This systematic review synthesizes empirical research on external risk factors for adolescent smartphone addiction.Scopus and Web of Science were searched for English peer-reviewed empirical articles from 2008 onward;...This systematic review synthesizes empirical research on external risk factors for adolescent smartphone addiction.Scopus and Web of Science were searched for English peer-reviewed empirical articles from 2008 onward;28 met inclusion criteria(excluding non-adolescents,generic internet addiction,non-empirical work,or non-English).Thematic synthesis organized findings into three external risk domains—family,school,and peers—considering cultural/contextual mechanisms.Family dynamics(parental phubbing,harsh parenting,dysfunction),school stressors,and adverse peer relationships were identified as accumulating,direct and indirect contributors to smartphone addiction.These operate within a techno-ecological framework,where digital technologies amplify vulnerabilities and create new pathways for maladaptive use.Evidence favors an ecological,multi-level perspective.Future research should use longitudinal designs,standardize measures across cultures,and examine understudied regions—especially Africa—to guide culturally sensitive interventions.展开更多
BACKGROUND Aseptic loosening remains the leading cause of revision in primary total hip arthroplasty(pTHA).However,the literature demonstrates significant variability regarding the relative contributions of different ...BACKGROUND Aseptic loosening remains the leading cause of revision in primary total hip arthroplasty(pTHA).However,the literature demonstrates significant variability regarding the relative contributions of different factors.AIM To investigate the key determinants of aseptic loosening,we performed a systematic review and meta-analysis.METHODS A comprehensive search of PubMed,Web of Science,EMBASE,and the Cochrane Library was conducted,encompassing studies from database inception to January 1,2025.Meta-analyses were performed to evaluate factors associated with aseptic loosening following pTHA.Inclusion and exclusion criteria were systematically applied at each stage to ensure methodological transparency and reproducibility.Study quality was assessed using standardized categories.Pooled odds ratio(OR)with corresponding 95%confidence interval were calculated with random-or fixed-effects models to generate reliability estimates,and study heterogeneity was visualized using forest plots.Ten factors,categorized into patient-,surgeon-,and device-related domains,were reviewed and meta-analyzed.Funnel plot analysis demonstrated a relatively symmetrical distribution,suggesting minimal publication bias.RESULTS A meta-analysis of 20 studies(520789 participants)found a pooled prevalence of 1.96%.Significant risk factors for aseptic loosening after pTHA included elevated body mass index(OR=1.116,P<0.001),higher Charlson comorbidity index(OR=1.378,P<0.001),prosthesis-related factors(OR=1.497,P<0.001),and adverse lifestyles(OR=2.198,P=0.037).Protective factors were non-white race(OR=0.445,P<0.001)and favorable genetics(OR=0.723,P<0.001).Male sex increased risk(OR=1.232,P=0.016),while age and anatomy were not significant.Surgical expertise showed a slight protective effect(OR=1.048,P<0.001).A comprehensive understanding of the modifiable and non-modifiable factors contributing to aseptic loosening after pTHA requires consideration of patient-related factors,surgical expertise,and prosthesis characteristics.CONCLUSION The identification of these factors is critical for risk mitigation.High-risk patients should receive targeted counseling regarding individualized profiles.Further studies are warranted to establish clearer causal relationships and identify additional contributing factors.展开更多
This paper proposes a robust control-oriented identification method for errors-in-variables(EIV)systems in output feedbacks using frequency-response(FR)experimental data.An important relation between such a closed-loo...This paper proposes a robust control-oriented identification method for errors-in-variables(EIV)systems in output feedbacks using frequency-response(FR)experimental data.An important relation between such a closed-loop EIV system and its coprime factor(CF)uncertainty description is first derived,based on which the FR measurements suitable for plant CF identification are able to be generated.Different factorizations of a given controller in the closed-loop system can be made best use to adjust right coprime factors(RCFs)of the plant so as to realize an improvement on the signal-to-noise ratio of identification experimental data.Subsequently,a nominal RCF model is estimated by linear matrix inequalities from the applicable FR measurements and its associated worst-case errors are quantified from a priori and a posteriori information on the underlying system.A resulting RCF perturbation model set can then be described by the nominal RCF model and its worst-case error bounds.Such a model set capable of being stabilized by the given controller is ready for its robust stabilizing controller redesign and robust performance analysis.Finally,a numerical simulation is given to show the efficacy of the proposed identification method.展开更多
This paper develops an innovative computational model for assessing the Carbon Emission Factor(CEF)of provincial power systems that incorporates inter-provincial electricity transfers and hybrid generation portfolios ...This paper develops an innovative computational model for assessing the Carbon Emission Factor(CEF)of provincial power systems that incorporates inter-provincial electricity transfers and hybrid generation portfolios combining conventional and renewable sources.A key contribution lies in evaluating how deep regulation of thermal power plants influence the carbon intensity of coal-fired generation and coal-fired generation together with high penetration renewables.Furthermore,the study quantitatively analyzes the role of renewable energy consumption and the prospective application of Carbon Capture and Storage(CCS)in reducing system-wide CEF.Based on this framework,the paper proposes phased carbon emission targets for Guangdong’s power system for key milestone years(2030,2045,2060),along with targeted implementation strategies.Results demonstrate that in renewable-dominant systems,deep regulation of thermal units,load peak-shaving,and deployment of flexible resources such as energy storage are effective in cutting carbon intensity.To achieve the defined targets—0.367 kg/kWh by 2030,0.231 kg/kWh by 2045,and 0.032 kg/kWh by 2060—the following innovation-focused policy is recommended:in early stage,mainly on expansion of renewable capacity and inter-provincial transmission infrastructure along with energy storage deployment;in mid-term,mainly on enhancement of electricity market mechanisms to promote green power trading and demand-side flexibility;and in late-stage,mainly on systematic retirement of conventional coal assets coupled with large-scale CCS adoption and carbon sink mechanisms.展开更多
Spinal cord injury is accompanied by a substantial loss of neurons.Cell replacement therapy improves motor and sensory dysfunction by replacing dead neurons,and endogenous neurogenesis is an important cell replacement...Spinal cord injury is accompanied by a substantial loss of neurons.Cell replacement therapy improves motor and sensory dysfunction by replacing dead neurons,and endogenous neurogenesis is an important cell replacement source.Stimulating endogenous neurogenesis is therefore a viable approach for treating spinal cord injury.Given that basic fibroblast growth factor is a potent inducer of neurogenesis,we developed a sustained-release system of basic fibroblast growth factor-chitosan to enhance tissue repair in spinal cord injury.In the present study,we isolated neural stem cells from the spinal cords of neonatal rats and used single-cell RNA sequencing to trace the complete process of neurogenesis under ex vivo culture conditions.Under the influence of basic fibroblast growth factor-chitosan,neural stem cells were able to transition from a quiescent state to an activated state and subsequently differentiate into neuronal precursor cells and immature neurons.Additionally,basic fibroblast growth factor-chitosan significantly enhanced neural stem cell proliferation in vitro and promoted neuronal generation.Subsequent in vivo experiments confirmed the therapeutic efficacy of basic fibroblast growth factor-chitosan in spinal cord injury,demonstrating enhanced neurogenesis and tissue repair.展开更多

