Brazilian disc test study on tensile strength-weakening effect of high pre-loaded red sandstone under dynamic disturbance 被引量:23

Tensile failure(spalling or slabbing)often occurs on the sidewall of deep tunnel,which is closely related to the coupled stress state of deep rock mass under high pre-static load and dynamic disturbance.To reveal the mechanism of rock tensile failure caused by this coupled stress mode,the Brazilian disc tests were carried on red sandstone under high pre-static load induced by dynamic disturbance.Based on the pure static tensile fracture load of red sandstone specimen,two static load levels(80%and 90%of the pure static tensile fracture load)were selected as the initial high pre-static loading state,and then the dynamic disturbance load was applied until the rock specimen was destroyed.The dynamic disturbance loading mode adopted a sinusoidal wave(sine-wave)load,and the loading wave amplitude was 20%and 10%of the pure static tensile fracture load,respectively.The dynamic disturbance frequencies were set to 1,10,20,30,40,and 50 Hz.The results show that the tensile failure strength and peak displacement of red sandstone specimens under coupled load actions are lower than those under pure static tensile load,and both parameters decrease significantly with the increase of dynamic disturbance frequency.With the increase of dynamic disturbance frequency,the decrease range of tensile strength of red sandstone increased from 3.3%to 9.4%when the pre-static load level is 80%.While when the pre-static load level is 90%,the decrease range will increase from 7.4%to 11.6%.This weakening effect of tensile strength shows that the deep surrounding rock is more likely to fail under the coupled load actions of pre-static load and dynamic disturbance.In this tensile failure mechanism of the deep surrounding rock,the stress environment of deep sidewall rock determines that the failure mode of rock is a tensile failure,the pre-static load level dominates the tensile failure strength of surrounding rock,and dynamic disturbance promotes the strength-weakening effect and affects the weakening range. 展开更多

The general contact problem of a disc squeezed between jaws of arbitrary curvature is considered employing Muskhelishvili’s complex potentials.Taking advantage of the general solution introduced,the closed-form expressions for the stresses along strategic loci(loaded rim,loaded diameter,disc’s center)are obtained,in terms of the ratio r of the disc’s to the jaw’s curvature.Then,the effect of r(as well as that of the relative stiffness of the disc’s and jaw’s materials dictating the contact arc)on the stress distribution along these loci is explored.It is concluded that,for both smooth contact(zero friction)and contact with friction,the role of the jaw’s curvature is significant not only along the disc-jaw contact arc(as it could be expected),but also all along the loaded diameter.On the other hand,it is indicated that the stress field at the disc’s center is more or less insensitive to the jaw’s curvature assuming that r lies within the range(0,0.67)or in other words within the limits defined by the two standardized suggestions,i.e.that of American Society for Testing and Materials(ASTM)(plane loading platens with r ? 0)and that of International Society for Rock Mechanics(ISRM)(curved jaws with r ? 0.67).The upper limit of this range is a kind of compromise between the need to make the stress field at the disc’s center independent of the boundary conditions while keeping at the same time the contact angle large enough to reduce the stress concentration and the risk for premature fracture initiation far from the disc’s center.For jaws with radius of curvature exceeded by that suggested by ISRM,the stress field at the disc’s center is significantly influenced.Especially for jaws with radius approaching that of the disc,the stress field at the disc’s center is dramatically distorted rendering Hondros’ formula inapplicable and the test results erroneous. 展开更多

