The vector control algorithm based on vector space decomposition (VSD) transformation method has a more flexible control freedom, which can control the fundamental and harmonic subspace separately. To this end, a current vector decoupling control algorithm for six-phase permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) is designed. Using the proposed synchronous rotating coordinate transformation matrix, the fundamental and harmonic components in d-q subspace are changed into direct current (DC) component, only using the traditional proportional integral (PI) controller can meet the non-static difference adjustment, and the controller parameter design method is given by employing intemal model principle. In addition, in order to remove the 5th and 7th harmonic components of stator current, the current PI controller parallel with resonant controller is employed in x-y subspace to realize the specific harmonic component compensation. Simulation results verify the effectiveness of current decoupling vector controller. 展开更多

A bio-inspired broadband absorption metamaterial: Driven by dual-structure synergistically induced current vortices

The performance breakthroughs of some stealth materials have benefited from incorporating biomimetic concepts,and the design ideas of wave-absorbing metamaterials have been greatly broadened.How-ever,stealth materials developed based on a single biological structure still have limitations regarding overall performance and design freedom.Herein,a dual-structure element combination model with a butterfly-wing porous structure and moth-eye raised structure arranged in an orderly manner is estab-lished.Carbonyl iron and polyurethane are mixed as wave absorbents,and the model is utilized to make a biomimetic metamaterial(CSMA),which has an absorption rate of more than 90%at 6.07-18 GHz,achieving broadband effective absorption.It has been verified that the two biostructures designed after an ordered arrangement show synergistic effects in the combined model,and the cooperation between the structures induces the formation of current vector vortices,which are able to induce microwave losses to broaden the effective absorbing bandwidth.Further,the model has the combined application performance of polarization insensitivity,strong stability of oblique incidence,and low bistatic RCS.Such a thought based on the combination of multiple components provides an effective strategy for the design of broadband-absorbing metamaterials. 展开更多

This assists the author to focus on interpreting the output rather than exerting the efforts of relating the scattered separate modules. In this note the author, utilizing these three features, explores the magneto-static field and its associated vector potential of a steady looping current. Finite-control-set model predictive control(FCSMPC)has advantages of multi-objective optimization and easy implementation.To reduce the computational burden and switching frequency,this article proposed a simplified MPC for dual three-phase permanent magnet synchronous motor(DTPPMSM).The novelty of this method is the decomposition of prediction function and the switching optimization algorithm.Based on the decomposition of prediction function,the current increment vector is obtained,which is employed to select the optimal voltage vector and calculate the duty cycle.Then,the computation burden can be reduced and the current tracking performance can be maintained.Additionally,the switching optimization algorithm was proposed to optimize the voltage vector action sequence,which results in lower switching frequency.Hence,this control strategy can not only reduce the computation burden and switching frequency,but also maintain the steady-state and dynamic performance.The simulation and experimental results are presented to verify the feasibility of the proposed strategy. 展开更多

Parallel converter can significantly increase the capacity of the converter and improve the power quality of AC side, but the circulation which can lead to high switching loss and even damage the devices will easily exist in the direct parallel converters. In this paper, the average model of parallel interleaved inverters system to analyze the circulation current is shown, and the cross current is relevant to DC-bus voltage and the overlap time of zero vectors in the switching period. Based on this observation, a discontinuous space vector modulation without using zero vectors (000) is eliminate and suppress the zero-sequence current to entire system. Finally, the effectiveness of modulation strategy is verified by the simulations in this paper. 展开更多

针对永磁同步电机采用传统矢量控制时不能无静差跟踪交流信号,存在周期性谐波电流扰动及参数鲁棒性差的问题,提出一种新型的比例矢量谐振自抗扰控制(proportion vector resonant-active disturbance rejection control,PVR-LADRC)策略... 针对永磁同步电机采用传统矢量控制时不能无静差跟踪交流信号,存在周期性谐波电流扰动及参数鲁棒性差的问题,提出一种新型的比例矢量谐振自抗扰控制(proportion vector resonant-active disturbance rejection control,PVR-LADRC)策略。实现了已知扰动反馈补偿中dq轴电流完全的解耦,并在线性自抗扰控制器(LADRC)中引入改进的矢量谐振控制器,构成PVR-LADRC策略,改善了LADRC对特定次谐波抑制能力不足的问题。对所提PVR-LADRC的谐波抑制能力及抗扰能力进行了理论分析、仿真对比实验。结果表明,所提方法对相电流中6k±1次谐波抑制效果在90%以上,有效降低了6次及12次转矩脉动,且相较于传统控制方法有更强的参数鲁棒性。 展开更多

