Under the assumption that the input unmodeled dynamics is minimum-phase and of relative degree zero, a dynamic output compensator is explicitly constructed based on the nonseparation principle. Goal oriented( GO) methodology is a kind of success oriented system reliability analysis method and has been used widely.The repairable system with dual input closed-loop feedback link( DICLFL) considering shutdown correlation didn't make reliability analysis accurately based on existing GO methodology. So, a reliability analysis method used to deal with DICLFL considering shutdown correlation is provided based on GO methodology.Firstly, a new operator, which is used to describe DICLFL considering shutdown correlation,whose number is 1,is created and named as Type 9C operator. And then,the formulas of type 9C operator are derived based on Markov process theory. Finally,the new method presented in this paper is adopted to conduct the reliability analysis of an electro-hydraulic servo speed control system. The analysis result is compared with those of Monte Carlo simulation and fault tree analysis( FTA). The comparison results show that this new reliability analysis method based on GO methodology is feasible and meaningful for reliability analysis of repairable systems with DICLFL considering shutdown correlation.Meantime,it will be useful for more other applications. 展开更多

In this paper, an adaptive neural networks(NNs)tracking controller is proposed for a class of single-input/singleoutput(SISO) non-affine pure-feedback non-linear systems with input saturation. In the proposed approach, the original input saturated nonlinear system is augmented by a low pass filter.Then, new system states are introduced to implement states transformation of the augmented model. The resulting new model in affine Brunovsky form permits direct and simpler controller design by avoiding back-stepping technique and its complexity growing as done in existing methods in the literature.In controller design of the proposed approach, a state observer,based on the strictly positive real(SPR) theory, is introduced and designed to estimate the new system states, and only two neural networks are used to approximate the uncertain nonlinearities and compensate for the saturation nonlinearity of actuator. The proposed approach can not only provide a simple and effective way for construction of the controller in adaptive neural networks control of non-affine systems with input saturation, but also guarantee the tracking performance and the boundedness of all the signals in the closed-loop system. The stability of the control system is investigated by using the Lyapunov theory. Simulation examples are presented to show the effectiveness of the proposed controller. 展开更多

Design of Non-rational MIMO Feedback Systems with Inputs and Outputs Satisfying Certain Bounding Conditions by Using Rational Approximants

When a feedback system has components described by non-rational transfer functions, a standard practice in designing such a system is to replace the non-rational functions with rational approximants and then carry out the design with the approximants by means of a method that copes with rational systems. In order to ensure that the design carried out with the approximants still provides satisfactory results for the original system, a criterion of approximation should be explicitly taken into account in the design formulation. This paper derives such a criterion for multi-input multi-output(MIMO) feedback systems whose design objective is to ensure that the absolute values of every error and every controller output components always stay within prescribed bounds whenever the inputs satisfy certain bounding conditions. The obtained criterion generalizes a known result which was derived for single-input single-output(SISO) systems; furthermore, for a given rational approximant matrix, it is expressed as a set of inequalities that can be solved in practice. Finally, a controller for a binary distillation column is designed by using the criterion in conjunction with the method of inequalities. The numerical results clearly demonstrate that the usefulness of the criterion in obtaining a design solution for the original system. 展开更多

This paper presents an optimization method of designing the integral sliding mode (ISM) based composite nonlinear feedback (CNF) controller for a class of low order linear systems with input saturation. The optimal CNF control is first designed as a nominal control to yield high tracking speed and low overshoot. The selection of all the tuning parameters for the CNF control law is turned into a minimization problem and solved automatically by particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm. Subsequently, the discontinuous control law is introduced to reject matched disturbances. Then, the optimal ISM-CNF control law is achieved as the sum of the optimal CNF control law and the discontinuous control law. The effectiveness of the optimal ISM-CNF controller is verified by comparing with a step by step designed one. High tracking performance is achieved by applying the optimal ISM-CNF controller to the tracking control of the micromirror. 展开更多

By using the parametric Lyapunov equation and the gain scheduling technique, a new observer-based output feedback controller is proposed to solve the semi-global stabilization problem for spacecraft rendezvous system with actuator saturation. By scheduling the design parameter online, the convergence rates of the closed-loop system are improved. Numerical simulations show the effectiveness of the proposed approaches. 展开更多

