Accelerating voltage,electron beam current,welding speed constitutes the main electron beam welding process parameters,while the penetration depth and depth-width ratio are two of the most important characteristic par...Accelerating voltage,electron beam current,welding speed constitutes the main electron beam welding process parameters,while the penetration depth and depth-width ratio are two of the most important characteristic parameters of the weld geometries.However complex interactions exists between the five variables,so the analysis of a single process parameter on one of weld geometries is affected by the other process parameters,and the impact of these interference parameters should be excluded to find the real relationship between the variables where partial correlation analysis provides such a method.Effects of the accelerating voltage,electron beam current,welding speed of electron beam welding process parameters on weld geometries is analyzed by using partial correlation analysis.The priority order of adjustment of process parameters is obtained,namely:in order to obtain a larger depth-width ratio indicators,it should be taken firstly to increase the beam current and accelerating voltage,and then to raise the welding speed;in order to obtain greater penetration depth,it is preferred to increase the beam current,followed by increasing the accelerating voltage,and reducing the welding speed finally.展开更多
[Objectives]To explore the correlation of processing technology,physical parameters and chemical components during plain stir-baking of Trichosanthis Radix.[Methods]Based on mixture uniform experiment design,the Trich...[Objectives]To explore the correlation of processing technology,physical parameters and chemical components during plain stir-baking of Trichosanthis Radix.[Methods]Based on mixture uniform experiment design,the Trichosanthis Radix was prepared by plain stir-bake method.Delphi method was used to evaluate and select the highest-scoring processed product for measuring physical parameters.UV spectrophotometry was used to determine the contents of starch and polysaccharide.The correlation and linear regression model of processing technology,physical parameters and chemical components were established with the aid of SPSS 26.0[Results]After processing by plain stir-bake method,the relative density and chromaticity showed a decreasing trend in the processed products of Trichosanthis Radix,the oxidation value,hydroscopic rate and swelling decreased firstly and then increased,and pH increased firstly and then decreased.The content of total starch decreased,the content of polysaccharide increased,and there was a negative correlation between them.There was a significant positive correlation between temperature and oxidation value,swelling and hydroscopic rate,hydroscopic rate and polysaccharide,and there was a significant negative correlation between relative density and hydroscopic rate or polysaccharide,total starch and hydroscopic rate or swelling.The linear relation model between processing technology and physical parameters and chemical components was r2>0.9.[Conclusions]After processing by plain stir-bake method,the physical parameters of Trichosanthis Radix changed,and there may be mutual conversion between total starch and polysaccharides.To a certain extent,physical parameters can be used to evaluate the quality of processed products of Trichosanthis Radix.This study is expected to provide a reference for research on quality evaluation of processed products of traditional Chinese medicine.展开更多

The development of geological lamination in shale reservoirs influences fracture propagation during hydraulic stimulation,and the fracture generation mechanism as it propagates through the laminated interface is close...The development of geological lamination in shale reservoirs influences fracture propagation during hydraulic stimulation,and the fracture generation mechanism as it propagates through the laminated interface is closely related to fracturing effects.In this paper,the laminated shale was selected to conduct three-point bending experiments using digital image correlation(DIC)and acoustic emission(AE)techniques,which revealed that the propagation path of cross-layer fractures exhibits dislocation features.The cohesive fracture mechanism of cross-layer fractures is investigated from the viewpoint of the fracture process zone(FPZ),which displays the characteristics of intermittence and dislocation during fracture development.A computational criterion for predicting the dislocation of cross-layer fracture at the interface is proposed,which shows that the maximum dislocation range does not exceed 72%of the FPZ length.Considering the mechanical differences between adjacent layers of laminated shale,the cohesive zone model of cross-layer fracture is discussed,from which the constitutive relationship and fracture energy during FPZ development are characterized,and the discontinuous nature of the constitutive relationship is found.This study improves the understanding of the geometry and cohesive fracture mechanism of the cross-layer fracture and provides valuable insights for field fracturing in shale reservoirs.展开更多

