BACKGROUND Timely and accurate evaluation of mental disorders in adolescents using appropriate mental health literacy assessment tools is essential for improving their mental health literacy levels.AIM To develop an e...BACKGROUND Timely and accurate evaluation of mental disorders in adolescents using appropriate mental health literacy assessment tools is essential for improving their mental health literacy levels.AIM To develop an evaluation index system for the mental health literacy of adolescent patients with mental disorders,providing a scientific,comprehensive,and reliable tool for the monitoring and intervention of mental health literacy of such patients.METHODS From December 2022 to June 2023,the evaluation index system for mental health literacy of adolescents with mental disorders was developed through literature reviews,semi-structured interviews,expert letter consultations,and the analytic hierarchy process.Based on this index system,a self-assessment questionnaire was compiled and administered to 305 adolescents with mental disorders to test the reliability and validity of the index system.RESULTS The final evaluation index system for mental health literacy of adolescents with mental disorders included 4 first-level indicators,10 second-level indicators,and 52 third-level indicators.The overall Cronbach’sαcoefficient of the index system was 0.957,with a partial reliability of 0.826 and a content validity index of 0.975.The cumulative variance contribution rate of 10 common factors was 66.491%.The correlation coefficients between each dimension and the total questionnaire ranged from 0.672 to 0.724,while the correlation coefficients in each dimension ranged from 0.389 to 0.705.CONCLUSION The evaluation index system for mental health literacy of adolescents with mental disorders,developed in this study,demonstrated notable reliability and validity,making it a valuable tool for evaluating mental health literacy in this population.展开更多

In the present study,researchers examined a solar off-grid-connected photovoltaic system for a family house in the city of Baghdad.The design was created with the help of the“How to Design PV Program”and the“Renewa...In the present study,researchers examined a solar off-grid-connected photovoltaic system for a family house in the city of Baghdad.The design was created with the help of the“How to Design PV Program”and the“Renewable Energy Investment Calculator(REICAL)”software(Version 1.1).In Iraq,the national grid provides around 71%of the overall electricity demand,though this drops to nearly 50%during extremely hot and cold months,where the supply alternates between four hours on and four hours off.During the off periods,power is generated by local generators at high costs.To promote the adoption of photovoltaic solar systems among Iraqi citizens through loans,three options for meeting 100% of electricity needs have been proposed:an on-grid solution,a hybrid system that supplies 24 h,and an off-grid solution for a 24-h supply.The 12-h off-grid system(hybrid)is both economical and efficient for delivering electricity.Findings reveal that,over 20 years,the system’s output will amount to 141,176.71 kWh,with a payback period of 5.85 years and a performance ratio of 86.2%.Investment outcome data showed a net present value of $6445,and the profitability index was 6.16,indicating the project’s profitability.Additionally,the system could result in a net reduction of CO_(2) emissions totaling 132,810.24 kg.展开更多
Based on the generalized reduced R-matrix theory,the R-matrix analysis code(RAC program)was used to analyze the experimental data of all the nuclear reaction channels related to the 5 He system.The current calculation...Based on the generalized reduced R-matrix theory,the R-matrix analysis code(RAC program)was used to analyze the experimental data of all the nuclear reaction channels related to the 5 He system.The current calculations provide accurate and reliable evaluation data and are in good agreement with the experimental data.In this study,self-consistent evaluation data for each reaction were obtained using multi-channel and multi-energy fitting.In particular,the error propagation theory of generalized least squares was used to determine the error of the evaluation data and the covariance matrix of the integral cross section.This R-matrix analysis for the 5 He system has three features.First,for the first time,the error in the evaluation data of the T(d,n)^(4)He reaction cross section and the covariance matrix of the integral cross section are provided.Second,we used only one set of R-matrix parameters to depict the reaction cross section of each reaction channel of the 5 He system for the entire energy region in our work.Third,in this evaluation,we considered some of the latest measured experimental data,especially after 2000.The T(d,n)^(4)He reaction cross section at 0.1 MeV and below was carefully studied.The effect of different energy levels in T(d,n)^(4)He was analyzed,with the energy levels 3/2^(+)making a major contribution to the cross section,and the role of the S-wave and P-wave from 3/2~-determines the lean forward trend of the angular distributions at 0.01–0.1 MeV.展开更多

