Objectives:We systematically reviewed the rational use of medicines using the World Health Organization/International Network of Rational Use of Drugs(WHO/INRUD)core drug use indicators.We also assessed the impact of ...Objectives:We systematically reviewed the rational use of medicines using the World Health Organization/International Network of Rational Use of Drugs(WHO/INRUD)core drug use indicators.We also assessed the impact of the coronavirus disease 2019 pandemic and the National Drug Policy(NDP)2005 on the rational use of medicines.Methods:Searches were conducted in PubMed,Scopus,and Google Scholar databases to identify studies that met our eligibility criteria.Assessment of the quality of studies was conducted using the Joanna Briggs Institute criteria for analytical studies.We reported and compared the median values of WHO/INRUD core drug use indicators with standard thresholds.Data were presented with median,interquartile range(IQR),and percentages.MannWhitney and Kruskal-Wallis tests were conducted to assess for statistical significance(P<0.05)across variables.Results:Thirty-one studies were included in the review,comprising 50,931 patient encounters across 268 health facilities.Within prescribing indicators,average number of medicines per patient encountered[3.4(IQR:3.0to 4.0)],percentage of medicines prescribed by generic[50.4%(IQR:47.4%to 65.0%)],percentage of encounters with antibiotic prescribed[40.2%(IQR:30.5%to 52.7%)],percentage of encounters with injection prescribed[18%(IQR:3.2%to 30.0%)]and the percentage of medicines prescribed from essential medicines list[82.0%(IQR:66.4%to 89.3%)].The median percentage of encounters with antibiotics(P=0.04)and the median percentage of medicines prescribed by generics(P=0.03)increased during and after the COVID-19 pandemic.Prescribing indicators were worse in primary and secondary health facilities,with significant differences in the median percentage of encounters with antibiotics(P=0.007)and injections(P=0.0002)across primary,secondary,and tertiary health facilities.There were improvements across all prescribing indicators after the implementation of NDP 2005.Conclusions:Core drug use indicators in Nigerian health facilities deviated from the WHO/INRUD thresholds,with noticeable improvement after the implementation of NDP 2005.More efforts are needed to improve rational drug use in Nigerian hospitals.展开更多

A new femtosecond timing system was designed to meet the demands of new facilities. In this system, the radio-frequency signal is modulated in a continuous-wave laser carrier with frequency stabilization, and timing events are distributed in the same fiber. The phase drift is detected precisely, based on the principle of the Michelson interferometer. The phase drift is compensated with coarse and fine correctors afterward. We aim to realize the stable transmission of the RF signal and timing events for a long distance and duration, with the phase drift and additive jitter in femtoseconds. After the extension, the system will become a complete solution for the clock-and-trigger distribution of synchrotron radiation facilities, free-electron lasers, and other accelerators. The physics design, simulation analysis, and preliminary results are included in the paper.展开更多

[Metbod] The single factorial arrangement was used in the tdal. 2 800 commercial Beijing You Chicken (BYC) at 23 weeks of age were chosen and randomly divided into four groups, three replicates each group, and 210 birds each replicate. The layers lived in loose housing condition with deep litter inside. Group 1 was the control, equipped with standard laying boxes, and flat-type perches; group 2 was e- quipped with common laying boxes, and flat-type perches; group 3 was equipped with common laying boxes, and erect-type perches, and group 4 was equipped with standard laying boxes, and erect-type perches. The laying performance, laying position and egg quality of birds during 24 to 32 weeks of age were recorded and measured, and average NH3, CO~ concentration of each group at 32 weeks of age were measured and detected. [Result] The results showed that laying performance of commercial BYC under loose housing condition were significantly different during 24 -32 weeks of age. The laying rate of the control group equipped with flat-type porches and standard laying boxes (33.25%) was significantly higher than in group equipped with flat-type perches and common laying boxes (21.83%) (P〈0.05), and other two groups (26.04% and 27.48%) (P 〈0.05). The ratio of floor eggs was significantly lower in groups with standard laying boxes than in the groups with common laying boxes (P 〈0. 05), and the laying proportion in the first floor of layer boxes were much higher than those in the second floor ( P 〈 0.05). There were no significant differences on egg quality among the groups (P〉0.05). Average NH3, CO2 concentration of group 3 and 4 at 82 weeks of age were both signifi- cantly higher than of group 1 and 2 (P 〈0.05). [ Conclusion] All of the above indicated that the utilization of facilities could improve layer's laying rate, especially with flat-type perches and standard laying boxes, and the indoor air quality was also affected to some extent.展开更多

