[Method] Relied on the technologies of WEB and GIS, a set of system platform of 'study on relationship between natural phenology and climate change' was developed based on the hybrid architecture of C/S (Client/Server) and B/S (Browser/Server). Moreover, its establishing process and functional module were detailedly introduced. [Result] The natural phenology and climate change in Guangxi were research objects of system platform of 'study on relationship between natural phenology and climate change'. By combining WEB and GIS with database, the primary application of 'study on relationship between natural phenology and climate change' was realized. The system used hybrid architecture of C/S and B/S. The four-layer architectures were independent to improve security, stability and maintainability of system. The visual interface on the foreground was simply, clear and easy to use. The generating program of GIS three-dimensional graph on the background was real-time and high-efficiency, providing powerful guarantee for stable and safe operation of phenology research work process. The system had functions of inquiry, analysis, statistical diagram, GIS three-dimensional graph and data export. Through the analysis of natural phenology observation data, the system could find variation rule of natural phenology as three-dimensional space (longitude, latitude and altitude) and its relationship with climate change. [Conclusion] The research laid good foundation for further deeply carrying out application of 'study on relationship between natural phenology and climate change', and also provided reference basis for recognizing nature and using change rule of phenology to execute production scheduling and strategic decision (seed-introduction and regionalization).展开更多

文摘1.The importance of synergy between trade and standards In today's global economy, trade development and standards cooperation must move in tandem to make cross-border transactions more rapid, more reliable, and more inclusive. As the digital transformation accelerates, rules and standards are increasing, posing a risk of marginalizing MSMEs.Professor Kim delivered eight keynote speeches in China in 2025.This article summarizes his opinions in the speeches. He identifies a critical operational chain:Trade→Standards→Evidence→Mutual recognition. This sequence reflects the institutional pathway through which trust is established in international trade:standards define common requirements, evidence provides verifiable proof that those requirements are met,and mutual recognition enables that proof to be accepted across borders. In practice, such evidence is generated through conformity assessment processes, which convert compliance with standards into verifiable results such as test reports, certifications,or audit findings.

文摘Atmospheric carbon dioxide(CO_(2))levels are escalating at an unprecedented rate, leading to the phenomenon of ocean acidification(OA).Parental exposure to acidification has the potential to enhance offspring resilience through cross-generation plasticity. In this study,we analyzed larval growth and transcriptomic profiles in the Pacific oyster,Crassostrea gigas,a species of significant ecological relevance, under both control and elevated CO_(2)conditions experienced by their parental generation. Our findings indicate that the oyster populations exposed to OA exhibited a higher incidence of abnormalities during the D-shaped larval stage, followed by accelerated growth at the eyed stage.Through a comparative transcriptomic investigation of eyed larvae(25 d after fertilization),we observed that parental exposure to OA substantially influenced the gene expression in the offspring.Genes associated with lipid catabolism and shell formation were notably upregulated in oysters with parental OA exposure, potentially playing a role in cross-generational conditioning and conferring resilience to OA stressors. These results underscore the profound impact of OA on oyster larval development via cross-generational mechanisms and shed light on the molecular underpinnings of cross-generation plasticity.

文摘In the evolving global economy,China’s Outward Foreign Direct Investment(OFDI)holds increasing significance, specially within the context of the Belt and Road Initiative(BRI).Despite earlier studies have acknowledged the role of governance quality in at-tracting Chinese OFDI,their explanatory capacity regarding human development has not received sufficient attention. This study ad-dresses this gap, investigating the relationship between Chinese OFDI and human development, emphasizing the governance quality’s moderating role.Using data from 122 BRI countries from 2004 to 2021,we employed the Panel Corrected Standard Error model through Prais-Winsten regression, complimented by robustness check via the Spatial Durbin Model. Our analysis revealed a significant positive relationship between Chinese OFDI and human development in BRI countries, indicating that Chinese investments act as cata-lysts for improved well-being.More importantly, governance quality plays a vital role in shaping this relationship, revealing that effect-ive governance enhanced the human development outcomes of OFDI.Post-hoc analysis of governance indicators, both as a composite index and individual dimensions, supported this finding.Regional heterogeneity analysis further showed that Chinese OFDI has stronger effects on Human Development Index(HDI)in Asia and Africa compared to Europe,Latin America, and Oceania. However, the moder-ating effect of governance quality seemed more prominent in Oceania and Latin America, indicating its role in fostering the benefits of Chinese investments in these regions. These findings hold implications for academia and policy, emphasizing the need for transparent, accountable, and effective governance to drive sustainable and inclusive human development within the BRI framework.
文摘The development of pancreatic surgery in China has progressed remarkably over 7 decades.China initiated its pancreatic surgery journey in the 1950s,marked by the first pancreaticoduodenectomy performed by Zeng Xianjiu in 1951.Early progress was hindered by technological limitations and fragmented practices, but the establishment of academic platforms such as the National Pancreatic Disease Symposia in the 1980s catalyzed standardized research and interdisciplinary collaboration. In 2006,Zhang Shengdao spearheaded China’s first Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Severe Acute Pancreatitis. The 21st century has seen remarkable progress in pancreatic surgery, marked by the China-specific treatment guidelines, technological breakthroughs in laparoscopic and robotic surgical systems, and the increasing centralization of pancreatic surgery in high-volume medical centers. These synergistic advancements have collectively propelled a paradigm shift in contemporary cancer care.By 2022,China Pancreas Data Center reported a postoperative mortality rate of 0.4% and 3-year survival rates of 43% for resected pancreatic cancer, rivaling global benchmarks.China has also emerged as a leader in minimally invasive pancreatic surgery, with advancements in laparoscopic and robotic pancreatic surgery.Academic growth paralleled clinical progress:the Chinese Pancreatic Association, established in 2022,fosters global collaboration, evidenced by its 2024 annual conference attracting over 10,000 participants.Through technological innovation, centralized care models, and international partnerships,China continues to redefine its role in advancing pancreatic surgery.
