In-Plane Static Analysis of Curved Nanobeams Using Exact-Solution-Based Finite Element Formulation

Due to their superior properties, the interest in nanostructures is increasing today in engineering. This study presents a new two-noded curved finite element for analyzing the in-plane static behaviors of curved nanobeams. Opposite to traditional curved finite elements developed by using approximate interpolation functions, the proposed curved finite element is developed by using exact analytical solutions. Although this approach was first introduced for analyzing the mechanical behaviors of macro-scale curved beams by adopting the local theory of elasticity, the exact analytical expressions used in this study were obtained from the solutions of governing equations that were expressed via the differential form of the nonlocal theory of elasticity. Therefore, the effects of shear strain and axial extension included in the analytical formulation are also inherited by the curved finite element developed here. The rigidity matrix and the consistent force vector are developed for a circular finite element. To demonstrate the applicability of the method, static analyses of various curved nanobeams subjected to different boundary conditions and loading scenarios are performed, and the obtained results are compared with the exact analytical ones. The presented study provides an accurate and low computational cost method for researchers to investigate the in-plane static behavior of curved nanobeams. 展开更多

Transcritical and supercritical fluids widely exist in aerospace propulsion systems,such as the coolant flow in the regenerative cooling channels of scramjet engines.To numerically simulate the coolant flow,we must address the challenges in solving Riemann problems(RPs)for real fluids under complex flow conditions.In this study,an exact numerical solution for the one-dimensional RP of two-parameter fluids is developed.Due to the comprehensive resolution of fluid thermodynamics,the proposed solution framework is suitable for all forms of the two-parameter equation of state(EoS).The pressure splitting method is introduced to enable parallel calculation of RPs across multiple grid points.Theoretical analysis demonstrates the isentropic nature of weak waves in two-parameter fluids,ensuring that the same mathematical properties as ideal gas could be applied in Newton's iteration.A series of numerical cases validate the effectiveness of the proposed method.A comparative analysis is conducted on the exact Riemann solutions for the real fluid EoS,the ideal gas EoS,and the improved ideal gas EoS under supercritical and transcritical conditions.The results indicate that the improved one produces smaller errors in the calculation of momentum and energy fluxes. 展开更多

A polynomial scheme is proposed here to compute exact solutions of nonlinear partial differential equations(NPDEs)based on a series expansions of solutions and a renormalization group(RG)related resummation.The most salient feature of the current approach is that only linear algebraic equations need to be solved to implement the resummation for closed-form exact solution and parameter dependence,which does not require any sophisticated analysis like Cole-Hopf transformation or Painlevétest.New exact solutions of typical NPDEs are computed with this novel method,including one-and two-soliton(solitary wave)solutions,periodic solutions of exponential or elliptic function type.Moreover,exact reduced equations may also be conveniently computed for further analysis. 展开更多

The Boussinesq equations,pivotal in the analysis of water wave dynamics,effectively model weakly nonlinear and long wave approximations.This study utilizes the complete discriminant system within a polynomial approach to derive exact traveling wave solutions for the coupled Boussinesq equation.The solutions are articulated through soliton,trigonometric,rational,and Jacobi elliptic functions.Notably,the introduction of Jacobi elliptic function solutions for this model marks a pioneering advancement.Contour plots of the solutions obtained by assigning values to various parameters are generated and subsequently analyzed.The methodology proposed in this study offers a systematic means to tackle nonlinear partial differential equations in mathematical physics,thereby enhancing comprehension of the physical attributes and dynamics of water waves. 展开更多

