Double-difference tomography of P- and S-wave velocity structure beneath the western part of Java, Indonesia

West Java in the western part of the Sunda Arc has a relatively high seismicity due to subduction activity and faults.In this study,double-difference tomography was used to obtain the 3D velocity tomograms of P and S waves beneath the western part of Java.To infer the geometry of the structure beneath the study area,precise earthquake hypo・center determination was first performed before tomographic imaging.For this,earthquake waveform data were extracted from the regional Meteorological,Climatological,Geophysical Agency(BMKG)network of Indonesia from South Sumatra to Central Java.The P and S arrival times for about 1,000 events in the period April 2009 to July 2016 were selected,the key features being events of magnitude>3,azimuthal gap<210°and number of phases>8.A nonlinear method using the oct-tree sampling algorithm from the NonLinLoc program was employed to determine the earthquake hypocenters.The hypocenter locations were then relocated using double-difference tomography(tomoDD).A significant reduction of travel-time(root mean square basis)and a better clustering of earthquakes were achieved which correlated well with the geological structure in West Java.Double-difference tomography was found to give a clear velocity structure,especially beneath the volcanic arc area,i.e.,under Mt Anak Krakatau,Mt Salak and the mountains complex in the southern part of West Java.Low velocity anomalies for the P and S waves as well as the vp/vs ratio below the volcanoes indicated possible partial melting of the upper mantle which ascended from the subducted slab beneath the volcanic arc. 展开更多

The S38C railway axle undergoes induction hardening,resulting in a gradient-distributed microstructure and mechanical properties.The accurate identification of gradient-distributed plastic parameters for the S38C axle remains a challenging task.To tackle this challenge,the present study proposes a novel approach for identifying the gradient-distributed plastic parameters for the S38C axle by integrating nano-indentation techniques with the machine learning method.Firstly,nano-indentation tests are conducted along the radial direction of the S38C axle to obtain the gradient-distributed load-displacement curves,nano-hardness,and elastic modulus.Subsequently,the dimensionless analysis is performed to obtain the representative stress,strain,and yield stress from load-displacement curves.These parameters are then incorporated into the machine learning method as physical information to identify the gradient-distributed plastic parameters of the S38C axle.The results indicate that the proposed method based on the physics-informed neural network and multi-fidelity neural network successfully identifies the gradient-distributed plastic parameters of the S38C axles and demonstrates superior prediction accuracy and generalization compared with the purely data-driven machine learning method. 展开更多

Phase composition and structural and morphology characteristics of C-S-H samples were analyzed by XRD, IR and SEM. The experimental results showed that the d-spacing of (002), (110) and (020) decreased, the d-spacing of (200) increased, and the d-spacing of (310) varied randomly, the polymerization of silica tetrahedra of C-S-H decreased, and morphology of C-S-H samples varied from sheet shapes to long reticular fibers as C/S ratio increased. 展开更多

Therefore, the welding documents, including DWPS (Design for Welding Procedure Specifications), PQRs (Procedure Qualification Records) and WPS (Welding Procedure Specifications) can be shared within a company. At the same time, the system provides users various functions such as browsing, copying, editing, searching and printing records, and helps users to make decision of whether a new PQR test is necessary or not according to the codes above as well. Impurity formation energy, electronic structure, and photocatalytic properties of C-, N-, or S-doped BiOCl are investigated by density-functional theory plus U calculations(DFT + U). Results show that the doping effect of S is better than that of C or N on the tunable photocatalytic activities of BiOCl. At low concentration, S-doped BiOCl systems are the most stable under Bi-rich growth conditions because of their lower impurity-formation energy. Compared with the electronic structures of S-doped BiOCl, C-or N-doped BiOCl have relatively deeper impurity energy levels appearing in their band gap(except Bi_(36)O_(35)NCl_(36)), which may act as photogenerated carrier-recombination centers and reduce photocatalytic activity. At high concentration, S is substituted on the O lattice site system, whereas some S 3p states mix with the valence band; this mixture leads to an obvious band-gap decrease and continuum-state formation above the valence-band edge of BiOCl. Such activity is advantageous to photochemical catalysis response. Compared with pure Bi OCl and a low-concentration S-doped system, a high-concentration S-doped system shows an obvious redshift on the absorption edge and has better photocatalytic O_2 evolution performance. 展开更多

