The concrete-faced rockfill dam(CFRD) is an important dam type in the selection of high dams to be constructed in Western China,owing to its direct utilization of local materials,good adaptability,and distinct economic advantages.Over the past decades,China has gained successful experience in the construction of 200 m CFRDs,providing the necessary technical accumulation for the development of 250–300 m ultra-high CFRDs.This paper summarizes these successful experiences and analyzes the problems of a number of major 200 m CFRDs around the world.In addition,it discusses the key technologies and latest research progress regarding safety in the construction of 250–300 m ultra-high CFRDs,and suggests focuses and general ideas for future research. 展开更多

The rebound effects of technological advancement on energy consumption make it very complicated to measure the impact of technological advancement on energy efficiency.This article,taking 35 industries as samples,utilizes the non-parameter DEA-Malmquist productivity approach to subcategorise technological advancement into three parts:science-technological(sci-tech)progress,pure technical efficiency and efficiency of scale.The panel technique is then used to work out each subcategory’s contribution to energy efficiency individually.Findings show that technological efficiency (calculated by multiplying the results of pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency)is the principal factor in the improvement of energy efficiency while the contribution from sci-tech progress is comparatively less.Overtime,however,the effect of sci-tech progress is gradually heightened while the effect of technical efficiency slowly diminishes. 展开更多

Based on some theoretical and empirical research on environmental Kuznets curve (EKC), this paper introduces the environmental technical innovation and environmental investment into Salow growth model to discuss the relationship between GDP per capital and the emission of pollutant By the dynamic simulation and parameters analysis, the results of the model indicate: (1) when "green" technical progress and environmental investment are fixed, the relationship between GDP per capital and the emission shows the linear relationship; (2) "green" technical progress can lead to the positive growth rates with a decreasing level of emission, which is compatible with an EKC; (3) the proportion of the environmental investment can lead the different growth rates and level of emission. These results can explain that developing countries are "too poor to be green". 展开更多

有偏技术进步视角下农业要素综合禀赋与农民增收研究

提高农民收入既是实现乡村全面振兴的内在要求,也是重要保障。技术进步对要素技术效率呈现非对称性作用,改变了要素配置和要素综合禀赋,进而影响农业发展和农民收入。为测度农业要素综合禀赋并分析其对农民增收的影响,本文在有偏技术进... 提高农民收入既是实现乡村全面振兴的内在要求,也是重要保障。技术进步对要素技术效率呈现非对称性作用,改变了要素配置和要素综合禀赋,进而影响农业发展和农民收入。为测度农业要素综合禀赋并分析其对农民增收的影响,本文在有偏技术进步视角下构建农业部门CES生产函数,通过数理推导、指标测算和事实分析发现,我国多数地区的农业表现为资本偏向性技术进步,且劳动综合禀赋大于资本综合禀赋。通过设定模型运用固定效应估计和广义最小二乘法等方法研究表明,提高劳动综合禀赋和资本综合禀赋,对我国农民总收入、工资性收入和经营性收入均具有显著的正向作用。通过异质性分析得知,东部和西部地区的劳动综合禀赋与资本综合禀赋对农民工资性收入和经营性收入均表现为正向效应。要素综合禀赋能够增加粮食主产区的农民经营性收入,也可以增加粮食平衡区的农民工资性收入。在有偏技术进步作用下,农业机械化和农村基础设施建设可以提高劳动综合禀赋和资本综合禀赋,是有利于农民增收的。 展开更多

该文运用非参数的Malmquist指数方法,对2003—2021年四川省整体及其21个地级市(自治州)的农业全要素生产率与分解指标——技术进步指数与技术效率变化指数进行测算,并进一步探究农业全要素生产率构成的时序演变与空间分布规律。研究显示... 该文运用非参数的Malmquist指数方法,对2003—2021年四川省整体及其21个地级市(自治州)的农业全要素生产率与分解指标——技术进步指数与技术效率变化指数进行测算,并进一步探究农业全要素生产率构成的时序演变与空间分布规律。研究显示,在此期间,四川省农业全要素生产率年均增幅为3.14%,其中农业技术进步指数年均提高3.46%,而农业技术效率变化指数则年均下滑0.31%。从各市(自治州)来看,2003—2021年所有市(自治州)的农业TFP均保持正增长态势,其增长主要依赖于技术进步的推动,而非技术效率的提升。从分解指标来看,四川省绝大多数市(自治州)均表现出技术进步与效率损失并存的格局。 展开更多

Based on the DEA-based Malmquist index method,the total factor productivity was calculated for 5 major banana production areas in 2003-2004,and it was further divided into technological progress and technical efficiency.The results show that the total factor productivity of banana industry in China was 1.3% in the sample period,mainly due to technological progress,the average growth rate was 2.6%,while the pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency was -0.1% and -1.2% respectively.The improvement of total factor productivity in banana industry in China relied mainly on technological progress,cultivation of new banana varieties,management of high quality cultivation,popularization and application of water conservation and fertilizer saving technology,and injury-free picking technologies.The pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency of banana production were negative,indicating that the management level of banana was not high.The effect of scale economy of this industry through agglomeration and consolidation is still to be practiced.Banana growers should promote the improvement of large scale and management level of the banana industry at the same time of promoting the technological progress. 展开更多