目的建立超高效液相色谱-四极杆静电场轨道阱质谱(UPLC-Q-Exactive Orbitrap-MS)法同时测定扶正和肤止痒方透皮成分的含量,并探讨其体外透皮扩散规律。方法采用Franz扩散池法进行体外释放与透皮试验,分别以BALB/c雄性小鼠空白皮肤和银... 目的建立超高效液相色谱-四极杆静电场轨道阱质谱(UPLC-Q-Exactive Orbitrap-MS)法同时测定扶正和肤止痒方透皮成分的含量,并探讨其体外透皮扩散规律。方法采用Franz扩散池法进行体外释放与透皮试验,分别以BALB/c雄性小鼠空白皮肤和银屑病样皮肤作为透过屏障,采用UPLC-Q-Exactive Orbitrap-MS技术测定扶正和肤止痒方及其接收液的成分含量;采用零级、一级、Higuchi动力学方程评价扶正和肤止痒方的透皮成分的释放与经皮渗透效果。结果共鉴定出扶正和肤止痒方中落新妇苷、茵芋碱、阿魏酸、花椒毒酚、白鲜碱、柠檬苦素、花椒毒素、吴茱萸苦素、蛇床子素、异茴芹内酯等10个透皮成分。建立的UPLC-Q-Exactive Orbitrap-MS多成分同时测定方法中,10个透皮成分在相应的浓度范围内呈现良好的线性关系(r>0.9960),且精密度、稳定性、准确度及基质效应均符合标准。以空白小鼠皮肤作为半透膜,落新妇苷、蛇床子素的透皮扩散规律遵循零级动力学方程;阿魏酸、花椒毒素、白鲜碱、吴茱萸苦素、柠檬苦素的透皮扩散规律遵循一级动力学方程;花椒毒酚、茵芋碱、异茴芹内酯的透皮扩散规律遵循Higuchi动力学方程。以模型小鼠银屑病样皮肤作为半透膜,花椒毒酚、花椒毒素、白鲜碱、异茴芹内酯、吴茱萸苦素的透皮扩散规律遵循一级动力学方程;落新妇苷、阿魏酸、茵芋碱、柠檬苦素、蛇床子素透皮扩散规律遵循Higuchi动力学方程。结论该研究建立的扶正和肤止痒方透皮成分定量检测方法准确、灵敏、稳定,明确了扶正和肤止痒方10个透皮成分的体外扩散规律,可为扶正和肤止痒方治疗银屑病的药效研究奠定基础。 展开更多

目的探究鲜冬凌草与其干品(自然晒干、真空冷冻干燥)的化学成分差异。方法利用超高效液相-四极杆-静电轨道阱高分辨质谱(Ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-quadrupole-exactive mass spectrometry,UHPLC-Q-Exactive HF-X/... 目的探究鲜冬凌草与其干品(自然晒干、真空冷冻干燥)的化学成分差异。方法利用超高效液相-四极杆-静电轨道阱高分辨质谱(Ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-quadrupole-exactive mass spectrometry,UHPLC-Q-Exactive HF-X/MS)联用技术在正、负离子模式下采集冬凌草化学成分质谱数据,并基于在线数据库、本地自建标准品数据库及文献报道对其成分进行鉴定分析;通过SIMCA软件对采集的数据进行主成分分析(Principal component analysis,PCA)和正交偏最小二乘法判别分析(Orthogonal partial least squares-discriminant analysis,OPLS-DA),根据获得的变量投影重要性(Variable importance in projection,VIP)和t检验筛选鲜干冬凌草间的差异化学成分;最后,根据差异成分离子峰面积进行相对定量分析。结果共鉴定出61个化学成分,包括二萜类31个、酚酸类12个、黄酮类9个、二萜类4个、三萜类4个、其他类5个;PCA图直观地显示冬凌草鲜品化学轮廓与其干品有明显的差异;通过OPLS-DA筛选出VIP>1和P<0.05的差异化学成分32个,其中差异成分冬凌草甲素、冬凌草乙素等二萜类活性成分在鲜品中相对含量显著高于其干品。结论UHPLC-Q-Exactive HF-X/MS结合多元统计分析可用于明确鲜干冬凌草的化学成分差异,进而为鲜干冬凌草资源的合理开发应用提供重要的数据参考。 展开更多

We devote ourselves to finding exact solutions(including perturbed soliton solutions)to a class of semi-linear Schrödinger equations incorporating Kudryashov's self-phase modulation subject to stochastic perturbations described by multiplicative white noise based on Stratonvich's calculus.By borrowing ideas of the sub-equation method and utilizing a series of changes of variables,we transform the problem of identifying exact solutions into the task of analyzing the dynamical behaviors of an auxiliary planar Hamiltonian dynamical system.We determine the equilibrium points of the introduced auxiliary Hamiltonian system and analyze their Lyapunov stability.Additionally,we conduct a brief bifurcation analysis and a preliminary chaos analysis of the auxiliary Hamiltonian system,assessing their impact on the Lyapunov stability.Based on the insights gained from investigating the dynamics of the introduced auxiliary Hamiltonian system,we discover‘all'of the exact solutions to the stochastic semi-linear Schrödinger equations under consideration.We obtain explicit formulas for exact solutions by examining the phase portrait of the introduced auxiliary Hamiltonian system.The obtained exact solutions include singular and periodic solutions,as well as perturbed bright and dark solitons.For each type of obtained exact solution,we pick one representative to plot its graph,so as to visually display our theoretical results.Compared with other methods for finding exact solutions to deterministic or stochastic partial differential equations,the dynamical system approach has the merit of yielding all possible exact solutions.The stochastic semi-linear Schrödinger equation under consideration can be used to portray the propagation of pulses in an optical fiber,so our study therefore lays the foundation for discovering new solitons optimized for optical communication and contributes to the improvement of optical technologies. 展开更多

