An in situ coupling strategy to prepare Co_9S_8/S and N dual?doped graphene composite(Co_9S_8/NSG) has been proposed. The key point of this strategy is the function?oriented design of organic compounds. Herein, cobalt porphyrin derivatives with sulfo groups are employed as not only the coupling agents to form and anchor Co_9S_8 on the graphene in situ, but also the heteroatom?doped agent to generate S and N dual?doped graphene. The tight coupling of multiple active sites endows the composite materials with fast electrochemical kinetics and excellent stability for both oxygen reduction reaction(ORR) and oxygen evolution reaction(OER). The obtained electrocatalyst exhibits better activity parameter(ΔE = 0.82 V) and smaller Tafel slope(47.7 mV dec^(-1) for ORR and 69.2 mV dec^(-1) for OER) than commercially available Pt/C and RuO_2. Most importantly, as electrocatalyst for rechargeable Zn–air battery, Co_9S_8/NSG displays low charge–discharge voltage gap and outstanding long?term cycle stability over 138 h compared to Pt/C–RuO_2. To further broaden its application scope, a homemade all?solid?state Zn–air battery is also prepared, which displays good charge–discharge performance and cycle performance. The function?oriented design of N_4?metallomacrocycle derivatives might open new avenues to strategic construction of high?performance and long?life multifunctional electrocatalysts for wider electro?chemical energy applications. 展开更多

In the process of grid-connected wind and solar power generation,there are problems of high rate of abandoning wind and light and insufficient energy.In order to solve these problems,we construct a grid-connected wind-solar hydrogen storage(alkaline electrolyzer(AE)-hydrogen storage tank-battery-proton exchange membrane fuel cell(PEMFC))coupled system architecture.A grid-connected compensation/consumption hierarchical control strategy based on wind-solar hydrogen coupling is proposed.During the grid-connected process of wind and solar power generation,the upper-level control allocates power reasonably to the hydrogen energy storage system by dispatching the power of wind and solar power generation.At the same time,the control strategy ensures that the pressure of the hydrogen storage tank is within the safety range limit,and the lower control completes the control of the duty cycle of the converter in the system.Due to the randomness of wind and light,the hydrogen energy storage system is divided into three working conditions,namely compensation,balance and consumption,and five working modes.The simulation results show that the hydrogen energy storage system compensates for 40%of the power shortage,and consumes 27.5%of the abandoned wind and solar energy,which improves the utilization rate of clean energy. 展开更多

Coupling adsorption and in-situ Fenton-like oxidation process was developed for Methylene blue(MB) using refined iron-containing lowgrade attapulgite(ATP) clay, and the removal mechanism was investigated. The MB was initially adsorbed on the porous ATPs, and then the enriched MB was removed by the H2O2-assisted Fenton-like oxidation with the iron-containing ATP catalyst. Under optimal conditions, the ATP powder exhibits the maximum removal efficiency of 100% with negligible iron leaching(1.5 mg L^(-1)) and no sludge formation. Furthermore,polysulfone/ATP(PSF/ATP) pellets were fabricated through a water-induced phase separation process to construct a fixed-bed reactor(FBR) for continuous contaminant removal. For the first cycle, the maximum adsorption capacity was 15.5 L with an outlet MB concentration of1.973 mg L-1(< 2 mg L^(-1), GB4287-2012) using the PSF/ATP pellets containing 50.0 g of ATP powders, and the maximum Fenton-like oxidation capacity was 35.5 L with the outlet concentration of 0.831 mg L^(-1). After five cycles, the total treated volume of the MB solution was ca. 255 L, and the efficiency remained above 99%. After 10 h of continuous treatment towards practical resin industrial wastewater, the chemical oxygen demand(COD) removal efficiency was still measured at 83.05%, costing 0.398 $ m^(-3). These results demonstrate the practical applicability of iron-containing low-grade ATP clay for textile water treatment. 展开更多

The adjacent coupling error control scheme is developed considering the tracking speed error in one motor and the synchronous error among adjacent motors simultaneously. In the strategy, due to non-linear effects of the two mentioned errors to the motion control of motor i, an adaptive fuzzy logic controller is designed to decide the control variable of the motor drive system. The multi-motor drive system is modeled and simulated by SIMULINK. The simulated researches show that the proposed strategy improves the synchronization, stabilization, and convergence of the multi-motor system. 展开更多