The dry sliding behavior of three commercial friction materials(codenamed FM1,FM2,and FM3)tested against a Co‐free cermet coating produced by high‐velocity oxy‐fuel(HVOF)on gray cast‐iron discs is investigated.FM1 is a conventional low‐metallic friction material,FM2 is developed for using against HVOF‐coated discs,and FM3 is a Cu‐free friction material with a low content of abrasives and a relatively high concentration of steel fibers.For the tribological evaluation,they are tested on a pin‐on‐disc(PoD)test rig against Co‐free HVOF‐coated discs,with particular attention to the running‐in stage,which is fundamental for the establishment of a friction layer between the two mating surfaces,i.e.,the pin and disc.The PoD tests are performed at room temperature(RT)and a high temperature(HT)of 300℃.At RT,all materials exhibit a long running‐in stage.At HT,no running‐in is observed in FM1 and FM2,whereas a shorter running‐in period,with respect to the RT case,is observed in FM3 followed by the attainment of a comparatively high coefficient of friction.At RT,the pin wear is mild in all cases but severe at HT.FM3 shows the lowest wear rate at both temperatures.Moreover,the coated disc shows no wear when sliding against the FM3 friction material.All the results are interpreted considering the microstructural characteristics of the friction layers formed on the sliding surfaces.The findings of the present study provide insights into reducing wear in braking system components and hence reducing environmental particulate matter emissions from their wear,through the use of disc coatings. 展开更多

垂直耕作是保护性耕作中的一种先进作业方式,然而国内关于垂直耕作工具作业性能测试与分析的研究较少,尤其缺乏稻麦轮作区垂直耕作工具性能评价的详细试验数据。利用田间原位耕作试验台对3种典型垂直耕作工具(平面圆盘开沟器、波纹圆盘... 垂直耕作是保护性耕作中的一种先进作业方式,然而国内关于垂直耕作工具作业性能测试与分析的研究较少,尤其缺乏稻麦轮作区垂直耕作工具性能评价的详细试验数据。利用田间原位耕作试验台对3种典型垂直耕作工具(平面圆盘开沟器、波纹圆盘开沟器和缺口圆盘开沟器)在稻茬田进行耕作性能田间试验,并测试分析3种圆盘开沟器在不同耕作深度下(70 mm、100 mm和130 mm)的耕作阻力、秸秆切割效率、土壤扰动宽度和土壤切割深度。结果表明,耕作工具的几何形状和耕作深度对耕作性能有着显著影响。在3种圆盘开沟器中,缺口圆盘的牵引阻力和垂直阻力更小,秸秆切割效率最高;波纹圆盘的耕作阻力稍大一些,但其土壤扰动宽度最大,且秸秆切割效率与缺口圆盘较为接近;3种圆盘开沟器的耕作阻力、秸秆切割效率和土壤切割深度均随耕作深度的增加而增大;当耕作深度从70 mm增加到130 mm时,波纹圆盘的牵引阻力、垂直阻力、秸秆切割效率和土壤切割深度分别增加294 N、385 N、11.2%和54.9 mm。因此,需根据具体的作业要求选择合适的耕作工具及工作参数。 展开更多

Dynamic tensile failure is a common phenomenon in deep rock practices,and thus accurately evaluating the dynamic tensile responses of rocks under triaxial pressures is of great significance.The Brazilian disc(BD)test is the suggested method by the International Society for Rock Mechanics and Rock Engineering(ISRM)for measuring both the static and dynamic tensile strengths of rock-like materials.However,due to the overload phenomenon and the complex preloading conditions,the dynamic tensile strengths of rocks measured by the BD tests tend to be overestimated.To address this issue,the dynamic BD tensile strength(BTS)of Fangshan marble(FM)under different preloading conditions were measured through a triaxial split Hopkinson pressure bar(SHPB).The fracture onset in BD specimen was captured through a strain gage around the disc center.The discrepancy between the traditional tensile strength(TTS,determined by the peak load P_(f) of the BD specimen)and the nominal tensile strength(NTS,obtained from the load P_(i) when the diametral fracture commences in the tested BD specimen)was applied to quantitatively evaluating the overload phenomenon.The Griffith criterion was used to rectify the calculation of the tensile stress at the disc center under triaxial stress states.The results demonstrate that the overload ratio(s)increases with the loading rate(σ)and decreases with the hydrostatic pressure(σ_(s)).The TTS corrected by the Griffith criterion is independent of theσ_(s)due to the overload phenomenon,while the NTS corrected by the Griffith criterion is sensitive to both the andσ.Therefore,it is essential to modify the tensile stress in dynamic confined BD tests using both the overload correction and the Griffith criterion rectification to obtain the accurate dynamic BTS of rocks. 展开更多