目的:采用超高效液相色谱-四极杆-轨道离子阱高分辨质谱法(UHPLC-Q-Exactive-MS)鉴定芩柏软膏的主要化学成分,结合网络药理学和分子对接技术,探讨其治疗银屑病的作用机制。方法:通过质谱数据采集,结合对照品比对、相关文献查阅及数据库... 目的:采用超高效液相色谱-四极杆-轨道离子阱高分辨质谱法(UHPLC-Q-Exactive-MS)鉴定芩柏软膏的主要化学成分,结合网络药理学和分子对接技术,探讨其治疗银屑病的作用机制。方法:通过质谱数据采集,结合对照品比对、相关文献查阅及数据库检索,鉴定并表征芩柏软膏的化学成分;从SwissTargetPrediction数据库获取药物潜在靶点,利用GeneCards、OMIM、TTD、DrugBank数据库筛选银屑病的相关疾病靶点,取两者交集得到共同靶点;借助String数据库和Cytoscape 3.9.1软件构建蛋白质-蛋白质相互作用网络并筛选核心靶点;利用Metascape平台对交集靶点进行基因本体(GO)功能和京都基因与基因组百科全书(KEGG)通路分析,最后通过AutoDock与Pymol软件对预测的靶点及其对应的成分进行分子对接验证。结果:从芩柏软膏中鉴定出50个化合物。筛选得到治疗银屑病的共同靶点180个,其作用机制可能涉及磷脂酰肌醇3-激酶-蛋白激酶B(PI3K-Akt)、丝裂原活化蛋白激酶(MAPK)、缺氧诱导因子-1(HIF-1)信号通路等,肿瘤蛋白p53(TP53)、缺氧诱导因子-1α(HIF1A)、Jun原癌基因(JUN)、信号转导和转录激活因子(STAT3)、B淋巴细胞瘤-2(BCL2)、MAPK1等关键靶点。结论:本研究较全面地分析了芩柏软膏的化学成分,初步推测其可能通过多组分、多靶点、多通路发挥治疗银屑病的作用,为其临床应用及后续实验提供参考。 展开更多

In this study,a straightforward one-step hydrothermal method was successfully utilized to synthesize the solid solution Na_(0.9)Mg_(0.45)Ti_(3.55)O_(8)-Na_(2)Ni_(2)Ti_(6)O_(16)(NNMTO-x),where x denotes the molar percentage of Na_(2)Ni_(2)Ti_(6)O_(16)(NNTO)within Na_(0.9)Mg_(0.45)Ti_(3.55)O_(8)(NMTO),with x values of 10,20,30,40,and 50.Both XPS(X-ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy)and EDX(Energy Dispersive X-ray Spectroscopy)analyses unequivocally validated the formation of the NNMTO-x solid solutions.It was observed that when x is below 40,the NNMTO-x solid solution retains the structural characteristics of the original NMTO.However,beyond this threshold,significant alterations in crystal morphology were noted,accompanied by a noticeable decline in photocatalytic activity.Notably,the absorption edge of NNMTO-x(x<40)exhibited a shift towards the visible-light spectrum,thereby substantially broadening the absorption range.The findings highlight that NNMTO-30 possesses the most pronounced photocatalytic activity for the reduction of CO_(2).Specifically,after a 6 h irradiation period,the production rates of CO and CH_(4)were recorded at 42.38 and 1.47μmol/g,respectively.This investigation provides pivotal insights that are instrumental in the advancement of highly efficient and stable photocatalysts tailored for CO_(2)reduction processes. 展开更多