BACKGROUND Liver cirrhosis and portal hypertension(PHT)can lead to lymphatic abnormalities and coagulation dysfunction.Because lymphangiogenesis may relieve liver cirrhosis and PHT,the present study investigated the g...BACKGROUND Liver cirrhosis and portal hypertension(PHT)can lead to lymphatic abnormalities and coagulation dysfunction.Because lymphangiogenesis may relieve liver cirrhosis and PHT,the present study investigated the gene expression alterations in the lymphatic system and the effectiveness of platelet-mediated lymphangiogenesis in improving liver cirrhosis and PHT.AIM To investigate the role of lymphangiogenesis in preclinical PHT models.METHODS Immunohistochemistry and transcriptome sequencing of bile duct ligation(BDL)and control lymphatic samples were conducted to reveal the indicated signaling pathways.Functional enrichment analyses were performed on the differentially expressed genes and hub genes.Adenoviral infection of vascular endothelial growth factor C(VEGF-C),plateletrich plasma(PRP),and VEGF3 receptor(VEGFR)inhibitor MAZ-51 was used as an intervention for the lymphatic system in PHT models.Histology,hemodynamic tests and western blot analyses were performed to demonstrate the effects of lymphatic intervention in PHT patients.RESULTS Lymphangiogenesis was increased in the BDL rat model.Transcriptome sequencing analysis of the extrahepatic lymphatic system revealed its close association with platelet adherence,aggregation,and activation.The role of PHT in the rat model was investigated by activating(PRP)and inhibiting(MAZ-51)the lymphatic system.PRP promoted lymphangiogenesis,which increased lymphatic drainage,alleviated portal pressure,reduced liver fibrosis,inhibited inflammation,inhibited angiogenesis,and suppressed mesenteric artery remodeling.MAZ-51 reversed the above improvements.CONCLUSION Via VEGF-C/VEGFR-3,platelets impede fibrosis,angiogenesis,and mesenteric artery remodeling,ultimately alleviating PHT.Thus,platelet intervention is a therapeutic approach for cirrhosis and PHT.展开更多
The scientific assessment of ecosystem ser-vice value(ESV)plays a critical role in regional ecologi-cal protection and management,rational land use planning,and the establishment of ecological security barriers.The ec...The scientific assessment of ecosystem ser-vice value(ESV)plays a critical role in regional ecologi-cal protection and management,rational land use planning,and the establishment of ecological security barriers.The ecosystem service value of the Northeast Forest Belt from 2005 to 2020 was assessed,focusing on spatial–temporal changes and the driving forces behind these dynamics.Using multi-source data,the equivalent factor method,and geo-graphic detectors,we analyzed natural and socio-economic factors affecting the region.which was crucial for effective ecological conservation and land-use planning.Enhanced the effectiveness of policy formulation and land use plan-ning.The results show that the ESV of the Northeast Forest Belt exhibits an overall increasing trend from 2005 to 2020,with forests and wetlands contributing the most.However,there are significant differences between forest belts.Driven by natural and socio-economic factors,the ESV of forest belts in Heilongjiang and Jilin provinces showed significant growth.In contrast,the ESV of Forest Belts in Liaoning and Inner Mongolia of China remains relatively stable,but the spatial differentiation within these regions is characterized by significant clustering of high-value and low-value areas.Furthermore,climate regulation and hydrological regulation services were identified as the most important ecological functions in the Northeast Forest Belt,contributing greatly to regional ecological stability and human well-being.The ESV in the Northeast Forest Belt is improved during the study period,but the stability of the ecosystem is still chal-lenged by the dual impacts of natural and socio-economic factors.To further optimize regional land use planning and ecological protection policies,it is recommended to prior-itize the conservation of high-ESV areas,enhance ecological restoration efforts for wetlands and forests,and reasonably control the spatial layout of urban expansion and agricul-tural development.Additionally,this study highlights the importance of tailored ecological compensation policies and strategic land-use planning to balance environmental protec-tion and economic growth.展开更多
BACKGROUND:Sepsis may increase the risk of long-term cardiovascular outcomes.This study aims to investigate association between sepsis survivorship and cardiovascular outcomes and to identify risk factors.METHODS:We c...BACKGROUND:Sepsis may increase the risk of long-term cardiovascular outcomes.This study aims to investigate association between sepsis survivorship and cardiovascular outcomes and to identify risk factors.METHODS:We conducted a comprehensive systematic search of MEDLINE,EMBASE,the Cochrane Library,Wanfang,and CNKI from database inception through May 2025,without language restrictions.The primary outcome was a composite of myocardial infarction,stroke,congestive heart failure,or cardiovascular death.To evaluate the association between sepsis survivors and cardiovascular outcomes,we calculated cumulative incidence rates and hazard ratios(HRs)with corresponding 95%confi dence intervals(95%CIs).RESULTS:Twenty-fi ve observational studies comprising 7,525,271 participants were included.The pooled cumulative incidence of major cardiovascular events was 9.0%(95%CI:6.1%-11.9%),myocardial infarction 2.4%(95%CI:1.6%-3.1%),stroke 4.9%(95%CI:3.8%-6.1%),and congestive heart failure 8.6%(95%CI:4.6%-12.6%).Compared with non-sepsis controls,sepsis survivors had a signifi cantly higher risk of major cardiovascular events(HR:1.54;95%CI:1.32-1.79),myocardial infarction(HR:1.41;95%CI:1.29-1.54),stroke(HR:1.45;95%CI:1.32-1.60),and congestive heart failure(HR:1.51;95%CI:1.46-1.56).Risk factors associated with increased cardiovascular events in sepsis survivors included age≤45 years,male,hyperlipidemia,and multiple comorbidities.CONCLUSION:Adult sepsis survivors may face significantly increased risks of long-term cardiovascular outcomes.Both common cardiovascular risk factors and sepsis-related pathophysiological changes contribute to this association.展开更多
Objectives:This systematic review and meta-analysis aimed to identify and synthesize the factors correlated with posttraumatic growth(PTG)in patients with colorectal cancer(CRC).Methods:PubMed,Web of Science,Embase,Ps...Objectives:This systematic review and meta-analysis aimed to identify and synthesize the factors correlated with posttraumatic growth(PTG)in patients with colorectal cancer(CRC).Methods:PubMed,Web of Science,Embase,PsycINFO,CINAHL,Cochrane Library,China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Wanfang database,China Science and Technology Journal Database(VIP)and SinoMed were searched for studies that reported data on the correlated factors associated with PTG in patients with CRC from inception to September 3,2024.The methodological quality of the included studies was assessed via the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality(AHRQ)methodology checklist and the Newcastle-Ottawa Scale(NOS).Pearson correlation coefficient(r)was utilized to indicate effect size.Meta-analysis was conducted in R Studio.Results:Thirty-one eligible studies encompassing 6,400 participants were included in this review.Correlated factors were identified to be significantly associated with PTG in patients with CRC including demographic factors:residential area(r=0.13),marital status(r=0.10),employment status(r=0.18),education level(r=0.19),income level(r=0.16);disease-related factors:time since surgery(r=0.17),stoma-related complications(r=0.14),health-promoting behavior(r=0.46),and sexual function(r=0.17);psychosocial factors:confrontation coping(r=0.68),avoidance coping(r=-0.65),deliberate rumination(r=0.56),social support(r=0.47),family function(r=0.50),resilience(r=0.53),selfefficacy(r=0.91),self-compassion(r=-0.32),psychosocial adjustment(r=0.39),gratitude(r=0.45),stigma(r=-0.65),self-perceived burden(r=-0.31),fear of cancer recurrence(r=-0.45);and quality of life(r=0.32).Conclusions:This meta-analysis identified 23 factors associated with PTG in CRC patients.Medical workers can combine those relevant factors from the perspective of positive psychology,further explore the occurrence and development mechanism of PTG,and establish targeted interventions to promote PTG.展开更多
Public-and private-sector organizations have adopted artificial intelligence(AI)to meet the challenges of the Fourth Industrial Revolution.The successful implementation of AI is a challenging task,and previous researc...Public-and private-sector organizations have adopted artificial intelligence(AI)to meet the challenges of the Fourth Industrial Revolution.The successful implementation of AI is a challenging task,and previous research has advocated the need to explore key readiness before AI implementation.The objective of this study is to identify the AI readiness factors explored by different authors in past research.To achieve this,we conducted a rigorous literature review.The approach used in the systematic literature review is also discussed.A rigorous review of 52 studies from various journals and databases(Science Direct,Springer Link,Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers,Emerald,and Google Scholar)identified 23 AI readiness factors.The key factors identified were mainly related to organizational information technology infrastructure,top management support,resource availability,collaborative culture,organizational size,organizational capability,compatibility,data quality,and financial budget,whereas the other 15 were potential factors in AI readiness.All of these factors should be considered before the implementation of AI in any organization.The findings also reflect a high failure rate,including AI readiness factors,which are intended to facilitate AI adoption in organizations and reduce the frequency of failures.These factors will aid management in developing an effective strategy for AI implementation in organizations.展开更多

