The comprehensive evaluation of six properties for equipment product is an important basis for their quality control,and their correlative relationship among six properties will affect their quality level.To understand their correlative relationship among six properties,this paper firstly combines group evaluation with decision-making trial and evaluation laboratory(DEMATEL)model,and develops the optimization model based on group consensus to form six influent relationship matrices.Secondly,group consensus matrix is used to design super network hierarchy matrix,and the weights of six properties with relevant environment is also proposed.Thirdly,the elimination and choice translating reality(ELECTRE)model is used to make comprehensive evaluation,and an example is used to compare the results under two kinds of conditions,and illustrate the effect of the weights of six properties on the priority of equipment products. 展开更多

RBAD:The first database dedicated alterations of blood RNA in individuals with Alzheimer’s disease and their clinical relevance

Alzheimer’s disease-associated transcriptomic landscapes have been defined in brain tissue.However,changes in blood RNA and their clinical relevance remain poorly understood.In this study,we developed an RNA profile ... Alzheimer’s disease-associated transcriptomic landscapes have been defined in brain tissue.However,changes in blood RNA and their clinical relevance remain poorly understood.In this study,we developed an RNA profile based on 1468 blood samples from both human and mouse studies,which include bulk RNA sequencing(RNA-seq),microRNA-seq,and single-cell RNA-seq data.We developed a comprehensive analysis pipeline that conducted over 11 million comparisons and correlations to identify more than 20,000 blood features.With these findings,we established a blood RNA database related to Alzheimer’s disease,RNAs in Blood of AD(RBAD,http://www.bioinform.cn/RBAD/).Using RBAD,we initially validated well-established Alzheimer’s disease-related pathways,including olfactory transduction.We then observed a decrease in both the proportion and functionality of erythroid cells,likely attributed to their elevated CD45 levels and interactions with GZMK^(+)CD8^(+)T cells.Furthermore,we identified 449 blood RNAs linked to patients’overall survival,along with two mRNAs(H4C3 and CTU1)associated with cognitive decline.In summary,RBAD is the first web-based analysis platform dedicated to investigating blood RNA changes in Alzheimer’s disease,and provides valuable insights into potential peripheral biomarkers and pathogenic mechanisms related to Alzheimer’s disease. 展开更多

With the aim to the quantification of anomaly identification and extraction for observed or analyzed records, we present two statistical methods of earthquake corresponding relevancy spectrum (ECRS) and sliding mean relevancy (SMR). With ECRS method, we can obtain the abnormal confidence attribute of data in different value ranges. Based on the relevancy spectrum in different studied time-intervals, we convert the original time sequence into relevancy time sequence, and can obtain the SMR time series by using the multi-point cumulative sliding mean method. Then we can identify the seismic precursor anomaly. We test this method by taking the time sequence of r/-value in the northern Tianshan region as original data. The result shows that when the studied time-interval is 18 months, the precursor anomaly can be identified bet- ter from sliding mean relevancy. The anomaly corresponding rate is 83 percent, the earthquake corresponding rate is 86 per- cent, and the anomaly is characteristic of the middle term. To try the research on multi-parameter comprehensive application, we take the Kalpin tectonic block in Xinjiang as our studied region, and analyze the spatial and temporal abnormal characters of multi-parameter sliding extreme-value relevancy (MSER) before mid-strong earthquakes in the Kalpin block. The result indicates that ECRS and SMR sequence in different time-intervals can not only be used to identify the precursor anomaly of single-item data, but also offer the data of quantitative single-item anomaly for comprehensive earthquake analysis and prediction. 展开更多

For the actual image, the grey edge is sometimes not very clear, the image also contains noise. Based on the samples of mandatory accounting changes (MAC) and voluntary accounting changes (VAC) of our country in 1999 and 2001, this research explores the relevancy between MAC and VAC and its specific performance. The results of this research are shown as follows: (1) The timing relationship exists between MAC and VAC, and the frequency of VAC rises significantly in MAC year; (2) The relevancy exists in the earnings effects between MAC and VAC, and the combined effects which MAC and VAC have on earnings are in direct correlation with the earnings effects of MAC in the same year; (3) The supervisory factors of the securities market together with MAC influence the direction of VAC. Different from Pincus and Wasley's conclusion, when MAC is used to decrease profits, the part of VAC in our country counterbalances the effots of MAC; the listed companies with a special purpose will be against the direction of MAC and apply to VAC with a particular purpose. 展开更多

Early and accurate cancer diagnosis through medical imaging is crucial for guiding treatment and enhancing patient survival.However,many state-of-the-art deep learning(DL)methods remain opaque and lack clinical interpretability.This paper presents an explainable artificial intelligence(XAI)framework that combines a fine-tuned Visual Geometry Group 16-layer network(VGG16)convolutional neural network with layer-wise relevance propagation(LRP)to deliver high-performance classification and transparent decision support.This approach is evaluated on the publicly available Kaggle kidney cancer imaging dataset,which comprises labeled cancerous and noncancerous kidney scans.The proposed model achieved 98.75%overall accuracy,with precision,recall,and F1-score each exceeding 98%on an independent test set.Crucially,LRP-derived heatmaps consistently localize anatomically and pathologically significant regions such as tumor margins in agreement with established clinical criteria.The proposed framework enhances clinician trust by delivering pixel-level justifications alongside state-of-the-art predictive performance.It facilitates informed decision-making,thereby addressing a key barrier to the clinical adoption of DL in oncology. 展开更多