China has abundant resources of hot dry rocks.However,due to the fact that the evaluation methods for favorable areas are mainly qualitative,and the evaluation indicators and standards are inconsistent,which restrict ...China has abundant resources of hot dry rocks.However,due to the fact that the evaluation methods for favorable areas are mainly qualitative,and the evaluation indicators and standards are inconsistent,which restrict the evaluation efficiency and exploration process of dry hot rocks.This paper is based on the understanding of the geologic features and genesis mechanisms of hot dry rocks in China and abroad.By integrating the main controlling factors of hot dry rock formation,and using index grading and quantification,the fuzzy hierarchical comprehensive method is applied to establish an evaluation system and standards for favorable areas of hot dry rocks.The evaluation system is based on four indicators:heat source,thermal channel,thermal reservoir and cap rock.It includes 11 evaluation parameters,including time of magmatic/volcanic activity,depth of molten mass or magma chamber,distribution of discordogenic faults,burial depth of thermal reservoir,cap rock type and thickness,surface thermal anomaly,heat flow,geothermal gradient,Moho depth,Curie depth,Earthquake magnitude and focal depth.Each parameter is divided into 3 levels.Applying this evaluation system to assess hot dry rock in central Inner Mongolia revealed that Class I favorable zones cover approximately 494 km^(2),while Class II favorable zones span about 5.7×10^(4) km^(2).The Jirgalangtu Sag and Honghaershute Sag in the Erlian Basin,along with Reshuitang Town in Keshiketeng Banner,Reshui Town in Ningcheng County,and Reshuitang Town in Aohan Banner of Chifeng City,are identified as Class I favorable zones for hot dry rock resources.These areas are characterized by high-temperature subsurface molten bodies or magma chambers serving as high-quality heat sources,shallow thermal reservoir depths,and overlying thick sedimentary rock layers acting as caprock.The establishment and application of the evaluation system for favorable areas of hot dry rock are expected to provide new approaches and scientific basis for guiding the practice of selecting hot dry rock areas in China.展开更多

