Integrated data and energy transfer(IDET)enables the electromagnetic waves to transmit wireless energy at the same time of data delivery for lowpower devices.In this paper,an energy harvesting modulation(EHM)assisted multi-user IDET system is studied,where all the received signals at the users are exploited for energy harvesting without the degradation of wireless data transfer(WDT)performance.The joint IDET performance is then analysed theoretically by conceiving a practical time-dependent wireless channel.With the aid of the AO based algorithm,the average effective data rate among users are maximized by ensuring the BER and the wireless energy transfer(WET)performance.Simulation results validate and evaluate the IDET performance of the EHM assisted system,which also demonstrates that the optimal number of user clusters and IDET time slots should be allocated,in order to improve the WET and WDT performance. 展开更多

Background Medical informatics accumulated vast amounts of data for clinical diagnosis and treatment.However,limited access to follow-up data and the difficulty in integrating data across diverse platforms continue to pose significant barriers to clinical research progress.In response,our research team has embarked on the development of a specialized clinical research database for cardiology,thereby establishing a comprehensive digital platform that facilitates both clinical decision-making and research endeavors.Methods The database incorporated actual clinical data from patients who received treatment at the Cardiovascular Medicine Department of Chinese PLA General Hospital from 2012 to 2021.It included comprehensive data on patients'basic information,medical history,non-invasive imaging studies,laboratory test results,as well as peri-procedural information related to interventional surgeries,extracted from the Hospital Information System.Additionally,an innovative artificial intelligence(AI)-powered interactive follow-up system had been developed,ensuring that nearly all myocardial infarction patients received at least one post-discharge follow-up,thereby achieving comprehensive data management throughout the entire care continuum for highrisk patients.Results This database integrates extensive cross-sectional and longitudinal patient data,with a focus on higher-risk acute coronary syndrome patients.It achieves the integration of structured and unstructured clinical data,while innovatively incorporating AI and automatic speech recognition technologies to enhance data integration and workflow efficiency.It creates a comprehensive patient view,thereby improving diagnostic and follow-up quality,and provides high-quality data to support clinical research.Despite limitations in unstructured data standardization and biological sample integrity,the database's development is accompanied by ongoing optimization efforts.Conclusion The cardiovascular specialty clinical database is a comprehensive digital archive integrating clinical treatment and research,which facilitates the digital and intelligent transformation of clinical diagnosis and treatment processes.It supports clinical decision-making and offers data support and potential research directions for the specialized management of cardiovascular diseases. 展开更多

Present methods merely classify the lithologies as ... Compaction correction is a key part of paleogeomorphic recovery methods. Yet, the influence of lithology on the porosity evolution is not usually taken into account. Present methods merely classify the lithologies as sandstone and mudstone to undertake separate porositydepth compaction modeling. However, using just two lithologies is an oversimplification that cannot represent the compaction history. In such schemes, the precision of the compaction recovery is inadequate. To improve the precision of compaction recovery, a depth compaction model has been proposed that involves both porosity and clay content. A clastic lithological compaction unit classification method, based on clay content, has been designed to identify lithological boundaries and establish sets of compaction units. Also, on the basis of the clastic compaction unit classification, two methods of compaction recovery that integrate well and seismic data are employed to extrapolate well-based compaction information outward along seismic lines and recover the paleo-topography of the clastic strata in the region. The examples presented here show that a better understanding of paleo-geomorphology can be gained by applying the proposed compaction recovery technology. 展开更多