Bridge councils and free ferry services are non-profit and non-government public-interest institutions, whose members were elected by local communities. These councils were responsible for the fundraising, construction, and long-term maintenance and operation of public facilities and infrastructure at the grassroots level. They adopted open and transparent management procedures and could coordinate cross-jurisdictional affairs and mediate disputes. They possessed independent assets such as lands and fund reserves, and such exclusive legal-entity ownership received protection from the government and under the laws. Such form of legal-entity ownership provided the institutional foundation for the development of clans, temples, charitable groups, academies of classical learning, and various associations and societies. These self-organizing groups demonstrate remarkable mobilization and organizational capabilities and institutional creativity of civil society in traditional China. In this study, we have developed a mechanism for collecting, maintaining, and analyzing ground data for repair and replacement works. Our BMS (building maintenance system) uses the recorded repair and replacement work histories and calculates the life cycle costs of the related items. Further, it enables the performance of repair and replacement tasks through an integrated approach aimed at preventive maintenance. In this manner, the BMS is expected to maximize the efficiency of the formulation of prevention and maintenance work plans, monitoring of work histories, predictions of future tasks from the analyses of repair and replacement histories, and performance of LCC (life cycle cost) calculations. Reliable maintenance of national properties can thus be achieved by using the BMS, which promotes reasonable and efficient repair and replacement activities.展开更多
Objective:This systematized review aimed to synthesize the results of empirical studies focused on the types and factors of adverse events(AEs)that contribute to them in long-term care(LTC)settings.Methods:The search ...Objective:This systematized review aimed to synthesize the results of empirical studies focused on the types and factors of adverse events(AEs)that contribute to them in long-term care(LTC)settings.Methods:The search was conducted in Pro Quest,Scopus,and Pub Med in January 2021 and resulted in 1057 records.The content analysis method was used in the data analysis.Results:In all,35 studies were identified as relevant for the review.The analysis revealed 133 different types of AEs and 60 factors that contributed to them.Conclusions:In LTC,various AEs occur,most of which are preventable,while many factors that influence their occurrence could be significantly modifiable.Through an effective analysis of AEs in LTC,it is possible to minimize their occurrence and,at the same time,minimize their negative impact on all par ties concerned.展开更多

One of the sectors that holds the responsibility of addressing the impacts of climate change is the healthcare sector, and accordingly, it is also encouraged to take a leading role in maintaining its sustainability and be a role model for the other sectors. Additionally, the buildings sector, through the World Green Building council, has taken the initiative to launch the Net Zero Carbon Buildings Commitment for the sector. Based on these practices, the work presented aims to introduce and formulate an Approaching Net Zero assessment methodology to be integrated as part of the sustainability criteria and rating system for healthcare facilities in developing countries. The methodology planned is based on four different aspects which are: 1) Approaching Net Zero Energy, 2) Approaching Net Zero Wastewater, 3) Approaching Net Zero Solid Waste, and 4) Approaching Net Zero GHG emissions. The facility should have achieved a Green Building certification through any certification body, and then apply for the aspect on which it requires to be assessed. The assessment methodology follows a systematic approach, where a baseline year of normal operation is determined for existing facilities to act as a base of assessment, and normal design practices for new facilities Based on the assessment and proof of performance enhancement, the facility will either be awarded a basic certificate for achieving continuous savings, or additionally be awarded a best performance certificate compared to other facilities in the same category.展开更多