In this paper,the Lie symmetry analysis method is applied to the(2+1)-dimensional time-fractional Heisenberg ferromagnetic spin chain equation.We obtain all the Lie symmetries admitted by the governing equation and reduce the corresponding(2+1)-dimensional fractional partial differential equations with the Riemann–Liouville fractional derivative to(1+1)-dimensional counterparts with the Erdélyi–Kober fractional derivative.Then,we obtain the power series solutions of the reduced equations,prove their convergence and analyze their dynamic behavior graphically.In addition,the conservation laws for all the obtained Lie symmetries are constructed using the new conservation theorem and the generalization of Noether operators. 展开更多

目的:利用超高效液相色谱-四极杆-静电场轨道阱高分辨质谱法(UPLC-Q-Exactive Orbitrap MS),系统分析泻白散在正常状态和慢性支气管炎(CB)模型小鼠中的入血成分及其代谢轮廓,并比较两者之间的差异。方法30只雌性BABL/c小鼠随机分为正常... 目的:利用超高效液相色谱-四极杆-静电场轨道阱高分辨质谱法(UPLC-Q-Exactive Orbitrap MS),系统分析泻白散在正常状态和慢性支气管炎(CB)模型小鼠中的入血成分及其代谢轮廓,并比较两者之间的差异。方法30只雌性BABL/c小鼠随机分为正常组、正常给药组、CB组、CB给药组和地塞米松组,每组6只。采用卵清蛋白(OVA)诱导建立CB小鼠模型。正常给药组和CB给药组小鼠于第21天开始灌胃泻白散(生药量13.2 g·kg^(-1)),地塞米松组小鼠同时灌胃地塞米松(0.5 mg·kg^(-1))直至第35天实验结束,随后采集血清样本经药效评价指标确定泻白散干预CB的药效作用。采用UPLC-Q-Exactive Orbitrap MS对泻白散的化学成分、入血成分及其代谢产物进行鉴定和分析,并结合化学计量法揭示泻白散在正常及CB状态下的代谢轮廓差异。同时,利用实时荧光定量聚合酶链式反应(Real-time PCR)检测肝脏关键代谢酶细胞色素P4502E1(CYP2E1)、细胞色素P4503A1(CYP3A1)、尿苷二磷酸葡萄糖醛酸基转移酶1A1(UGT1A1)和尿苷二磷酸葡萄糖醛酸基转移酶1A6(UGT1A6)酶的表达水平。结果在正常小鼠血清中,初步鉴定出泻白散的原型成分28个,代谢产物158个(包括Ⅰ相代谢产物48个和Ⅱ相代谢产物110个);在CB模型小鼠血清中,鉴定出原型成分32个,代谢产物178个(包括Ⅰ相代谢产物50个和Ⅱ相代谢产物128个)。其中,27个原型成分在2种状态下均被检出,主要包括12个黄酮类、2个生物碱类、3个三萜类、4个有机酸类、3个酰胺类、1个二苯乙烯类化合物和2个其他类化合物。化学计量分析表明,泻白散在正常和CB小鼠中的入血成分及其代谢产物的种类无明显差异,但其在CB小鼠体内的暴露量明显增加。与正常小鼠比较,CB小鼠体内泻白散的氧化、还原、甲基化等Ⅰ相代谢产物及葡萄糖醛酸化等Ⅱ相代谢产物的含量变化尤为显著。Real-time PCR结果显示,与正常组比较,CB小鼠肝脏中CYP2E1(P<0.05)、CYP3A1(P>0.05)、UGT1A1(P<0.01)和UGT1A6(P<0.01)的mRNA表达水平升高,这可能是导致代谢产物含量变化的主要原因。结论泻白散在正常和CB小鼠中的入血成分及其代谢轮廓存在明显差异,尤其Ⅰ相代谢中的氧化、还原、甲基化及Ⅱ相代谢中的葡萄糖醛酸化,且与肝脏中Ⅰ相和Ⅱ相代谢酶CYP2E1、CYP3A1、UGT1A1和UGT1A6表达水平升高密切相关。 展开更多

Circumlunar abort trajectories constitute a vital contingency return strategy during the translunar phase of crewed lunar missions.This paper proposes a methodology for constructing the solution set of the circumlunar abort trajectory and leverages its advantageous properties to address the optimization design problem of abort trajectories.Initially,a solution set of all feasible abort trajectories,originating from an abort point on the nominal trajectory and complying with fundamental reentry constraints,is formulated through the introduction of two novel design parameters.Subsequently,the geometric characteristics of the solution set,as well as the distributional properties of key iterative constraint responses,including flight time and velocity increment,are analyzed.Finally,the characteristics exhibited in the solution set are employed to directly identify the design parameters of the abort trajectories with minimum flight time and velocity increment,thereby providing solutions to two distinct types of optimization problems.The simulation results for a variety of nominal trajectories,encompassing the reconstruction and redesign of the Apollo13 abort trajectory,validate the proposed method,demonstrating its ability to directly generate optimal abort trajectories.The method proposed in this paper investigates feasible abort trajectories from a global perspective,providing both a framework and convenience for mission planning and iterative optimization in abort trajectory design. 展开更多

