Agricultural sightseeing in a new tourism pattern integrates ecological tourism functions into ecological agriculture and rural cultures. Handan City is located in southern Henan Province with excellent geographical conditions. In 2006-2008, agricultural sightseeing has achieved primary development in Handan City, and gradually become an indispensable component of the tourism market in this city. Promoting agricultural sightseeing in Handan City as well as the upgrading of its agriculture will be enhanced, which can be transformed from traditional and unitary function into the comprehensive functions of production, ecology, tourism, culture and education, thus is favorable for promoting the further development of tourism industry, enriching tourism products, realizing the sustainable development of agricultural tourism. Besides, surplus rural labors will be offered more opportunities, and industrial structure in rural areas will also be adjusted properly. Through dividing agricultural sightseeing in Handan City into the eco-agricultural sightseeing zone in the west, metropolis agricultural sightseeing zone in the middle, and economic agricultural sightseeing in the east, the authors clearly defined their ranges, orientation of typical functions, dominant development modes as well as projects, so as to figure out the reasonable development pattern for agricultural sightseeing in Handan City, specify its development context, and provide theoretical basis for the future development of agricultural sightseeing in this city. 展开更多

Water function classification is to divide the waters in a basin or a region into different water function regions according to the natural features such as water resources condition, physical geographical location, environmental condition, etc. and social features such as the status quo of development and utilization, the requirement of social and economic development on water quantity and quality etc. Water function division has not ever been carried out in China and no ready-made theory and method can be complied with, in the meantime, it is a fundamental work with strong practical function. Therefore, the basic concept and theory foundation and research method are put forward on the base of summary of water resources management and developed and will be perfected in practice process of water function division. The Yangtze function zone covers the Yangtze river basin, the Lancang river basin and the rivers in the western area of the Lancang river in Southwest China. According to the technical outline of national water function division and combined with division practice of the Yangtze function zone, this paper presents the scope determination, procedure and method of water function division. 展开更多

Understanding the acid resistance mechanism of S.mutans is crucial for preventing dental caries.FtsZ is the core protein for cell division in bacteria that can polymerize into Z-rings and drive cytokinesis.Our previous study revealed that the FtsZ in S.mutans(SmFtsZ) has higher self-assembly and GTPase activity under acidic stress,which may be responsible for acid resistance and ca riogenesis of S.mutans.However,the functional structure mechanism of SmFtsZ under low pH conditions is still unclear.Here,we further reported the crystal structure of S.mutans FtsZ,revealing a unique lateral interface.Through protein polymerization and GTPase activity assay,we experimentally demonstrated that the mutation of Arg68 on this lateral interface significantly reduced the functional activity of FtsZ in an acidic environment.The phenotype assay and rat caries model further showed that the mutation of Arg68 effectively inhibited the acid resistance of S.mutans and the occurrence and progress of dental caries in vivo.By employing a molecular dynamics simulation analysis,we conclude that the mutation of Arg68 disrupts the conformation change necessary for SmFtsZ polymerization under acidic conditions.Our study proposes a novel mechanism to maintain FtsZ function in bacteria and could be a potential target for antimicrobial drugs to inhibit the growth of S.mutans in acidic environments. 展开更多

We propose a novel and efficient multi-functional optical fiber sensor system based on a dense wavelength division multiplexer(DWDM).This system consists of an optical fiber temperature sensor, an optical fiber strain sensor, and a 48-channel DWDM.This system can monitor temperature and strain changes at the same time.The ranges of these two sensors are from-20℃ to 100℃ and from-1000 με to 2000 με, respectively.The sensitivities of the temperature sensor and strain sensor are 0.03572 nm/℃ and 0.03808 nm/N, respectively.With the aid of a broadband source and spectrometer,different kinds and ranges of parameters in the environment can be monitored by using suitable sensors. 展开更多

Airframe Damage Region Division Method Based on Structure Tensor Dynamic Operator

In order to improve the accuracy of damage region division and eliminate the interference of damage adjacent region,the airframe damage region division method based on the structure tensor dynamic operator is proposed in this paper.The structure tensor feature space is established to represent the local features of damage images.It makes different damage images have the same feature distribution,and transform varied damage region division into consistent process of feature space division.On this basis,the structure tensor dynamic operator generation method is designed.It integrates with bacteria foraging optimization algorithm improved by defining double fitness function and chemotaxis rules,in order to calculate the parameters of dynamic operator generation method and realize the structure tensor feature space division.And then the airframe damage region division is realized.The experimental results on different airframe structure damage images show that compared with traditional threshold division method,the proposed method can improve the division quality.The interference of damage adjacent region is eliminated.The information loss caused by over-segmentation is avoided.And it is efficient in operation,and consistent in process.It also has the applicability to different types of structural damage. 展开更多