Public service facilities are fundamental to our society,and their disruption could amplify losses and cause cascading effects during natural disasters.However,there is little knowledge about the exposure of public se...Public service facilities are fundamental to our society,and their disruption could amplify losses and cause cascading effects during natural disasters.However,there is little knowledge about the exposure of public service facilities to natural disasters,and even less under the scenarios of multiple hazards.This study integrated big data of public service facilities into a multi-hazard exposure as-sessment of floods and earthquakes of China in 2021.Results show that public service facilities in China are disproportionally exposed to floods and earthquakes.Flood and seismic exposure reach 50.36%and 10.69%,which are 4.14 times and 1.05 times of the shares of the two hazard zones;in the overlapping zone 4.76%of the facilities are concentrated,5.17 times of the overlapping zone’s share.Par-ticularly,exposure of public service facilities is relatively high in Northwest China,where both the protection standards for floods and earthquakes are relatively weak.Furthermore,financial facilities contribute the most to flood exposure,while scientific and educational facilities contribute most to the overlapping exposure.We further propose location-specific optimization measures for different types of public service facilities.Our findings shed light on a comprehensive understanding and proper risk management of multi-hazard expos-ure of public service facilities.The incorporation of big data into multi-hazard exposure analysis of public service facilities can be exten-ded to various regions,thereby offering a valuable tool for informed management of natural disaster risk.展开更多

Tunnel facility management(FM)is crucial for ensuring safety,efficiency,and resilience of tunnel infrastructure.Current FM practices,such as reactive and preventive maintenance,have limitations-reactive maintenance ca...Tunnel facility management(FM)is crucial for ensuring safety,efficiency,and resilience of tunnel infrastructure.Current FM practices,such as reactive and preventive maintenance,have limitations-reactive maintenance can't prevent failures,and preventive maintenance can't predict asset maintenance needs,leading to costly and inefficient processes.In addition,existing computerized tunnel FM systems face various challenges,including the lack of integrated real-time monitoring information,visualization of assets in a three-dimensional(3D)environment,supporting predictive maintenance,and scaling into long infrastructure with complicated spatiotemporal relationships.This study addresses these limitations by proposing a data-driven digital twin(DT)-based framework that supports predictive maintenance to improve tunnel FM processes and enhance resilience.The proposed framework consists of six layers,allowing the integration of data from monitoring system,FM system,and building information modeling(BIM)models.The framework proposes a flexible tunnel data model and classification system that hierarchically divides the tunnel models,ensuring an efficient data connection from the physical twin to the DT.The system was implemented in a tunnel case study that generates maintenance plans and work orders using historical and current condition monitoring data,and the 3D visualization technology suggests maintenance and repair processes,making the FM decision process more effective.The proposed system detected and predicted the twin state based on a data-driven analysis,and the prediction accuracy of the machine learning models was sufficiently high for use in real scenarios to make FM plans in advance and prevent asset failures.The proposed framework is contributing to the infrastructure resilience by enhancing the tunnel system ability to predict the maintenance tasks and prevent failures using data-driven DT technology.展开更多

However, the control accuracy of ASTF is significant...Aeropropulsion System Test Facility (ASTF) is required to accurately control the pressure and temperature of the airflow to test the performance of the aero-engine. However, the control accuracy of ASTF is significantly affected by the flow disturbance caused by aero-engine acceleration and deceleration. This would reduce the credibility of ASTF’s test results for the aero-engine. Therefore, first, this paper proposes a feedforward compensation-based L1 adaptive control method for ASTF to address this problem. The baseline controller is first designed based on ideal uncoupled closed-loop dynamics to achieve dynamic decoupling. Then, L1 adaptive control is adopted to deal with various uncertainties and ensure good control performance. To further enhance the anti-disturbance performance, a feedforward strategy based on disturbance prediction is designed in the L1 adaptive control framework to compensate for the unmatched flow disturbance, which cannot be measured directly. In addition, this strategy takes into account the effects of actuator dynamics. With this method, the feedforward term can be determined from the nominal model parameters despite uncertainties. Finally, to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method, various comparative experiments are performed on a hardware-in-the-loop system of ASTF. The experimental results show that the proposed method possesses excellent tracking performance, anti-disturbance performance and robustness.展开更多