This study applies a stochastic frontier production approach to decompose the sources of total productivity (TFP) growth into technical progress and changes in technical efficiency of 8057 firms in Vietnamese manufacturing industries during 2003-2007. Using both total manufacturing industry and sub-manufacturing industrial regressions, the analysis focuses on the trend of technological progress (TP) and technical efficiency change (TEC), and the role of productivity change in economic growth. According to the estimated results, the annual technical progress for the manufacturing industry and sub-manufacturing industries are calculated directly from the estimated parameters of the translog stochastic frontier production function by taking a partial derivative of output with respect to time t. The average technical changes in manufacturing industry and sub-manufacturing industries are positive, with an average technical change about 5.2%, 5.8%, 5.4%, 11.8%, 4.6%, 4.1%, 7.3%, 4.8%, 4.8% and 4.8% for total sample, food products & beverages, textile & wearing apparel, footwear, paper & products, industrial chemicals, rubber & plastic products, non- metallic mineral, basic & fabricated metal and other sub-industries, respectively. Total TFP in the manufacturing sector has grown at the annual rate of 0.052, although the rate of growth decreased continuously during the sample period. For the sub-industry estimates during the sample period, TFP grew fastest in the footwear sub-industry, with annual average growth rate of 11.8%, followed by the rubber & plastic products with a rate of 7.3%, and the food products & beverages with a rate of 5.8% per annum. 展开更多

【背景】煤炭地下气化(UCG)技术产业化是保障清洁能源供给安全的一个可能解决方案,当前新一轮UCG技术探索热潮方兴未艾。【方法】系统梳理国内国际文献,评述2023-2024年期间UCG技术研究进展,分析UCG技术发展面临的主要挑战,提出未来重... 【背景】煤炭地下气化(UCG)技术产业化是保障清洁能源供给安全的一个可能解决方案,当前新一轮UCG技术探索热潮方兴未艾。【方法】系统梳理国内国际文献,评述2023-2024年期间UCG技术研究进展,分析UCG技术发展面临的主要挑战,提出未来重点探索方向。【进展】提出了基于UCG的煤炭能源开发利用变革性技术,认为发展UCG–煤层气资源–CO_(2)封存与利用(UCG–CBM–CCUS)协同高效联产工艺技术是推进UCG技术产业化的关键。UCG生产动态与过程控制研究重点范围有所扩大,完善了UCG传热传质模型和模拟方法并建立了UCG腔体生长过程主要参数数学模型,探讨了UCG生产行为对炉内温度、压力、气化剂配方、注气工艺的响应特点和变化规律,论证了UCG生产富氢气体的天然优势和成本优势,揭示声发射定位技术在UCG生产动态监控中的潜在多项功能。UCG安全研究关注重点集中在运行安全、地下水安全、地表沉降防控、碳减排4个方面,研究了UCG粗煤气爆炸特性、井筒喷淋降温措施和管材抗氢腐蚀特点,初步开发出耐高温回填新材料,提出了多种UCG地下水污染防控技术,形成多种UCG地面沉降及残余沉降预测方法,提出了UCG碳减排基本策略及“碳调减”主动减排策略。UCG地质约束与选区选址评价、井下关键装备与工具、技术经济性评价等方面研究进展显著,地质评价高度关注UCG工程行为对地层条件的响应,提出和论证了催化剂注入工艺、新型点火方式、外加电磁场激励加热、气化剂注入方式和工艺改进等新设想,成功研制可燃套管、连续管等关键装备工具,多种新工艺新技术设想颇具新意和潜在实用价值。研究展示了UCG粗煤气生产和利用的经济竞争力。首次实施UCGECBM(煤层气增产)高效联采新工艺现场技术验证。【展望】鉴于近期UCG现场实践揭示的重大问题,提出了UCG地质-工程一体化、施工技术水平提升、关键装备工具研发三大未来重点探索方向。 展开更多

In September 2013,the National Energy Administration approved the establishment of Fuling national shale gas demonstration area(hereinafter referred to as the demonstration area),whose construction was completed in December 2015.After nearly one decade of development,it has grown into the main shale gas production base in China.In order to speed up the integration and breakthrough of China's shale gas theoretical understanding and exploration and development technology and effectively promote the great development of marine shale gas in China,this paper reviews and summarizes the development and construction history of the demonstration area,geological theory understanding,engineering technology and key equipment progress.And based on this,the future development direction of the demonstration area is predicted.And the following research results are obtained.First,shale gas exploration and development in the demonstration area is divided into three stages,i.e.,exploration evaluation,phase I and II construction,and stacked development and adjustment.Second,the“binary enrichment”theory for marine shale gas and the engineering theory for efficiently developing gas reservoirs are innovatively established.Third,a series of supporting technologies are innovatively developed,such as optimized and fast drilling technology for shale gas cluster horizontal wells,differentiated network fracturing technology,high-efficiency gas production,gathering and transportation technology,and green development technology for karst mountains,and the localization of key equipment and tools is realized.Fourth,the efficient development of shallow overpressure shale gas reservoirs above 3500 m in depth and the effective development of shale gas reservoirs at the depth of 3500e4000 m are realized in the demonstration area.Fifth,the construction of the demonstration area in the future includes accelerating the development of normal-pressure deep shale gas,continuously tackling key shale gas EOR technologies,actively promoting the field application of new technologies and methods,and powerfully strengthening the construction of green demonstration areas.In conclusion,this demonstration area is the earliest one of four national shale gas demonstration areas,and its achievements will provide continuous guidance for the shale gas exploration and development in China and play a demonstrative and guiding role in promoting the development of shale gas geological theories and exploration and development technologies in China. 展开更多