Spinal cord injury represents a severe form of central nervous system trauma for which effective treatments remain limited.Microglia is the resident immune cells of the central nervous system,play a critical role in s...Spinal cord injury represents a severe form of central nervous system trauma for which effective treatments remain limited.Microglia is the resident immune cells of the central nervous system,play a critical role in spinal cord injury.Previous studies have shown that microglia can promote neuronal survival by phagocytosing dead cells and debris and by releasing neuroprotective and anti-inflammatory factors.However,excessive activation of microglia can lead to persistent inflammation and contribute to the formation of glial scars,which hinder axonal regeneration.Despite this,the precise role and mechanisms of microglia during the acute phase of spinal cord injury remain controversial and poorly understood.To elucidate the role of microglia in spinal cord injury,we employed the colony-stimulating factor 1 receptor inhibitor PLX5622 to deplete microglia.We observed that sustained depletion of microglia resulted in an expansion of the lesion area,downregulation of brain-derived neurotrophic factor,and impaired functional recovery after spinal cord injury.Next,we generated a transgenic mouse line with conditional overexpression of brain-derived neurotrophic factor specifically in microglia.We found that brain-derived neurotrophic factor overexpression in microglia increased angiogenesis and blood flow following spinal cord injury and facilitated the recovery of hindlimb motor function.Additionally,brain-derived neurotrophic factor overexpression in microglia reduced inflammation and neuronal apoptosis during the acute phase of spinal cord injury.Furthermore,through using specific transgenic mouse lines,TMEM119,and the colony-stimulating factor 1 receptor inhibitor PLX73086,we demonstrated that the neuroprotective effects were predominantly due to brain-derived neurotrophic factor overexpression in microglia rather than macrophages.In conclusion,our findings suggest the critical role of microglia in the formation of protective glial scars.Depleting microglia is detrimental to recovery of spinal cord injury,whereas targeting brain-derived neurotrophic factor overexpression in microglia represents a promising and novel therapeutic strategy to enhance motor function recovery in patients with spinal cord injury.展开更多