In underground mining,especially in entry-type excavations,the instability of surrounding rock structures can lead to incalculable losses.As a crucial tool for stability analysis in entry-type excavations,the critical...In underground mining,especially in entry-type excavations,the instability of surrounding rock structures can lead to incalculable losses.As a crucial tool for stability analysis in entry-type excavations,the critical span graph must be updated to meet more stringent engineering requirements.Given this,this study introduces the support vector machine(SVM),along with multiple ensemble(bagging,adaptive boosting,and stacking)and optimization(Harris hawks optimization(HHO),cuckoo search(CS))techniques,to overcome the limitations of the traditional methods.The analysis indicates that the hybrid model combining SVM,bagging,and CS strategies has a good prediction performance,and its test accuracy reaches 0.86.Furthermore,the partition scheme of the critical span graph is adjusted based on the CS-BSVM model and 399 cases.Compared with previous empirical or semi-empirical methods,the new model overcomes the interference of subjective factors and possesses higher interpretability.Since relying solely on one technology cannot ensure prediction credibility,this study further introduces genetic programming(GP)and kriging interpolation techniques.The explicit expressions derived through GP can offer the stability probability value,and the kriging technique can provide interpolated definitions for two new subclasses.Finally,a prediction platform is developed based on the above three approaches,which can rapidly provide engineering feedback.展开更多
Natural gas hydrate(NGH),as a widely recognized clean energy,has shown a significant resource potential.However,due to the lack of a unified evaluation methodology and the difficult determination of key parameters,the...Natural gas hydrate(NGH),as a widely recognized clean energy,has shown a significant resource potential.However,due to the lack of a unified evaluation methodology and the difficult determination of key parameters,the evaluation results of global NGH resource are greatly different.This paper establishes a quantitative relationship between NGH resource potential and conventional oil and gas resource and a NGH resource evaluation model based on the whole petroleum system(WPS)and through the analysis of dynamic field controlling hydrocarbon accumulation.The global NGH initially in-place and recoverable resources are inverted through the Monte Carlo simulation,and verified by using the volume analogy method based on drilling results and the trend analysis method of previous evaluation results.The proposed evaluation model considers two genetic mechanisms of natural gas(biological degradation and thermal degradation),surface volume conversion factor difference between conventional natural gas and NGH,and the impacts of differences in favorable distribution area and thickness and in other aspects on the results of NGH resource evaluation.The study shows that the global NGH initially in-place and recoverable resources are 99×10^(12) m^(3) and 30×10^(12) m3,with averages of 214×10^(12) m^(3) and 68×10^(12) m^(3),respectively,less than 5% of the total conventional oil and gas resources,and they can be used as a supplement for the future energy of the world.The proposed NGH resource evaluation model creates a new option of evaluation method and technology,and generates reliable data of NGH resource according to the reliability comprehensive analysis and test,providing a parameter basis for subsequent NGH exploration and development.展开更多
In the context of post-stimulation shale gas wells,the terms“shut-in”and“flowback”refer to two critical phases that occur after hydraulic fracturing(fracking)has been completed.These stages play a crucial role in ...In the context of post-stimulation shale gas wells,the terms“shut-in”and“flowback”refer to two critical phases that occur after hydraulic fracturing(fracking)has been completed.These stages play a crucial role in determining both the well’s initial production performance and its long-term hydrocarbon recovery.By establishing a comprehensive big data analysis platform,the flowback dynamics of over 1000 shale gas wells were analyzed in this work,leading to the development of an index system for evaluating flowback production capacity.Additionally,a shut-in chart was created for wells with different types of post-stimulation fracture networks,providing a structured approach to optimizing production strategies.A dynamic analysis method for flowback was also developed,using daily pressure drop and artificial fracture conductivity as key indicators.This method offers a systematic and effective approach to managing the shut-in and flowback processes for gas wells.Field trials demonstrated significant improvements:the probability of sand production was reduced,gas breakthrough time was extended,artificial fracture conductivity was enhanced,and the average estimated ultimate recovery(EUR)per well increased.展开更多
Sand production and high water content in oil wells are two major challenges that restrict high and stable production in loose sandstone reservoirs.In this paper,nano SiO_(2),coupling agent triethoxysilane,phenolic re...Sand production and high water content in oil wells are two major challenges that restrict high and stable production in loose sandstone reservoirs.In this paper,nano SiO_(2),coupling agent triethoxysilane,phenolic resin and n-octanol were used to synthesize the main agent SCA-2.Hexamethylenetetramine and vinyl carbonate were selected to prepare the curing agent YGA-1,which was then compounded with SCA-2 to develop a sand fixation and water plugging system.Firstly,single-factor experiments were conducted to determine the optimal concentrations of SCA-2 and YGA-1,subsequently,the system’s sand fixation and water blocking performance were evaluated.Finally,a pilot test was carried out in the mining site.Experimental results showed that the optimal formula composition of the system was 10%SCA-2+5%YGA-1.The gelation time of the system was 180 minutes and the viscosity after gelation could reach 108.4 mPa·s.When the dosage of the drug system was 0.6 PV,the sand production rate remained below 0.08%.Dual-tube parallel experiments showed that the sand fixation and water plugging system had a water flow channel plugging rate of 87.5%,while the oil flow channel plugging rate was only 11.3%,indicating minimal damage to the oil-bearing reservoir.The field test showed that after the measures taken in Well M of X oilfield,the sand free oil recovery period exceeded 360 days,the water content decreased by 5.0%and the cumulative oil production increased by 7092 m^(3).This study provides new ideas for efficient development of loose sandstone reservoirs.展开更多
BACKGROUND Despite the developments in the field of kidney transplantation,the already existing diagnostic techniques for patient monitoring are considered insufficient.Protein biomarkers that can be derived from mode...BACKGROUND Despite the developments in the field of kidney transplantation,the already existing diagnostic techniques for patient monitoring are considered insufficient.Protein biomarkers that can be derived from modern approaches of proteomic analysis of liquid biopsies(serum,urine)represent a promising innovation in the monitoring of kidney transplant recipients.AIM To investigate the diagnostic utility of protein biomarkers derived from proteomics approaches in renal allograft assessment.METHODS A systematic review was conducted in accordance with PRISMA guidelines,based on research results from the PubMed and Scopus databases.The primary focus was on evaluating the role of biomarkers in the non-invasive diagnosis of transplant-related com-plications.Eligibility criteria included protein biomarkers and urine and blood samples,while exclusion criteria were language other than English and the use of low resolution and sensitivity methods.The selected research articles,were categorized based on the biological sample,condition and methodology and the significantly and reproducibly differentiated proteins were manually selected and extracted.Functional and network analysis of the selected proteins was performed.RESULTS In 17 included studies,58 proteins were studied,with the cytokine CXCL10 being the most investigated.Biological pathways related to immune response and fibrosis have shown to be enriched.Applications of biomarkers for the assessment of renal damage as well as the prediction of short-term and long-term function of the graft were reported.Overall,all studies have shown satisfactory diagnostic accuracy of proteins alone or in combination with conventional methods,as far as renal graft assessment is concerned.CONCLUSION Our review suggests that protein biomarkers,evaluated in specific biological fluids,can make a significant contribution to the timely,valid and non-invasive assessment of kidney graft.展开更多
Objective To systematically evaluate the overall characteristics and quality of literature on economic evaluation of drugs for type 2 diabetes,and to provide recommendations for future research and related decision-ma...Objective To systematically evaluate the overall characteristics and quality of literature on economic evaluation of drugs for type 2 diabetes,and to provide recommendations for future research and related decision-making.Methods The economic evaluation literature on drugs for type 2 diabetes based on the Chinese population were searched from CNKI,Wanfang,VIP and PubMed databases.The literature that met the inclusion criteria was selected,and the key research elements were extracted.Meanwhile,the quality of health economics studies(QHES)was used to evaluate the quality of the literature.Results and Conclusion A total of 325 articles(296 in Chinese and 29 in English)were included.Most of the studies were conducted by medical institutions(247 articles,76.0%)and they used cost-effectiveness analysis(295 articles,90.8%).However,most of the included literature did not report study perspective(267 articles,90.2%).The average QHES score of the included literature was 57.29,and the quality of the literature was concentrated in“low quality”(123 articles,37.8%)and“average quality”(138 articles,42.5%).Literature published in English journals,or using modeling methods,or from universities had relatively higher quality.The quality of economic evaluation literature on drugs for type 2 diabetes based on the Chinese population is generally low at present.There are many problems,such as single research institutions and methods,lack of research perspectives,and no sensitivity analysis.展开更多

