The abundance of IbpA in C. sakazakii strains strongly increased after heat shock. C sakazakii CMCC 45402 ibpA deletion mutants were successfully constructed. The C. sakazakii CMCC 45402 AibpA and wild-type strains could not be distinguished based on colony morphology on LB agar plates or biochemical assays. The growth of the C. sakazakii CMCC 45402 AibpA mutant in heat shock conditions was indistinguishable from that of the isogenic wild-type, but showed greater heat resistance than E. coil O157:H7 strain CMCC 44828. This study suggests that the absence of a single ibpA gene has no obvious effect on the phenotype or heat resistance of the strain C. sakazakii CMCC 45402.展开更多

Samples analyzed so far at Fudan University include a microelectronic circuit and some biological and archaeological samples. Their power generation efficiency and power generation capacity have been paid much attention. During the operation of thermal power plants, the operation status of relevant water pump facilities and equipment greatly affects the operation of the entire thermal power plant. Good water pump operation effect can effectively guarantee the power generation efficiency and stability. For water pump equipment, long-term work in high-temperature environment of thermal power plants will inevitably lead to failures and maintenance problems. Therefore, according to the usage of common water pump facilities and equipment in thermal power plants, the causes of their failures are analyzed in depth. Combined with the relevant actual situation and practical experience, the troubleshooting strategies and monitoring and diagnosis technology of relevant water pumps are proposed to ensure the efficient and stable work of relevant water pump facilities, so as to improve the operation efficiency of thermal power plants.展开更多
The selection of optimal intensity measures(IMs)has been recommended for generating the seismic demand models with different probabilities by researchers since the seismic IMs are closely associated with earthquake ri...The selection of optimal intensity measures(IMs)has been recommended for generating the seismic demand models with different probabilities by researchers since the seismic IMs are closely associated with earthquake risks and structural safety.However,the seismic design code(mainly for aboveground structures)and dynamic analysis of underground structures conventionally employ the peak ground acceleration(PGA)as an optimal IM.In this paper,the research is to identify the optimal scalar and vector IMs in the fragility investigation of deep-buried hydraulic arched tunnels using the finite element method.A refinement process was performed to determine the optimal scalar IMs by comprehensively comparing their correlation,efficiency,practicality,proficiency,and sufficiency among the examined IMs.Furtherly,the optimum vector IMs were also developed,followed by the three different scalar IMs.Eventually,the dif-ferences between the fragility curves of the tunnel produced using the optimal scalar and vector IM were compared.The generated vector fragility surface can be used to estimate the seismic fragility of identical hydraulic tunnels in an approximative manner.展开更多
