This study investigated the application and the application value of intelligent emergency in emergency management in the big data environment.It addresses the neglect of the application value(performance)measurement ...This study investigated the application and the application value of intelligent emergency in emergency management in the big data environment.It addresses the neglect of the application value(performance)measurement of intelligent emergency,further improving the effectiveness of intelligent emergency management.First,approximately 3,900 documents from the intelligent emergency field are analyzed to determine the future research trend in intelligent emergency management.The socio-technical theory concerning technical and social systems is introduced.The emergency management system concepts of“technology enabling”and“enabling value creation”are defined according to bibliometric analysis and socio-technical theory.Second,a research framework that includes technology enabling and enabling value creation for the decision-making paradigm in emergency management according to the big data environment is constructed.A detailed analysis approach from intelligent emergency technology enabling to enabling value creation in emergency management is proposed.Finally,earthquake disasters are taken as examples,and specific analyses of the intelligent emergency enabling and enabling value creation are explored;enabling value creation is discussed based on measurable indicators.The clear concept of emergency management system technology enabling and enabling value creation,as well as the detailed analysis approach from intelligent emergency technology enabling to enabling value creation,provide a theoretical bases for scholars and practitioners to evaluate the value(performance)of intelligent emergency for the first time.展开更多

In the quest for high-efficiency and cost-effective catalysts for the oxygen evolution reaction(OER),a novel biomass-driven strategy is developed to fabricate a unique one-dimensional rod-arrays@two-dimensional interl...In the quest for high-efficiency and cost-effective catalysts for the oxygen evolution reaction(OER),a novel biomass-driven strategy is developed to fabricate a unique one-dimensional rod-arrays@two-dimensional interlaced-sheets(C_(1D@2D))network.A groundbreaking chemical fermentation(CF)pore-generation mechanism,proposed for the first time for creating nanopores within carbon structures,is based on the optimal balance between gasification and solidification.This mechanism not only results in a distinctive C_(1D@2D) multilevel network with nanoscale,intersecting and freely flowing channels but also introduces a novel concept for in situ,extensive and hierarchical pore formation.The unique architecture,combined with the homogeneous dispersion of Ni-Fe nanoparticles,facilitates easy electrolyte penetration and provides abundant active sites for the anchoring and dispersion of reactive molecules or ions.Consequently,the Ni-Fe@C_(1D@2D) porous network demonstrates an exceptional OER electrocatalytic performance,achieving a record-low overpotential of 165 mV at 10 mA cm^(−2)and maintaining long-term stability for over 90 h.Theoretical calculations reveal that the porous structure markedly strengthens the interaction between alloy nanoparticles and the carbon matrix,thereby significantly boosting their electrocatalytic activity and stability.These findings unequivocally validate the CF pore-generation mechanism as a powerful and innovative strategy for designing highly efficient functional nanostructures.展开更多

It is found that nonclassical properties are exhibited more strongly after AC than after CA. In addition we also examine their non-Gaussianity. This study investigates the learning curve of commercial banks regarding the efficiency of credit and value creation.However,current empirical methods for accessing the learning curve in organizations are not suitable...This study investigates the learning curve of commercial banks regarding the efficiency of credit and value creation.However,current empirical methods for accessing the learning curve in organizations are not suitable for use in financial institutions.Considering bank-specific characteristics,we introduce a dynamic learning curve using a cost function adjusted to capture learning-by-doing in banks.Using the model,we test several hypotheses on the impact of bank intermediary experience(learning)on the efficiency of credit and value creation in Japanese commercial banks.The findings show that bank intermediary learning significantly improves the cost efficiency gain in the gross value created,total credit created,and investment.However,bank intermediary experience has no significant effect on the efficiency of the economic value created for all the banks analyzed.These findings have practical implications for evaluating cost dynamics in bank credit and value creation,risk management,lending to the real sector,and shareholder value creation.展开更多

This thesis makes a more complete study on the novel theory of androgynous thought of Virginia Woolf and the female artist Lily Briscoe who is the outstanding representative of the androgyny.
文摘Verbs of creation in English and Chinese demonstrate asymmetries in its projection to double-object construction. But underling the projection process there is a uniform operation mechanism, namely that the configuration is affected by the interaction between the Meaning Assignment Principle （MAP）, the Distance Principle of Iconicity （DPI） and the Lexical Feature Constraints （LFC）, among which MAP and DPI are inviolable due to its cross-linguistic universality. Once LFC is violated, there must be compensation on the part of DPI, otherwise, the verb of creation in question would be unacceptable to double-object construction.

文摘This study investigates the learning curve of commercial banks regarding the efficiency of credit and value creation.However,current empirical methods for accessing the learning curve in organizations are not suitable for use in financial institutions.Considering bank-specific characteristics,we introduce a dynamic learning curve using a cost function adjusted to capture learning-by-doing in banks.Using the model,we test several hypotheses on the impact of bank intermediary experience(learning)on the efficiency of credit and value creation in Japanese commercial banks.The findings show that bank intermediary learning significantly improves the cost efficiency gain in the gross value created,total credit created,and investment.However,bank intermediary experience has no significant effect on the efficiency of the economic value created for all the banks analyzed.These findings have practical implications for evaluating cost dynamics in bank credit and value creation,risk management,lending to the real sector,and shareholder value creation.

文摘With the development of business management model,commercial spaces have required more and more supporting services from the city.However,although commercial pedestrian streets lying on historical blocks have advantages in geological culture,they are not able to organically combine with the city environment,landscape creation on such streets have more and more problems.Taking the Five Horses Street in Wenzhou City for an example,this study through field investigation and document consultation proposes the principles and approaches of creating landscapes in historical commercial pedestrian streets,to provide support for the rational utilization of such streets.
文摘Literary translation is the re-creation of the language art.To translate an English novel into Chinese one,translators need the skill of literature re-creation.Taking Zhang Guruo's translated version Tess of the D'urbervilles as an example,we perceive that translators have subjectivity and they should break the boundary between writing and translating.When a translator translates a piece of works,he must get rid of the constraint of the surface structures of the original works,and reproduces the flavor of the original novel.But the translators should try to show the original scenes in the original English novel to target readers.