背景:腰椎间盘突出症是一种临床高发的脊柱疾病,现有研究证据提示细胞因子、白细胞与腰椎间盘突出症发生、发展有重要联系,但具体机制尚不明确。目的:应用孟德尔随机化分析,探究细胞因子、白细胞与腰椎间盘突出症的因果关系。方法:选取G... 背景:腰椎间盘突出症是一种临床高发的脊柱疾病,现有研究证据提示细胞因子、白细胞与腰椎间盘突出症发生、发展有重要联系,但具体机制尚不明确。目的:应用孟德尔随机化分析,探究细胞因子、白细胞与腰椎间盘突出症的因果关系。方法:选取GWAS Catalog数据库中的91个细胞因子数据和来自血细胞联盟的6种白细胞数据为暴露,最新版R12芬兰数据库中的腰椎间盘突出症数据为结局,采用双向两样本孟德尔随机化和全基因组关联研究共定位分析方法探寻细胞因子、白细胞与腰椎间盘突出症的因果关系。采用Steiger检验、Cochran’s Q检验、MR-Egger截距评估、留一法分析等敏感性检验方法验证结果的准确性。主要使用逆方差加权法进行统计分析。结果与结论:①嗜碱性粒细胞和嗜酸性粒细胞与腰椎间盘突出症具有因果关系(OR=0.93,95%CI:0.87-0.99;OR=0.94,95%CI:0.88-1.00);②S100钙结合蛋白A12水平(OR=0.74,95%CI:0.55-1.00)、成纤维细胞生长因子水平(OR=1.03,95%CI:1.00-1.07)、白细胞介素20受体α蛋白水平(OR=1.09,95%CI:1.04-1.15)、白细胞介素6水平(OR=1.07,95%CI:1.00-1.13)、白细胞介素7水平(OR=1.08,95%CI:1.01-1.16)、干细胞因子水平(OR=1.05,95%CI:1.01-1.09)、白细胞介素2水平(OR=0.94,95%CI:0.89-0.99)与腰椎间盘突出症具有因果关系;③共定位分析发现,干细胞因子水平H3+H4=0.80,其中最显著的单核苷酸多态性为rs6073966。结果表明,嗜碱性粒细胞、嗜酸性粒细胞、S100钙结合蛋白A12、成纤维细胞生长因子、白细胞介素20受体α蛋白、白细胞介素2、白细胞介素6、白细胞介素7、干细胞因子对腰椎间盘突出症具有单向因果作用;干细胞因子和腰椎间盘突出症之间可能存在相关通路。 展开更多

Objective:To screen the antibacterial activity of nine ethnoveterinary plants traditionally used for the treatment of mastitis,wound and gastrointestinal complications.Methods:Hydroalcoholic exctracts of medicinal plants namely,Achyranthes aspera(A.aspera) L.(Family Asparagaceae),Ficus caria(F.caria)(Family Moraceae).Malvi parviflora(M.parviflora)(Family Malvaceae),Vernonia species(V.species) docal name Alakit.Family Asteraceae),Solatium hastifolium(S.hastifolium)(Family Solanaceae),Calpurinia aurea(C.aurea)(Ait) Benth(Family Fabaceae),Nicotiana tabacum(N.tabacum) L.(Family Solanaceae),Ziziphus spina-christi(Z.spina-christi)(Family Rhamnaceae).Croton macroslachys(C.macrostachys)(Family Fuphorhiaceae).were screened against clinical bacterial isolates of veterinary importance from October 2007 to April2009.The antibacterial activity was tested using disc diffusion at two concentrations(200 mg/mL and 100 mg/mL) and broth dilution methods using 70%methanol macerated leal extracts.Results:With the exception ol S.hastifolium all plant extracts exhibited antibacterial activity.Among the medicinal plants tested C.aurea.C.macrostachyus,A.aspera,N.tabacum and vcrnonia species(Alakit) showed the most promising antimicrobial properties.Conclusions:It can be concluded that many of the tested plants have antibacterial activity and supports the traditional usage of the plants for mastitis,wound and gastrointestinal complications treatment.Further studies into their toxicity and phytochemistry is advocated. 展开更多

