西太平洋-南海-东印度洋(以下简称“两洋一海”)地区对我国的天气气候、国家安全和社会经济有重要影响,但由于资料条件的限制,现有的海上高风速事件研究主要集中于近海,导致对“两洋一海”地区远洋高风速事件的时空分布、变化特征及其... 西太平洋-南海-东印度洋(以下简称“两洋一海”)地区对我国的天气气候、国家安全和社会经济有重要影响,但由于资料条件的限制,现有的海上高风速事件研究主要集中于近海,导致对“两洋一海”地区远洋高风速事件的时空分布、变化特征及其机理仍然不够了解,急需利用新的高分辨率资料进行深入的研究。目前欧州中期天气预报中心第五代全球大气再分析资料(ERA5)再分析近地面10 m风速数据与现场观测风速的比较研究还相对较少,因此本文将“两洋一海”地区的国际海洋大气综合数据集(ICOADS)锚定浮标观测资料与ERA5进行了对比分析。结果表明:ERA5再分析10 m风速数据能够较好地表现出海面风场的分布特点和变化特征。ERA5再分析资料具有较高的时空分辨率、较长的时间序列以及完整的数据记录,将其用于海上高风速事件的气候分析是可行的,且具有一定的优势。需要注意的是,ERA5再分析风速总体上存在低估实测风速的系统偏差,尤其是实测风速较大时,ERA5偏离于实测风速的现象更为明显。 展开更多

Digital Empowerment and High-Quality Economic Development in Chinese Cities: AQuasi-Natural Experiment Based on the National Big Data Comprehensive Pilot Zones

The digital era has brought forth opportunities for economic transformation and growth.Seizing the new possibilities presented by the digital economy is crucial for adapting to changes in significant societal challenges and driving high-quality economic development.By assessing the level of high-quality economic development in 279 cities across China from 2011 to 2020,this paper considers the national comprehensive big data pilot zones as a quasi-natural experiment.Through the utilization of a Difference-in-Differences method with multiple time periods,it investigates the driving effect of digital empowerment on the high-quality economic development of cities.The research results indicate that the high-quality economic development level of cities in the Bohai Rim,Yangtze River Delta,and southeastern coastal regions has consistently been at the forefront and most stable.Digital empowerment significantly propels the high-quality economic development of cities and exerts a greater influence on fostering shared and sustainable growth.Additionally,it is more conducive to advancing cities with higher levels,larger scales,and superior development quality of information infrastructure.Mechanism analysis demonstrates that digital empowerment primarily aligns production closer to the production possibility curve and extends its boundaries,thus driving the high-quality economic development of cities. 展开更多

Sleep Patterns of Chinese Aged 15 and Above with Different Characteristics—China,2024

Introduction:Sleep is fundamental to health,yet comprehensive data characterizing sleep patterns across China’s diverse population remain scarce.This national study systematically assessed sleep behaviors among Chinese residents aged 15 years and above.Methods:A population-based cross-sectional survey was conducted in 2024 among individuals aged 15 years and older,using multistage stratified cluster random sampling.Trained investigators collected data on sleep duration,sleep latency,bedtime,and wake-up time through standardized questionnaires.Statistical analyses incorporated sampling weights to ensure population representativeness,and stratified analyses examined sleep patterns across a range of demographic subgroups.Results:The population-weighted mean sleep duration among Chinese residents aged 15 years and older was 7.24[95%confidence interval(CI):7.16,7.32]hours in 2024.Mean bedtime and wake-up time were 22:08(21:58,22:18)and 6:18(6:06,6:30),respectively,with a mean sleep latency of 27.45(26.39,28.51)minutes.Age-stratified analyses revealed notable sex differences in sleep duration:among adults aged 18-44 years,females slept longer than males[7.66(7.59,7.73)hours versus 7.49(7.41,7.57)hours],whereas among those aged 45-64 years,females slept less[6.82(6.72,6.92)hours versus 6.97(6.90,7.04)hours].Rural adolescents slept longer than their urban counterparts[8.39(8.14,8.64)hours versus 8.00(7.78,8.22)hours].Both education level and occupation further influenced sleep duration and timing.Conclusion:Sleep patterns among Chinese residents vary substantially by age,sex,and socio-environmental context.Effective sleep health strategies must be population-specific and tailored,rather than relying on uniform recommendations.Public health interventions should explicitly address the distinct socioeconomic and environmental determinants that shape sleep in different population segments,thereby optimizing sleep outcomes across diverse settings. 展开更多