The aspiration for international leadership in scientific research will be a guiding principle in our strategic planning. 文摘Objectives:We systematically reviewed the rational use of medicines using the World Health Organization/International Network of Rational Use of Drugs(WHO/INRUD)core drug use indicators.We also assessed the impact of the coronavirus disease 2019 pandemic and the National Drug Policy(NDP)2005 on the rational use of medicines.Methods:Searches were conducted in PubMed,Scopus,and Google Scholar databases to identify studies that met our eligibility criteria.Assessment of the quality of studies was conducted using the Joanna Briggs Institute criteria for analytical studies.We reported and compared the median values of WHO/INRUD core drug use indicators with standard thresholds.Data were presented with median,interquartile range(IQR),and percentages.MannWhitney and Kruskal-Wallis tests were conducted to assess for statistical significance(P<0.05)across variables.Results:Thirty-one studies were included in the review,comprising 50,931 patient encounters across 268 health facilities.Within prescribing indicators,average number of medicines per patient encountered[3.4(IQR:3.0to 4.0)],percentage of medicines prescribed by generic[50.4%(IQR:47.4%to 65.0%)],percentage of encounters with antibiotic prescribed[40.2%(IQR:30.5%to 52.7%)],percentage of encounters with injection prescribed[18%(IQR:3.2%to 30.0%)]and the percentage of medicines prescribed from essential medicines list[82.0%(IQR:66.4%to 89.3%)].The median percentage of encounters with antibiotics(P=0.04)and the median percentage of medicines prescribed by generics(P=0.03)increased during and after the COVID-19 pandemic.Prescribing indicators were worse in primary and secondary health facilities,with significant differences in the median percentage of encounters with antibiotics(P=0.007)and injections(P=0.0002)across primary,secondary,and tertiary health facilities.There were improvements across all prescribing indicators after the implementation of NDP 2005.Conclusions:Core drug use indicators in Nigerian health facilities deviated from the WHO/INRUD thresholds,with noticeable improvement after the implementation of NDP 2005.More efforts are needed to improve rational drug use in Nigerian hospitals.

文摘Modeling of a centrifugal compressor is of great significance to surge characteristics and fluid dynamics in the Altitude Ground Test Facilities(AGTF).Real-time Modular Dynamic System Greitzer(MDSG)modeling for dynamic response and simulation of the compression system is introduced.The centrifugal compressor,pipeline network,and valve are divided into pressure output type and mass flow output type for module modeling,and the two types of components alternate when the system is established.The pressure loss and thermodynamics of the system are considered.An air supply compression system of AGTF is modeled and simulated by the MDSG model.The simulation results of mass flow,pressure,and temperature are compared with the experimental results,and the error is less than 5%,which demonstrates the reliability,practicability,and universality of the MDSG model.

文摘Large accelerator facilities require clocks and triggers with high accuracy to synchronize equipment and devices. A new femtosecond timing system was designed to meet the demands of new facilities. In this system, the radio-frequency signal is modulated in a continuous-wave laser carrier with frequency stabilization, and timing events are distributed in the same fiber. The phase drift is detected precisely, based on the principle of the Michelson interferometer. The phase drift is compensated with coarse and fine correctors afterward. We aim to realize the stable transmission of the RF signal and timing events for a long distance and duration, with the phase drift and additive jitter in femtoseconds. After the extension, the system will become a complete solution for the clock-and-trigger distribution of synchrotron radiation facilities, free-electron lasers, and other accelerators. The physics design, simulation analysis, and preliminary results are included in the paper.