Background: Detection of Methicillin Resistant Staphylococcus aureus may vary in phenotypic and genotypic methods. Objective: The aim of this present study was to validate the oxacillin screen agar test for the detection of methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus isolated from clinical specimens. Methodology: This cross-sectional study was planned to carry out in the Department of Microbiology and Immunology at Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University, Dhaka from January, 2010 to December, 2010 for a period of one (01) year. Different clinical specimens were collected from the patients presented with infections at anybody sites. Isolation and identification of Staphylococcus aureus (S. aureus) were performed by staining, culture and biochemical tests. Oxacillin screen agar test was performed to detect the methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus. PCR was performed for detection of the mecA gene for MRSA. Result: Out of the 22 suspected MRSA isolates 19 were mecA positive by PCR. The sensitivity and specificity of oxacillin screen agar were 100.0% (95% CI 82.3 to 100.0%) and 33.3% (95% CI 24.0 to 90.6%) respectively. The positive predictive value and negative predictive value of oxacillin screen agar test were 90.5% (95% CI 81.0 to 95.5%) and 100.0% (95% CI 20.6 to 100.0%) respectively. The accuracy of the oxacillin screen agar test was 90.9% (95% CI 71.7 to 96.3%). Conclusion: In conclusion oxacillin screen agar test has high sensitivity with low specificity for the detection of MRSA. 展开更多

Organic composite brake pads are poor thermal conductors, hence frictionalheat is absorbed mainly by the disc. In this study three brake pad types were tested on thedynamometer. Metallic fibres, steel and copper, were introduced to the formulation of twomaterials. The third was a non-metallic material - a reference case. Dynamometer test comprisedemergency brake applications to determine the frictional characteristics of the materials andconstant-power drag braking to analyse the effect of metal fibres on temperature evolution,measured by six thermocouples embedded in the brake disc. Mean friction coefficient is analysedand discussed. It is concluded that conductive fibre in the friction material formulation mayinfluence its tribological characteristics. Despite high thermal conductivity, metal fibres in theconcentration tested in this study, did not reduce temperature of the brake disc. 展开更多

极完整特硬岩爆破预裂-滚刀联合破岩技术

为解决TBM在极完整特硬岩地层中综合掘进效率低的问题,依托北山地下实验室项目,提出将TBM与爆破技术相结合进行施工的联合破岩技术,即通过爆破在掌子面前方岩体预先制造裂隙以降低岩体的完整性和整体强度,再利用TBM掘进。首先,进行数值... 为解决TBM在极完整特硬岩地层中综合掘进效率低的问题,依托北山地下实验室项目,提出将TBM与爆破技术相结合进行施工的联合破岩技术,即通过爆破在掌子面前方岩体预先制造裂隙以降低岩体的完整性和整体强度,再利用TBM掘进。首先,进行数值分析,通过单孔、5孔和11孔模型探讨钻孔装药长度、钻孔间距和布置方式对爆破效果的影响。在此基础上,优化装药长度、钻孔间距、装药结构等爆破参数,开展侧向洞壁爆破试验,为掌子面爆破预裂-滚刀联合破岩试验选取合适的爆破参数:单炮孔装药1卷(200 g),分3段间隔装药,设置空孔,同时起爆,防止岩体过度破坏的同时又能起到预裂的作用。最后,通过掌子面爆破预裂-滚刀联合破岩试验,验证爆破参数的合理性及爆破预裂-滚刀联合破岩技术的可行性,得出在装药段TBM掘进均速提高65.9%、非装药段TBM掘进均速提高29.9%,整个爆破循环段TBM掘进均速提高42.3%。结合“北山1号”TBM的刀盘布置,提出由刀盘预留孔+3台搭载式超前钻机组成的掌子面造孔系统,并提出依托北山地下实验室的试验设计和应用计划。 展开更多