I...Introduction: The WHO’s measles control strategy is based on epidemiological surveillance and vaccination. Little is currently known about the performance of the surveillance system, particularly in outlying areas. It is in this context that the present study was carried out to evaluate the measles epidemiological surveillance system in the Kangaba health district. Method: This was a descriptive cross-sectional study with retrospective data collection for the period from 1 January to 31 December 2022 in the Kangaba health district with 18 epidemiological surveillance officers. Data were collected using an observation grid and documentary analysis. Results: We found a simplicity of 97%, a representativeness of 95% and a reactivity of 53%. Not all notified cases were sampled (64%). Of the 17 CSCom, 8 were positive. A total of 34 confirmed cases of measles were recorded, with one death. Conclusion: Overall, the system is functional and well-established in the health centres, but it remains important to ensure that suspected cases are investigated and that the time between sampling and the availability of laboratory results is respected.展开更多

文摘BACKGROUND Timely and accurate evaluation of mental disorders in adolescents using appropriate mental health literacy assessment tools is essential for improving their mental health literacy levels.AIM To develop an evaluation index system for the mental health literacy of adolescent patients with mental disorders,providing a scientific,comprehensive,and reliable tool for the monitoring and intervention of mental health literacy of such patients.METHODS From December 2022 to June 2023,the evaluation index system for mental health literacy of adolescents with mental disorders was developed through literature reviews,semi-structured interviews,expert letter consultations,and the analytic hierarchy process.Based on this index system,a self-assessment questionnaire was compiled and administered to 305 adolescents with mental disorders to test the reliability and validity of the index system.RESULTS The final evaluation index system for mental health literacy of adolescents with mental disorders included 4 first-level indicators,10 second-level indicators,and 52 third-level indicators.The overall Cronbach’sαcoefficient of the index system was 0.957,with a partial reliability of 0.826 and a content validity index of 0.975.The cumulative variance contribution rate of 10 common factors was 66.491%.The correlation coefficients between each dimension and the total questionnaire ranged from 0.672 to 0.724,while the correlation coefficients in each dimension ranged from 0.389 to 0.705.CONCLUSION The evaluation index system for mental health literacy of adolescents with mental disorders,developed in this study,demonstrated notable reliability and validity,making it a valuable tool for evaluating mental health literacy in this population.