文摘[ Objective] This paper aimed to study the effects of different facilities on laying performance, egg quality and air quality for commercial layers under free range system. [Metbod] The single factorial arrangement was used in the tdal. 2 800 commercial Beijing You Chicken (BYC) at 23 weeks of age were chosen and randomly divided into four groups, three replicates each group, and 210 birds each replicate. The layers lived in loose housing condition with deep litter inside. Group 1 was the control, equipped with standard laying boxes, and flat-type perches; group 2 was e- quipped with common laying boxes, and flat-type perches; group 3 was equipped with common laying boxes, and erect-type perches, and group 4 was equipped with standard laying boxes, and erect-type perches. The laying performance, laying position and egg quality of birds during 24 to 32 weeks of age were recorded and measured, and average NH3, CO~ concentration of each group at 32 weeks of age were measured and detected. [Result] The results showed that laying performance of commercial BYC under loose housing condition were significantly different during 24 -32 weeks of age. The laying rate of the control group equipped with flat-type porches and standard laying boxes (33.25%) was significantly higher than in group equipped with flat-type perches and common laying boxes (21.83%) (P〈0.05), and other two groups (26.04% and 27.48%) (P 〈0.05). The ratio of floor eggs was significantly lower in groups with standard laying boxes than in the groups with common laying boxes (P 〈0. 05), and the laying proportion in the first floor of layer boxes were much higher than those in the second floor ( P 〈 0.05). There were no significant differences on egg quality among the groups (P〉0.05). Average NH3, CO2 concentration of group 3 and 4 at 82 weeks of age were both signifi- cantly higher than of group 1 and 2 (P 〈0.05). [ Conclusion] All of the above indicated that the utilization of facilities could improve layer's laying rate, especially with flat-type perches and standard laying boxes, and the indoor air quality was also affected to some extent.

