为满足现阶段不断提升的汽车技术指标,整车厂对汽车的各个部件的性能也提出更高的要求。而轮胎作为汽车的关键部件,其性能参数更是受到了整车厂的广泛关注。其中,轮胎的转动惯量参数不仅关系到整车的行驶性能,更是整车前期开发中轮胎动... 为满足现阶段不断提升的汽车技术指标,整车厂对汽车的各个部件的性能也提出更高的要求。而轮胎作为汽车的关键部件,其性能参数更是受到了整车厂的广泛关注。其中,轮胎的转动惯量参数不仅关系到整车的行驶性能,更是整车前期开发中轮胎动力学模型建模的重要输入,而现阶段对于轮胎这种较大的零部件更多的是利用计算机辅助仿真或理论计算进行模拟评估,亦或根据转动惯量计算机理设计简易测试工装,并没有一个专用的设备对轮胎进行真实的转动惯量测试,故该文通过研究Flat Trac试验台的运行机理及轮胎转动惯量的测试原理,建立基于Flat Trac试验台架的轮胎转动惯量测试方法,解决轮胎转动惯量测试的问题。经验证,利用Flat Trac试验台可以快速有效地测试出轮胎的转动惯量,与真实的转动惯量进行对比,其关键参数“绕Y轴”的转动惯量误差较小,满足整车部件级关键参数输出及动力学模型建模输入的要求。 展开更多

Aiming at the problem of insufficient prediction accuracy of strip flatness at the outlet of cold tandem rolling,the prediction performance of strip flatness based on different ensemble methods was studied and a high-precision prediction ensemble model of strip flatness at the outlet was established.Firstly,based on linear regression(LR),K nearest neighbors(KNN),support vector regression,regression trees(RT),and backpropagation neural network(BPN),bagging,boosting,and stacking ensemble methods were used for ensemble experiments.Secondly,three existing ensemble models,i.e.,random forest,extreme random tree(ET)and extreme gradient boosting,were used to conduct experiments and compare the results.The research shows that bagging,boosting,and stacking three ensemble methods have the most significant improvement in the prediction accuracy of the regression trees model,which is increased by 5.28%,6.51%,and 5.32%,respectively.At the same time,the stacking ensemble method improves both the simple model and the complex model,and the improvement effect on the simple base model is the greatest,which is 4.69%higher than that of the base model KNN.Comparing all of the ensemble models,the stacking ensemble model of level-1(ET,AdaBoost-RT,LR,BPN)paired with level-2(LR)was discovered to be the best model(EALB-LR)and can be further studied for industrial applications. 展开更多

In this paper, using the integration method, it is sought to solve the problem for the laminar boundary_layer on a flat plate. At first, a trial function of the velocity profile which satisfies the basical boundary conditions is selected. The coefficients in the trial function awaiting decision are decided by using some numerical results of the boundary_layer differential equations. It is similar to the method proposed by Peng Yichuan, but the former is simpler. According to the method proposed by Peng, when the awaiting decision coefficients of the trial function are decided, it is sought to solve a third power algebraic equation. On the other hand, in this paper, there is only need for solving a linear algebraic equation. Moreover, the accuracy of the results of this paper is higher than that of Peng. 展开更多

Rapid prediction model for symmetric and asymmetric flatness of 20-high mills

20-high mills often face various flatness problems in the production of cold-rolled stainless steel thin strips.The flatness prediction model is essential for flatness control techniques.A novel rapid prediction model... 20-high mills often face various flatness problems in the production of cold-rolled stainless steel thin strips.The flatness prediction model is essential for flatness control techniques.A novel rapid prediction model for flatness in a 20-high mill is proposed based on a model coupling method capable of forecasting the flatness of cold-rolled stainless steel thin strips under symmetric and asymmetric rolling conditions.The model integrates deformation coordination equations between rolls,force and moment balance equations,strip exit transverse displacement equations,and no-load roll gap equations into a unified set of linear equations.This solution process avoids repeated iterations between the elastic deformation model of the roll system and the plastic deformation model of the strip,which is a limitation of the traditional method and significantly improves the calculation speed and stability.The accuracy of the model was verified via a ZR22B-52 Sendzimir 20-high mill.The measured and calculated flatness values highly coincided,confirming the model’s accuracy.Rolling calculations of 304 stainless steel thin strips demonstrate that the new model results are consistent with those of the traditional method.The calculation time of the new model is only approximately 0.04%-0.35%that of the traditional method.On this basis,the impact of common flatness control methods on the flatness has been analyzed. 展开更多

Flat-Band Lieb Electride with Emergent quantum Phase Transitions and Superconductivity