文摘The exponential growth of video content has driven significant advancements in video summarization techniques in recent years.Breakthroughs in deep learning have been particularly transformative,enabling more effective detection of key information and creating new possibilities for video synopsis.To summarize recent progress and accelerate research in this field,this paper provides a comprehensive review of deep learning-based video summarization methods developed over the past decade.We begin by examining the research landscape of video abstraction technologies and identifying core challenges in video summarization.Subsequently,we systematically analyze prevailing deep learning frameworks and methodologies employed in current video summarization systems,offering researchers a clear roadmap of the field's evelution.Unlike previous review works,we first classify research papers based on the structural hierarchy of the video(from frame-level to shot-level to video-level),then further categorize them according to the summary backbone model(feature extraction and spatiotemporal modeling).This approach provides a more systematic and hierarchical organization of the documents.Following this comprehensive review,we summarize the benchmark datasets and evaluation metrics commonly employed in the field.Finally,we analyze persistent challenges and propose insightful directions for future research,providing a forward-looking perspective on video summarization technologies.This systematic literature review is of great reference value to new researchers exploring the fields of deep learning and video summarization.

文摘The incidence of benign airway stenosis(BAS)is on the rise,and current treatment options are associated with a significant risk of restenosis.Therefore,there is an urgent need to explore new and effective prevention and treatment methods.Animal models serve as essential tools for investigating disease mechanisms and assessing novel therapeutic strategies,and the scientific rigor of their construction and validation significantly impacts the reliability of research findings.This paper systematically reviews the research progress and evaluation systems of BAS animal models over the past decade,aiming to provide a robust foundation for the optimized construction of BAS models,intervention studies,and clinical translation.This effort is intended to facilitate the innovation and advancement in BAS prevention and treatment strategies.

文摘The construction of spot electricity markets plays a pivotal role in power system reforms,where market clearing systems profoundly influence market efficiency and security.Current clearing systems predominantly adopt a single-system architecture,with research focusing primarily on accelerating solution algorithms through techniques such as high-efficiency parallel solvers and staggered decomposition of mixed-integer programming models.Notably absent are systematic studies evaluating the adaptability of primary-backup clearing systems incontingency scenarios—a critical gap given redundant systems’expanding applications in operational environments.This paper proposes a comprehensive evaluation framework for analyzing dual-system adaptability,demonstrated through an in-depth case study of the Inner Mongolia power market.First,we establish the innovative“Dual-Active Heterogeneous”architecture that enables independent parallelized operation and fault-isolated redundancy.Subsequently,key performance indices are quantitatively evaluated across four critical dimensions:unit commitment decisions,generator output constraints,transmission section congestion patterns,and clearing price formation mechanisms.An integrated fuzzy evaluation methodology incorporating grey relational analysis is employed for objective indicator weighting,enabling systematic quantification of system superiority under specific grid operating states.Empirical results based on actual operational data from 200 generation units demonstrate the framework’s efficacy in guiding optimal system selection,with particularly strong performance observed during peak load periods.The proposed approach shows high generalization potential for other regional markets employing redundant clearing mechanisms—particularly those with increasing renewable penetration and associated uncertainty.
文摘In the present study,researchers examined a solar off-grid-connected photovoltaic system for a family house in the city of Baghdad.The design was created with the help of the“How to Design PV Program”and the“Renewable Energy Investment Calculator(REICAL)”software(Version 1.1).In Iraq,the national grid provides around 71%of the overall electricity demand,though this drops to nearly 50%during extremely hot and cold months,where the supply alternates between four hours on and four hours off.During the off periods,power is generated by local generators at high costs.To promote the adoption of photovoltaic solar systems among Iraqi citizens through loans,three options for meeting 100% of electricity needs have been proposed:an on-grid solution,a hybrid system that supplies 24 h,and an off-grid solution for a 24-h supply.The 12-h off-grid system(hybrid)is both economical and efficient for delivering electricity.Findings reveal that,over 20 years,the system’s output will amount to 141,176.71 kWh,with a payback period of 5.85 years and a performance ratio of 86.2%.Investment outcome data showed a net present value of $6445,and the profitability index was 6.16,indicating the project’s profitability.Additionally,the system could result in a net reduction of CO_(2) emissions totaling 132,810.24 kg.