文摘This paper describes a bi-level programming model that seeks to simultaneously optimize location and design decisions of facilities in a distribution system in order to realize company's maximal total profit subject to the constraints on the facility capacity and the investment budget.In the upper-level problem,twoechelon integrated competitive/uncompetitive capacitated facility location model,which involves facility location and design,is presented.In the lower-level problem,customer is assumed to patronize store based on facility utility which is expressed by service time cost in the store and its travel cost to customer.Customer's facility choice behavior is presented by a stochastic user equilibrium assignment model with elastic demand.Since such a distribution system design problem belongs to a class of NP-hard problem,a genetic algorithm(GA)-based heuristic procedure is presented.Finally,a numerical example is used to illustrate the application of the proposed model and some parameter sensitivity analyses are presented.
文摘This paper focuses on the bridge council and free ferry services as the private organizers of public infrastructure construction in the Qing Dynasty, uncovers the legal entity ownership system and governance model with China's native origin, and reveals the attributes and characteristics of ownership by legal entities in China's traditional era. Bridge councils and free ferry services are non-profit and non-government public-interest institutions, whose members were elected by local communities. These councils were responsible for the fundraising, construction, and long-term maintenance and operation of public facilities and infrastructure at the grassroots level. They adopted open and transparent management procedures and could coordinate cross-jurisdictional affairs and mediate disputes. They possessed independent assets such as lands and fund reserves, and such exclusive legal-entity ownership received protection from the government and under the laws. Such form of legal-entity ownership provided the institutional foundation for the development of clans, temples, charitable groups, academies of classical learning, and various associations and societies. These self-organizing groups demonstrate remarkable mobilization and organizational capabilities and institutional creativity of civil society in traditional China. They served as a link between the government and communities and played a unique and active role in maintaining social order at the grassroots level.
文摘The Korea Water Resources Corporation (K-Water) has encountered four problems during the management of water resources of approximately 1,300 buildings spread throughout the country-degradation, budget constraints, lack of standards, and lack of planning. In this study, we have developed a mechanism for collecting, maintaining, and analyzing ground data for repair and replacement works. Our BMS (building maintenance system) uses the recorded repair and replacement work histories and calculates the life cycle costs of the related items. Further, it enables the performance of repair and replacement tasks through an integrated approach aimed at preventive maintenance. In this manner, the BMS is expected to maximize the efficiency of the formulation of prevention and maintenance work plans, monitoring of work histories, predictions of future tasks from the analyses of repair and replacement histories, and performance of LCC (life cycle cost) calculations. Reliable maintenance of national properties can thus be achieved by using the BMS, which promotes reasonable and efficient repair and replacement activities.
文摘Objective:This systematized review aimed to synthesize the results of empirical studies focused on the types and factors of adverse events(AEs)that contribute to them in long-term care(LTC)settings.Methods:The search was conducted in Pro Quest,Scopus,and Pub Med in January 2021 and resulted in 1057 records.The content analysis method was used in the data analysis.Results:In all,35 studies were identified as relevant for the review.The analysis revealed 133 different types of AEs and 60 factors that contributed to them.Conclusions:In LTC,various AEs occur,most of which are preventable,while many factors that influence their occurrence could be significantly modifiable.Through an effective analysis of AEs in LTC,it is possible to minimize their occurrence and,at the same time,minimize their negative impact on all par ties concerned.
文摘The international efforts to limit climate change are increasing, that during the COP26 convention, reaching Net Zero Greenhouse Gas emissions became part of the global goals for many countries and entities. One of the sectors that holds the responsibility of addressing the impacts of climate change is the healthcare sector, and accordingly, it is also encouraged to take a leading role in maintaining its sustainability and be a role model for the other sectors. Additionally, the buildings sector, through the World Green Building council, has taken the initiative to launch the Net Zero Carbon Buildings Commitment for the sector. Based on these practices, the work presented aims to introduce and formulate an Approaching Net Zero assessment methodology to be integrated as part of the sustainability criteria and rating system for healthcare facilities in developing countries. The methodology planned is based on four different aspects which are: 1) Approaching Net Zero Energy, 2) Approaching Net Zero Wastewater, 3) Approaching Net Zero Solid Waste, and 4) Approaching Net Zero GHG emissions. The facility should have achieved a Green Building certification through any certification body, and then apply for the aspect on which it requires to be assessed. The assessment methodology follows a systematic approach, where a baseline year of normal operation is determined for existing facilities to act as a base of assessment, and normal design practices for new facilities Based on the assessment and proof of performance enhancement, the facility will either be awarded a basic certificate for achieving continuous savings, or additionally be awarded a best performance certificate compared to other facilities in the same category.
文摘In recent years,the safety of oil and gas storage and transportation facilities has been paid more attention by the state and enterprises due to frequent accidents.The oil and gas storage and transportation facilities safety courses in China University of Petroleum(Beijing)includes“Engineering mechanics”,“Strength design of pipelines and tanks”and“Safety and integrity management of oil and gas storage and transportation facilities”.The three courses lack relevance and the teaching mode is too rigid,resulting in students losing their initiative in learning.If students can’t use the knowledge flexibly,it will affect the achievement of the objectives of the training program.Therefore,oil and gas storage and transportation facilities safety courses are reformed,training plans are adjusted and teaching methods are improved.The practice shows that the reform enriches the teaching content,improves the teaching quality,stimulates classroom activity and gets a good evaluation of students.The reform of safety courses has a certain significance for cultivating compound talents who have the ability to solve practical problems in engineering.