As an important advanced technique in the field of Earth observations,Synthetic Aperture Radar(SAR)plays a key role in the study of global environmental change,resources exploration,disaster mitigation,urban environments,and even lunar exploration.However,studies on imaging,image processing,and Earth factor inversions have often been conducted independently for a long time,which significantly limits the application effectiveness of SAR remote sensing due to the lack of an overall integrated design scheme and integrated information processing.Focusing on this SAR application issue,this paper proposes and describes a new SAR data processing methodology–SAR data integrated processing(DIP)oriented on Earth environment factor inversions.The simple definition,typical integrated modes and overall implementation ideas are introduced.Finally,focusing on building information extraction(man-made targets)and sea ice classification(natural targets)applications,three SAR DIP methods and experiments are conducted.Improved results are obtained under the guidance of the SAR DIP framework.Therefore,the SAR DIP theoretical framework and methodology represent a new SAR science application mode that has the capability to improve the SAR remote sensing quantitative application level and promote the development of new theories and methodologies. 展开更多

Terminal devices deployed in outdoor environments are facing a thorny problem of power supply.Data and energy integrated network(DEIN)is a promising technology to solve the problem,which simultaneously transfers data and energy through radio frequency signals.State-of-the-art researches mostly focus on theoretical aspects.By contrast,we provide a complete design and implementation of a fully functioning DEIN system with the support of an unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV).The UAV can be dispatched to areas of interest to remotely recharge batteryless terminals,while collecting essential information from them.Then,the UAV uploads the information to remote base stations.Our system verifies the feasibility of the DEIN in practical applications. 展开更多

Integrated data and energy transfer(IDET)is capable of simultaneously delivering on-demand data and energy to low-power Internet of Everything(Io E)devices.We propose a multi-carrier IDET transceiver relying on superposition waveforms consisting of multi-sinusoidal signals for wireless energy transfer(WET)and orthogonal-frequency-divisionmultiplexing(OFDM)signals for wireless data transfer(WDT).The outdated channel state information(CSI)in aging channels is employed by the transmitter to shape IDET waveforms.With the constraints of transmission power and WDT requirement,the amplitudes and phases of the IDET waveform at the transmitter and the power splitter at the receiver are jointly optimised for maximising the average directcurrent(DC)among a limited number of transmission frames with the existence of carrier-frequencyoffset(CFO).For the amplitude optimisation,the original non-convex problem can be transformed into a reversed geometric programming problem,then it can be effectively solved with existing tools.As for the phase optimisation,the artificial bee colony(ABC)algorithm is invoked in order to deal with the nonconvexity.Iteration between the amplitude optimisation and phase optimisation yields our joint design.Numerical results demonstrate the advantage of our joint design for the IDET waveform shaping with the existence of the CFO and the outdated CSI. 展开更多

Accurately evaluating the lifespan of the Printed Circuit Board(PCB)in airborne equipment is an essential issue for aircraft design and operation in the marine atmospheric environment.This paper presents a novel evaluation method by fusing Accelerated Degradation Testing(ADT)data,degradation data,and life data of small samples based on the uncertainty degradation process.An uncertain life model of PCB in airborne equipment is constructed by employing the uncertain distribution that considers the accelerated factor of multiple environmental conditions such as temperature,humidity,and salinity.In addition,a degradation process model of PCB in airborne equipment is constructed by employing the uncertain process of fusing ADT data and field data,in which the performance characteristics of dynamic cumulative change are included.Based on minimizing the pth sample moments,an integrated method for parameter estimation of the PCB in airborne equipment is proposed by fusing the multi-source data of life,degradation,and ADT.An engineering case illustrates the effectiveness and advantage of the proposed method. 展开更多