Objective:Heterogeneity in the evidence of association between lifestyle factors and breast cancer(BC)incidence hampers initiatives to modify BC risk.This overview aims to synthesise evidence from systematic reviews(S...Objective:Heterogeneity in the evidence of association between lifestyle factors and breast cancer(BC)incidence hampers initiatives to modify BC risk.This overview aims to synthesise evidence from systematic reviews(SRs)to inform lifestyle-related modifications for BC prevention.Methods:We systematically searched(MEDLINE,EMBASE,and CINAHL)from January 2013 to August 2023 for SRs of the association between lifestyle factors[alcohol consumption,physical activity(PA),body mass index(BMI),smoking,breastfeeding,oral contraception(OC),hormone replacement therapy(HRT),and sedentary behavior(SB)]and BC incidence.A narrative data synthesis was performed.Results:Sixty-six SRs met the eligibility criteria.Evidence from 40 SRs indicated consistent associations between the risk of BC and postmenopausal BMI increase(relative risk increase:2%-21%),use of HRT(risk increase:23%-33%),smoking(risk increase:4%-86%),and alcohol consumption(risk increase:4%-61%).Additionally,evidence from 23 SRs suggested protective associations with PA(risk decrease:10%-39%),breastfeeding(risk decrease:9%-53%),and healthy lifestyle scores(protective about 20%-26%).However,inconsistent and/or statistically non-significant associations were found between BC incidence and premenopausal BMI increase[relative risk(RR):0.78-1.08],SB(RR:1.01-1.20),and OC use[odds ratio(OR):1.01-1.35].Conclusions:This overview identifies lifestyle factors associated with BC incidence,highlighting both harmful and protective factors.Our summary findings can support information and interventions related to modifying these factors,including limiting alcohol and smoking,or avoiding postmenopausal BMI increase and HRT.展开更多

MDRPI, a peculiar subtype of pressure in...Objective: To identify the principal factors associated with the occurrence and development of medical device-related pressure injuries (MDRPI) in adults admitted to hospitals. MDRPI, a peculiar subtype of pressure injuries (PI), result from the pression exerted by devices (or their fixation systems) applied for diagnostic and therapeutic purposes. MDRPI represent a serious problem for patients and healthcare systems. Understanding potential risk factors is an important step in implementing effective interventions. Methods: In this study, we will perform a systematic review;if possible, also a meta-analysis will be performed. The review will follow the preferred reporting items for systematic reviews and meta-analyses (PRISMA) reporting guidelines for systematic reviews. A rigorous literature search will be conducted both in electronic databases (Medline/PubMed, Embase, CINAHL, Web of Science, Scopus, Cochrane Library) to identify studies published since 2000 and in gray literature for unpublished studies. Pairs of researchers will identify relevant evidence, extract data, and assess risk of bias independently in each eligible study. Factors associated with the occurrence of MDRPI are considered the primary outcome. Secondary outcomes are prevalence and incidence of MDRPI, length of hospital stay, infections, and death. The evidence will be synthesized using the GRADE methodology. Results: Results are not currently available as this is a protocol for a systematic review. Conclusions: This systematic review will identify evidence on risk factors for developing MDRPI. We are confident that the results of this review will help to improve clinical practice and guide future research.展开更多
With the accelerated pace of population aging in China,the number of patients suffering from myocardial infarction(MI)is increasing annually.During disease progression,patients are at significantly higher risk of deve...With the accelerated pace of population aging in China,the number of patients suffering from myocardial infarction(MI)is increasing annually.During disease progression,patients are at significantly higher risk of developing severe negative emotions,and emerging evidence suggests that post-traumatic stress disorder(PTSD)is significantly associated with cardiovascular disease,which seriously affects patients’quality of life.Objective:The aim of this study was to comprehensively assess the prevalence and influencing factors of PTSD in MI patients through systematic review and Meta-analysis.Methods:A computerized search of PubMed,the Cochrane Library,Embase,Web of Science,PsycINFO,China Knowledge Network(CNKI),WanFang Data,VIP,and China Biomedical Literature Database(CBM)was conducted to collect longitudinal studies,case-control studies,and cross-sectional studies related to PTSD prevalence rates and influencing factors in MI patients published up to August 1,2024.Literature screening,data extraction and quality assessment were done independently by two researchers and Meta-analysis was done using Stata 16.0 software.This study has been registered on the PROSPERO platform,registration number:CRD42024577243.Results:A total of 16 papers were included,with a total sample size of 3,768 cases involving 8 influencing factors.The results of the Meta-analysis showed that the prevalence of PTSD in patients with MI was 20.4%(95%CI=15.0–26.5%).Female(OR=3.12,95%CI=1.97–4.97,P<0.001),high neuroticism score(OR=2.21,95%CI=1.20–4.07,P=0.011),and high intrusive rumination score(OR=2.95,95%CI=1.50–5.83,P=0.002)were the risk factors for PTSD in MI patients.While age(OR=1.01,95%CI=0.98–1.04,P=0.440),education level(OR=0.55,95%CI=0.07–4.48,P=0.574),social support rating scale(OR=0.81,95%CI=0.52–1.26,P=0.346),Killip cardiac function classification(OR=2.29,95%CI=0.91–5.80,P=0.080)and creatine kinase isoenzyme(OR=1.03,95%CI=0.99–1.05,P=0.124)were not associated with the development of PTSD in MI patients.Conclusion:The prevalence of PTSD was higher in patients with MI.The prevalence varied by evaluation tool and study area.Risk factors were multifactorial,including general factors(female)and overall assessment(high neuroticism score,high invasive rumination score).Therefore,early intervention and proper de-escalation of PTSD symptoms in patients with MI by medical staff are needed in clinical practice to reduce the risk of PTSD.展开更多

文摘This systematic review synthesizes empirical research on external risk factors for adolescent smartphone addiction.Scopus and Web of Science were searched for English peer-reviewed empirical articles from 2008 onward;28 met inclusion criteria(excluding non-adolescents,generic internet addiction,non-empirical work,or non-English).Thematic synthesis organized findings into three external risk domains—family,school,and peers—considering cultural/contextual mechanisms.Family dynamics(parental phubbing,harsh parenting,dysfunction),school stressors,and adverse peer relationships were identified as accumulating,direct and indirect contributors to smartphone addiction.These operate within a techno-ecological framework,where digital technologies amplify vulnerabilities and create new pathways for maladaptive use.Evidence favors an ecological,multi-level perspective.Future research should use longitudinal designs,standardize measures across cultures,and examine understudied regions—especially Africa—to guide culturally sensitive interventions.

