But, it has some deficiency. It contains noise mainly due to high month-to-month variability. In order to reduce the level of noise in the SO index, this paper introduces a fully data-adaptive filter based on singular spectrum analysis. Another interesting aspect of the filter is that it can be used to fill data gaps of the SO index by an iterative process. Eventually, a noiseless long-period data series without any gaps is obtained. 展开更多

In this paper,we investigate the defense problem against the joint attacks of denial-of-service attacks and data tampering attacks in the framework of system identification with binary-valued observations.By estimating the key parameters of the joint attack and compensating them in the identification algorithm,a compensation-oriented defense scheme is proposed.Then the identification algorithm of system parameter is designed and is further proved to be consistent.The asymptotic normality of the algorithm is obtained,and on this basis,we propose the optimal defense scheme.Furthermore,the implementation of the optimal defense scheme is discussed.Finally,a simulation example is presented to verify the effectiveness of the main results. 展开更多

The MM5 and its four dimensional variational data assimilation (4D-Var) system are used in this paper. Based on the National Centers for Environmental Prediction/National Center for Atmospheric Research (NCEP/NCAR) reanalysis data, the authors generate an optimal initial condition for a typhoon by using the bogus data assimilation (BDA) scheme. BDA is able to recover many of the structural features of typhoons including a warm-core vertex, the correct center position, and the strong circulation. As a result of BDA using a bogus surface low, dramatic improvement is achieved in the 72 h prediction of typhoon Herb. Through several cases, the initialization by BDA effectively generates the harmonious inner structure of the typhoon, but which is lacking in the original analysis field. Therefore the intensity forecast is improved greatly. Some improvements are made in the track forecast, but more work still needs to be done. 展开更多

Hydrometeor variables (cloud water and cloud ice mixing ratios) are added into the WRF three-dimensional variational assimilation system as additional control variables to directly analyze hydrometeors by assimilating cloud observations. In addition, the background error covariance matrix of hydrometeors is modeled through a control variable transform, and its characteristics discussed in detail. A suite of experiments using four microphysics schemes (LIN, SBU-YLIN, WDM6 and WSM6) are performed with and without assimilating satellite cloud liquid/ice water path. We find analysis of hydrometeors with cloud assimilation to be significantly improved, and the increment and distribution of hydrometeors are consistent with the characteristics of background error covariance. Diagnostic results suggest that the forecast with cloud assimilation represents a significant improvement, especially the ability to forecast precipitation in the first seven hours. It is also found that the largest improvement occurs in the experiment using the WDM6 scheme, since the assimilated cloud information can sustain for longer in this scheme. The least improvement, meanwhile, appears in the experiment using the SBU-YLIN scheme. 展开更多

This paper mainly elaborates the studies of channel estimation and downlink data transmission in Massive MIMO. As there are different types of interference in single-cell and multi-cell systems, this paper establishes different models for them separately. In terms of uplink training, for getting channel state information, we introduce LS and MMSE channel estimation algorithms and make a comparison between them. At the same time, the problem of pilot contamination is solved by cell classification and pilot identification. Next, this paper defines mathematical models for downlink data transmission. We use pre-coding methods (including Zero-forcing and Maximal Ratio Combining schemes) and optimize power distribution to improve channel capacity and transmission rate. Furthermore, this paper provides numerical results to show the simulation performance in both single-cell and multi-cell systems and extends to prospects in the future. 展开更多

为有效处理桥梁监测数据,实现桥梁的智能维护决策和预测性维护,文章提出一种基于大数据的桥梁智能管理与维护框架。该框架首先对监测数据进行分类和等级分化,通过大数据建立数据储存和计算模型,然后根据数据分析生成桥梁各方面属性的权... 为有效处理桥梁监测数据,实现桥梁的智能维护决策和预测性维护,文章提出一种基于大数据的桥梁智能管理与维护框架。该框架首先对监测数据进行分类和等级分化,通过大数据建立数据储存和计算模型,然后根据数据分析生成桥梁各方面属性的权重,并结合了优势矩阵、IFAHP、λ-TOPSIS三种预测模型以决策出桥梁最优维护方案。以某座经过监测的大桥为例,将监测数据输入到该框架中。研究结果表明,经过模型处理的桥梁监测数据更直观地反映桥梁各种性能,并根据桥梁监测数据来决策桥梁维护方案;在进行1000次的模拟预测试验中,四种算法的平均预测精度分别为84.5%、83.8%、79.1%、78.4%;通过引入部分随机数进行试验,在随机数占比为10%和20%的训练数据集中,优势矩阵模型的预测精度稳定在71%,表明该框架有较强的抗干扰性。 展开更多

Analysis of Extreme Rainfall Event with Different Microphysics and Parameterization Schemes in WRF Model

In the present study, the imitation of heavy rainfall event which occurred over Jharkhand during 18 August 2016 was taken as a case study. Weather Research and Forecasting (WRF) model has been utilized for this study. National Centers for Environmental Prediction (NCEP) analysis data is compared with GSMaP data with different combination of physical parameterization scheme like microphysics (MP) and cumulus parameterization (CP). In the present study, three MP schemes: Kessler scheme, Lin et al. scheme and WRF Single-moment 6-class scheme with combination of three CP schemes: Betts-Miller-Janjic scheme, Multi-scale Kain-Fritsch scheme and New simplified Arakawa-Schubert scheme have been used. The model predicted humidity, temperature and precipitation were compared with the GSMaP product. The model nicely depicted the cloud pattern and recognized the rain event spatially. The obtained result shows that the model overestimates the precipitation for all the schemes. 展开更多