Antifungal Susceptibility Testing of Dermatophytes by ABDD and E-Test, a Comparative Study

The identification of dermatophytes was perfor</span><span style="font-family:Verdana;">med</span><span style="font-family:Verdana;"> through microscopic examination using 10%, 20% & 40% potassium hydroxide (KOH) and culture on Sabouraud dextrose agar (SDA), SDAac, PDA and Dermatophyte test medium (DTM). All dermatophytes isolates were subjected to antifungal susceptibility testing using the agar-base</span><span style="font-family:Verdana;">d disk diffusion (ABDD) and E-test method against Terbinafine, Itraconazole, Fluconazole, and Griseofulvin. Data were analyzed by using Chi square test. </span><b><span style="font-family:Verdana;">Results: </span></b><span style="font-family:Verdana;">A 100 samples were studied, 46% tinea corporis, 2%tinea cruris, 9% tinea pedis, 5% tin</span><span><span style="font-family:Verdana;">ea faciei. The dermatophytes isolated were </span><i><span style="font-family:Verdana;">Trichophyton rubrum</span></i><span style="font-family:Verdana;"> 1</span></span><span style="font-family:Verdana;">1 (35%), </span><i><span style="font-family:Verdana;">Trichophyton mentagrophyte</span></i><span style="font-family:Verdana;"> 8 (25%), </span><i><span style="font-family:Verdana;">Trichophyton tonsurans</span></i><span style="font-family:Verdana;"> 5 (16%), Microsporum gypseum 3</span></span><span style="font-family:""> </span><span style="font-family:""><span style="font-family:Verdana;">(10%), </span><i><span style="font-family:Verdana;">Trichophyton verrucosum</span></i><span style="font-family:Verdana;"> 2 (6%), </span><i><span style="font-family:Verdana;">Trichophyton violaceum</span></i><span style="font-family:Verdana;"> 1</span></span><span style="font-family:""> </span><span style="font-family:""><span style="font-family:Verdana;">(3%) and </span><i><span style="font-family:Verdana;">Microsporum audouinii</span></i><span style="font-family:Verdana;"> 1 (3%). Out of 31 dermatophytes 17 were sensitive to all four antifungal agents within the range of FLC (2</span></span><span style="font-family:""> </span><span style="font-family:Verdana;">-</span><span style="font-family:""> </span><span style="font-family:Verdana;">6</span><span style="font-family:""> </span><span style="font-family:Verdana;">mcg/ml), ITR (0.125</span><span style="font-family:""> </span><span style="font-family:Verdana;">-</span><span style="font-family:""> </span><span style="font-family:Verdana;">2), TER (0.125</span><span style="font-family:""> </span><span style="font-family:Verdana;">-</span><span style="font-family:""> </span><span style="font-family:Verdana;">2), and GRI (0.125</span><span style="font-family:""> </span><span style="font-family:Verdana;">-</span><span style="font-family:""> </span><span style="font-family:""><span style="font-family:Verdana;">2), 5 isolates were resistant in which 2 were resistant to FLC (64.256 mcg/ml), 2 isolates were resistant to TER 2 (32.38 mcg/ml), 1 isolate was resistant to both GRI and TER (16.32 mcg/ml) and 9 isolates were within the intermediate range. </span><b><span style="font-family:Verdana;">Conclusion: </span></b><span style="font-family:Verdana;">Every patient with a tinea infection should be properly studied for a mycological examination and should be treated accordingly. Dermatophyte test medium is more useful as an identification medium in the isolation of dermatophytes. The ABDD method appears to be a simple, cost-effective, and promising method for the evaluation of antifungal susceptibility of dermatophytes. E-test method is the most sensitive method due to the fact that quantitative MICs can be obtained directly from the E-strip. However, the E-test method is expensive and difficult in defining the precise borders of the inhibition zones in dermatophytes</span></span><span style="font-family:Verdana;">. 展开更多