文摘BACKGROUND Aseptic loosening remains the leading cause of revision in primary total hip arthroplasty(pTHA).However,the literature demonstrates significant variability regarding the relative contributions of different factors.AIM To investigate the key determinants of aseptic loosening,we performed a systematic review and meta-analysis.METHODS A comprehensive search of PubMed,Web of Science,EMBASE,and the Cochrane Library was conducted,encompassing studies from database inception to January 1,2025.Meta-analyses were performed to evaluate factors associated with aseptic loosening following pTHA.Inclusion and exclusion criteria were systematically applied at each stage to ensure methodological transparency and reproducibility.Study quality was assessed using standardized categories.Pooled odds ratio(OR)with corresponding 95%confidence interval were calculated with random-or fixed-effects models to generate reliability estimates,and study heterogeneity was visualized using forest plots.Ten factors,categorized into patient-,surgeon-,and device-related domains,were reviewed and meta-analyzed.Funnel plot analysis demonstrated a relatively symmetrical distribution,suggesting minimal publication bias.RESULTS A meta-analysis of 20 studies(520789 participants)found a pooled prevalence of 1.96%.Significant risk factors for aseptic loosening after pTHA included elevated body mass index(OR=1.116,P<0.001),higher Charlson comorbidity index(OR=1.378,P<0.001),prosthesis-related factors(OR=1.497,P<0.001),and adverse lifestyles(OR=2.198,P=0.037).Protective factors were non-white race(OR=0.445,P<0.001)and favorable genetics(OR=0.723,P<0.001).Male sex increased risk(OR=1.232,P=0.016),while age and anatomy were not significant.Surgical expertise showed a slight protective effect(OR=1.048,P<0.001).A comprehensive understanding of the modifiable and non-modifiable factors contributing to aseptic loosening after pTHA requires consideration of patient-related factors,surgical expertise,and prosthesis characteristics.CONCLUSION The identification of these factors is critical for risk mitigation.High-risk patients should receive targeted counseling regarding individualized profiles.Further studies are warranted to establish clearer causal relationships and identify additional contributing factors.
文摘This paper proposes a robust control-oriented identification method for errors-in-variables(EIV)systems in output feedbacks using frequency-response(FR)experimental data.An important relation between such a closed-loop EIV system and its coprime factor(CF)uncertainty description is first derived,based on which the FR measurements suitable for plant CF identification are able to be generated.Different factorizations of a given controller in the closed-loop system can be made best use to adjust right coprime factors(RCFs)of the plant so as to realize an improvement on the signal-to-noise ratio of identification experimental data.Subsequently,a nominal RCF model is estimated by linear matrix inequalities from the applicable FR measurements and its associated worst-case errors are quantified from a priori and a posteriori information on the underlying system.A resulting RCF perturbation model set can then be described by the nominal RCF model and its worst-case error bounds.Such a model set capable of being stabilized by the given controller is ready for its robust stabilizing controller redesign and robust performance analysis.Finally,a numerical simulation is given to show the efficacy of the proposed identification method.

文摘This paper develops an innovative computational model for assessing the Carbon Emission Factor(CEF)of provincial power systems that incorporates inter-provincial electricity transfers and hybrid generation portfolios combining conventional and renewable sources.A key contribution lies in evaluating how deep regulation of thermal power plants influence the carbon intensity of coal-fired generation and coal-fired generation together with high penetration renewables.Furthermore,the study quantitatively analyzes the role of renewable energy consumption and the prospective application of Carbon Capture and Storage(CCS)in reducing system-wide CEF.Based on this framework,the paper proposes phased carbon emission targets for Guangdong’s power system for key milestone years(2030,2045,2060),along with targeted implementation strategies.Results demonstrate that in renewable-dominant systems,deep regulation of thermal units,load peak-shaving,and deployment of flexible resources such as energy storage are effective in cutting carbon intensity.To achieve the defined targets—0.367 kg/kWh by 2030,0.231 kg/kWh by 2045,and 0.032 kg/kWh by 2060—the following innovation-focused policy is recommended:in early stage,mainly on expansion of renewable capacity and inter-provincial transmission infrastructure along with energy storage deployment;in mid-term,mainly on enhancement of electricity market mechanisms to promote green power trading and demand-side flexibility;and in late-stage,mainly on systematic retirement of conventional coal assets coupled with large-scale CCS adoption and carbon sink mechanisms.

文摘Spinal cord injury is accompanied by a substantial loss of neurons.Cell replacement therapy improves motor and sensory dysfunction by replacing dead neurons,and endogenous neurogenesis is an important cell replacement source.Stimulating endogenous neurogenesis is therefore a viable approach for treating spinal cord injury.Given that basic fibroblast growth factor is a potent inducer of neurogenesis,we developed a sustained-release system of basic fibroblast growth factor-chitosan to enhance tissue repair in spinal cord injury.In the present study,we isolated neural stem cells from the spinal cords of neonatal rats and used single-cell RNA sequencing to trace the complete process of neurogenesis under ex vivo culture conditions.Under the influence of basic fibroblast growth factor-chitosan,neural stem cells were able to transition from a quiescent state to an activated state and subsequently differentiate into neuronal precursor cells and immature neurons.Additionally,basic fibroblast growth factor-chitosan significantly enhanced neural stem cell proliferation in vitro and promoted neuronal generation.Subsequent in vivo experiments confirmed the therapeutic efficacy of basic fibroblast growth factor-chitosan in spinal cord injury,demonstrating enhanced neurogenesis and tissue repair.