The power interruption problem on EVs with automatic mechanical transmission (AMT) shifting was resolved. Based on the speed-torque characteristics of the planetary gears and the principle of the auxiliary motor' s zero speed braking, control features of mode switching were introduced. The mode shifting between the main motor mode and dual motors coupled driving were studied. Matlab/Simulink was adopted as a platform to develop the simulation model of EVs with dual motors drive system and 3 gears AMT. Simulation results demonstrated that the power interruption of dual motors drive system was solved during mode switching. The power requirements of EVs were satisfied, too. 展开更多

Data were collected by ... The present study aimed to clarify the smoking cessation motivations, challenges and coping strategies among pregnant couples. A qualitative design using a grounded theory approach was applied. Data were collected by individual semi-structured interviews with 39 married individuals(21 non-smoking pregnant women and 18 smoking or ever-smoking men with a pregnant wife) and 3 imams in an ethnically diverse region of far western China. The most common theme for smoking cessation motivation was 'embryo quality'(i.e., a healthier baby), followed by family's health. Most interviewees reported that husband's withdrawal symptoms were the greatest challenge to smoking cessation, followed by the Chinese tobacco culture. Coping strategies given by the pregnant women typically involved combining emotional, behavioral and social interventions. Social interventions showed advantages in helping to quit smoking. Pregnancy appears to be a positive stimulus for pregnant couples' smoking cessation. Our results suggest that pregnancy, a highly important life event, may help to reduce barriers to smoking cessation at the social level(e.g., limiting access to cigarettes, avoiding temptation to smoke), but does little to help with the withdrawal symptoms. Professional guidance for smoking cessation is still necessary. 展开更多

This paper addresses the micro wind-hydrogen coupled system,aiming to improve the power tracking capability of micro wind farms,the regulation capability of hydrogen storage systems,and to mitigate the volatility of wind power generation.A predictive control strategy for the micro wind-hydrogen coupled system is proposed based on the ultra-short-term wind power prediction,the hydrogen storage state division interval,and the daily scheduled output of wind power generation.The control strategy maximizes the power tracking capability,the regulation capability of the hydrogen storage system,and the fluctuation of the joint output of the wind-hydrogen coupled system as the objective functions,and adaptively optimizes the control coefficients of the hydrogen storage interval and the output parameters of the system by the combined sigmoid function and particle swarm algorithm(sigmoid-PSO).Compared with the real-time control strategy,the proposed predictive control strategy can significantly improve the output tracking capability of the wind-hydrogen coupling system,minimize the gap between the actual output and the predicted output,significantly enhance the regulation capability of the hydrogen storage system,and mitigate the power output fluctuation of the wind-hydrogen integrated system,which has a broad practical application prospect. 展开更多

Based on the heat balance calculation and using inverse methods between the simulations and real experiments, the relational models among casting speed, location, and coefficient of heat transfer between molten metal and rolls in different regions are given. In the simulation, the calculated surface temperatures are in good agreement with the measured values. An on-line model of kiss point is derived by simulations and the geometry of molten pool, corresponding control strategy is also proposed. 展开更多

In order to improve the frequency response and anti-interference characteristics of the smart electromechanical actuator(EMA)system,and aiming at the force fighting problem when multiple actuators work synchronously,a multi input multi output(MIMO)position difference cross coupling control coordinated strategy based on double‑closed-loop load feedforward control is proposed and designed.In this strategy,the singular value method of return difference matrix is used to design the parameter range that meets the requirements of system stability margin,and the sensitivity function and the H_(∞)norm theory are used to design and determine the optimal solution in the obtained parameter stability region,so that the multi actuator system has excellent synchronization,stability and anti-interference.At the same time,the mathematical model of the integrated smart EMA system is established.According to the requirements of point-to-point control,the controller of double-loop control and load feedforward compensation is determined and designed to improve the frequency response and anti-interference ability of single actuator.Finally,the 270 V high-voltage smart EMA system experimental platform is built,and the frequency response,load feedforward compensation and coordinated control experiments are carried out to verify the correctness of the position difference cross coupling control strategy and the rationality of the parameter design,so that the system can reach the servo control indexes of bandwidth 6 Hz,the maximum output force 20000 N and the synchronization error≤0.1 mm,which effectively solves the problem of force fighting. 展开更多