铁路线路方案的规划与评价为多目标决策,影响工程经济、环境等多方面。为探讨铁路线路多目标优化方法,提出了基于工程造价、生态指标和碳排放的多目标线形优化方法。基于无人机采集的高精度地理信息数据,通过监督分类进行建(构)造物边... 铁路线路方案的规划与评价为多目标决策,影响工程经济、环境等多方面。为探讨铁路线路多目标优化方法,提出了基于工程造价、生态指标和碳排放的多目标线形优化方法。基于无人机采集的高精度地理信息数据,通过监督分类进行建(构)造物边界和生态特征的智能识别,建立包含周边复杂环境的耦合约束集。基于自适应动态规划(Approximate dynamic programming,ADP)算法,引入深度神经网络模型实现线形的智能精细化调整,运用帕累托(Pareto)最优原理处理不同目标之间的冲突关系,将帕累托最优解在三维空间中构建出来,给予决策者更多的决策空间。本方法在华东地区某高速铁路连接线项目中得到应用,结果表明:该方法较人工选线方案降低建设经济费用2.28%,生态优化和碳排放优化也分别达到2.67%和1.59%。该智能选线方法可以为设计人员提供不同优化目标的多种线路方案,实现铁路线路经济效益、环境影响的平衡。 展开更多

目的:分析刮痧疗法干预肩周炎的方案,为后续临床操作进一步标准化、规范化提供参考。方法:检索中国知网(CNKI)、万方数据库、维普数据库(VIP)以及Web of Science和PubMed和SinoMed自建库至2023年6月30日有关刮痧疗法干预肩周炎的所有文... 目的:分析刮痧疗法干预肩周炎的方案,为后续临床操作进一步标准化、规范化提供参考。方法:检索中国知网(CNKI)、万方数据库、维普数据库(VIP)以及Web of Science和PubMed和SinoMed自建库至2023年6月30日有关刮痧疗法干预肩周炎的所有文献,依据纳入与排除标准进行筛选。利用Excel软件对数据进行统计与整理,并进行频次分析;运用IBM SPSS Statistics 22.0软件对经络和高频腧穴进行聚类分析;运用IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0软件对经络及高频腧穴进行Apriori关联分析。结果:检索共得文献345篇,筛选后纳入文献59篇。刮痧器具/介质多为水牛角和活血剂,刮痧手法多数未提及,干预疗程存在一定差异。经络使用频次排名前3位的是手阳明大肠经(23.73%)、督脉(23.73%)、手太阳小肠经(22.03%),腧穴使用频次排名前5位的是肩井(79.66%)、肩贞(64.41%)、天宗(61.02%)、曲池(61.02%)、肩髃(59.32%)。此外,最常使用的经络配伍为手阳明大肠经→手太阳小肠经;最常使用的腧穴配伍为肩贞→肩井。结论:刮痧疗法干预肩周炎时,刮痧器具多样,刮痧手法和干预疗程各异,经络多选用手三阳经,腧穴选用遵循近端取穴为主,远端取穴为辅的规律。 展开更多

An efficient parallel algorithm for ocean circulation numerical model based on irregular rectangle decomposition scheme

A parallel algorithm of circulation numerical model based on message passing interface(MPI) is developed using serialization and an irregular rectangle decomposition scheme. Neighboring point exchange strategy(NPES) is adopted to further enhance the computational efficiency. Two experiments are conducted on HP C7000 Blade System, the numerical results show that the parallel version with NPES(PVN) produces higher efficiency than the original parallel version(PV). The PVN achieves parallel efficiency in excess of 0.9 in the second experiment when the number of processors increases to 100, while the efficiency of PV decreases to 0.39 rapidly. The PVN of ocean circulation model is used in a fine-resolution regional simulation, which produces better results. The capability of universal implementation of this algorithm makes it applicable in many other ocean models potentially. 展开更多

针对一类双端异步拒绝服务(DoS)攻击与执行器故障共存的工业信息物理系统(ICPS),通过将数据驱动技术与模型机理解析方法相融合,对多模态综合安全控制与通讯间的协同设计问题进行研究。设计一种触发阈值可随系统行为动态变化的自适应离... 针对一类双端异步拒绝服务(DoS)攻击与执行器故障共存的工业信息物理系统(ICPS),通过将数据驱动技术与模型机理解析方法相融合,对多模态综合安全控制与通讯间的协同设计问题进行研究。设计一种触发阈值可随系统行为动态变化的自适应离散事件触发通讯机制(ADETCS),并构建可同时抵御双端异步DoS攻击与执行器故障的ICPS多模态综合安全控制架构;针对不同能量等级的DoS攻击,采用“分而治之”的思想,借助长短期记忆(LSTM)网络与弹性控制方法,提出基于数模联动的主-被动协同混合容侵策略。基于Lyapunov稳定性理论进行观测器与控制器的推证,进而采用K-Means++聚类算法及模糊融合方法,在线对不同模态下的控制器进行加权融合,实现不同控制模态间的软切换;通过四容水箱实例,验证了双端异步DoS攻击下基于数模联动的多模态综合安全控制方法的正确性。实验结果表明:数模联动的方法增强了ICPS抵御双端异步DoS攻击的能力,多模态综合安全控制器的设计实现了控制模态与ADETCS间的双向自适应协同控制。 展开更多
