In complex feed structures, there exist main chemical functional groups which are associated with nutrient utilization and availability and functionality. Each functional group has unique molecular structure therefore produce unique molecular vibration spectral profile. Feed processing has been used to improve nutrient utilization for many years. However, to date, there was little study on processing-induced changes of feed intrinsic structure and functional groups on a molecular basis within intact tissue. This is because limited research technique is available to study inherent structure on a molecular basis. Recently bioanalytical techniques: such as Synchrotron Infrared Microspectroscopy as well as Diffuse Reflectance Infrared Fourier Transform molecular spectroscopy have been developed. These techniques enable to detect molecular structure change within intact tissues. These techniques can prevent destruction or alteration of the intrinsic protein structures during processing for analysis. However, these techniques have not been used in animal feed and nutrition research. The objective of this review was show that with the advanced technique, sensitivity and responses of functional groups to feed processing on a molecular basis could be detected in my research team. Control of sludge age and mixed liquid suspended solids concentration in the activated sludge process is critical for ensuring effective wastewater treatment. A nonlinear dynamic model for a step-feed activated sludge process was developed in this study. The system is based on the control of the sludge age and mixed liquor suspended solids in the aerator of last stage by adjusting the sludge recycle and wastage flow rates respectively. The simulation results showed that the sludge age remained nearly constant at a value of 16 d in the variation of the influent characteristics. The mixed liquor suspended solids in the aerator of last stage were also maintained to a desired value of 2500 g/m3 by adjusting wastage flow rates. 展开更多

Biological occurrence of simultaneous nitrification and denitrification was verified in the aspect of nitrogen mass balance and alkalinity. The experimental results also showed that there was a distinct linear relationship between simultaneous nitrification and denitrification and DO concentration under the conditions of low and high aeration flow rate. In each experimental run the floc sizes of activated sludge were also measured and the results showed that simultaneous nitrification and denitrification could occur with very small size of floc. 展开更多

This paper investigates the thermal-coupled effect across the wall and the optimal heat transfer region of the wall for enhancing the energy saving effect of dividing wall column (DWC), and also studies the effects of feed thermal condition (q) and middle component composition of feed (cB) on the heat transfer process, the optimal heat transfer region, and the maximum heat transfer quantity across the wall. The simulation results show that the maximum heat transfer quantity across the wall and the potential for energy saving increase with the increase of q, while with the limitation of temperature difference across the wall, the beneficial heat transfer effect between certain range of stages, which are involved in the optimal heat transfer region, cannot be realized completely for a specific value of q. Besides, compared with q, a changing cB does not change the degree of realizing the beneficial heat transfer effect, but can bring about the variation of liquid split ratio (RL) and vapor split ratio (Rv). Thus, for achieving a maximum energy-saving effect of DWC, different q and cB need to find its own corresponding suitable heat transfer process across the wall. 展开更多

Aflatoxin contamination and rancidity in locally processed commercial fish feeds and ingredients along value chains is a Public and Animal health hazard. The study established the level of aflatoxin contamination, peroxide value (PV), Anisidine value (AnV), and their associated factors at storage areas among farmers, processors, traders, factories, and landing sites in the Wakiso and Kampala districts. The value chain actors were purposively selected in a cross-sectional study based on access to the feed store and the use of locally processed commercial fish feeds on farms. Data collected were statistically analyzed in SPSS version 20. All the samples (45) were positive for aflatoxin contamination and PV with 51% (23/45) of samples being contaminated with “above acceptable” aflatoxin levels and 66.6% (30/45) of samples with “above acceptable” PV. The overall percentage of “above acceptable” AnV was 11/29 (37.9%). Samples from factories were within acceptable contamination levels. Multivariate logistic regression analysis revealed no significant difference between aflatoxin contamination, peroxide, and Anisidine value with storage factors for locally processed commercial fish feeds and ingredients. The study recommended the purchase of fish feeds from factories and a larger study on storage factors responsible for aflatoxin contamination and rancidity in fish feeds in Uganda. 展开更多