文摘BACKGROUND Liver cirrhosis and portal hypertension(PHT)can lead to lymphatic abnormalities and coagulation dysfunction.Because lymphangiogenesis may relieve liver cirrhosis and PHT,the present study investigated the gene expression alterations in the lymphatic system and the effectiveness of platelet-mediated lymphangiogenesis in improving liver cirrhosis and PHT.AIM To investigate the role of lymphangiogenesis in preclinical PHT models.METHODS Immunohistochemistry and transcriptome sequencing of bile duct ligation(BDL)and control lymphatic samples were conducted to reveal the indicated signaling pathways.Functional enrichment analyses were performed on the differentially expressed genes and hub genes.Adenoviral infection of vascular endothelial growth factor C(VEGF-C),plateletrich plasma(PRP),and VEGF3 receptor(VEGFR)inhibitor MAZ-51 was used as an intervention for the lymphatic system in PHT models.Histology,hemodynamic tests and western blot analyses were performed to demonstrate the effects of lymphatic intervention in PHT patients.RESULTS Lymphangiogenesis was increased in the BDL rat model.Transcriptome sequencing analysis of the extrahepatic lymphatic system revealed its close association with platelet adherence,aggregation,and activation.The role of PHT in the rat model was investigated by activating(PRP)and inhibiting(MAZ-51)the lymphatic system.PRP promoted lymphangiogenesis,which increased lymphatic drainage,alleviated portal pressure,reduced liver fibrosis,inhibited inflammation,inhibited angiogenesis,and suppressed mesenteric artery remodeling.MAZ-51 reversed the above improvements.CONCLUSION Via VEGF-C/VEGFR-3,platelets impede fibrosis,angiogenesis,and mesenteric artery remodeling,ultimately alleviating PHT.Thus,platelet intervention is a therapeutic approach for cirrhosis and PHT.

文摘The scientific assessment of ecosystem ser-vice value(ESV)plays a critical role in regional ecologi-cal protection and management,rational land use planning,and the establishment of ecological security barriers.The ecosystem service value of the Northeast Forest Belt from 2005 to 2020 was assessed,focusing on spatial–temporal changes and the driving forces behind these dynamics.Using multi-source data,the equivalent factor method,and geo-graphic detectors,we analyzed natural and socio-economic factors affecting the region.which was crucial for effective ecological conservation and land-use planning.Enhanced the effectiveness of policy formulation and land use plan-ning.The results show that the ESV of the Northeast Forest Belt exhibits an overall increasing trend from 2005 to 2020,with forests and wetlands contributing the most.However,there are significant differences between forest belts.Driven by natural and socio-economic factors,the ESV of forest belts in Heilongjiang and Jilin provinces showed significant growth.In contrast,the ESV of Forest Belts in Liaoning and Inner Mongolia of China remains relatively stable,but the spatial differentiation within these regions is characterized by significant clustering of high-value and low-value areas.Furthermore,climate regulation and hydrological regulation services were identified as the most important ecological functions in the Northeast Forest Belt,contributing greatly to regional ecological stability and human well-being.The ESV in the Northeast Forest Belt is improved during the study period,but the stability of the ecosystem is still chal-lenged by the dual impacts of natural and socio-economic factors.To further optimize regional land use planning and ecological protection policies,it is recommended to prior-itize the conservation of high-ESV areas,enhance ecological restoration efforts for wetlands and forests,and reasonably control the spatial layout of urban expansion and agricul-tural development.Additionally,this study highlights the importance of tailored ecological compensation policies and strategic land-use planning to balance environmental protec-tion and economic growth.

文摘BACKGROUND:Sepsis may increase the risk of long-term cardiovascular outcomes.This study aims to investigate association between sepsis survivorship and cardiovascular outcomes and to identify risk factors.METHODS:We conducted a comprehensive systematic search of MEDLINE,EMBASE,the Cochrane Library,Wanfang,and CNKI from database inception through May 2025,without language restrictions.The primary outcome was a composite of myocardial infarction,stroke,congestive heart failure,or cardiovascular death.To evaluate the association between sepsis survivors and cardiovascular outcomes,we calculated cumulative incidence rates and hazard ratios(HRs)with corresponding 95%confi dence intervals(95%CIs).RESULTS:Twenty-fi ve observational studies comprising 7,525,271 participants were included.The pooled cumulative incidence of major cardiovascular events was 9.0%(95%CI:6.1%-11.9%),myocardial infarction 2.4%(95%CI:1.6%-3.1%),stroke 4.9%(95%CI:3.8%-6.1%),and congestive heart failure 8.6%(95%CI:4.6%-12.6%).Compared with non-sepsis controls,sepsis survivors had a signifi cantly higher risk of major cardiovascular events(HR:1.54;95%CI:1.32-1.79),myocardial infarction(HR:1.41;95%CI:1.29-1.54),stroke(HR:1.45;95%CI:1.32-1.60),and congestive heart failure(HR:1.51;95%CI:1.46-1.56).Risk factors associated with increased cardiovascular events in sepsis survivors included age≤45 years,male,hyperlipidemia,and multiple comorbidities.CONCLUSION:Adult sepsis survivors may face significantly increased risks of long-term cardiovascular outcomes.Both common cardiovascular risk factors and sepsis-related pathophysiological changes contribute to this association.

文摘Objectives:This systematic review and meta-analysis aimed to identify and synthesize the factors correlated with posttraumatic growth(PTG)in patients with colorectal cancer(CRC).Methods:PubMed,Web of Science,Embase,PsycINFO,CINAHL,Cochrane Library,China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Wanfang database,China Science and Technology Journal Database(VIP)and SinoMed were searched for studies that reported data on the correlated factors associated with PTG in patients with CRC from inception to September 3,2024.The methodological quality of the included studies was assessed via the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality(AHRQ)methodology checklist and the Newcastle-Ottawa Scale(NOS).Pearson correlation coefficient(r)was utilized to indicate effect size.Meta-analysis was conducted in R Studio.Results:Thirty-one eligible studies encompassing 6,400 participants were included in this review.Correlated factors were identified to be significantly associated with PTG in patients with CRC including demographic factors:residential area(r=0.13),marital status(r=0.10),employment status(r=0.18),education level(r=0.19),income level(r=0.16);disease-related factors:time since surgery(r=0.17),stoma-related complications(r=0.14),health-promoting behavior(r=0.46),and sexual function(r=0.17);psychosocial factors:confrontation coping(r=0.68),avoidance coping(r=-0.65),deliberate rumination(r=0.56),social support(r=0.47),family function(r=0.50),resilience(r=0.53),selfefficacy(r=0.91),self-compassion(r=-0.32),psychosocial adjustment(r=0.39),gratitude(r=0.45),stigma(r=-0.65),self-perceived burden(r=-0.31),fear of cancer recurrence(r=-0.45);and quality of life(r=0.32).Conclusions:This meta-analysis identified 23 factors associated with PTG in CRC patients.Medical workers can combine those relevant factors from the perspective of positive psychology,further explore the occurrence and development mechanism of PTG,and establish targeted interventions to promote PTG.
文摘Public-and private-sector organizations have adopted artificial intelligence(AI)to meet the challenges of the Fourth Industrial Revolution.The successful implementation of AI is a challenging task,and previous research has advocated the need to explore key readiness before AI implementation.The objective of this study is to identify the AI readiness factors explored by different authors in past research.To achieve this,we conducted a rigorous literature review.The approach used in the systematic literature review is also discussed.A rigorous review of 52 studies from various journals and databases(Science Direct,Springer Link,Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers,Emerald,and Google Scholar)identified 23 AI readiness factors.The key factors identified were mainly related to organizational information technology infrastructure,top management support,resource availability,collaborative culture,organizational size,organizational capability,compatibility,data quality,and financial budget,whereas the other 15 were potential factors in AI readiness.All of these factors should be considered before the implementation of AI in any organization.The findings also reflect a high failure rate,including AI readiness factors,which are intended to facilitate AI adoption in organizations and reduce the frequency of failures.These factors will aid management in developing an effective strategy for AI implementation in organizations.