Conventional cable based charging largely restrict the movement of the mobile devices. Wireless charging hence emerges as an essential technique for enabling our ultimate goal of charging anytime and anywhere. By efficiently exploiting the legacy of the existing communication infrastructure, we propose a nov- el data and energy integrated network (DEIN) in order to re- alise the radio frequency (RF) based wireless charging with- out degrading the information transmission. In this treatise, we focus on the implementation of the DEIN in both the theoretical and practical aspects, concerning the transceiver architecture design and the rectifier circuit design. With the rapid development of information technology,IoT devices play a huge role in physiological health data detection.The exponential growth of medical data requires us to reasonably allocate storage space for cloud servers and edge nodes.The storage capacity of edge nodes close to users is limited.We should store hotspot data in edge nodes as much as possible,so as to ensure response timeliness and access hit rate;However,the current scheme cannot guarantee that every sub-message in a complete data stored by the edge node meets the requirements of hot data;How to complete the detection and deletion of redundant data in edge nodes under the premise of protecting user privacy and data dynamic integrity has become a challenging problem.Our paper proposes a redundant data detection method that meets the privacy protection requirements.By scanning the cipher text,it is determined whether each sub-message of the data in the edge node meets the requirements of the hot data.It has the same effect as zero-knowledge proof,and it will not reveal the privacy of users.In addition,for redundant sub-data that does not meet the requirements of hot data,our paper proposes a redundant data deletion scheme that meets the dynamic integrity of the data.We use Content Extraction Signature(CES)to generate the remaining hot data signature after the redundant data is deleted.The feasibility of the scheme is proved through safety analysis and efficiency analysis. 展开更多

Genome-wide association mapping studies(GWAS)based on Big Data are a potential approach to improve marker-assisted selection in plant breeding.The number of available phenotypic and genomic data sets in which medium-sized populations of several hundred individuals have been studied is rapidly increasing.Combining these data and using them in GWAS could increase both the power of QTL discovery and the accuracy of estimation of underlying genetic effects,but is hindered by data heterogeneity and lack of interoperability.In this study,we used genomic and phenotypic data sets,focusing on Central European winter wheat populations evaluated for heading date.We explored strategies for integrating these data and subsequently the resulting potential for GWAS.Establishing interoperability between data sets was greatly aided by some overlapping genotypes and a linear relationship between the different phenotyping protocols,resulting in high quality integrated phenotypic data.In this context,genomic prediction proved to be a suitable tool to study relevance of interactions between genotypes and experimental series,which was low in our case.Contrary to expectations,fewer associations between markers and traits were found in the larger combined data than in the individual experimental series.However,the predictive power based on the marker-trait associations of the integrated data set was higher across data sets.Therefore,the results show that the integration of medium-sized to Big Data is an approach to increase the power to detect QTL in GWAS.The results encourage further efforts to standardize and share data in the plant breeding community. 展开更多

Plant morphogenesis relies on precise gene expression programs at the proper time and position which is orchestrated by transcription factors(TFs)in intricate regulatory networks in a cell-type specific manner.Here we introduced a comprehensive single-cell transcriptomic atlas of Arabidopsis seedlings.This atlas is the result of meticulous integration of 63 previously published scRNA-seq datasets,addressing batch effects and conserving biological variance.This integration spans a broad spectrum of tissues,including both below-and above-ground parts.Utilizing a rigorous approach for cell type annotation,we identified 47 distinct cell types or states,largely expanding our current view of plant cell compositions.We systematically constructed cell-type specific gene regulatory networks and uncovered key regulators that act in a coordinated manner to control cell-type specific gene expression.Taken together,our study not only offers extensive plant cell atlas exploration that serves as a valuable resource,but also provides molecular insights into gene-regulatory programs that varies from different cell types. 展开更多

Cloud computing has emerged as a viable alternative to traditional computing infrastructures,offering various benefits.However,the adoption of cloud storage poses significant risks to data secrecy and integrity.This article presents an effective mechanism to preserve the secrecy and integrity of data stored on the public cloud by leveraging blockchain technology,smart contracts,and cryptographic primitives.The proposed approach utilizes a Solidity-based smart contract as an auditor for maintaining and verifying the integrity of outsourced data.To preserve data secrecy,symmetric encryption systems are employed to encrypt user data before outsourcing it.An extensive performance analysis is conducted to illustrate the efficiency of the proposed mechanism.Additionally,a rigorous assessment is conducted to ensure that the developed smart contract is free from vulnerabilities and to measure its associated running costs.The security analysis of the proposed system confirms that our approach can securely maintain the confidentiality and integrity of cloud storage,even in the presence of malicious entities.The proposed mechanism contributes to enhancing data security in cloud computing environments and can be used as a foundation for developing more secure cloud storage systems. 展开更多