(R)-2-Hydroxy-4-phenylbutyric acid ethyl ester((R)-HPBE)is an essential chiral intermediate in the synthesis of angiotensin-converting enzyme(ACE)inhibitors.Its production involves the highly selective asymmetric reduction of ethyl 2-oxo-4-phenylbutyrate(OPBE),catalyzed by carbonyl reductase(CpCR),with efficient cofactor regeneration playing a crucial role.In this study,an in-situ coenzyme regeneration system was developed by coupling carbonyl reductase(CpCR)with glucose dehydrogenase(GDH),resulting in the construction of five recombinant strains capable of NADPH regeneration.Among these,the recombinant strain E.coli BL21-pETDuet-1-GDH-L-CpCR,where CpCR is fused to the C-terminus of GDH,demonstrated the highest catalytic activity.This strain exhibited an enzyme activity of 69.78 U/mg and achieved a conversion rate of 98.3%,with an enantiomeric excess(ee)of 99.9%during the conversion of 30 mM OPBE to(R)-HPBE.High-density fermentation further enhanced enzyme yield,achieving an enzyme activity of 1960 U/mL in the fermentation broth,which is 16.2 times higher than the volumetric activity obtained from shake flask fermentation.Additionally,the implementation of a substrate feeding strategy enabled continuous processing,allowing the strain to efficiently convert a final OPBE concentration of 920 mM,producing 912 mM of(R)-HPBE.These findings highlight the system’s improved catalytic efficiency,stability,and scalability,making it highly suitable for industrial-scale biocatalytic production. 展开更多

构建了多模式交通网拓扑模型,在经典的拓扑结构测度指标基础上,从多方式竞争与合作关系角度出发,提出了耦合强度、控制度和协同度等适用于多模式交通网的耦合脆弱性评估方法;利用Python仿真,对比分析了云南省2019年交通网与“十四五”... 构建了多模式交通网拓扑模型,在经典的拓扑结构测度指标基础上,从多方式竞争与合作关系角度出发,提出了耦合强度、控制度和协同度等适用于多模式交通网的耦合脆弱性评估方法;利用Python仿真,对比分析了云南省2019年交通网与“十四五”规划交通网的拓扑结构耦合脆弱性,以验证评估指标的有效性,并针对规划交通网的脆弱性提出改善策略。结果表明:规划网络与2019年网络相比,空铁联运效率得到大幅度提升,其耦合强度值从0.2667提升到0.6364,各运输方式间的可替代性增强,线路冗余性增加,有效降低了网络脆弱性;公路网脆弱性低于铁路网和航空网,少数几个关键节点能够对铁路网、航空网产生近60%的网络效率控制度,保护关键节点能够有效提升网络抗毁性;铁路网、航空网有待合理扩大建设规模,从而增强部分地区的运输方式多样性,以降低网络脆弱性。研究提出的多模式交通网络耦合脆弱性评估方法可为深入分析各运输方式间的竞争与合作关系、系统辨识交通基础设施建设薄弱环节提供技术支持。 展开更多

党的二十届三中全会明确提出,要加强创新资源统筹和力量组织,推动科技创新和产业创新融合发展,这为新时代体育新质生产力与体育产业融合发展提供了根本遵循。科技创新视域下体育新质生产力为体育产业发展提供动力支撑,体育产业为体育新... 党的二十届三中全会明确提出,要加强创新资源统筹和力量组织,推动科技创新和产业创新融合发展,这为新时代体育新质生产力与体育产业融合发展提供了根本遵循。科技创新视域下体育新质生产力为体育产业发展提供动力支撑,体育产业为体育新质生产力的培育和形成提供基本要素保障,两者处于高度耦合的关系之中。研究运用文献资料、逻辑分析等研究方法,深入探究科技创新视域下体育新质生产力与体育产业耦合机制。研究发现,体育新质生产力与体育产业发展的耦合逻辑包括理论逻辑:面对百年未有之大变局的必然选择;历史逻辑:对新技术革命与发展的时代回应;实践逻辑:体育产业现代化的内在要求。研究认为,体育新质生产力与体育产业发展的耦合过程面临体育产业颠覆性创新技术短缺,体育科技内容要素供给不足;体育产业集中度偏高,资源配置与市场需求失衡;政策扶持不足,引导细则与监管体系缺乏;新型体育人才供给匮乏,产业要素适应性调整亟待加强等困境。针对上述困境,构建了体育新质生产力与体育产业发展的耦合机制,具体为耦合要素机制的科技创新协同;耦合过程机制的人才供求互动;耦合动力机制的资料供给共生以及耦合结构机制的劳动对象建设共塑,并针对性地提出了体育新质生产力与体育产业耦合的实现路径,主要包括深化科技融合:激发体育新质生产力与产业创新活力;科技创新引领:构建体育新质生产力与产业融合发展新格局;完善政策保障:化体育产业科技创新环境;培育创新人才:构建体育新质生产力与产业耦合的人才支撑体系。 展开更多