The Lieb lattice, characterized by its distinctive Dirac cone and flat-band electronic structures, hosts a variety of exotic physical phenomena. However, its realization remains largely confined to artificial lattices. In this work, we propose the concept of a Lieb electride, where the non-bound electrons gather at the middle edges,behaving as the quasi-atoms of a Lieb lattice, enabling the emergence of flat bands. Using crystal structure prediction method MAGUS and first-principles calculations, we predict a stable candidate, Ca_(2)I, at ambient pressure. Distinct from conventional electrides with localized electrons at cavity centers, Ca_(2)I features interstitial electrons situated at cavity edges. The resultant flat bands lie close to the Fermi level, giving rise to a pronounced peak in the density of states and leading to Stoner-type ferromagnetism. With increasing pressures, we observe quantum phase transitions from ferromagnetic to non-magnetic and finally to antiferromagnetic orders in Ca_(2)I.Intriguingly, superconductivity emerges in the antiferromagnetic region, suggesting potential competition between these correlated states. Our study not only extends the concepts of electrides but also provides a novel strategy for realizing Lieb lattices through non-bound electrons. This work establishes Ca_(2)I as a promising platform for exploring flat-band physics and correlated electronic states, opening avenues for novel quantum phenomena in electride-based materials. 展开更多

为探究不同杀青方式对扁形绿芽茶风味品质形成的影响,采用高效液相色谱(High performance liquid chromatography,HPLC)及顶空固相微萃取(Headspace solid phase microextraction,HS-SPME)联用气相色谱-质谱技术(Gas chromatography-mas... 为探究不同杀青方式对扁形绿芽茶风味品质形成的影响,采用高效液相色谱(High performance liquid chromatography,HPLC)及顶空固相微萃取(Headspace solid phase microextraction,HS-SPME)联用气相色谱-质谱技术(Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry,GC/MS)检测分析加工过程生化成分及香气变化。结果表明,微波补杀有利于改善扁形绿芽茶汤色、香气、滋味品质,对后期成茶中茶多酚、游离氨基酸及可溶性糖转化生成有利,同时有利于加工过程儿茶素(Catechin,C)、没食子儿茶素(Gallocatechin,GC)、表儿茶素(Epicatechin,EC)的后期生成。从对照组(CK)和微波补杀组(WB)中分别检测出972、966种挥发性代谢物,两组杀青处理中鲜叶、杀青叶及成茶间挥发性代谢物特征差异明显,微波补杀有利于丰富茶叶香气化合物种类,杀青叶与成茶间差异代谢物显著多于杀青叶与鲜叶间差异代谢物。对差异代谢物相对气味活度值(relative odor activity value,rOAV)分析,分别从CK组和WB组注释到6种、9种rOAV>1的差异代谢物,推测是不同杀青处理中各工序香气变化的关键呈香物质。其中具有似橙类水果香气风味表现的1-癸醇、(E)-3,7-二甲基-2,6-辛二醛、柠檬醛以及具有温和愉快芳香气、橙香、花香风味表现的对伞花烃、邻氨基苯甲酸甲酯、邻伞花烃可能是引起不同杀青处理成茶香气品质差异的主要物质。本研究为川渝地区扁形绿芽茶品质特征形成成因及加工工艺优化提供理论参考。 展开更多

针对压力变送器隔离膜片的优化设计问题,提出一种基于等效平膜片法和有限元分析的隔离膜片型面多参数优化方法。首先,根据等效平膜片理论及设计要求构建优化模型,以确定隔离膜片最佳厚度。然后,采用有限元法分析隔离膜片的应力与变形。... 针对压力变送器隔离膜片的优化设计问题,提出一种基于等效平膜片法和有限元分析的隔离膜片型面多参数优化方法。首先,根据等效平膜片理论及设计要求构建优化模型,以确定隔离膜片最佳厚度。然后,采用有限元法分析隔离膜片的应力与变形。最后,通过Akima插值法拟合有限元分析数据点,并将拟合函数代入优化模型,以确定隔离膜片最佳波纹高度和波纹数。以某型隔离膜片为例,通过该优化方法得出隔离膜片的最优厚度为0.03 mm、最优波纹高度为0.286 mm、最优波纹数为7个。同时,讨论了关键型面参数对隔离膜片性能的影响。隔离膜片厚度与最大应力、灵敏度、非线性度均负相关。波纹高度与非线性度负相关。随着波纹高度增加,最大应力和灵敏度均呈先增后减趋势。波纹数对隔离膜片性能的影响总体较小。因此,调整隔离膜片厚度和波纹高度是改变隔离膜片性能、优化隔离膜片结构的主要方法。 展开更多