文摘Nuclear factor Y is a ubiquitous heterotrimeric transcription factor complex conserved across eukaryotes that binds to CCAAT boxes,one of the most common motifs found in gene promoters and enhancers.Over the last 30 years,research has revealed that the nuclear factor Y complex controls many aspects of brain development,including differentiation,axon guidance,homeostasis,disease,and most recently regeneration.However,a complete understanding of transcriptional regulatory networks,including how the nuclear factor Y complex binds to specific CCAAT boxes to perform its function remains elusive.In this review,we explore the nuclear factor Y complex’s role and mode of action during brain development,as well as how genomic technologies may expand understanding of this key regulator of gene expression.

文摘The method of integrating factors is used to study the conservation laws of the Herglotz type Birkhoffian systems in this paper.Firstly,the definition of the integrating factors of the Herglotz type Birkhoffian systems is given.Secondly,the relationship between the integrating factors and conservation laws is studied,and the conservation theorems of Herglotz type Birkhoff's equations and their inverse theorems are established.Thirdly,two types of generalized Killing equations for calculating integrating factors are given.Finally,as an example,a linear damped oscillator is taken.This example can be transformed into a Herglotz type Birkhoffian system.The resulting conservation theorems are used to find the conserved quantities for this example.
文摘In the modal analysis and control of nonlinear dynamical systems,participation factors(PFs)of state variables with respect to a critical or selected mode serve as a pivotal tool for simplifying stability studies by focusing on a subset of highly influential state variables.For linear systems,PFs are uniquely determined by the mode’s composition and shape,which are defined by the system’s left and right eigenvectors,respectively.However,the uniqueness of other types of PFs has not been thoroughly addressed in literatures.This paper establishes sufficient conditions for the uniqueness of nonlinear PFs and five other PF variants,taking into account uncertain scaling factors in a mode’s shape and composition.These scaling factors arise from variations in the choice of physical units,which depend on the value ranges of real-world state variables.Understanding these sufficient conditions is essential for the correct application of PFs in practical stability analysis and control design.

文摘Spinal cord injury represents a severe form of central nervous system trauma for which effective treatments remain limited.Microglia is the resident immune cells of the central nervous system,play a critical role in spinal cord injury.Previous studies have shown that microglia can promote neuronal survival by phagocytosing dead cells and debris and by releasing neuroprotective and anti-inflammatory factors.However,excessive activation of microglia can lead to persistent inflammation and contribute to the formation of glial scars,which hinder axonal regeneration.Despite this,the precise role and mechanisms of microglia during the acute phase of spinal cord injury remain controversial and poorly understood.To elucidate the role of microglia in spinal cord injury,we employed the colony-stimulating factor 1 receptor inhibitor PLX5622 to deplete microglia.We observed that sustained depletion of microglia resulted in an expansion of the lesion area,downregulation of brain-derived neurotrophic factor,and impaired functional recovery after spinal cord injury.Next,we generated a transgenic mouse line with conditional overexpression of brain-derived neurotrophic factor specifically in microglia.We found that brain-derived neurotrophic factor overexpression in microglia increased angiogenesis and blood flow following spinal cord injury and facilitated the recovery of hindlimb motor function.Additionally,brain-derived neurotrophic factor overexpression in microglia reduced inflammation and neuronal apoptosis during the acute phase of spinal cord injury.Furthermore,through using specific transgenic mouse lines,TMEM119,and the colony-stimulating factor 1 receptor inhibitor PLX73086,we demonstrated that the neuroprotective effects were predominantly due to brain-derived neurotrophic factor overexpression in microglia rather than macrophages.In conclusion,our findings suggest the critical role of microglia in the formation of protective glial scars.Depleting microglia is detrimental to recovery of spinal cord injury,whereas targeting brain-derived neurotrophic factor overexpression in microglia represents a promising and novel therapeutic strategy to enhance motor function recovery in patients with spinal cord injury.

文摘Strokes include both ischemic stroke,which is mediated by a blockade or reduction in the blood supply to the brain,and hemorrhagic stroke,which comprises intracerebral hemorrhage and subarachnoid hemorrhage and is characterized by bleeding within the brain.Stroke is a lifethreatening cerebrovascular condition characterized by intricate pathophysiological mechanisms,including oxidative stress,inflammation,mitochondrial dysfunction,and neuronal injury.Critical transcription factors,such as nuclear factor erythroid 2-related factor 2 and nuclear factor kappa B,play central roles in the progression of stroke.Nuclear factor erythroid 2-related factor 2 is sensitive to changes in the cellular redox status and is crucial in protecting cells against oxidative damage,inflammatory responses,and cytotoxic agents.It plays a significant role in post-stroke neuroprotection and repair by influencing mitochondrial function,endoplasmic reticulum stress,and lysosomal activity and regulating metabolic pathways and cytokine expression.Conversely,nuclear factor-kappa B is closely associated with mitochondrial dysfunction,the generation of reactive oxygen species,oxidative stress exacerbation,and inflammation.Nuclear factor-kappa B contributes to neuronal injury,apoptosis,and immune responses following stroke by modulating cell adhesion molecules and inflammatory mediators.The interplay between these pathways,potentially involving crosstalk among various organelles,significantly influences stroke pathophysiology.Advancements in single-cell sequencing and spatial transcriptomics have greatly improved our understanding of stroke pathogenesis and offer new opportunities for the development of targeted,individualized,cell typespecific treatments.In this review,we discuss the mechanisms underlying the involvement of nuclear factor erythroid 2-related factor 2 and nuclear factor-kappa B in both ischemic and hemorrhagic stroke,with an emphasis on their roles in oxidative stress,inflammation,and neuroprotection.