The analysis and design of observed-based nonlinear control of a heartbeat tracking system is investigated in this paper. Two of Zeeman’s heartbeat models are investigated and modified by adding the control input as a pacemaker, thereby creating the control-affine nonlinear system models that capture the general heartbeat behavior of the human heart. The control objective is to force the output of the heartbeat models to track and generate a synthetic electrocardiogram (ECG) signal based on the actual patient reference data, obtained from the William Beaumont Hospitals, Michigan, and the PhysioNet database. The formulations of the proposed heartbeat tracking control systems consist of two phases: analysis and synthesis. In the analysis phase, nonlinear controls based on input-output feedback linearization are considered. This approach simplifies the difficult task of developing nonlinear controls. In the synthesis phase, observer-based controls are employed, where the unmeasured state variables are estimated for practical implementations. These observer-based nonlinear feedback control schemes may be used as a control strategy in electronic pacemakers. In addition, they could be used in a software-based approach to generate a synthetic ECG signal to assess the effectiveness of diagnostic ECG signal processing devices. 展开更多

Motivated by the concept of integral input-to-state stability (iISS) in deterministic systems and stochastic input-to-state stability (SISS) in stochastic systems, a concept of stochastic integral input-to-state stability (SiISS) using Lyapunov functions is first introduced. A constructive strategy is proposed to design a dynamic output feedback control law, which drives the state to the origin almost surely while keeping all other closed-loop signals almost surely bounded. An Ultra Low-Voltage and Low-Power OTA Using Bulk-Input Technique and Its Application in Active-RC Filters

This paper presents the design of a two-stage bulk-input pseudo-differential operational transconductance amplifier (OTA) and its application in active-RC filters. The OTA was designed in 90 nm CMOS process and operates at a single supply voltage of 0.5 V. Using a two-path bulk-driven OTA by the combination of two different amplifiers the DC gain and speed of the OTA is increased. Rail-to-rail input is made possible using the transistor’s bulk terminal as in input. Also a Miller-Feed-forward (MFF) compensation is utilized which is improved the gain bandwidth (GBW) and phase margin of the OTA. In addition, a new merged cross-coupled self-cascode pair is used that can provide higher gain. Also, a novel cost-effective bulk-input common-mode feedback (CMFB) circuit has been designed. Simplicity and ability of using this new merged CMFB circuit is superior compared with state-of-the-art CMFBs. The OTA has a 70.2 dB DC gain, a 2.5 MHz GBW and a 70.8o phase margin for a 20 PF capacitive load whereas consumes only 25 μw. Finally, an 8th order Butterworth active Biquadrate RC filter has been designed and this OTA was checked by a typical switched-capacitor (SC) integrator with a 1 MHz clock-frequency. 展开更多

This paper investigates the stabilisation problem and consider transient optimisation for a class of the multi-input-multi-output(MIMO)semi-linear stochastic systems.A control algorithm is presented via an m-block backstepping controller design where the closed-loop system has been stabilized in a probabilistic sense and the transient performance is optimisable by optimised by searching the design parameters under the given criterion.In particular,the transient randomness and the probabilistic decoupling will be investigated as case studies.Note that the presented control algorithm can be potentially extended as a framework based on the various performance criteria.To evaluate the effectiveness of this proposed control framework,a numerical example is given with simulation results.In summary,the key contributions of this paper are stated as follows:1)one block backstepping-based output feedback control design is developed to stabilize the dynamic MIMO semi-linear stochastic systems using a linear estimator;2)the randomness and probabilistic couplings of the system outputs have been minimized based on the optimisation of the design parameters of the controller;3)a control framework with transient performance enhancement of multi-variable semi-linear stochastic systems has been discussed. 展开更多

基于多尺度注意力轻量化网络的信道状态信息反馈方法

针对大规模多输入多输出系统中信道状态信息在反馈时重构精度低、复杂度高的问题,提出了一种基于注意力机制的反馈方法。首先,考虑到信道状态信息矩阵数据分布特点,采用一种高效多尺度注意力模块提取信道状态信息矩阵局部和全局的特征,... 针对大规模多输入多输出系统中信道状态信息在反馈时重构精度低、复杂度高的问题,提出了一种基于注意力机制的反馈方法。首先,考虑到信道状态信息矩阵数据分布特点,采用一种高效多尺度注意力模块提取信道状态信息矩阵局部和全局的特征,并关注重要数据点的分布,提升网络模型的特征学习能力。其次,使用增强的可重参数化的卷积替代普通的卷积核,提升卷积对于局部特征的提取能力,使整个神经网络自编码器在保持轻量化的基础上达到更高的压缩重构精度。仿真结果表明,与轻量化网络CRNet和ACRNet-1x相比,所提出的网络模型在复杂度方面分别平均降低了19%和5%,重构精度分别平均提高了3%和8%,同时展现出了更好的鲁棒性。 展开更多