我国以国家公园为主体的自然保护地体系建设工作持续向纵深推进。然而,自然保护地体系建设过程中,其与行政区在体制机制、行政管理等方面的非耦合性及可能带来的矛盾制约其建设成效。研究系统分析了自然保护地体系建设与行政管理条块关... 我国以国家公园为主体的自然保护地体系建设工作持续向纵深推进。然而,自然保护地体系建设过程中,其与行政区在体制机制、行政管理等方面的非耦合性及可能带来的矛盾制约其建设成效。研究系统分析了自然保护地体系建设与行政管理条块关系的本质,从“行政区经济”“政区位势”等理论揭示了其出现条块分割、权责交叉、利益冲突等非耦合的深层机制。结合实践现状,归纳了自然保护地建设管理面临的各级政府事权不明晰、机构设置和地方政府衔接不畅、法治体系不健全、自然保护地与区域发展分割等多重矛盾和挑战。在此基础上,提出建立社会-生态网络的治理体系,据此构建“纵向贯通、横向联动”的协调机制,包括完善规划政策协同、健全组织机构协调、强化行政协调和法治协调机制等多项政策建议。研究提出,通过建立共治模式、明确事权分配、完善机构设置和职能、推进跨区立法、强化社会参与,可实现自然保护地体系与行政区的耦合,推动自然保护地高质量建设,为实现生态保护与区域协调发展提供制度保障与实践路径。 展开更多

目的 比较头帽-肌激动器和MRC肌功能矫治器对替牙期骨性Ⅱ类1分类错(牙合)畸形患者的疗效。方法 选择2023年6月至2024年12月珠海市口腔医院就诊的替牙期骨性Ⅱ类1分类错(牙合)畸形患者32例,分别采用头帽-肌激动器和MRC肌功能矫治器,比... 目的 比较头帽-肌激动器和MRC肌功能矫治器对替牙期骨性Ⅱ类1分类错(牙合)畸形患者的疗效。方法 选择2023年6月至2024年12月珠海市口腔医院就诊的替牙期骨性Ⅱ类1分类错(牙合)畸形患者32例,分别采用头帽-肌激动器和MRC肌功能矫治器,比较两组治疗前后头颅侧位片所得指标变化。结果 头帽-肌激动器组SNA角、SNB角、ANB角、Overjet、U1-NA、U1-NA、L1-NB、L1-NB和鼻唇角均明显改善,MRC组中除SNA角以外其他检测指标都有明显改善。治疗后,MRC组U1-NA降低幅度大于头帽-肌激动器组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.001)。结论 在替牙期利用头帽-肌激动器和MRC均可治疗骨性Ⅱ类1分类错(牙合)畸形,其疗效基本相同。 展开更多

It is not clear whether the method used in functional brain-network related research can be applied to explore the feature binding mechanism of visual perception. In this study, we inves-tigated feature binding of color and shape in visual perception. Functional magnetic resonance imaging data were collected from 38 healthy volunteers at rest and while performing a visual perception task to construct brain networks active during resting and task states. Results showed that brain regions involved in visual information processing were obviously activated during the task. The components were partitioned using a greedy algorithm, indicating the visual network existed during the resting state.Z-values in the vision-related brain regions were calculated, conifrming the dynamic balance of the brain network. Connectivity between brain regions was determined, and the result showed that occipital and lingual gyri were stable brain regions in the visual system network, the parietal lobe played a very important role in the binding process of color features and shape features, and the fusiform and inferior temporal gyri were crucial for processing color and shape information. Experimental ifndings indicate that understanding visual feature binding and cognitive processes will help establish computational models of vision, improve image recognition technology, and provide a new theoretical mechanism for feature binding in visual perception. 展开更多

Ecological function transitions of land use in the Beibu Gulf Economic Zone from the perspective of production-living-ecological space