基于神经网络有限元策略的弓网耦合振动研究

双酶偶联一锅法高效合成虎杖苷 被引量:2

虎杖是传统中药之一,其主要活性成分虎杖苷具有调节糖代谢、脂代谢、镇咳平喘、抗菌抗炎等药理作用,但传统的虎杖苷制备方法不足以满足当下市场需求。本研究聚焦于绿色高效的虎杖苷制备方法,在已获得的糖基转移酶UGTBS三联突变体IGW(Y14... 虎杖是传统中药之一,其主要活性成分虎杖苷具有调节糖代谢、脂代谢、镇咳平喘、抗菌抗炎等药理作用,但传统的虎杖苷制备方法不足以满足当下市场需求。本研究聚焦于绿色高效的虎杖苷制备方法,在已获得的糖基转移酶UGTBS三联突变体IGW(Y14I/I62G/M315W)基础上,以白藜芦醇为底物,通过双酶偶联一锅法生物催化高效制备虎杖苷,同时实现尿苷二磷酸葡萄糖(uridine diphosphate-glucose,UDPG)的循环再生。对双酶偶联催化体系进行条件优化,在35℃,pH为8.0,IGW:AtSuSy1酶活比3:4,二甲基亚砜(dimethyl sulfoxide,DMSO)体积比5%,尿苷二磷酸(uridine diphosphate,UDP)浓度0.10 mmol/L,蔗糖浓度0.6 mol/L的条件下,1 h内2 mmol/L白藜芦醇的转化率可达80.6%,虎杖苷的产物占比可达90%以上。本研究通过双酶偶联体系实现了UDPG的循环再生,缩短了反应时间,同时探究了分批补料策略,在一锅法偶联反应中24 h虎杖苷产量可达到6.28 g/L。本研究为绿色高效制备虎杖苷提供了新的策略。 展开更多

考虑多重耦合关系的电力信息物理系统协同攻击研究

智慧融合是新型电力系统的显著特征,随着信息物理耦合程度的不断加深,配合良好的协同攻击会给电网带来巨大威胁,因此,研究针对电力信息物理系统的协同攻击策略尤为重要。针对这个问题,文章首先考虑结构和功能双重耦合特性,建立了电力信... 智慧融合是新型电力系统的显著特征,随着信息物理耦合程度的不断加深,配合良好的协同攻击会给电网带来巨大威胁,因此,研究针对电力信息物理系统的协同攻击策略尤为重要。针对这个问题,文章首先考虑结构和功能双重耦合特性,建立了电力信息物理系统运行模型,其次,为量化分析电网遭受蓄意攻击的影响效果,建立了断路器跳闸攻击、拒绝服务攻击和物理攻击3种攻击模型,在此基础上,提出了协同攻击双层优化模型,上层模型以负荷损失最大为目标生成攻击策略,下层模型模拟防御策略,以负荷削减量最小为目标制定发电机出力以及切负荷方案。最后以IEEE 24节点系统为例构建电力信息物理系统模型进行仿真分析,得到了不同攻击资源及不同耦合程度下的最优攻击方案,可以为新型电力系统防御体系构建和相关研究工作开展提供参考。 展开更多

Over the last 20 years, silicon photonics has revolutionized the field of integrated optics, providing a novel and powerful platform to build mass-producible optical circuits. One of the most attractive aspects of silicon photonics is its ability to provide extremely small optical components, whose typical dimensions are an order of magnitude smaller than those of optical fiber devices. This dimension difference makes the design of fiberto-chip interfaces challenging and, over the years, has stimulated considerable technical and research efforts in the field. Fiber-to-silicon photonic chip interfaces can be broadly divided into two principle categories:in-plane and out-of-plane couplers. Devices falling into the first category typically offer relatively high coupling efficiency, broad coupling bandwidth(in wavelength), and low polarization dependence but require relatively complex fabrication and assembly procedures that are not directly compatible with wafer-scale testing.Conversely, out-of-plane coupling devices offer lower efficiency, narrower bandwidth, and are usually polarization dependent. However, they are often more compatible with high-volume fabrication and packaging processes and allow for on-wafer access to any part of the optical circuit. In this paper, we review the current state-of-the-art of optical couplers for photonic integrated circuits, aiming to give to the reader a comprehensive and broad view of the field, identifying advantages and disadvantages of each solution. As fiber-to-chip couplers are inherently related to packaging technologies and the co-design of optical packages has become essential, we also review the main solutions currently used to package and assemble optical fibers with silicon-photonic integrated circuits. 展开更多
