With the proposed carbon-neutrality targets,intermittent renewable energy will become increasingly significant for the power sector in the future.It is vital to study its development paths,particularly for wind power ...With the proposed carbon-neutrality targets,intermittent renewable energy will become increasingly significant for the power sector in the future.It is vital to study its development paths,particularly for wind power and photovoltaics,while considering constraints on diffusion potential.Using learning curves,dynamic programming,and Bass models,this study analyzes technological diffusion trends to determine the most cost-effective development route for intermittent renewable energy power generation in China by 2060.This study simplifies reality by examining the individual diffusion processes of wind and photovoltaic power,focusing on the self-diffusion characteristics of the two technologies.The study assumes that self-diffusion is the primary driver of future development and describe the influence of multiple factors.The study finds that supportive policies are key drivers of development in the early stages of intermittent renewable energy deployment,especially for photovoltaics.The current diffusion scale of photovoltaics has a greater positive impact on its future development than that of wind power due to lower costs.In the long term,the phased goal for 2030 is projected to be met ahead of schedule,and the majority of future intermittent renewable energy output is expected to come from photovoltaics.The rapid development phases of photovoltaic and wind power conclude at similar times,but the maximum diffusion potential of photovoltaics is higher than that of wind power.Investment constraints and technological levels affect the initial and middle phases of the development path,but their effects are limited.The capacity of the power grid remains the key constraint in the entire research field.展开更多

On the basis of an index system that quantitatively describes low-carbon development, this research analyzes the characteristics, development trends, and low-carbon development pathways of the four types of cities. With the development of information and communications technology,the sharing economy grows dramatically.For example,the transaction value in China’s sharing economy was about 42942 billion RMB in 2018,increased of 4...With the development of information and communications technology,the sharing economy grows dramatically.For example,the transaction value in China’s sharing economy was about 42942 billion RMB in 2018,increased of 41.6%over the previous year.Critique of the sharing economy points that the presence of the sharing economy prevents its traditional counterpart from developing sustainably by creating unemployment in traditional industries related to the sharing economy.This paper is therefore to study the dual effect of the sharing economy on the restructuring the manufacturing industry and the development of career path.By constructing an economic model,we particularly investigate the change in the labor market structure due to the presence of the sharing economy and the welfare in such a case.We show that the presence of the sharing economy can bring two effects,i.e.,DIVERSIFICATION and INCLUSIVENESS,into the workplace,which enriches the job structure and allows more labor with relative low skills to join.Regardless of the labor skill,the rapid development of the sharing economy provides new paths for their career development.In addition,we demonstrate that the above two effects crucially rely on the characteristic of CORRECTNESS of the government’s policy.The results of the theoretical model explain the necessary of promoting moderate sharing economy in terms of career development and can also be applied in the traditional manufacturing industry to explain the effect of the sharing economy on such industry.展开更多

As a result, adapting to the digital age has become a necessity for their survival. This paper discusses the development path and related countermeasures of the digital transformation of tourism enterprises. In the literature review, the concept and significance of digitalization, industrial transformation and tourism digital transformation are analyzed. In the description of the evaluation index selection, the evaluation index of the digital development level of the tourism enterprises is determined, and the evaluation method of the entropy value method and the grey relative correlation degree analysis are introduced. Through data calculation and result analysis, the digital level and contribution of China’s tourism industry is evaluated. In the restriction analysis, the paper focuses on the constraints of online tourism, sustainable development, infrastructure, development potential and information technology level. Finally, the key measures to strengthen customer demand insight, strengthen the construction of information technology infrastructure, promote the application and innovation of new technologies, and strengthen the development of social responsibility projects are put forward in the path selection and countermeasures. 文摘In 2024,China’s human rights research has assumed a distinct“autonomy-oriented shift,”with scholars beginning to refine and construct uniquely Chinese and locally identifiable human rights concepts,categories,and discourses.Building an independent human rights knowledge system has become a core academic focus in China’s human rights research field.Upholding fundamental principles and breaking new ground are the key methodological principles for the process.China’s human rights research should be rooted in the“cultural lineage”by preserving the essence of fine traditional Chinese culture,guided by the“moral lineage”by adhering to the Marxist view on human rights,and anchored in the“Four-sphere Confidence”by upholding a distinct human rights development path,so as to define the historical coordinates and value stance of China’s independent human rights knowledge system.Meanwhile,it should maintain a high degree of openness in knowledge,theory,and methodology to address emerging rights demands and contribute to building a new global human rights governance order,so as to underscore the mission of China’s independent human rights knowledge system in the contemporary era and China’s responsibility as a major global actor.China’s human rights research should uphold the dialectical unity between the fundamental principles and innovations,and advance the systemic and theoretical interpretation of its independent human rights knowledge.
文摘This work takes the 36 cities from China＇s low-carbon pilot project as the research object and uses the carbon emission per capita and GDP per capita to categorize the 36 cities into four types to reveal their low-carbon development status; these four types are leading cities, developing cities, latecomer cities, and exploring cities. On the basis of an index system that quantitatively describes low-carbon development, this research analyzes the characteristics, development trends, and low-carbon development pathways of the four types of cities. According to the present situation and objectives of national emissions and considering the differences in development stages, challenges, and opportunities for each type of the city, this research presents recommendations for the low-carbon roadmap and the medium- and long-term （by 2030） emission trend routes of different types of regions in China.
文摘Jinchang City, a city with scarce water resources, has developed through 32 years of efforts from a small town in the Gobi desert into a medium modern city, and green coverage ratio of the downtown area has risen from 2.6% before the founding of the city to 36.11%. This paper summarized the measures adopted by Jinchang City for building national garden city.

