With the proposed carbon-neutrality targets,intermittent renewable energy will become increasingly significant for the power sector in the future.It is vital to study its development paths,particularly for wind power ...With the proposed carbon-neutrality targets,intermittent renewable energy will become increasingly significant for the power sector in the future.It is vital to study its development paths,particularly for wind power and photovoltaics,while considering constraints on diffusion potential.Using learning curves,dynamic programming,and Bass models,this study analyzes technological diffusion trends to determine the most cost-effective development route for intermittent renewable energy power generation in China by 2060.This study simplifies reality by examining the individual diffusion processes of wind and photovoltaic power,focusing on the self-diffusion characteristics of the two technologies.The study assumes that self-diffusion is the primary driver of future development and describe the influence of multiple factors.The study finds that supportive policies are key drivers of development in the early stages of intermittent renewable energy deployment,especially for photovoltaics.The current diffusion scale of photovoltaics has a greater positive impact on its future development than that of wind power due to lower costs.In the long term,the phased goal for 2030 is projected to be met ahead of schedule,and the majority of future intermittent renewable energy output is expected to come from photovoltaics.The rapid development phases of photovoltaic and wind power conclude at similar times,but the maximum diffusion potential of photovoltaics is higher than that of wind power.Investment constraints and technological levels affect the initial and middle phases of the development path,but their effects are limited.The capacity of the power grid remains the key constraint in the entire research field.展开更多

With the development of information and communications technology,the sharing economy grows dramatically.For example,the transaction value in China’s sharing economy was about 42942 billion RMB in 2018,increased of 4...With the development of information and communications technology,the sharing economy grows dramatically.For example,the transaction value in China’s sharing economy was about 42942 billion RMB in 2018,increased of 41.6%over the previous year.Critique of the sharing economy points that the presence of the sharing economy prevents its traditional counterpart from developing sustainably by creating unemployment in traditional industries related to the sharing economy.This paper is therefore to study the dual effect of the sharing economy on the restructuring the manufacturing industry and the development of career path.By constructing an economic model,we particularly investigate the change in the labor market structure due to the presence of the sharing economy and the welfare in such a case.We show that the presence of the sharing economy can bring two effects,i.e.,DIVERSIFICATION and INCLUSIVENESS,into the workplace,which enriches the job structure and allows more labor with relative low skills to join.Regardless of the labor skill,the rapid development of the sharing economy provides new paths for their career development.In addition,we demonstrate that the above two effects crucially rely on the characteristic of CORRECTNESS of the government’s policy.The results of the theoretical model explain the necessary of promoting moderate sharing economy in terms of career development and can also be applied in the traditional manufacturing industry to explain the effect of the sharing economy on such industry.展开更多