Currently,there is a growing trend among users to store their data in the cloud.However,the cloud is vulnerable to persistent data corruption risks arising from equipment failures and hacker attacks.Additionally,when users perform file operations,the semantic integrity of the data can be compromised.Ensuring both data integrity and semantic correctness has become a critical issue that requires attention.We introduce a pioneering solution called Sec-Auditor,the first of its kind with the ability to verify data integrity and semantic correctness simultaneously,while maintaining a constant communication cost independent of the audited data volume.Sec-Auditor also supports public auditing,enabling anyone with access to public information to conduct data audits.This feature makes Sec-Auditor highly adaptable to open data environments,such as the cloud.In Sec-Auditor,users are assigned specific rules that are utilized to verify the accuracy of data semantic.Furthermore,users are given the flexibility to update their own rules as needed.We conduct in-depth analyses of the correctness and security of Sec-Auditor.We also compare several important security attributes with existing schemes,demonstrating the superior properties of Sec-Auditor.Evaluation results demonstrate that even for time-consuming file upload operations,our solution is more efficient than the comparison one. 展开更多

Machine Learning Security Defense Algorithms Based on Metadata Correlation Features

With the popularization of the Internet and the development of technology,cyber threats are increasing day by day.Threats such as malware,hacking,and data breaches have had a serious impact on cybersecurity.The network security environment in the era of big data presents the characteristics of large amounts of data,high diversity,and high real-time requirements.Traditional security defense methods and tools have been unable to cope with the complex and changing network security threats.This paper proposes a machine-learning security defense algorithm based on metadata association features.Emphasize control over unauthorized users through privacy,integrity,and availability.The user model is established and the mapping between the user model and the metadata of the data source is generated.By analyzing the user model and its corresponding mapping relationship,the query of the user model can be decomposed into the query of various heterogeneous data sources,and the integration of heterogeneous data sources based on the metadata association characteristics can be realized.Define and classify customer information,automatically identify and perceive sensitive data,build a behavior audit and analysis platform,analyze user behavior trajectories,and complete the construction of a machine learning customer information security defense system.The experimental results show that when the data volume is 5×103 bit,the data storage integrity of the proposed method is 92%.The data accuracy is 98%,and the success rate of data intrusion is only 2.6%.It can be concluded that the data storage method in this paper is safe,the data accuracy is always at a high level,and the data disaster recovery performance is good.This method can effectively resist data intrusion and has high air traffic control security.It can not only detect all viruses in user data storage,but also realize integrated virus processing,and further optimize the security defense effect of user big data. 展开更多

Combining genetic markers,on-farm information and infrared data for the in-line prediction of blood biomarkers of metabolic disorders in Holstein cattle

Background Various blood metabolites are known to be useful indicators of health status in dairy cattle,but their routine assessment is time-consuming,expensive,and stressful for the cows at the herd level.Thus,we evaluated the effectiveness of combining in-line near infrared(NIR)milk spectra with on-farm(days in milk[DIM]and parity)and genetic markers for predicting blood metabolites in Holstein cattle.Data were obtained from 388 Holstein cows from a farm with an AfiLab system.NIR spectra,on-farm information,and single nucleotide polymorphisms(SNP)markers were blended to develop calibration equations for blood metabolites using the elastic net(ENet)approach,considering 3 mod els:(1)Model 1(M1)including only NIR information,(2)Model 2(M2)with both NIR and on-farm information,and(3)Model 3(M3)combining NIR,on-farm and genomic information.Dimension reduction was considered for M3 by preselecting SNP markers from genome-wide association study(GWAS)results.Results Results indicate that M2 improved the predictive ability by an average of 19%for energy-related metabolites(glucose,cholesterol,NEFA,B H B,urea,and c reatinin e),20%for liver functio n/hepatic damage,7%for inflammation/innate immunity.24%for oxidative stress metabolites,and 23%for minerals compared to M1,Meanwhile,M3 further enhanced the predictive ability by 34%for energy-related metabolites,32%for liver function/hepatic damage,22%for inflammation/innate immunity,42.1%for oxidative stress metabolites,and 41%for mineralse compared to M1.We found improved predictive ability of M3 using selected SNP markers from GWAS results using a threshold of>2.0by 5%for energy-related metabolites,9%for liver function/hepatic damage,8%for inflammation/innate immunity,22%for oxidative stress metabolites,and 9%for minerals.Slight redu ctions were observed fo r phosphorus(2%),ferricreducing antioxidant power(1%),and glucose(3%).Furthermore,it was found that prediction accuracies are influenced by using more restrictive thresholds(-log_(10)^(P-value)>2.5 and 3.0),with a lower increase in the predictive ability.Conclusion Our results highlighted the potential of combining several sources of information,such as genetic markers,on-farm information,and in-line NIR infrared data improves the predictive ability of blood metabolites in dairy cattle,representing an effective strategy for large-scale in-line health monitoring in commercial herds. 展开更多