文摘Public service facilities are fundamental to our society,and their disruption could amplify losses and cause cascading effects during natural disasters.However,there is little knowledge about the exposure of public service facilities to natural disasters,and even less under the scenarios of multiple hazards.This study integrated big data of public service facilities into a multi-hazard exposure as-sessment of floods and earthquakes of China in 2021.Results show that public service facilities in China are disproportionally exposed to floods and earthquakes.Flood and seismic exposure reach 50.36%and 10.69%,which are 4.14 times and 1.05 times of the shares of the two hazard zones;in the overlapping zone 4.76%of the facilities are concentrated,5.17 times of the overlapping zone’s share.Par-ticularly,exposure of public service facilities is relatively high in Northwest China,where both the protection standards for floods and earthquakes are relatively weak.Furthermore,financial facilities contribute the most to flood exposure,while scientific and educational facilities contribute most to the overlapping exposure.We further propose location-specific optimization measures for different types of public service facilities.Our findings shed light on a comprehensive understanding and proper risk management of multi-hazard expos-ure of public service facilities.The incorporation of big data into multi-hazard exposure analysis of public service facilities can be exten-ded to various regions,thereby offering a valuable tool for informed management of natural disaster risk.

文摘Based on the CiteSpace visualization knowledge graph,this article conducts a visual analysis of the evolution of publication volume,distribution of national institutions,keyword clustering,and other related literature on aging friendly bathroom facilities in 502 Chinese and English articles,in order to analyze the research status,hotspots,and future research directions in this field.Through analysis,it was found that research in this field is showing an increasing trend,but there is still a need for relevant experts to actively engage in cross institutional,cross disciplinary,and cross national exchanges and cooperation.Emerging concepts such as smart homes and informatization have become new research hotspots.Moreover,research trend has shifted from macro level discussions to specific optimizations,and has shown characteristics of disciplinary integration and technology driven development.Overall,this study has identified the development direction for improving the level of technological application,emphasizing the importance of interdisciplinary and international cooperation,and providing certain guidance for the construction of a research system for aging friendly bathroom facilities.
文摘Tunnel facility management(FM)is crucial for ensuring safety,efficiency,and resilience of tunnel infrastructure.Current FM practices,such as reactive and preventive maintenance,have limitations-reactive maintenance can't prevent failures,and preventive maintenance can't predict asset maintenance needs,leading to costly and inefficient processes.In addition,existing computerized tunnel FM systems face various challenges,including the lack of integrated real-time monitoring information,visualization of assets in a three-dimensional(3D)environment,supporting predictive maintenance,and scaling into long infrastructure with complicated spatiotemporal relationships.This study addresses these limitations by proposing a data-driven digital twin(DT)-based framework that supports predictive maintenance to improve tunnel FM processes and enhance resilience.The proposed framework consists of six layers,allowing the integration of data from monitoring system,FM system,and building information modeling(BIM)models.The framework proposes a flexible tunnel data model and classification system that hierarchically divides the tunnel models,ensuring an efficient data connection from the physical twin to the DT.The system was implemented in a tunnel case study that generates maintenance plans and work orders using historical and current condition monitoring data,and the 3D visualization technology suggests maintenance and repair processes,making the FM decision process more effective.The proposed system detected and predicted the twin state based on a data-driven analysis,and the prediction accuracy of the machine learning models was sufficiently high for use in real scenarios to make FM plans in advance and prevent asset failures.The proposed framework is contributing to the infrastructure resilience by enhancing the tunnel system ability to predict the maintenance tasks and prevent failures using data-driven DT technology.