文摘The strategy of 21st Century Maritime Silk Road provides favorable policy environment for deepening the economic cooperation between Guangdong and ASEAN,actively promoting the transformation and upgrading of the marine economic structure,and establishing win-win marine economic cooperative development platform. For deepening the marine cooperation with ASEAN,Guangdong has significant advantages in geographical location,humanistic foundation,marine resources and economic strength. Based on interest demands of Guangdong and ASEAN,Guangdong should build the marine economic cooperation mode and mechanism from the overall mechanism and sub-mechanism,establish a three-dimensional marine economic cooperation path with characteristics of Guangdong and ASEAN from top design,to specific cooperation level,then to implementation of supporting facilities,and expand fields of the marine economic cooperation between Guangdong and ASEAN,to promote strategic construction of 21st Century Maritime Silk Road.
文摘As a new light spot and form of current agricultural development,the sixth industry is a new way to solve the problems of rural development.This paper first introduced current situations of the development of the sixth industry in Jingzhou of Hubei Province,analyzed the related problems,and then came up with some feasible development paths.First of all,the local government should formulate the financial support policies for the sixth industry.Second,local government should focus on strengthening the cultivation of new type of agricultural business entities and carrying out agricultural brand strategy.Finally,local government should develop leisure agriculture,ecological agriculture and promote the integration of rural tourism in the whole region.
文摘With the development of information and communications technology,the sharing economy grows dramatically.For example,the transaction value in China’s sharing economy was about 42942 billion RMB in 2018,increased of 41.6%over the previous year.Critique of the sharing economy points that the presence of the sharing economy prevents its traditional counterpart from developing sustainably by creating unemployment in traditional industries related to the sharing economy.This paper is therefore to study the dual effect of the sharing economy on the restructuring the manufacturing industry and the development of career path.By constructing an economic model,we particularly investigate the change in the labor market structure due to the presence of the sharing economy and the welfare in such a case.We show that the presence of the sharing economy can bring two effects,i.e.,DIVERSIFICATION and INCLUSIVENESS,into the workplace,which enriches the job structure and allows more labor with relative low skills to join.Regardless of the labor skill,the rapid development of the sharing economy provides new paths for their career development.In addition,we demonstrate that the above two effects crucially rely on the characteristic of CORRECTNESS of the government’s policy.The results of the theoretical model explain the necessary of promoting moderate sharing economy in terms of career development and can also be applied in the traditional manufacturing industry to explain the effect of the sharing economy on such industry.
文摘The travel industry is witnessing rapid changes due to the advent of digital technologies. Traditional travel enterprises face challenges from online travel agencies, sharing economy platforms, and new customer expectations. As a result, adapting to the digital age has become a necessity for their survival. This paper discusses the development path and related countermeasures of the digital transformation of tourism enterprises. In the literature review, the concept and significance of digitalization, industrial transformation and tourism digital transformation are analyzed. In the description of the evaluation index selection, the evaluation index of the digital development level of the tourism enterprises is determined, and the evaluation method of the entropy value method and the grey relative correlation degree analysis are introduced. Through data calculation and result analysis, the digital level and contribution of China’s tourism industry is evaluated. In the restriction analysis, the paper focuses on the constraints of online tourism, sustainable development, infrastructure, development potential and information technology level. Finally, the key measures to strengthen customer demand insight, strengthen the construction of information technology infrastructure, promote the application and innovation of new technologies, and strengthen the development of social responsibility projects are put forward in the path selection and countermeasures. This study has important guidance for promoting the digital transformation and sustainable development of tourism.
文摘Marine cultural industry is a special part of cultural industry and is a frontier research field of local cultural industry. Using theoretical study combined with field survey,this paper listed Lu Jiazhi,Daishan Dongsha Town,Putuo Mountain,Zhujiajian,Shenjiamen,Changzhi Island,Mayi Island,Taiyang Valley,Zhujiajian Baishan,and Taohua Island in Zhoushan Islands. From three core rules of cultural industry cluster,namely,rules of combination and extension of industry chain,rules of location advantage and selection,and rules of industrial agglomeration and linkage,to fully reveal inherent rules and development ideas for marine cultural industry cluster in Zhoushan Islands. It came up with recommendations for developing marine cultural industry cluster in accordance with resource endowment characteristics of each island. It is of certain directive significance for the development of marine cultural industry cluster in Zhoushan Islands.

文摘To deeply carry out the strategic plan of rural revitalization,promote rural tourism improving quality and efficiency,and realize sustainable development of rural tourism,five revitalization goals under the strategy of rural revitalization were taken as the decision-making level. Combining PEST analysis of influence factors at macro level,GEM model of national perspective and basic theory of tourism,nine influence factors of rural tourism were taken as two-level indexes. Under nine influence factors,13 corresponding three-level indexes were found. The weight was calculated by entropy weight method. The development path of driving the revitalization of rural tourism was proposed from multiple perspectives of revitalization,to promote sustainable development of rural tourism.
文摘Like most countries in the world, China supports the ideal of human rights de- picted and advocated in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and other international docu- ments and agrees with the idea that human rights should be universal. However, China also holds that to better realize the common goals of human rights requires that each coun- try explore and find the best and most efficient way in accordance with its own conditions. One of the reasons for the fast development of human rights in China since its reform and opening-up is that China has chosen a development path for human rights according to its own conditions. The path fits the conditions of China and therefore efficiently promotes the realization of universal human rights.