针对目前工程上常用的常截面盘形滚刀受力分析问题,应用有限元方法建立了滚刀破岩的三维旋转切割模型,模拟滚刀破岩过程。通过计算得出常截面盘形滚刀破岩时的切削力,并与实验数据和文献数据进行比较,结果表明模拟的滚刀切削力与实际情... 针对目前工程上常用的常截面盘形滚刀受力分析问题,应用有限元方法建立了滚刀破岩的三维旋转切割模型,模拟滚刀破岩过程。通过计算得出常截面盘形滚刀破岩时的切削力,并与实验数据和文献数据进行比较,结果表明模拟的滚刀切削力与实际情况较为吻合,验证了仿真模拟的可靠性。同时,滚刀破岩掘进试验结果表明,所测滚刀垂直力随时间变化曲线与仿真结果一致,呈波动特征,且滚刀切削力试验值与仿真数据误差较小。进一步将模拟数据与科罗拉多矿业大学(CSM)模型对比,发现整体结果较CSM模型值偏大,但与实验值更接近。通过对仿真模型岩石强度、掘进加载速率、刀刃宽度3个因素进行参数敏感性分析,得出在相同贯入度下,垂直力随上述因素的增大而提高,但掘进加载速率对垂直力的影响较小。相关成果可为TBM隧道的掘进设计与施工提供参考。 展开更多

多支盘锚杆是新近研发的新型锚杆,具有抗拔承载力高、鲁棒性强和灵活性强等优点。为了进一步掌握多支盘锚杆的抗拔承载性能,本文在多支盘锚杆室内模型试验研究基础上,开展了现场边坡锚固原型试验。结果表明,相较于普通锚杆,单支盘锚杆... 多支盘锚杆是新近研发的新型锚杆,具有抗拔承载力高、鲁棒性强和灵活性强等优点。为了进一步掌握多支盘锚杆的抗拔承载性能,本文在多支盘锚杆室内模型试验研究基础上,开展了现场边坡锚固原型试验。结果表明,相较于普通锚杆,单支盘锚杆盘径从300 mm增大到500 mm时,抗拔承载力分别提高35.7%、50%、71.4%,变形控制能力也相应增强;在粉质黏土中,双支盘锚杆可以到达更大的抗拔承载力,支盘间距≥4倍支盘直径时更能充分发挥两个支盘的协同作用;随着支盘个数从1个增多到3个,多支盘锚杆锁紧的地层范围越大,多支盘锚杆的抗拔承载力及变形控制能力也相应增强;多支盘锚杆的荷载-位移关系符合双曲线模型,可以用于预测多支盘锚杆的承载力。研究成果可以为多支盘锚杆的工程应用奠定了较良好的理论基础。 展开更多

旋转式盘-盘型摩擦试验机在评测无级变速箱油中的应用

首次采用可高度模拟汽车离合器片工况的德国旋转式盘盘型摩擦试验机(WAZAU)对2种实验室调配的无级变速箱油(CVTF)的抗颤性进行比对测试,测试结果用行标规定的低速摩擦试验机(Low Velocity Friction Apparatus,LVFA)台架实验进行验证。... 首次采用可高度模拟汽车离合器片工况的德国旋转式盘盘型摩擦试验机(WAZAU)对2种实验室调配的无级变速箱油(CVTF)的抗颤性进行比对测试,测试结果用行标规定的低速摩擦试验机(Low Velocity Friction Apparatus,LVFA)台架实验进行验证。结果表明:WAZAU试验机测定的2种CVTF的抗颤性能结果是CVTF B优于CVTF A,与LVFA结果一致。与LVFA台架耗油多且长程的特点相比,WAZAU所需的测试时间有所缩短,耗油量仅为50 mL,可快速有效的比对出CVTF的抗颤性能,方便在实验室中对种类繁多的添加剂和基础油进行快速的比对和筛选。此外,WAZAU在检测CVTF摩擦过程的噪音方面也更为直观有效,更有利于判断黏滑抖动的发生。 展开更多

