to the characteristics of "Three Many", we put forward "material is the leader, technology is the support, and plan is the main line", and strive to achieve the precision of material management, standardization of technology quality management and standardization of production operation management, and achieved remarkable results. Since the construction of Yong 21 Project: the prefabrication rate of pipeline in factory is 85.8%, the first pass rate of welding is 99.03%, and 48,510 safe labor hours are accumulated, saving the construction period by about one month, which has played an important role in helping the project to be put into production ahead of schedule.展开更多