The model was developed on the basis of the deformation of flatness measuring roll in roiling process and compensation curve was obtained. The finite element method(FEM)is used to analyze the effects of lead widths and pitches on reliability of soldered joints.The optimum simulation for QFP devices is also researched.The results indicate that when the lead pitches are the same,the maximum equivalent stress of the soldered joints increases with the increasing of lead widths,while the reliability of the soldered joints reduces.When the lead widths are the same,the maximum equivalent stress of the soldered joints doesn't decrease completely with the increasing of lead pitches,a minimum value of the maximum equivalent stress values exists in all the curves.Under this condition the maximum equivalent stress of the soldewed joints is relatively the least,the reliability of soldered joints is high and the assembly is excellent.The simulating results indicate the best parameter:The lead width is 0.2 mm and lead pitch is 0.3 mm(the distance between two leads is 0.1 mm),which are benefited for the micromation of QFP devices now.The minimum value of the maximum equivalent stress of soldered joints exists while lead width is 0.25 mm and lead pitch is 0.35 mm(the distance between two leads is 0.1 mm),the devices can serve for a long time and the reliability is the highest,the assembly is excellent.The simulating results also indicate the fact that the lead width is 0.15 mm and lead pitch is 0.2 mm maybe the limit of QFP,which is significant for the high lead count and micromation of assembly. 展开更多

The change processes and trends of shoreline and tidal flat forced by human activities are essential issues for the sustainability of coastal area,which is also of great significance for understanding coastal ecological environment changes and even global changes.Based on field measurements,combined with Linear Regression(LR)model and Inverse Distance Weighing(IDW)method,this paper presents detailed analysis on the change history and trend of the shoreline and tidal flat in Bohai Bay.The shoreline faces a high erosion chance under the action of natural factors,while the tidal flat faces a different erosion and deposition patterns in Bohai Bay due to the impact of human activities.The implication of change rule for ecological protection and recovery is also discussed.Measures should be taken to protect the coastal ecological environment.The models used in this paper show a high correlation coefficient between observed and modeling data,which means that this method can be used to predict the changing trend of shoreline and tidal flat.The research results of present study can provide scientific supports for future coastal protection and management. 展开更多

This work deals with a description of an elastic analysis of eolic blade (preprocessing, processing and post-processing stages). The eolic blade geometry is approximated by flat finite elements in which the membrane effects are evaluated using the FF (free formulation) finite element and the flexure effects are calculated using DKT (discrete shear triangle) finite element. The pre-processing stage is implemented using OpenGL library, to provide the graphical construction for geometry, mesh orientation, and other requirements of the finite element model. For the processing stage is built a specific dll (dynamic link library) library implemented in C++ language for the FF and DKT elements analysis. The post-processing stage has been built using specific dialogs to present all results in the graphic interface, where the static displacements of the eolic blade model are shown. 展开更多

This paper deals with the numerical simulation of incompressible turbulent boundary flow of a flat plate with the pseudo-spectral matrix method. In order to appear more than 10 nodes in the turbulent base-stratum and transition of 43×43 computational grids,a coordinate transformation is put up from physical panel to computational panel. Several zero turbulent models are computed comparatively. The results are credible when comparing with the previous methods. 展开更多

Characteristics of wind pressure pulse on large-span flat roofs

The wind pressure pulse events, among the most important characteristics of wind pressure fluctuations on large-span flat roofs, were investigated by wind tunnel tests in this paper. Incorporating the formation mechanism of wind pressure pulse events, the peak over threshold method was employed to study properties of this kind of events. The event duration time, the energy contribution, the number of the pulse events, and the distribution of average peak pressure were calculated. Probability density functions of some typical samples in separation region were also given. Results show that the non-Gaussian roof pressure is strong in the flow separation region owing to the wind pressure pulse events. Evaluations of the extreme peak pressures, which can be determined by the peak over threshold method effectively, are important to the design of building cladding. 展开更多

A new measuring method for maximal length, width and thickness dimensions of coarse aggregates

In order to establish a new method for measuring the dimensions of coarse aggregates, five different-size flat and elongated (F&E) coarse aggregates were glued into two specimens by epoxy resin, respectively, and slice images were obtained by X-ray CT, then the aggregates were extracted by the fuzzy c-means clustering algorithm. Attributions of the particle on different cross-sections were determined by the ‘overlap area method’. And unified three-dimensional Cartesian coordinate system was established based on continuous slice images. The coefficient values of spherical harmonics descriptor representing particles surface profile were gained, then each scanned particle was represented by 60×120 discrete points conformably with spherical harmonics descriptor. The chord length and direction angles were determined by the calculation. With the major axis (L) and orthogonal axis (W and T), the calculated results were compared with those measured by caliper. It is concluded that the new L, W, and T dimension measuring method is able to take the place of the present manual measurement. 展开更多