He...In mass spectrometry, fragments with a mass higher than the original molecular ion provide valuable insights into the molecular structure and can guide the assembly and disassembly processes for chemical synthesis. Here, we report such an example and following up by modifying the solvothermal reaction conditions (temperature and time) it is possible to isolate the high mass species in crystalline form. [Zn_(4)L_(4)Cl_(4)] (Zn_(4)L_(4), L = N-methylbenzimidazole-2-methanolate) has a boat-like Zn_(4)O_(4) core but electrospray ionization mass spectrometry (ESI-MS) of the solution of its crystals shows higher mass peaks of Zn_(5)L_(5), Zn_(5)L_(6) and Zn_(6)L_(6) species. Thus, both disassembly and reassembly are highly probable processes. Consequently, [Zn(HL)_(2)Cl_(2)] (Zn1, L = N-methylbenzimidazole-2-methanolate), [Zn_(4)L_(6)Cl_(2)] (Zn_(4)L_(6), L = N-methylbenzimidazole-2-methanolate) and [Zn_(6)L_(6)Cl_(4)(CH_(3)O)_(2)] (Zn_(6)L_(6), L = N-methylbenzimidazole-2-methanolate) were prepared. Wave mixing and the intricate optical interactions therein have traditionally been regarded as hallmarks of nonlinear optics.A quintessential example of wave mixing lies in the nonlocal triple correlation between the ...Wave mixing and the intricate optical interactions therein have traditionally been regarded as hallmarks of nonlinear optics.A quintessential example of wave mixing lies in the nonlocal triple correlation between the pump beam and the generated twin photons via spontaneous parametric down-conversion(SPDC).However,the SPDC process typically requires intense laser pumping and suffers from inherently low conversion efficiencies,necessitating single-photon detection.In this work,we establish that analogous triple correlations can be effectively produced using low-power continuous-wave illumination,achieved through a commercially available spatial light modulator(SLM)in a linear optical configuration.Specifically,we show how to spatially manipulate and customize this triple correlation and further investigate the applicability across diverse domains,including pattern recognition,intelligent nonlocal image processing,and sensitivity-enhanced optical metrology.Our findings establish,to our knowledge,a novel framework for classical,linear emulation of quantum and nonlinear optical information processing paradigms rooted in multi-wave mixing.展开更多

From calculation results, the multi-pulse cross-correlation detection could effectively improve signal-to-noise ratio (SNR). The residual error distribution and statistical study showed that the developed model was reasonable and reliable and able to predict the mass fraction of sulfur compounds in naphtha. The correlation model can provide theoretical guidance and operation base for adjusting process parameters to produce EURO IV gasoline by the MIP units. The model was validated by its application on the MIP unit of Qingdao Refining & Chemical Company. On this unit, the tail oil with low sulfur content obtained via hydrotreating gas oil was used as the feedstock and the olefin content of naphtha was reduced by promoting hydrogen transfer reaction through adjustment of process parameters. Thus, EURO IV clean gasoline was manufactured by this MIP unit.展开更多

The principle of this technique is based on impulse responses re...The work presented in this paper aims at investigating the ability of acoustic noise correlation technique for railway infrastructure health monitoring. The principle of this technique is based on impulse responses reconstruction by correlation of random noise propagated in the medium. Since wheel-rail interaction constitutes a source of such noise, correlation technique could be convenient for detection of rail defects using only passive sensors. Experiments have been carried out on a 2 m-long rail sample. Acoustic noise is generated in the sample at several positions. Direct comparison between an active emission-reception response and the estimated noise correlation function has confirmed the validity of the equivalence relation between them. The quality of the reconstruction is shown to be strongly related to the spatial distribution of the noise sources. High sensitivity of the noise-correlation functions to a local defect on the rail is also demonstrated. However, interpretation of the defect signature is more ambiguous than when using classical active responses. Application of a spatiotemporal Fourier transform on data recorded with variable sensor-defect distances has allowed overcoming this ambiguity.展开更多

文摘Wave mixing and the intricate optical interactions therein have traditionally been regarded as hallmarks of nonlinear optics.A quintessential example of wave mixing lies in the nonlocal triple correlation between the pump beam and the generated twin photons via spontaneous parametric down-conversion(SPDC).However,the SPDC process typically requires intense laser pumping and suffers from inherently low conversion efficiencies,necessitating single-photon detection.In this work,we establish that analogous triple correlations can be effectively produced using low-power continuous-wave illumination,achieved through a commercially available spatial light modulator(SLM)in a linear optical configuration.Specifically,we show how to spatially manipulate and customize this triple correlation and further investigate the applicability across diverse domains,including pattern recognition,intelligent nonlocal image processing,and sensitivity-enhanced optical metrology.Our findings establish,to our knowledge,a novel framework for classical,linear emulation of quantum and nonlinear optical information processing paradigms rooted in multi-wave mixing.

文摘In order to calculate the cross-correlation of two color images treated as vector in a holistic manner,a rapid vertical/parallel decomposition algorithm for quaternion is presented.The calculation for decomposition is reduced from 21 times to 4 times real number multiplications with the same results.An algorithm for cross-correlation of color images based on decomposition in time domain is put forward,in which some properties pointed out in this paper can be utilized to reduce the computational complexity.Simulation results show the effectiveness and superiority of the proposed method.