文摘Based on the generalized reduced R-matrix theory,the R-matrix analysis code(RAC program)was used to analyze the experimental data of all the nuclear reaction channels related to the 5 He system.The current calculations provide accurate and reliable evaluation data and are in good agreement with the experimental data.In this study,self-consistent evaluation data for each reaction were obtained using multi-channel and multi-energy fitting.In particular,the error propagation theory of generalized least squares was used to determine the error of the evaluation data and the covariance matrix of the integral cross section.This R-matrix analysis for the 5 He system has three features.First,for the first time,the error in the evaluation data of the T(d,n)^(4)He reaction cross section and the covariance matrix of the integral cross section are provided.Second,we used only one set of R-matrix parameters to depict the reaction cross section of each reaction channel of the 5 He system for the entire energy region in our work.Third,in this evaluation,we considered some of the latest measured experimental data,especially after 2000.The T(d,n)^(4)He reaction cross section at 0.1 MeV and below was carefully studied.The effect of different energy levels in T(d,n)^(4)He was analyzed,with the energy levels 3/2^(+)making a major contribution to the cross section,and the role of the S-wave and P-wave from 3/2~-determines the lean forward trend of the angular distributions at 0.01–0.1 MeV.

While there is some virtue in previous theories on the history of literature based on the theory of evolution, class struggle and the enlightenment, when it comes to the twenty-first century, the histories of modem Chinese literature used in teaching are farfrom adequate for meeting the developmental needs of the times, society and literature. This is especially so in view of the putting forward of the goals of "putting people first" and "the harmonious society," and the great changes taking place in time and space, the function of literature and aesthetic taste. Hence there is an urgent need to restructure this history and establish a more fair, equal and reasonable system of evaluation. Such a system would have humanism as its highest principle, and truth, goodness and beauty as its three virtues. Its great superiority would be its functional characteristics of universality, transcendence, fairness, and human-centeredness.
文摘In the context of the digital transformation of vocational education,a quality evaluation index system has been constructed.Based on a questionnaire survey conducted among higher vocational colleges and enterprises in Hainan Province,it has been found that the quality of vocational education generally depends on the talent training program and professional construction at the macro level.At the meso level,the teacher level and teaching environment are critical,while at the micro level,the evaluation of talent training quality cannot be underestimated.Strategies for quality improvement in vocational education are proposed from the perspectives of talent training programs,major construction,teacher development,teaching environment,and talent training quality,all under the lens of digital transformation.

文摘China has abundant resources of hot dry rocks.However,due to the fact that the evaluation methods for favorable areas are mainly qualitative,and the evaluation indicators and standards are inconsistent,which restrict the evaluation efficiency and exploration process of dry hot rocks.This paper is based on the understanding of the geologic features and genesis mechanisms of hot dry rocks in China and abroad.By integrating the main controlling factors of hot dry rock formation,and using index grading and quantification,the fuzzy hierarchical comprehensive method is applied to establish an evaluation system and standards for favorable areas of hot dry rocks.The evaluation system is based on four indicators:heat source,thermal channel,thermal reservoir and cap rock.It includes 11 evaluation parameters,including time of magmatic/volcanic activity,depth of molten mass or magma chamber,distribution of discordogenic faults,burial depth of thermal reservoir,cap rock type and thickness,surface thermal anomaly,heat flow,geothermal gradient,Moho depth,Curie depth,Earthquake magnitude and focal depth.Each parameter is divided into 3 levels.Applying this evaluation system to assess hot dry rock in central Inner Mongolia revealed that Class I favorable zones cover approximately 494 km^(2),while Class II favorable zones span about 5.7×10^(4) km^(2).The Jirgalangtu Sag and Honghaershute Sag in the Erlian Basin,along with Reshuitang Town in Keshiketeng Banner,Reshui Town in Ningcheng County,and Reshuitang Town in Aohan Banner of Chifeng City,are identified as Class I favorable zones for hot dry rock resources.These areas are characterized by high-temperature subsurface molten bodies or magma chambers serving as high-quality heat sources,shallow thermal reservoir depths,and overlying thick sedimentary rock layers acting as caprock.The establishment and application of the evaluation system for favorable areas of hot dry rock are expected to provide new approaches and scientific basis for guiding the practice of selecting hot dry rock areas in China.

文摘Based on the educational evaluation reform,this study explores the construction of an evidence-based value-added evaluation system based on data-driven,aiming to solve the limitations of traditional evaluation methods.The research adopts the method of combining theoretical analysis and practical application,and designs the evidence-based value-added evaluation framework,which includes the core elements of a multi-source heterogeneous data acquisition and processing system,a value-added evaluation agent based on a large model,and an evaluation implementation and application mechanism.Through empirical research verification,the evaluation system has remarkable effects in improving learning participation,promoting ability development,and supporting teaching decision-making,and provides a theoretical reference and practical path for educational evaluation reform in the new era.The research shows that the evidence-based value-added evaluation system based on data-driven can reflect students’actual progress more fairly and objectively by accurately measuring the difference in starting point and development range of students,and provide strong support for the realization of high-quality education development.