文摘Objective:Heterogeneity in the evidence of association between lifestyle factors and breast cancer(BC)incidence hampers initiatives to modify BC risk.This overview aims to synthesise evidence from systematic reviews(SRs)to inform lifestyle-related modifications for BC prevention.Methods:We systematically searched(MEDLINE,EMBASE,and CINAHL)from January 2013 to August 2023 for SRs of the association between lifestyle factors[alcohol consumption,physical activity(PA),body mass index(BMI),smoking,breastfeeding,oral contraception(OC),hormone replacement therapy(HRT),and sedentary behavior(SB)]and BC incidence.A narrative data synthesis was performed.Results:Sixty-six SRs met the eligibility criteria.Evidence from 40 SRs indicated consistent associations between the risk of BC and postmenopausal BMI increase(relative risk increase:2%-21%),use of HRT(risk increase:23%-33%),smoking(risk increase:4%-86%),and alcohol consumption(risk increase:4%-61%).Additionally,evidence from 23 SRs suggested protective associations with PA(risk decrease:10%-39%),breastfeeding(risk decrease:9%-53%),and healthy lifestyle scores(protective about 20%-26%).However,inconsistent and/or statistically non-significant associations were found between BC incidence and premenopausal BMI increase[relative risk(RR):0.78-1.08],SB(RR:1.01-1.20),and OC use[odds ratio(OR):1.01-1.35].Conclusions:This overview identifies lifestyle factors associated with BC incidence,highlighting both harmful and protective factors.Our summary findings can support information and interventions related to modifying these factors,including limiting alcohol and smoking,or avoiding postmenopausal BMI increase and HRT.
文摘Objective: To identify the principal factors associated with the occurrence and development of medical device-related pressure injuries (MDRPI) in adults admitted to hospitals. MDRPI, a peculiar subtype of pressure injuries (PI), result from the pression exerted by devices (or their fixation systems) applied for diagnostic and therapeutic purposes. MDRPI represent a serious problem for patients and healthcare systems. Understanding potential risk factors is an important step in implementing effective interventions. Methods: In this study, we will perform a systematic review;if possible, also a meta-analysis will be performed. The review will follow the preferred reporting items for systematic reviews and meta-analyses (PRISMA) reporting guidelines for systematic reviews. A rigorous literature search will be conducted both in electronic databases (Medline/PubMed, Embase, CINAHL, Web of Science, Scopus, Cochrane Library) to identify studies published since 2000 and in gray literature for unpublished studies. Pairs of researchers will identify relevant evidence, extract data, and assess risk of bias independently in each eligible study. Factors associated with the occurrence of MDRPI are considered the primary outcome. Secondary outcomes are prevalence and incidence of MDRPI, length of hospital stay, infections, and death. The evidence will be synthesized using the GRADE methodology. Results: Results are not currently available as this is a protocol for a systematic review. Conclusions: This systematic review will identify evidence on risk factors for developing MDRPI. We are confident that the results of this review will help to improve clinical practice and guide future research.
文摘With the accelerated pace of population aging in China,the number of patients suffering from myocardial infarction(MI)is increasing annually.During disease progression,patients are at significantly higher risk of developing severe negative emotions,and emerging evidence suggests that post-traumatic stress disorder(PTSD)is significantly associated with cardiovascular disease,which seriously affects patients’quality of life.Objective:The aim of this study was to comprehensively assess the prevalence and influencing factors of PTSD in MI patients through systematic review and Meta-analysis.Methods:A computerized search of PubMed,the Cochrane Library,Embase,Web of Science,PsycINFO,China Knowledge Network(CNKI),WanFang Data,VIP,and China Biomedical Literature Database(CBM)was conducted to collect longitudinal studies,case-control studies,and cross-sectional studies related to PTSD prevalence rates and influencing factors in MI patients published up to August 1,2024.Literature screening,data extraction and quality assessment were done independently by two researchers and Meta-analysis was done using Stata 16.0 software.This study has been registered on the PROSPERO platform,registration number:CRD42024577243.Results:A total of 16 papers were included,with a total sample size of 3,768 cases involving 8 influencing factors.The results of the Meta-analysis showed that the prevalence of PTSD in patients with MI was 20.4%(95%CI=15.0–26.5%).Female(OR=3.12,95%CI=1.97–4.97,P<0.001),high neuroticism score(OR=2.21,95%CI=1.20–4.07,P=0.011),and high intrusive rumination score(OR=2.95,95%CI=1.50–5.83,P=0.002)were the risk factors for PTSD in MI patients.While age(OR=1.01,95%CI=0.98–1.04,P=0.440),education level(OR=0.55,95%CI=0.07–4.48,P=0.574),social support rating scale(OR=0.81,95%CI=0.52–1.26,P=0.346),Killip cardiac function classification(OR=2.29,95%CI=0.91–5.80,P=0.080)and creatine kinase isoenzyme(OR=1.03,95%CI=0.99–1.05,P=0.124)were not associated with the development of PTSD in MI patients.Conclusion:The prevalence of PTSD was higher in patients with MI.The prevalence varied by evaluation tool and study area.Risk factors were multifactorial,including general factors(female)and overall assessment(high neuroticism score,high invasive rumination score).Therefore,early intervention and proper de-escalation of PTSD symptoms in patients with MI by medical staff are needed in clinical practice to reduce the risk of PTSD.

文摘The study of plant diversity is often hindered by the challenge of integrating data from different sources and different data types.A standardized data system would facilitate detailed exploration of plant distribution patterns and dynamics for botanists,ecologists,conservation biologists,and biogeographers.This study proposes a gridded vector data integration method,combining grid-based techniques with vectorization to integrate diverse data types from multiple sources into grids of the same scale.Here we demonstrate the methodology by creating a comprehensive 1°×1°database of western China that includes plant distribution information and environmental factor data.This approach addresses the need for a standardized data system to facilitate exploration of plant distribution patterns and dynamic changes in the region.