The ecological function of land use is the basis for developing an ecological civilization and realizing sustainable development.This paper may help guide the coordination of economic development and ecological development in China’s coastal border areas.Based on theoretical analysis,this paper studies the spatiotemporal evolution of the functional spaces and the ecological function transitions of land use in the Beibu Gulf Economic Zone(BGEZ)by analyzing patterns,processes,and factors by applying eco-environmental quality index,grid subdivision,kriging interpolation,barycenter model,and Geodetector.This paper constructs a theoretical framework of ecological function transitions of land use based on the research idea of“system-pattern-process-factor”,and carries out empirical research.Some conclusions can be drawn as follows:(1)The ecological space in the BGEZ has continuously decreased,converting mainly into agricultural production space and industrial-mining production space.The production space has expanded slowly.The area of living space in the BGEZ has increased rapidly.(2)The ecological function of land use in the BGEZ has continued to weaken,especially in the southern part of the BGEZ.The“high-sub-high”quality zones of ecological function are retreating to the north.(3)There were more deterioration transition areas than optimization transition areas of ecological function in the BGEZ.The former were mostly located in the central and southern urbanized areas of the BGEZ,whereas the latter were mostly located in the edge zones of district and county units.(4)As for the driving factors of the deterioration transitions of land use ecological function in the BGEZ,the significant trend of“de-ecologization”of the land cover/land use structure was the dominant driving factor;the interactions among the“natural-socioeconomic-managerial”systems were the main recessive factor.The natural system played a fundamental role,and the driving force of natural factors was the strongest.The industrialization,urbanization,and GDP increment in the socioeconomic system and the policy positioning of development intensity in the managerial system played a significant role.The interactions among natural factors,road construction,and industrial non-agricultural transformation had a“fuze”effect on stimulating driving forces. 展开更多

The natural groundwater recharge in Asia is estimated to be 4677.74×10^(9)m^(3)/a.However,it features extremely uneven spatial-temporal distribution.Groundwater is distributed in various natural and geological environments,and it is liable to be affected by numerous factors and possesses different properties.Moreover,groundwater faces complex ecological problems.This paper gains a complete understanding of groundwater in Asia in terms of the structure of aquifer systems,the processes of groundwater cycle,and the spatial variation laws of surface ecosystems.Based on this,it proposes the ecological function zoning scheme of groundwater in Asia,aiming to provide guidance for the utilization of regional water resources and the planning for economic and social development,coordinate the relationship between social and economic development and water resource protection,and improve the ecological functions of groundwater.Furthermore,this paper analyzes the problems with regional groundwater management in Asia and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions,thus providing a theoretical basis for the sustainable development and utilization of regional groundwater and environmental protection. 展开更多

The Non-Linear Effect of China’s Energy Consumption on Eco-Environment Pollution

With the increase of total energy consumption,eco-environmental quality drops sharply,which has attracted concerns from all circles.It has become the top priority of construction of socialist ecological civilization to clarify the influences of energy consumption on the level of eco-environmental pollution.Ecological environmental pollution control cannot be one size fits all.It can avoid resource depletion and environmental deterioration via adjusting measures to local conditions to coordinate ecological environmental pollution and energy consumption problems.In this essay,entropy method is adopted to measure the composite indexes of eco-environmental pollution of 30 provinces and cities in China,based on which kernel density function is used to analyze the dynamic law of eco-environmental pollution.And then,traditional fixed effect model and panel quantile regression model are adopted respectively to analyze the influences of energy consumption on eco-environmental pollution.The research finds that composite index of eco-environmental pollution shows N-shaped curve of“rising-dropping-rising”during the sample period,with the overall difference decreasing gradually and the polarization disappearing gradually;in areas with higher eco-environmental pollution,energy consumption has aggravated ecoenvironmental pollution,while in areas with lower eco-environmental pollution,energy consumption could alleviate eco-environmental pollution to some degree;foreign direct investment could relieve eco-environmental pollution.Therefore,corresponding measures should be taken to improve the quality of eco-environment based on the changes of energy consumption in areas with different levels of eco-environmental pollution. 展开更多

Legislatively,the people’s assessors are defined as individuals who share judicial power.However,in the context of dispute resolutions,their role is restricted by the courts,which affects the extent of their assessorial activities.It is imperative to reconsider the implications of the people’s assessors’deep involvement in mediation from the standpoint of societal division of labor.To enhance this division of labor,it is advisable that the people’s assessors relinquish their mediation roles.It is necessary to redefine the distinctions between people’s assessors,judges,and people’s mediators,including specially invited mediators.This would not only make up the deficiencies in the role of professional judges but also relieve the tension between judicial professionalism and popular accountability. 展开更多

GMM inference procedures based on the square of the modulus of the model characteristic function are developed using sample moments selected using estimating function theory and bypassing the use of empirical characteristic function of other GMM procedures in the literature. The procedures are relatively simple to implement and are less simulation-oriented than simulated methods of inferences yet have the potential of good efficiencies for models with densities without closed form. The procedures also yield better estimators than method of moment estimators for models with more than three parameters as higher order sample moments tend to be unstable. 展开更多