Traditional travel enterprises face challenges from online travel agencies, sharing economy platforms, and new customer expectations. As a result, adapting to the digital age has become a necessity for their survival. This paper discusses the development path and related countermeasures of the digital transformation of tourism enterprises. In the literature review, the concept and significance of digitalization, industrial transformation and tourism digital transformation are analyzed. In the description of the evaluation index selection, the evaluation index of the digital development level of the tourism enterprises is determined, and the evaluation method of the entropy value method and the grey relative correlation degree analysis are introduced. Through data calculation and result analysis, the digital level and contribution of China’s tourism industry is evaluated. In the restriction analysis, the paper focuses on the constraints of online tourism, sustainable development, infrastructure, development potential and information technology level. Finally, the key measures to strengthen customer demand insight, strengthen the construction of information technology infrastructure, promote the application and innovation of new technologies, and strengthen the development of social responsibility projects are put forward in the path selection and countermeasures. The natural gas power generation(hereinafter referred to as gas power)industry is an important force in the development process of clean energy in China,and it not only plays an important role,but also faces many chal...The natural gas power generation(hereinafter referred to as gas power)industry is an important force in the development process of clean energy in China,and it not only plays an important role,but also faces many challenges in the process of transformation to low-carbon energy.In order to explore the sustainable development path of China's gas power industry in the process of low-carbon transformation,this paper studies the carbon emission intensity of gas power unit in different scenarios by taking GE's three mainstream types of gas turbine units(6F.03,9F.03 and 9HA.01)as examples,and then compares it with that of coal power unit in the same scenario based on industrial status and development trend.On this basis,the development path of gas power industry in the period of low-carbon transformation is proposed.And the following research results are obtained.First,the proposal of the time limit of carbon peak and carbon neutrality points out the goal and path of future lowcarbon transformation in China.As a kind of low-carbon clean energy,natural gas will play a more important role in the process of energy transformation in China.Second,compared with coal-fired power generation,gas power is much more advantageous in emission reduction,so the orderly development of gas-based cogeneration has good direct emission reduction effects.Third,as a kind of flexible power source,gas power provides good guarantee and promotion for the development of renewable energy sources and the active development of gas-powered peak-shaving power stations has a good effect of collaborative emission reduction.Fourth,moderately increasing the proportion of natural gas and gas power in energy consumption before carbon neutrality can effectively exert their collaborative emission reduction effects and generate collaborative emission reduction benefits,so as to optimize energy resource allocation and maximize social welfare.In conclusion,gas power is one of the important ways to utilize natural gas.展开更多

文摘With the development of information and communications technology,the sharing economy grows dramatically.For example,the transaction value in China’s sharing economy was about 42942 billion RMB in 2018,increased of 41.6%over the previous year.Critique of the sharing economy points that the presence of the sharing economy prevents its traditional counterpart from developing sustainably by creating unemployment in traditional industries related to the sharing economy.This paper is therefore to study the dual effect of the sharing economy on the restructuring the manufacturing industry and the development of career path.By constructing an economic model,we particularly investigate the change in the labor market structure due to the presence of the sharing economy and the welfare in such a case.We show that the presence of the sharing economy can bring two effects,i.e.,DIVERSIFICATION and INCLUSIVENESS,into the workplace,which enriches the job structure and allows more labor with relative low skills to join.Regardless of the labor skill,the rapid development of the sharing economy provides new paths for their career development.In addition,we demonstrate that the above two effects crucially rely on the characteristic of CORRECTNESS of the government’s policy.The results of the theoretical model explain the necessary of promoting moderate sharing economy in terms of career development and can also be applied in the traditional manufacturing industry to explain the effect of the sharing economy on such industry.
文摘The travel industry is witnessing rapid changes due to the advent of digital technologies. Traditional travel enterprises face challenges from online travel agencies, sharing economy platforms, and new customer expectations. As a result, adapting to the digital age has become a necessity for their survival. This paper discusses the development path and related countermeasures of the digital transformation of tourism enterprises. In the literature review, the concept and significance of digitalization, industrial transformation and tourism digital transformation are analyzed. In the description of the evaluation index selection, the evaluation index of the digital development level of the tourism enterprises is determined, and the evaluation method of the entropy value method and the grey relative correlation degree analysis are introduced. Through data calculation and result analysis, the digital level and contribution of China’s tourism industry is evaluated. In the restriction analysis, the paper focuses on the constraints of online tourism, sustainable development, infrastructure, development potential and information technology level. Finally, the key measures to strengthen customer demand insight, strengthen the construction of information technology infrastructure, promote the application and innovation of new technologies, and strengthen the development of social responsibility projects are put forward in the path selection and countermeasures. This study has important guidance for promoting the digital transformation and sustainable development of tourism.