制动工况对高速列车制动盘残余应力及翘曲变形的影响

动车组制动盘在长期服役过程中会形成复杂的残余应力,进而使盘体在拆解后形成不可恢复的翘曲变形,为探究残余应力与翘曲变形对制动盘后续维修和重复利用可行性的影响,首先,通过测试动车组轮装铸钢制动盘材料不同温度下的拉伸应力-应变数... 动车组制动盘在长期服役过程中会形成复杂的残余应力,进而使盘体在拆解后形成不可恢复的翘曲变形,为探究残余应力与翘曲变形对制动盘后续维修和重复利用可行性的影响,首先,通过测试动车组轮装铸钢制动盘材料不同温度下的拉伸应力-应变数据,构建对应的材料Ramberg-Osgood本构模型,在有限元软件中建立制动盘循环对称三维瞬态仿真模型;其次,针对列车不同制动初速度、不同平均减速度等制动工况,采用间接耦合方法分析制动盘表层与心部残余应力的形成与平衡过程,研究制动盘结构约束释放后的翘曲变形量变化,采用分段函数与多项式拟合制动盘变形量与制动能量、热输入功率的函数关系;最后,通过对服役后的制动盘进行翘曲变形量测量与X射线残余应力测试,对比分析了对应仿真条件时制动盘摩擦面残余应力分布规律,发现仿真结果与实测数据具有较好的数据和趋势一致性.研究表明:制动盘翘曲变形量与制动能量、制动减速度呈正相关关系,制动工况越严苛制动盘翘曲变形量越大;仿真与实测均表明高残余拉应力位于摩擦面中部螺栓孔附近,且制动工况越严苛残余拉应力值越大. 展开更多

滚刀在硬岩掘进中极易发生崩刃、偏磨等异常失效,研究硬岩掘进条件下刃型参数对滚刀破岩载荷和破岩效率的影响十分重要.本文采用滚刀破岩试验和仿真分析相结合的方法,从载荷曲线、破岩体积、破岩比能等方面分析了刃宽对滚刀破岩的影响.... 滚刀在硬岩掘进中极易发生崩刃、偏磨等异常失效,研究硬岩掘进条件下刃型参数对滚刀破岩载荷和破岩效率的影响十分重要.本文采用滚刀破岩试验和仿真分析相结合的方法,从载荷曲线、破岩体积、破岩比能等方面分析了刃宽对滚刀破岩的影响.基于双线性本构模型及Benzeggagh–Kenane损伤断裂准则建立了岩石材料的内聚力本构模型,通过单轴抗压试验及巴西劈裂试验对内聚力本构模型的微观参数进行了校准,并进一步建立了滚刀破岩的内聚力仿真模型.结果表明:内聚力本构模型可以准确的模拟破岩过程中岩石裂纹的萌生和扩展过程.依据裂纹的萌生和扩展情况,滚刀破岩过程主要分为三个阶段:弹性阶段、裂纹萌生–扩展阶段及岩石破坏卸载阶段.滚刀破岩载荷和破岩体积随着贯入度、刀间距和刃宽的增加而增加;破岩比能随刃宽的增加呈先减小后增大的趋势.对于所选取的硬岩,采用13 mm刃宽滚刀破岩时比能最小,破岩效率最高;7 mm刃宽滚刀破岩时无法形成贯通岩片,相邻滚刀之间仍存在岩脊,破岩效率较低. 展开更多