文摘In underground mining,especially in entry-type excavations,the instability of surrounding rock structures can lead to incalculable losses.As a crucial tool for stability analysis in entry-type excavations,the critical span graph must be updated to meet more stringent engineering requirements.Given this,this study introduces the support vector machine(SVM),along with multiple ensemble(bagging,adaptive boosting,and stacking)and optimization(Harris hawks optimization(HHO),cuckoo search(CS))techniques,to overcome the limitations of the traditional methods.The analysis indicates that the hybrid model combining SVM,bagging,and CS strategies has a good prediction performance,and its test accuracy reaches 0.86.Furthermore,the partition scheme of the critical span graph is adjusted based on the CS-BSVM model and 399 cases.Compared with previous empirical or semi-empirical methods,the new model overcomes the interference of subjective factors and possesses higher interpretability.Since relying solely on one technology cannot ensure prediction credibility,this study further introduces genetic programming(GP)and kriging interpolation techniques.The explicit expressions derived through GP can offer the stability probability value,and the kriging technique can provide interpolated definitions for two new subclasses.Finally,a prediction platform is developed based on the above three approaches,which can rapidly provide engineering feedback.

文摘Natural gas hydrate(NGH),as a widely recognized clean energy,has shown a significant resource potential.However,due to the lack of a unified evaluation methodology and the difficult determination of key parameters,the evaluation results of global NGH resource are greatly different.This paper establishes a quantitative relationship between NGH resource potential and conventional oil and gas resource and a NGH resource evaluation model based on the whole petroleum system(WPS)and through the analysis of dynamic field controlling hydrocarbon accumulation.The global NGH initially in-place and recoverable resources are inverted through the Monte Carlo simulation,and verified by using the volume analogy method based on drilling results and the trend analysis method of previous evaluation results.The proposed evaluation model considers two genetic mechanisms of natural gas(biological degradation and thermal degradation),surface volume conversion factor difference between conventional natural gas and NGH,and the impacts of differences in favorable distribution area and thickness and in other aspects on the results of NGH resource evaluation.The study shows that the global NGH initially in-place and recoverable resources are 99×10^(12) m^(3) and 30×10^(12) m3,with averages of 214×10^(12) m^(3) and 68×10^(12) m^(3),respectively,less than 5% of the total conventional oil and gas resources,and they can be used as a supplement for the future energy of the world.The proposed NGH resource evaluation model creates a new option of evaluation method and technology,and generates reliable data of NGH resource according to the reliability comprehensive analysis and test,providing a parameter basis for subsequent NGH exploration and development.