为应对大规模多输入多输出(Multiple⁃input multiple⁃output,MIMO)系统中信道状态信息(Channel state information,CSI)反馈开销的日益增长,基于深度学习的CSI反馈网络(如Transformer网络)受到了广泛的关注,是一种非常有应用前景的智能... 为应对大规模多输入多输出(Multiple⁃input multiple⁃output,MIMO)系统中信道状态信息(Channel state information,CSI)反馈开销的日益增长,基于深度学习的CSI反馈网络(如Transformer网络)受到了广泛的关注,是一种非常有应用前景的智能传输技术。为此,本文提出了一种基于数据聚类的CSI反馈Transformer网络的简化方法,采用基于聚类的近似矩阵乘法(Approximate matrix multiplication,AMM)技术,以降低反馈过程中Transformer网络的计算复杂度。本文主要对Transformer网络的全连接层计算(等效为矩阵乘法),应用乘积量化(Product quantization,PQ)和MADDNESS等简化方法,分析了它们对计算复杂度和系统性能的影响,并针对神经网络数据的特点进行了算法优化。仿真结果表明,在适当的参数调整下,基于MADDNESS方法的CSI反馈网络性能接近精确矩阵乘法方法,同时可大幅降低计算复杂度。 展开更多

针对电动舵机控制器设计过程中的齿隙、输入饱和与状态信息不完全可测等问题,提出了一种基于自适应神经网络状态观测器的输出反馈控制方法。为刻画齿隙对系统动力学的影响,通过引入近似死区函数构建含齿隙的4阶伺服系统模型。针对状态... 针对电动舵机控制器设计过程中的齿隙、输入饱和与状态信息不完全可测等问题,提出了一种基于自适应神经网络状态观测器的输出反馈控制方法。为刻画齿隙对系统动力学的影响,通过引入近似死区函数构建含齿隙的4阶伺服系统模型。针对状态不完全可测的问题,设计一种基于自适应神经网络的状态观测器,实现了存在模型不确定性条件下的系统状态重构。在反步法框架下,利用双曲正切Lyapunov函数结合状态观测器输出构建了输出反馈控制器。针对可能出现的输入饱和,引入辅助滤波系统以补偿输入饱和的影响。基于Lyapunov理论证明了闭环系统中误差信号的有界性。通过构建多组仿真实验,验证了所设计控制方法的有效性。研究结果表明,所设计的控制方法能够抑制齿隙非线性对系统性能的影响,补偿输入饱和约束,并在状态不完全可测条件下实现舵面的精确跟踪控制。 展开更多

基于ZVD-DTFC-LPFC的柔性机械臂复合控制方法及其抗扰抑振研究 被引量:1

【目的】柔性机械臂因低刚度特性易诱发残余振动,导致末端定位精度劣化;同时,负载扰动引发的动态波动与柔性轴形变产生的负载侧位置滞后,进一步制约高精度控制。传统输入整形技术虽可抑制振动,但其开环特性无法同步解决上述多源扰动问... 【目的】柔性机械臂因低刚度特性易诱发残余振动,导致末端定位精度劣化;同时,负载扰动引发的动态波动与柔性轴形变产生的负载侧位置滞后,进一步制约高精度控制。传统输入整形技术虽可抑制振动,但其开环特性无法同步解决上述多源扰动问题。针对上述难题,本文提出一种零振动微分动态转矩反馈补偿负载位置滞后补偿(ZVD-DTFC-LPFC)复合控制策略。【方法】基于双惯量系统模型构建开-闭环协同架构,开环侧采用零振动微分(ZVD)输入整形抑制残余振动;闭环侧设计动态转矩反馈补偿(DTFC),通过降维状态观测器实时估计轴转矩,形成位置-转速-转矩-电流四环串级控制抵抗负载扰动;进一步设计负载位置滞后补偿(LPFC)算法,动态计算负载位置偏差叠加至电机编码器信号,消除稳态滞后。【结果】仿真结果表明,ZVD-DTFC-LPFC的空载残余振动抑制率达98%;25%、50%、100%负载突变下的动态响应时间平均为0.11 s,较ZVD缩短了54%;带载稳态位置滞后角<0.005 rad,较未补偿前减少了97%。【结论】ZVD-DTFC-LPFC策略将开环抑振与闭环抗扰方法协同,实现振动-扰动-滞后多目标优化,为精密柔性机械臂提供了高鲁棒解决方案。 展开更多