基于深度神经网络的重症监护室脓毒症患者死亡风险预测模型分析

提出基于变量选择网络(variable selection networks,VSN)和门控残差网络(gated residual networks,GRN)相结合的深度神经网络(deep neural network,DNN)模型,用于预测重症监护室(intensive care unit,ICU)脓毒症患者30 d内的死亡风险,... 提出基于变量选择网络(variable selection networks,VSN)和门控残差网络(gated residual networks,GRN)相结合的深度神经网络(deep neural network,DNN)模型,用于预测重症监护室(intensive care unit,ICU)脓毒症患者30 d内的死亡风险,并对模型的可解释性进行深入分析。在重症医学数据库中利用随机森林算法筛选43个重要特征,利用本文提出的模型评估死亡风险,并采用移除再训练(remove and retrain,ROAR)方法选出一种最佳的可解释性方法对结果进行解释。测试结果显示,本文提出的模型的预测性能优于其他机器学习模型,受试者工作特征曲线面积(area under receiver operating characteristic curve,AUROC)为0.967。利用ROAR方法分析中,相关性分数逐层传播(layer-wise relevance propagation,LRP)方法的AUROC从0.967下降到0.828。利用LRP方法对本文提出的模型进行可解释性分析后,确定查尔森合并症评分为最重要的特征,同时器官衰竭评分、年龄、呼吸频率也对重症监护室脓毒症患者的死亡风险有较大影响。 展开更多

目的探讨Power PICC SOLO在胸部肿瘤患者强化CT检查中的应用效果。方法选取滨州医学院附属医院2022年9月至2023年2月进行化学药物治疗的胸部肿瘤患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组(30例)和对照组(30例),观察组采用Power PICC... 目的探讨Power PICC SOLO在胸部肿瘤患者强化CT检查中的应用效果。方法选取滨州医学院附属医院2022年9月至2023年2月进行化学药物治疗的胸部肿瘤患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组(30例)和对照组(30例),观察组采用Power PICC SOLO作为推注造影剂通路,对照组采用专用耐高压静脉留置针(20G)作为推注造影剂通路。观察比较两组时间差异,并发症发生情况,患者满意度及强化CT扫描清晰度。结果观察组评估血管、导管至开始推注造影时间以及CT检查后处理通路时间、总耗时均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的血管并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的患者总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的图像噪声、图像清晰度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论Power PICC SOLO导管在强化CT检查中的使用,节约了护士时间,同时缩短了患者的等待时间,减少造影剂外渗等并发症,提高造影显像清晰度,提高了患者满意度,值得临床借鉴应用。 展开更多

A new regression algorithm of an adaptive reduced relevance vector machine is proposed to estimate the illumination chromaticity of an image for the purpose of color constancy. Within the framework of sparse Bayesian learning, the algorithm extends the relevance vector machine by combining global and local kernels adaptively in the form of multiple kernels, and the improved locality preserving projection (LLP) is then applied to reduce the column dimension of the multiple kernel input matrix to achieve less training time. To estimate the illumination chromaticity, the algorithm is trained by fuzzy central values of chromaticity histograms of a set of images and the corresponding illuminants. Experiments with real images indicate that the proposed algorithm performs better than the support vector machine and the relevance vector machine while requiring less training time than the relevance vector machine. 展开更多

Firstly,the sparse relevance vectors (RVs) are obtained while fitting the 1-D histogram by RVM. Then,the needed threshold value is directly selected from these limited RVs. Finally,the entire connective WBC regions are segmented from the original image. The method is used for the WBC detection. It reduces the interference induced by the illumination and the staining. It has advantages of the high computation efficiency and the no extra parameter setting. Experimental results demonstrate good performances of the method. 展开更多

First, the relevance feedback isadapted to refine the recognition results and reduce the ambiguity incrementally based on theestablishment of a feature-based vector model of a user's sketches. Secondly, a dynamic usermodeling is introduced to model the user's sketching habits based on recording and analyzinghistorical information incrementally. Based on the relevant theory, this paper makes an analysis of humor in Chinese popular art form --sketch. It is believed that the maximal relevance and the optimal relevance of utterances, explicature and implicature of utterances, and the efforts made by hearers in dealing with utterances are three important aspects in showing humorous effects in sketches, among which sketch actors' violating the mutual cognitive environment so as to create an unexpected effect on hearers is the core in creating humor in sketches. Through analyzing some excerpts from the sketch Yesterday.Today.Tomorrow, the author tries to explore the relevance nature of language in sketch and creation of humor in it. 展开更多