文摘Aeropropulsion System Test Facility (ASTF) is required to accurately control the pressure and temperature of the airflow to test the performance of the aero-engine. However, the control accuracy of ASTF is significantly affected by the flow disturbance caused by aero-engine acceleration and deceleration. This would reduce the credibility of ASTF’s test results for the aero-engine. Therefore, first, this paper proposes a feedforward compensation-based L1 adaptive control method for ASTF to address this problem. The baseline controller is first designed based on ideal uncoupled closed-loop dynamics to achieve dynamic decoupling. Then, L1 adaptive control is adopted to deal with various uncertainties and ensure good control performance. To further enhance the anti-disturbance performance, a feedforward strategy based on disturbance prediction is designed in the L1 adaptive control framework to compensate for the unmatched flow disturbance, which cannot be measured directly. In addition, this strategy takes into account the effects of actuator dynamics. With this method, the feedforward term can be determined from the nominal model parameters despite uncertainties. Finally, to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method, various comparative experiments are performed on a hardware-in-the-loop system of ASTF. The experimental results show that the proposed method possesses excellent tracking performance, anti-disturbance performance and robustness.
文摘With the advancement of agricultural modernization, agricultural machinery service organizations, as an important part of the rural operating entities, show an increasing trend year by year, and need new facilities land in the process of development and growth. Based on the written survey of 597 agricultural machinery service organizations in Guizhou Province, the demand and demand gap of various facilities land use in agricultural machinery service organizations were analyzed and compared. In addition, based on the field survey and policy background, the main practices and experiences of agricultural machinery service organizations in Guizhou Province in the approval and use of facility land were sorted out, and the problems and causes of large gap in facility agricultural land, lack of standards and difficulty in policy implementation were analyzed. Finally, it recommended that the site selection of agricultural machinery service organization facilities needs to be standardized, the land demand needs to be coordinated, the land scale needs to be scientifically demonstrated, and financial support should be sought to promote Guizhou agricultural machinery service organization to become bigger, better and stronger.

文摘In response to the capabilities presented by the High-Intensity Heavy Ion Accelerator Facility(HIAF) and the Accelerator-Driven Subcritical System(Ci ADS), as well as the proposed Chinese Advanced Nuclear Physics Research Facility(CNUF), we are assembling a consortium of experts in relevant disciplines, both domestically and internationally,to delineate high-precision physics experiments that leverage the state-of-the-art research environment afforded by CNUF.Our focus encompasses six primary domains of inquiry: hadron physics—including endeavors such as the super eta factory and investigations into light hadron structures;muon physics;neutrino physics;neutron physics;the testing of fundamental symmetries;and the exploration of quantum effects within nuclear physics, along with the utilization of vortex accelerators.We aim to foster a well-rounded portfolio of large, medium, and small-scale projects, thus unlocking new scientific avenues and optimizing the potential of the Huizhou large scientific facility. The aspiration for international leadership in scientific research will be a guiding principle in our strategic planning. This initiative will serve as a foundational reference for the Institute of Modern Physics in its strategic planning and goal-setting, ensuring alignment with its developmental objectives while striving to secure a competitive edge in technological advancement. Our ambition is to engage in substantive research within these realms of high-precision physics, to pursue groundbreaking discoveries, and to stimulate progress in China's nuclear physics landscape, positioning Huizhou as a preeminent global hub for advanced nuclear physics research.

文摘Using Tongxian No.2 as material, the effects of different film-covering time, different sowing time and different planting density on the occurrence of freeze injury and yield of fresh broad beans were investigated. The randomized block design was adopted. The results showed that with the delayed film covering, the incidence of mild freeze injury and number of headless seedlings were increased correspondingly, but the yield was increased; with the delayed sowing, the branch number per plant, effective branch number per plant, incidence of mild freeze injury and number of headless seedlings were all reduced, and the broad beans, sowed on September 30 th, obtained the highest yield; planting density showed on effect on the occurrence of freeze injury, and the yield was increased with the increase of planting density. 文摘According to the operational characteristics of the logistics networks for the third party logistics supplier (3PLS), the forward and reverse logistics networks together for 3PLS under the uncertain environment are designed. First, a fuzzy model is proposed by taking multiple customers, multiple commodities, capacitated facility location and integrated logistics facility layout into account. In the model, the fuzzy customer demands and transportation rates are illustrated by triangular fuzzy numbers. Secondly, the fuzzy model is converted into a crisp model by applying fuzzy chance constrained theory and possibility theory, and one hybrid genetic algorithm is designed for the crisp model. Finally, two different examples are designed to illustrate that the model and solution discussed are valid.