针对永磁同步电机采用传统三矢量模型预测电流控制时存在的运算复杂、延时较高等问题,提出一种基于理想电压矢量位置的模型预测电流控制策略。首先,根据矢量合成和扇区划分原理,在线寻优选择第一最优电压矢量,接着通过引入额外电压矢量... 针对永磁同步电机采用传统三矢量模型预测电流控制时存在的运算复杂、延时较高等问题,提出一种基于理想电压矢量位置的模型预测电流控制策略。首先,根据矢量合成和扇区划分原理,在线寻优选择第一最优电压矢量,接着通过引入额外电压矢量,对原基本电压矢量所在扇区进行细分并结合理想电压矢量位置选择第二最优电压矢量,最后由开关切换次数最少原则确定零矢量。其次,为进一步减小计算量,所选电压矢量的作用时间基于直交轴分量误差最小原则算出。此外,为确保系统控制性能在不同工况下均能保持良好,根据电机的运行状态优化设计了价值函数结构。仿真和实验结果表明,所提算法减少了电压矢量的寻优次数和控制器的计算时间,提高了系统的响应速度和跟踪能力,降低了控制延时,减小了电流和转速脉动,具有良好的动态响应和稳态性能。 展开更多

漏磁可控永磁(flux leakage controllable permanent magnet,FLCPM)电机是一种新型磁通可控型永磁电机,具有低速大扭矩和宽调速特性,在多变运行工况电驱动领域具有潜在的广泛应用前景。针对该类电机磁链、电感等参数随电流变化导致控制... 漏磁可控永磁(flux leakage controllable permanent magnet,FLCPM)电机是一种新型磁通可控型永磁电机,具有低速大扭矩和宽调速特性,在多变运行工况电驱动领域具有潜在的广泛应用前景。针对该类电机磁链、电感等参数随电流变化导致控制系统参数失配、效率偏低等问题,该文提出一种变参数最大转矩电流比控制策略。根据FLCPM电机运行原理,建立漏磁变化与运行工况的映射关系,将运行工况分为轻载区、中高负载区以及饱和区,并将参数变化明显的中高负载区分为3个典型工况。在此基础上,提出非线性分段变参数偏导项求解方法,推导变工况下FLCPM电机最大转矩电流比求解方程,实现该类电机最优d/q轴电流分配,提高多变运行工况下电机效率。最后,通过实验验证所提理论和控制策略的有效性。 展开更多

This paper deals with the vector control, including both the direct vector control(DVC) and the indirect vector control(Id VC),of induction motors. It is well known that the estimation of rotor flux plays a fundamental role in the DVC and the estimation of rotor resistance is vital in the slip compensation of the Id VC. In these estimations, the precision is significantly affected by the motor resistances. Therefore, online estimation of motor resistances is indispensable in practice.For a fast estimation of motor resistances, it is necessary to slow down the convergence rate of the current estimate. On the other hand, for a fast estimation of the rotor flux, it is necessary to speed up its convergence rate. It is very difficult to realize such a trade-off in convergence rates in a full order observer.In this paper, we propose to decouple the current observer from the flux observer so as to realize independent convergence rates. Then, the resistance estimation algorithm is applied to both DVC and Id VC. In particular, in the application to Id VC the flux observer needs not be used, which leads to a simpler structure. Meanwhile, independent convergence rates of current observer and flux observer yield an improved performance. A superior performance in the torque and flux responses in both cases is verified by numerous simulations. 展开更多

A great number of semi-analytical models, notably the representation of electromagnetic fields by integral equations are based on the second order vector potential (SOVP) formalism which introduces two scalar potentials in order to obtain analytical expressions of the electromagnetic fields from the two potentials. However, the scalar decomposition is often known for canonical coordinate systems. This paper aims in introducing a specific SOVP formulation dedicated to arbitrary non-orthogonal curvilinear coordinates systems. The electromagnetic field representation which is derived in this paper constitutes the key stone for the development of semi-analytical models for solving some eddy currents moelling problems and electromagnetic radiation problems considering at least two homogeneous media separated by a rough interface. This SOVP formulation is derived from the tensor formalism and Maxwell’s equations written in a non-orthogonal coordinates system adapted to a surface characterized by a 2D arbitrary aperiodic profile. 展开更多

双三相永磁同步电机(DTP-PMSM)多矢量模型预测电流控制(MPCC)可以解决单矢量MPCC存在的电流和转矩谐波问题。但是传统DTP-PMSM多矢量MPCC仍然具有计算负担重、易受非理想因素影响和xy平面电流谐波大的问题。为此,该文提出一种基于xy平... 双三相永磁同步电机(DTP-PMSM)多矢量模型预测电流控制(MPCC)可以解决单矢量MPCC存在的电流和转矩谐波问题。但是传统DTP-PMSM多矢量MPCC仍然具有计算负担重、易受非理想因素影响和xy平面电流谐波大的问题。为此,该文提出一种基于xy平面闭环电流控制的DTP-PMSM改进多矢量MPCC策略。首先采用广义比例积分观测器(GPIO)观测集总扰动并更新预测模型,提高αβ平面电流的控制性能。然后采用αβ平面最外层基本电压矢量合成xy平面的虚拟电压矢量,在不引入额外电压矢量的前提下,实现对xy平面电流的闭环控制,并推导得到脉冲信号的开关序列以及各矢量的作用时间。实验结果表明,所提方法不仅能够减少控制算法的计算时间,提升αβ平面电流的控制性能,还能抑制xy平面谐波电流。同时,该文所提出的xy平面闭环电流控制策略不影响αβ平面MPCC的性能。 展开更多