文摘In the context of post-stimulation shale gas wells,the terms“shut-in”and“flowback”refer to two critical phases that occur after hydraulic fracturing(fracking)has been completed.These stages play a crucial role in determining both the well’s initial production performance and its long-term hydrocarbon recovery.By establishing a comprehensive big data analysis platform,the flowback dynamics of over 1000 shale gas wells were analyzed in this work,leading to the development of an index system for evaluating flowback production capacity.Additionally,a shut-in chart was created for wells with different types of post-stimulation fracture networks,providing a structured approach to optimizing production strategies.A dynamic analysis method for flowback was also developed,using daily pressure drop and artificial fracture conductivity as key indicators.This method offers a systematic and effective approach to managing the shut-in and flowback processes for gas wells.Field trials demonstrated significant improvements:the probability of sand production was reduced,gas breakthrough time was extended,artificial fracture conductivity was enhanced,and the average estimated ultimate recovery(EUR)per well increased.
文摘Sand production and high water content in oil wells are two major challenges that restrict high and stable production in loose sandstone reservoirs.In this paper,nano SiO_(2),coupling agent triethoxysilane,phenolic resin and n-octanol were used to synthesize the main agent SCA-2.Hexamethylenetetramine and vinyl carbonate were selected to prepare the curing agent YGA-1,which was then compounded with SCA-2 to develop a sand fixation and water plugging system.Firstly,single-factor experiments were conducted to determine the optimal concentrations of SCA-2 and YGA-1,subsequently,the system’s sand fixation and water blocking performance were evaluated.Finally,a pilot test was carried out in the mining site.Experimental results showed that the optimal formula composition of the system was 10%SCA-2+5%YGA-1.The gelation time of the system was 180 minutes and the viscosity after gelation could reach 108.4 mPa·s.When the dosage of the drug system was 0.6 PV,the sand production rate remained below 0.08%.Dual-tube parallel experiments showed that the sand fixation and water plugging system had a water flow channel plugging rate of 87.5%,while the oil flow channel plugging rate was only 11.3%,indicating minimal damage to the oil-bearing reservoir.The field test showed that after the measures taken in Well M of X oilfield,the sand free oil recovery period exceeded 360 days,the water content decreased by 5.0%and the cumulative oil production increased by 7092 m^(3).This study provides new ideas for efficient development of loose sandstone reservoirs.
文摘BACKGROUND Despite the developments in the field of kidney transplantation,the already existing diagnostic techniques for patient monitoring are considered insufficient.Protein biomarkers that can be derived from modern approaches of proteomic analysis of liquid biopsies(serum,urine)represent a promising innovation in the monitoring of kidney transplant recipients.AIM To investigate the diagnostic utility of protein biomarkers derived from proteomics approaches in renal allograft assessment.METHODS A systematic review was conducted in accordance with PRISMA guidelines,based on research results from the PubMed and Scopus databases.The primary focus was on evaluating the role of biomarkers in the non-invasive diagnosis of transplant-related com-plications.Eligibility criteria included protein biomarkers and urine and blood samples,while exclusion criteria were language other than English and the use of low resolution and sensitivity methods.The selected research articles,were categorized based on the biological sample,condition and methodology and the significantly and reproducibly differentiated proteins were manually selected and extracted.Functional and network analysis of the selected proteins was performed.RESULTS In 17 included studies,58 proteins were studied,with the cytokine CXCL10 being the most investigated.Biological pathways related to immune response and fibrosis have shown to be enriched.Applications of biomarkers for the assessment of renal damage as well as the prediction of short-term and long-term function of the graft were reported.Overall,all studies have shown satisfactory diagnostic accuracy of proteins alone or in combination with conventional methods,as far as renal graft assessment is concerned.CONCLUSION Our review suggests that protein biomarkers,evaluated in specific biological fluids,can make a significant contribution to the timely,valid and non-invasive assessment of kidney graft.
文摘Objective To systematically evaluate the overall characteristics and quality of literature on economic evaluation of drugs for type 2 diabetes,and to provide recommendations for future research and related decision-making.Methods The economic evaluation literature on drugs for type 2 diabetes based on the Chinese population were searched from CNKI,Wanfang,VIP and PubMed databases.The literature that met the inclusion criteria was selected,and the key research elements were extracted.Meanwhile,the quality of health economics studies(QHES)was used to evaluate the quality of the literature.Results and Conclusion A total of 325 articles(296 in Chinese and 29 in English)were included.Most of the studies were conducted by medical institutions(247 articles,76.0%)and they used cost-effectiveness analysis(295 articles,90.8%).However,most of the included literature did not report study perspective(267 articles,90.2%).The average QHES score of the included literature was 57.29,and the quality of the literature was concentrated in“low quality”(123 articles,37.8%)and“average quality”(138 articles,42.5%).Literature published in English journals,or using modeling methods,or from universities had relatively higher quality.The quality of economic evaluation literature on drugs for type 2 diabetes based on the Chinese population is generally low at present.There are many problems,such as single research institutions and methods,lack of research perspectives,and no sensitivity analysis.

文摘Introduction: The WHO’s measles control strategy is based on epidemiological surveillance and vaccination. Little is currently known about the performance of the surveillance system, particularly in outlying areas. It is in this context that the present study was carried out to evaluate the measles epidemiological surveillance system in the Kangaba health district. Method: This was a descriptive cross-sectional study with retrospective data collection for the period from 1 January to 31 December 2022 in the Kangaba health district with 18 epidemiological surveillance officers. Data were collected using an observation grid and documentary analysis. Results: We found a simplicity of 97%, a representativeness of 95% and a reactivity of 53%. Not all notified cases were sampled (64%). Of the 17 CSCom, 8 were positive. A total of 34 confirmed cases of measles were recorded, with one death. Conclusion: Overall, the system is functional and well-established in the health centres, but it remains important to ensure that suspected cases are investigated and that the time between sampling and the availability of laboratory results is respected.