文摘Marine cultural industry is a special part of cultural industry and is a frontier research field of local cultural industry. Using theoretical study combined with field survey,this paper listed Lu Jiazhi,Daishan Dongsha Town,Putuo Mountain,Zhujiajian,Shenjiamen,Changzhi Island,Mayi Island,Taiyang Valley,Zhujiajian Baishan,and Taohua Island in Zhoushan Islands. From three core rules of cultural industry cluster,namely,rules of combination and extension of industry chain,rules of location advantage and selection,and rules of industrial agglomeration and linkage,to fully reveal inherent rules and development ideas for marine cultural industry cluster in Zhoushan Islands. It came up with recommendations for developing marine cultural industry cluster in accordance with resource endowment characteristics of each island. It is of certain directive significance for the development of marine cultural industry cluster in Zhoushan Islands.

文摘To deeply carry out the strategic plan of rural revitalization,promote rural tourism improving quality and efficiency,and realize sustainable development of rural tourism,five revitalization goals under the strategy of rural revitalization were taken as the decision-making level. Combining PEST analysis of influence factors at macro level,GEM model of national perspective and basic theory of tourism,nine influence factors of rural tourism were taken as two-level indexes. Under nine influence factors,13 corresponding three-level indexes were found. The weight was calculated by entropy weight method. The development path of driving the revitalization of rural tourism was proposed from multiple perspectives of revitalization,to promote sustainable development of rural tourism.

However, China also holds that to better realize the common goals of human rights requires that each coun- try explore and find the best and most efficient way in accordance with its own conditions. One of the reasons for the fast development of human rights in China since its reform and opening-up is that China has chosen a development path for human rights according to its own conditions. The path fits the conditions of China and therefore efficiently promotes the realization of universal human rights.

文摘The natural gas power generation(hereinafter referred to as gas power)industry is an important force in the development process of clean energy in China,and it not only plays an important role,but also faces many challenges in the process of transformation to low-carbon energy.In order to explore the sustainable development path of China's gas power industry in the process of low-carbon transformation,this paper studies the carbon emission intensity of gas power unit in different scenarios by taking GE's three mainstream types of gas turbine units(6F.03,9F.03 and 9HA.01)as examples,and then compares it with that of coal power unit in the same scenario based on industrial status and development trend.On this basis,the development path of gas power industry in the period of low-carbon transformation is proposed.And the following research results are obtained.First,the proposal of the time limit of carbon peak and carbon neutrality points out the goal and path of future lowcarbon transformation in China.As a kind of low-carbon clean energy,natural gas will play a more important role in the process of energy transformation in China.Second,compared with coal-fired power generation,gas power is much more advantageous in emission reduction,so the orderly development of gas-based cogeneration has good direct emission reduction effects.Third,as a kind of flexible power source,gas power provides good guarantee and promotion for the development of renewable energy sources and the active development of gas-powered peak-shaving power stations has a good effect of collaborative emission reduction.Fourth,moderately increasing the proportion of natural gas and gas power in energy consumption before carbon neutrality can effectively exert their collaborative emission reduction effects and generate collaborative emission reduction benefits,so as to optimize energy resource allocation and maximize social welfare.In conclusion,gas power is one of the important ways to utilize natural gas.
文摘Chinese herbal medicine is the material basis for the inheritance and development of Chinese medicine, and is a strategic resource related to the national economy and the peoples livelihood. Chinese herbal medicine industry is an important component of the great health industry. Yunnan is the region with the richest biodiversity in the same latitude in the world. Among them, the diversity and superiority of medicinal plants are prominent. Chinese herbal medicines are rich in varieties, high in quality, significant in geographical indications and huge in production capacity, which is an important support for Yunnan to build a world-class "three cards". However, as a biodiversity area, the innovation and development of Chinese herbal medicine resources in Yunnan are not enough, the industrial restructuring and aggregation are insufficient, and the industrial cluster with high correlation, long chain and multi engines has not yet been formed, and the development potential of its diversity and superiority is far from being released. To this end, we will carry out resource reorganization around the development of the Chinese herbal medicine industry, explore the development path of "museum + industrial cluster" of Chinese herbal medicine, integrate and link the three industries, build an "aircraft carrier" for the development of the whole industrial chain cluster, and promote the development of Yunnan Chinese herbal medicine into a 100 billion and trillion level health industry.
