Background:Occupational therapists can play a key role in early identifica-tion of delay at the population health level by providing education to public health employees on how to implement developmental monitoring wi...Background:Occupational therapists can play a key role in early identifica-tion of delay at the population health level by providing education to public health employees on how to implement developmental monitoring with caregivers of children birth to age 5.Methods:A pretest posttest design was utilized to assess the online education and training that was provided to Department of Public Health employees(N=339),including Head Start,Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women,Infants and Children,Home Visiting,and Early Intervention.Results:Analysis of pretest‐posttest survey data showed significant results for all 12 key learning outcomes.Six out of 12 outcomes were found to have a large effect size(d>0.8),4 outcomes indicated a medium effect size(d>0.5),and 2 outcomes had a small effect size(d>0.2).Participants gained knowledge of the“Learn the Signs.Act Early.”(LTSAE)developmental monitoring program,the difference between developmental monitoring and screening,the state's referral system and age‐appropriate parental engagement activities through knowledge of child development.Conclusions:Occupational therapists are child development specialists who can provide education on developmental monitoring and activities for parental engagement.The online course proved to be an effective platform to promote LTSAE within state agencies.展开更多
There is lack of performance monitoring technologies and related standards and specifications in the Puguang gas field,which is ultra-deep with high sulfur content.In this paper,five key technologies of dynamic monito...There is lack of performance monitoring technologies and related standards and specifications in the Puguang gas field,which is ultra-deep with high sulfur content.In this paper,five key technologies of dynamic monitoring were developed and the related standards and specifications were formulated by investigating high-sulfur gas fields at home and abroad,combined with equipment development,laboratory experiments,theoretical research and field tests.The five key technologies include gas production profile logging,downhole sampling and fluid phase analysis,dynamic water invasion prediction and water producing horizon identification,gas well productivity testing and evaluation,and development monitoring and safety control of high-sulfur ultra-deep wells.Then,these key technologies were applied for verification in the Puguang gas field.And the following research results were obtained.First,the sulfur-resistant gas production profile logging tool has a tem-perature resistance of 175℃and pressure resistance of 105 MPa.Forty-three well times gas production profile logging is carried out with a success ratio of 100%.Second,the high-sulfur downhole pressure sampler has a temperature resistance of 150℃and pressure resistance of 70 MPa.Seven well times downhole pressure sampling is carried out with a success ratio of 100%.Third,elemental sulfur is precipitated in the formation when the formation pressure drops to 29.5 MPa.And no sulfur is deposited in the wellbore when the production rate of gas well is higher than 20×10^(4)m^(3)/d.Fourth,water producing horizons can be identified accurately and water breakthrough time of gas wells can be predicted by using water producing horizon identification technology and dynamic water invasion prediction model.Water influx rates can be controlled and water-free gas production period of gas wells can be extended by optimizing and adjusting the working systems of gas wells.And fifth,full coverage of gas well productivity testing is realized by using the testing technology of"downhole implanted gauge&cable delivery&wellhead flow-variable rate",pressure calculation model and well testing interpretation model,and the productivity evaluation results of gas wells are accurate.Sixth,the dynamic gas tight pressure of the cable multi-stage leakage control system of super-high pressure and gas tightness is 50 MPa,and the processing technology for waste gas of blowout hookup is applied to 143 well times testing operation with zero leakage and zero pollution.In conclusion,these performance monitoring technologies have been playing an important role in scientifically formulating the production and reserves increase measures and ensuring long-term stable production of the Puguang gas field.展开更多

We established a Guideline Steering Group and a Guideline Development Group, formulated 12 questions in the form of Population, Intervention, Comparison, Outcome(PICO) and completed a literature search. The failure in the 1150 drift occurred aft...Following a small-scale wedge failure at Yukon Zinc's Wolverine Mine in Yukon, Canada, a vibration monitoring program was added to the existing rockbolt pull testing regime. The failure in the 1150 drift occurred after numerous successive blasts in an adjacent tunnel had loosened friction bolts passing through an unmapped fault. Analysis of blasting vibration revealed that support integrity is not compromised unless there is a geological structure to act as a failure plane. The peak particle velocity(PPV) rarely exceeded 250 mm/s with a frequency larger than 50 Hz. As expected, blasting more competent rock resulted in higher PPVs. In such cases, reducing the round length from 3.5 m to 2.0 m was an effective means of limiting potential rock mass and support damage.展开更多

It also presents the train control and monitoring system (TCMS) software development platform, the TCMS testing and verification bench, the EMU driving simulation platform, and the EMU remote data transmittal and maintenance platform. All these platforms and benches combined together make up the EMU life cycle cost (LCC) system. Each platform facilitates EMU LCC management and is an important part of the system.展开更多