文摘A cross-correlation detection method to process backscatter signals of multi-laser beams measuring (MLBM) is presented, which can be firstly filtered by the digital filter composed of average median filter and finite impulse response (FIR) digital filter. The processing of backscatter signals using single-pulse and three-pulse cross-correlation detection methods is depicted in detail. From calculation results, the multi-pulse cross-correlation detection could effectively improve signal-to-noise ratio (SNR). Finally, both wind velocity and direction are determined by the peak-delay method based on the correlation function which shows high measuring precision and high SNR of the MLBM system with the assistance of the digital cross- correlation detection.

文摘This article considers a risk model as in Yuen et al. (2002). Under this model the two claim number processes are correlated. Claim occurrence of both classes relate to Poisson and Erlang processes. The formulae is derived for the distribution of the surplus immediately before ruin, for the distribution of the surplus immediately after ruin and the joint distribution of the surplus immediately before and after ruin. The asymptotic property of these ruin functions is also investigated.

文摘This paper studies a Sparre Andersen negative risk sums model in which the distribution of "interclaim" time is that of a sum of n independent exponential random variables. Thus, the Erlang(n) model is a special case. On this basis the correlated negative risk sums process with the common Erlang process is considered. Integro-differential equations with boundary conditions for ψ(u) are given. For some special cases a closed-form expression for ψ(u) is derived.
文摘On the basis of the reaction rules and its influencing factors of sulfur compounds in MIP naphtha, a correlation model for describing the correlation between mass fraction of sulfur in MIP naphtha, mass fraction of sulfur in feedstock and volume fraction of olefin in naphtha was developed and the model's parameters were estimated. The residual error distribution and statistical study showed that the developed model was reasonable and reliable and able to predict the mass fraction of sulfur compounds in naphtha. The correlation model can provide theoretical guidance and operation base for adjusting process parameters to produce EURO IV gasoline by the MIP units. The model was validated by its application on the MIP unit of Qingdao Refining & Chemical Company. On this unit, the tail oil with low sulfur content obtained via hydrotreating gas oil was used as the feedstock and the olefin content of naphtha was reduced by promoting hydrogen transfer reaction through adjustment of process parameters. Thus, EURO IV clean gasoline was manufactured by this MIP unit.
文摘In this paper, we propose extraction of signals correlated with noise in which they are buried. Proposed extraction method uses no a-priori information on the buried signal and works independently of the nature of noise, correlated or not with the signal, colored or white, Gaussian or not, and locations of its spectral extent. Extraction of buried correlated signals is achieved without averaging in the time or frequency domain.

文摘In this paper,shock train motion in a Mach number 2.7 duct is studied experimentally,and large numbers of schlieren images are obtained by a high-speed camera.An image processing method based on Maximum Correlation Detection(MCD)is proposed to detect shock train motion from the schlieren images,based on which the key structures,e.g.,separation positions and separation shock angles on the top and bottom walls,can be analysed in detail.The oscillations of the shock train are generated by rhombus and ellipse shafts at various excitation frequencies.According to the analysis of MCD results,the distributions of the frequency components of shock train oscillation generated by the two shafts are distinctly different,in which the motion generated by the ellipse shaft is much smoother;shock train motion is mainly characterized by the oscillation of separation position while the separation shock strength is not so sensitive to downstream disturbance;there is a hysteresis loop relation between the downstream pressure and separation position.

An analysis of the interference rejection for this system is provided. The formula for calculating the probability of error of the system is given. The experimental results agree with the theoretical analysis.
文摘Three-dimensional (3-D) matched filtering has been suggested as a powerful processing technique for detecting weak, moving IR point target immersed in a noisy field. Based on the theory of the 3-D matched filtering and the optimal linear processing, the optimal point target detector is being analyzed in this paper. The performance of the detector is introduced in detail. The results provide a standard reference to evaluate the performance of any other point target detection algorithms.
文摘The work presented in this paper aims at investigating the ability of acoustic noise correlation technique for railway infrastructure health monitoring. The principle of this technique is based on impulse responses reconstruction by correlation of random noise propagated in the medium. Since wheel-rail interaction constitutes a source of such noise, correlation technique could be convenient for detection of rail defects using only passive sensors. Experiments have been carried out on a 2 m-long rail sample. Acoustic noise is generated in the sample at several positions. Direct comparison between an active emission-reception response and the estimated noise correlation function has confirmed the validity of the equivalence relation between them. The quality of the reconstruction is shown to be strongly related to the spatial distribution of the noise sources. High sensitivity of the noise-correlation functions to a local defect on the rail is also demonstrated. However, interpretation of the defect signature is more ambiguous than when using classical active responses. Application of a spatiotemporal Fourier transform on data recorded with variable sensor-defect distances has allowed overcoming this ambiguity.