大肠杆菌HS27高效生产L-高丝氨酸培养基与补料优化

本文建立了L-苏氨酸营养缺陷型大肠杆菌HS27高效生产L-高丝氨酸的发酵工艺;系统考察了发酵培养基关键组分对产物合成的影响,证明了酵母浸粉与玉米浆干粉的质量比、甜菜糖蜜和硫酸铵质量浓度对L-高丝氨酸合成具有显著影响;通过正交试验... 本文建立了L-苏氨酸营养缺陷型大肠杆菌HS27高效生产L-高丝氨酸的发酵工艺;系统考察了发酵培养基关键组分对产物合成的影响,证明了酵母浸粉与玉米浆干粉的质量比、甜菜糖蜜和硫酸铵质量浓度对L-高丝氨酸合成具有显著影响;通过正交试验确定最优化培养基组成为:葡萄糖15.0 g/L、七水硫酸镁1.5 g/L、酵母浸粉0.6 g/L、玉米浆干粉2.4 g/L、甜菜糖蜜10.0 g/L、L-苏氨酸0.4 g/L、硫酸铵3.0 g/L、磷酸二氢钾1.5 g/L,在该条件下摇瓶发酵最高产量7.46 g/L,较初始条件提高了19%;并在5 L多参数采集发酵罐中建立了双阶段L-苏氨酸补料和甜菜碱的流加工艺,控制氧消耗速率为(150±5) mmol/(L·h),能够有效提升L-高丝氨酸的产量与合成速率,最终获得的L-高丝氨酸产量达到134.1 g/L,平均合成速率达到4.8 g/(L·h),为大肠杆菌HS27高效发酵生产L-高丝氨酸奠定了工业基础。 展开更多

尾菜发酵工艺优化及发酵尾菜在仔猪上的饲喂效果研究

本试验旨在对尾菜发酵工艺进行优化并探究发酵尾菜在仔猪上的饲喂效果。尾菜发酵工艺优化试验:以尾菜作为发酵原料,首先采用单因素试验设计考察发酵基质含水量、复合菌剂添加量、发酵时间对粗蛋白质含量和粗纤维降解率的影响,然后基于... 本试验旨在对尾菜发酵工艺进行优化并探究发酵尾菜在仔猪上的饲喂效果。尾菜发酵工艺优化试验:以尾菜作为发酵原料,首先采用单因素试验设计考察发酵基质含水量、复合菌剂添加量、发酵时间对粗蛋白质含量和粗纤维降解率的影响,然后基于单因素试验结果利用响应面试验对发酵工艺进行优化,最后对优化结果进行验证。发酵尾菜在仔猪上饲喂效果试验:选取18头体重相近、体况良好的42日龄杜洛克×长白×约克夏三元杂交仔猪,随机分为3组,每组3个重复,每个重复2头。对照组、试验Ⅰ组和试验Ⅱ组分别饲喂添加0、10%、30%尾菜发酵料的试验饲粮。饲养试验共持续37 d,其中预试期7 d,正试期30 d。结果表明:1)尾菜最优发酵工艺参数为发酵基质含水量57%(发酵底物中尾菜与辅料混合物配比为3∶1)、发酵时间20 d、复合菌剂添加量2 g/kg,在此条件下发酵后,粗蛋白质含量由18.78%提高到20.13%,粗纤维含量由25.11%降低到22.76%。2)试验Ⅰ组的腹泻率、血清甘油三酯(TG)含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05),腹泻指数极显著低于对照组(P<0.01);试验Ⅰ组和试验Ⅱ组的平均日增重(ADG)、料重比(F/G)、体尺指标以及多项血清指标[包括谷丙转氨酶(ALT)活性,以及肌酐(CREA)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)、补体3(C3)、补体4(C4)含量]与对照组相比均无显著差异(P>0.05);试验Ⅱ组的血清白蛋白(ALB)、总胆固醇(TC)含量及谷草转氨酶(AST)活性极显著低于对照组(P<0.01),血清碱性磷酸酶(ALP)活性显著低于对照组(P<0.05),平均日采食量(ADFI)极显著高于对照组(P<0.01);试验Ⅰ组和试验Ⅱ组的血清尿素(UREA)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)含量极显著低于对照组(P<0.01),血清葡萄糖(GLU)含量极显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。综上所述,利用响应面法优化后的发酵工艺参数能提高尾菜的营养价值;发酵尾菜替代部分基础饲粮对仔猪的生长性能、体尺指标和免疫功能无负面影响,综合腹泻率等指标考虑,发酵尾菜按10%的比例替代基础饲粮效果最优。 展开更多