Building model data organization is often programmed to solve a specific problem,resulting in the inability to organize indoor and outdoor 3D scenes in an integrated manner.In this paper,existing building spatial data models are studied,and the characteristics of building information modeling standards(IFC),city geographic modeling language(CityGML),indoor modeling language(IndoorGML),and other models are compared and analyzed.CityGML and IndoorGML models face challenges in satisfying diverse application scenarios and requirements due to limitations in their expression capabilities.It is proposed to combine the semantic information of the model objects to effectively partition and organize the indoor and outdoor spatial 3D model data and to construct the indoor and outdoor data organization mechanism of“chunk-layer-subobject-entrances-area-detail object.”This method is verified by proposing a 3D data organization method for indoor and outdoor space and constructing a 3D visualization system based on it. 展开更多

To solve the query processing correctness problem for semantic-based relational data integration,the semantics of SAPRQL(simple protocol and RDF query language) queries is defined.In the course of query rewriting,all relative tables are found and decomposed into minimal connectable units.Minimal connectable units are joined according to semantic queries to produce the semantically correct query plans.Algorithms for query rewriting and transforming are presented.Computational complexity of the algorithms is discussed.Under the worst case,the query decomposing algorithm can be finished in O(n2) time and the query rewriting algorithm requires O(nm) time.And the performance of the algorithms is verified by experiments,and experimental results show that when the length of query is less than 8,the query processing algorithms can provide satisfactory performance. 展开更多

Artificial intelligence(AI)is driving a paradigm shift in gastroenterology and hepa-tology by delivering cutting-edge tools for disease screening,diagnosis,treatment,and prognostic management.Through deep learning,radiomics,and multimodal data integration,AI has achieved diagnostic parity with expert cli-nicians in endoscopic image analysis(e.g.,early gastric cancer detection,colorectal polyp identification)and non-invasive assessment of liver pathologies(e.g.,fibrosis staging,fatty liver typing)while demonstrating utility in personalized care scenarios such as predicting hepatocellular carcinoma recurrence and opti-mizing inflammatory bowel disease treatment responses.Despite these advance-ments challenges persist including limited model generalization due to frag-mented datasets,algorithmic limitations in rare conditions(e.g.,pediatric liver diseases)caused by insufficient training data,and unresolved ethical issues related to bias,accountability,and patient privacy.Mitigation strategies involve constructing standardized multicenter databases,validating AI tools through prospective trials,leveraging federated learning to address data scarcity,and de-veloping interpretable systems(e.g.,attention heatmap visualization)to enhance clinical trust.Integrating generative AI,digital twin technologies,and establishing unified ethical/regulatory frameworks will accelerate AI adoption in primary care and foster equitable healthcare access while interdisciplinary collaboration and evidence-based implementation remain critical for realizing AI’s potential to redefine precision care for digestive disorders,improve global health outcomes,and reshape healthcare equity. 展开更多