Strong seismic excitation and fault dislocation are likely to occur simultaneously in high-intensity seismic zones,causing severe damage to tunnels crossing active fault zones.This paper aims to develop a novel analytical solution to determine the longitudinal mechanical responses of tunnels subjected to the combined effects of seismic waves and strike-slip faulting.Adopting the elastic springbeam model,the seismic waves are modelled as shear horizontal(SH)waves and the fault dislocation follows an S-shaped pattern;the superposition principle for free-fielddisplacements caused by both effects is assumed.In addition,the transmission and reflectionof seismic waves at the fault-rock geological interface and the tangential contact conditions at the tunnel-rock interface are considered.The analytical model is validated against numerical simulations,confirmingits accuracy in calculating tunnel responses.Moreover,a parametric study is conducted to evaluate the impact of key factors,including fault displacement,fault zone width,fault dip angle,earthquake frequency,rock conditions,tunnel lining stiffness,and tangential contact conditions,on tunnel responses.Compared with each effect alone,the combined effects of seismic waves and strike-slip faulting significantlychange the tunnel deformation and internal forces,leading to increased tunnel responses,especially within the fault zone and near the fault-rock interfaces.Depending on specificparameters,tunnel responses can be classifiedinto seismic-dominated,faulting-dominated,and seismic-faulting coupled responses on the basis of the relative contributions of each effect.The proposed analytical solution can be applied to quickly predict the longitudinal mechanical behaviour of tunnels under such combined effects in engineering applications. 展开更多

Substrate and nutrient supply are essential for vegetable cultivation in greenhouse.The strategies for plant nutrient supply vary depending on the cultivation methods or substrate dosages employed.With the development of mechanization,wide-row spacing substrate cultivation became an optimize mode of the greenhouse cucumber cultivation,aligning with the trend of intelligent agriculture.To determine the optimal nutrient solution supply amount(NS)and supply frequency(SF)for promoting the integrated growth of cucumber under wide-row spacing substrate cultivation,we explored the effects of substrate supply amount(SS),NS,and SF on cucumber yield,quality,and element utilization efficiency.A five-level quadratic orthogonal rotation combination design with three experimental factors(NS,SF,and SS)was implemented for 23 coupling treatments over three growing seasons,including spring(2022S and 2023S)and autumn(2022A).The technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution(TOPSIS)combining weights based on game theory was applied to construct cucumber comprehensive growth evaluation model.Single and two experimental factors analyses revealed significant effects of single factors and the coupling of NS-SS,NS-SF and SS-SF on the integrated growth of cucumber for all three growing seasons.For the NS-SF-SS combination,the optimal parameters for comprehensive cucumber growth were determined as follows:levels of^(-1).68 for NS,-0.7 for SF,and^(-1).682 for SS in 2022A;-0.43 for NS,-0.06 for SF,and 0.34 for SS in 2022S;0.3 for NS,-0.02 for SF,and 0.04 for SS in 2023S.Furthermore,for SS ranges of 2.00-3.01,3.01-4.50,4.50-5.99,5.99-7.00(L·plant^(-1)),the corresponding NS and SF intervals maximizing cucumber integrated growth in spring were:0.28-0.30(L·plant^(-1))and 6(times·d^(-1)),0.26-0.30(L·plant^(-1))and 6(times·d^(-1)),0.25-0.30(L·plant^(-1))and 6(times·d^(-1)),0.23-0.30(L·plant^(-1))and 6(times·d^(-1)),respectively.With the same SS,the corresponding NS and SF intervals that maximized cucumber integrated growth in autumn were:0.10(L·plant^(-1))and 8(times·d^(-1)),0.18(L·plant^(-1))and 7(times·d^(-1)),0.30(L·plant^(-1))and 6(times·d^(-1)),0.49(L·plant^(-1))and 5(times·d^(-1)),respectively.The results provide a theoretical basis for solution management,and further in-depth research on cucumber cultivation. 展开更多