地铁“隧道-四电”技术接口施工进度风险仿真研究

为实现对地铁隧道工程施工进度的优化控制,针对地铁“隧道-四电”技术接口施工过程中存在的诸多不确定风险,构建一种基于耦合优化相关进度风险分析模型(CSRAM)和贝叶斯信念网络(BBNs)的施工进度仿真模型。首先,对影响施工进度的风险因... 为实现对地铁隧道工程施工进度的优化控制,针对地铁“隧道-四电”技术接口施工过程中存在的诸多不确定风险,构建一种基于耦合优化相关进度风险分析模型(CSRAM)和贝叶斯信念网络(BBNs)的施工进度仿真模型。首先,对影响施工进度的风险因素进行识别,并运用BBNs量化风险因素对技术接口活动施工进度的非叠加性影响,计算得到风险因素表现情况概率边界;其次,运用层次-熵权法对传统的CSRAM进行优化,并考虑风险因素之间的相互关系、技术接口任务活动之间的相互关系以及风险因素与技术接口任务活动之间的相互关系;最后,构建耦合优化CSRAM和BBNs模型,运用蒙特卡洛(Monte Carlo)仿真方法以北京地铁17号线北段工程为例进行仿真分析,计算施工进度的完工概率,并通过调整风险因素的概率边界,对地铁“隧道-四电”技术接口的风险因素进行敏感性分析。结果表明:地铁“隧道-四电”技术接口在风险因素影响下的完工工期为576天,按期完工概率为83.43%,接口工序施工技术管理不足、接口参与方的沟通不畅是影响技术接口施工进度最敏感的风险因素。研究结果验证了地铁“隧道-四电”技术接口施工进度仿真模型的适用性,可为地铁“隧道-四电”技术接口施工进度控制和风险管理提供理论依据。 展开更多

校企合作作为职业教育人才培养的关键路径,对构建高品质的职业教育体系具有深远的战略意义。目前,我国的校企合作存在职业教育与企业技术进步供需不适配的问题。基于适配理论,通过描述职业教育适配企业技术进步的作用机理,从技术技能培... 校企合作作为职业教育人才培养的关键路径,对构建高品质的职业教育体系具有深远的战略意义。目前,我国的校企合作存在职业教育与企业技术进步供需不适配的问题。基于适配理论,通过描述职业教育适配企业技术进步的作用机理,从技术技能培养、职业素养、校企合作、创新能力四个维度,构建职业教育适配企业技术进步的评价指标体系与供需适配模型,选取辽宁6所典型的职业学院为研究样本开展实证研究,研究结果表明:技术技能培养和创新能力维度的人才供给与企业技术进步的人才需求,达到的适配度较好;职业素养和校企合作维度的人才供给与企业技术进步的人才需求,达到的适配度较差。因此,职业院校应加强实习实训基地建设、课程及教材建设,推动校企之间的深度合作,提升人才职业素养,适配企业技术进步。 展开更多

稠油热采技术作为一种高能耗、高排放的能量集约型技术,在低碳时代面临巨大挑战。基于前人研究成果,系统总结了蒸汽吞吐、蒸汽驱、SAGD(蒸汽辅助重力泄油)、火驱共4项稠油热采主体技术,围绕注采模式优化、井网井型创新、工艺创新和多介... 稠油热采技术作为一种高能耗、高排放的能量集约型技术,在低碳时代面临巨大挑战。基于前人研究成果,系统总结了蒸汽吞吐、蒸汽驱、SAGD(蒸汽辅助重力泄油)、火驱共4项稠油热采主体技术,围绕注采模式优化、井网井型创新、工艺创新和多介质辅助提效等方面,回顾总结了稠油热采技术进展、技术特征及面临的挑战,结合生产需求提出创新发展策略。结果表明:在低碳背景下,针对能耗大、排放高、热波及不均匀和驱油效率低等关键问题,稠油热采技术应从2个方面寻求突破。①从机理认识和工艺创新方面协同发力,发展流体转向智能控制技术,大幅提升热能利用效率和采收率;②转变传统热能供应方式,发展地下生热和清洁绿色低耗开采技术,从能量供给端和利用端协同攻关,推动热采技术的可持续发展和提高低碳时代的技术适应性。研究成果可为稠油开发技术突破和可持续发展提供借鉴。 展开更多