目的:评估非营养性吸吮与Beckman口腔运动干预综合应用对经口喂养过渡期早产儿口腔运动功能、经口喂养进程与表现的影响。方法:选取河南省儿童医院2021年1月—2021年12月住院的喂养困难早产儿80例为研究对象,随机分为干预组37例和对照... 目的:评估非营养性吸吮与Beckman口腔运动干预综合应用对经口喂养过渡期早产儿口腔运动功能、经口喂养进程与表现的影响。方法:选取河南省儿童医院2021年1月—2021年12月住院的喂养困难早产儿80例为研究对象,随机分为干预组37例和对照组43例,两组均给予常规护理和非营养性吸吮干预,干预组联合Beckman口腔运动干预。比较两组早产儿开始经口喂养期和完全经口喂养期的口腔运动功能、胎龄和体重,早产儿开始实施经口喂养到完全经口喂养的时间、喂养不耐受情况发生率。结果:新生儿口腔运动评定量表(NOMAS),开始经口喂养期两组早产儿NOMAS各维度评分、胎龄、体重无差异(P>0.05)。完全经口喂养期干预组评分高于对照组,吸吮紊乱评分、吸吮障碍评分低于对照组,胎龄低于对照组;干预组早产儿开始实施经口喂养到完全经口喂养的时间[24.0(17.5,30.0)d]短于对照组[31.0(25.0,34.0)d](均P<0.05),早产儿喂养不耐受情况发生率(2.7%)与对照组(11.6%)无差异(P>0.05)。结论:非营养性吸吮联合Beckman口腔运动干预可有效促进早产儿口腔运动功能,缩短早产儿开始实施经口喂养到完全经口喂养进程,且不会额外增加喂养不耐受情况的发生率,建议应用于临床。 展开更多

滚轧成形是复杂型面省力高性能成形的有效途径之一,尤其适用于内齿形的成形。然而,受限于内径空间,花键毂内齿形的滚轧在模具布置及运动实现方面面临极大挑战。本文采用数值方法,探讨了重卡花键毂内齿径向滚轧的变形特征。基于内径空间... 滚轧成形是复杂型面省力高性能成形的有效途径之一,尤其适用于内齿形的成形。然而,受限于内径空间,花键毂内齿形的滚轧在模具布置及运动实现方面面临极大挑战。本文采用数值方法,探讨了重卡花键毂内齿径向滚轧的变形特征。基于内径空间的约束,采用单滚轧模具。该方案径向进给可通过模具主动运动或工件主动运动来实现。在花键毂径向进给滚轧过程中,齿形形成区域内的轴向齿形同步成形,塑性变形区及高应变区主要集中于工件内表层。研究结果表明,花键毂成形以齿底径向材料流动和沿齿侧材料流动为主,轴向材料流动甚微。与轴向进给滚轧的成形结果对比发现,径向滚轧所得花键毂的齿形中部形状几乎相同,但齿形两端区域的形状差别较大。 展开更多

为优化草鱼(Ctenopharyngodon idella)开口膨化饲料的生产工艺,本研究探讨了物料水分含量、喂料速度和螺杆转速三个关键参数对饲料质量的影响。通过单因子试验,测定了饲料的淀粉糊化度、蛋白质体外消化率、维生素C活性保留率及膨化度等... 为优化草鱼(Ctenopharyngodon idella)开口膨化饲料的生产工艺,本研究探讨了物料水分含量、喂料速度和螺杆转速三个关键参数对饲料质量的影响。通过单因子试验,测定了饲料的淀粉糊化度、蛋白质体外消化率、维生素C活性保留率及膨化度等指标。结果表明:适宜的水分含量是保证高糊化度与高消化率的基础;提高喂料速度和螺杆转速有助于提升膨化度,但会降低维生素C的保留率。通过综合平衡各指标,最终确定较优的膨化工艺参数组合为:物料水分含量21%、喂料速度30 r/min、螺杆转速200 r/min。该研究为草鱼开口膨化饲料的高质量生产提供了理论依据和实践参考。 展开更多