The effects of polyaerylamide (PAM) and polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) on morphology and structure of calcium silica~ hydrate with C/S 1.0-1.7 prepared via precipitation in solution were investigated by XRD, FT-IR and TEM techniques. The results show that incorporation of the polymers decreased the order degree, increased the interlayer spacing and disturbed the layered stacking of C-S-H. Interlayer spacing expansion depended on C/S ratios and type of polymer. Interlayer spacing expansion had a minimum at C/S 1.0 and a maximum at C/S 1.3 and 1.5. Interlayer spacing expansion of PAM was bigger than that of PVA with the same C/S. C-S-H added with PVA mainly exhibited foil-like and fibrillar morphology. The fibrils were of variable length from a few tens of nanometers to a few hundreds of nanometers. Fibrils or foils seemed to be longer in the presence of PVA. 展开更多

2025年1月7日西藏定日M_(S)6.8地震发震构造及震源区三维体波成像研究

本文基于西藏定日M_(S)6.8地震周边地区地震台网记录的自2015年1月1日至2025年1月22日的观测报告,利用双差层析成像方法反演了震源区附近30 km以上深度的三维精细P波和S波速度结构,同时得到重定位后的余震序列.结果显示,重定位余震在登... 本文基于西藏定日M_(S)6.8地震周边地区地震台网记录的自2015年1月1日至2025年1月22日的观测报告,利用双差层析成像方法反演了震源区附近30 km以上深度的三维精细P波和S波速度结构,同时得到重定位后的余震序列.结果显示,重定位余震在登么错断裂西侧呈现一条长约80 km、近NS向展布的条带,且具明显走向分段特征:北段(28.8°N以北)、中段(28.6°—28.8°N)和南段(28.6°N以南).其中,中段发育多条分支断裂,自西向东依次为NNW、近NS和NNE走向;南段整体呈NNW向.主震位于藏南滑脱拆离系(近EW向)与登么错断裂(近NS向)在南段的交汇区,震源深度11.6 km;余震深度集中分布于4~20 km,且沿北段向北逐渐变浅.震源区速度结构横向非均匀性显著:西侧整体表现为低速异常,主震及余震序列主要分布于偏高速区的速度梯度带内,主震周边存在明显低VP/VS异常.综合分析认为,印度板块向青藏高原的陡俯冲引发板片撕裂,深部热物质通过撕裂窗口上涌或沿垂向地幔流进入中下地壳,从而在中上地壳形成应力集中区;在区域东西向拉张构造应力持续积累背景下,多条交汇断层的共同作用最终触发了本次定日M_(S)6.8地震. 展开更多

为了满足烟草企业控制系统的智能化和自动化需求,设计一种基于分布式C/S结构的烟草智能生产自动化控制系统。采用三层C/S结构,将自动化控制系统划分为表示层、功能层和数据层三个部分,通过工作流程、冗余控制、同步技术、切换要求和数... 为了满足烟草企业控制系统的智能化和自动化需求,设计一种基于分布式C/S结构的烟草智能生产自动化控制系统。采用三层C/S结构,将自动化控制系统划分为表示层、功能层和数据层三个部分,通过工作流程、冗余控制、同步技术、切换要求和数据更新五个方面设计硬件系统。采用PID控制器作为PLC的系统运行方式,联合人工蜂群(Artificial Bee Colony,ABC)算法和BP神经网络构建ABC-BP-PID控制器,获取最优PID控制器输出,调节系统参数,实现烟草智能生产自动化控制。实验结果表明,所提方法在控制中的跟踪性、抗干扰性和鲁棒性较强。 展开更多
