At the same time, they can cope with first-aid situations and assist rescuers in completing resuscitation activities. This paper is based on the study of three colleges in Chongqing. This paper selected students from 3 universities in Chongqing and evaluated the mastery of first aid knowledge of college students, pointing out the value of implementing the “Sports Injury and First Aid” course in colleges and universities. Objective:This study aimed to investigate the learning expectations of undergraduate nursing students regarding the flipped Health Assessment course.Methods:This descriptive,qualitative study was conducted at a medica...Objective:This study aimed to investigate the learning expectations of undergraduate nursing students regarding the flipped Health Assessment course.Methods:This descriptive,qualitative study was conducted at a medical university in Fuzhou,Fujian Province,China.An interview outline was designed based on the core dimensions of Expectation Confirmation Theory(expectation sources,expectation content,and expectation importance).Thirty second-year undergraduate nursing students who had completed first-year basic medical courses and were about to take the flipped Health Assessment course were interviewed between June and July 2022.Interview data were analyzed using qualitative content analysis.Results:Five major themes and thirteen subthemes were identified.Theme 1 was expectation sourcesperceived learning difficulties from past experiences,which included four subthemes:insufficient autonomous learning ability,confusion regarding learning methods,insufficient engagement in learning,and low professional identity.Theme 2 included knowledge and information expectations,which comprised three subthemes:knowledge to improve professional competence,knowledge to enhance academic competitiveness,and knowledge to boost self-efficacy.Theme 3 comprised logical expectations and included two subthemes:flexible teaching methods and efficient instructional tools.Theme 4,pleasure expectations,included two subthemes:vivid teaching styles and diversified teaching evaluations.Theme 5 comprised professional value expectations and included two subthemes:teachers'responsible professional attitudes and gentle emotional support.Conclusion:Students'learning expectations originate from perceived learning difficulties,such as insufficient learning autonomy and engagement,confusion about learning methods,and a lack of professional identity.They showed various learning expectations for the flipped Health Assessment course,including knowledge and information,logic,pleasure,and professional value expectations.展开更多

文摘University courses should have both breadth and depth.However,most courses in universities only focus on the breadth construction,while neglecting the depth construction,resulting in students being unable to apply the knowledge they have learned to conduct research or solve real-world application problems.The students’high-level abilities are insufficient and not well-trained.Therefore,in this paper,we propose a T-structured course design method to ensure both breadth and depth of a course.The proposed T-structured course design method includes four aspects:T-structured course contents,T-structured teaching activities,T-structured examination formats,and T-structured homework difficulty.By applying our proposed T-structured course design strategy to the course Optimization Algorithms and Intelligent Computing,good results are achieved,demonstrating the applicability of our proposed strategy.

文摘A“smart course”denotes a learner-centered curriculum model that deeply integrates advanced technologies,including generative artificial intelligence(AI)and big data analytics,with ongoing optimization and iterative refinement.This paper examines the pathways of smart course development in higher vocational education by using the Study Tour Course Design course as a practical case study.The analysis is conducted from four perspectives:innovation in educational concepts,innovation in teaching models,transformation in learning paradigms,and enhancement in evaluation systems.By developing a threedimensional framework encompassing“knowledge,skills,and problems”,the focus of education shifts from“knowledge imparting”to“competency development”.This approach fosters a transformation in teaching interactions,moving beyond the traditional“teacher and student interaction”to a more integrated trinity collaboration of“teachers,students,and machines”,and promotes the transformation of students’learning from“passive receptive learning”to“autonomous inquiry-based learning”.Simultaneously,it facilitates the transition of evaluation methods from“outcome-based evaluation”to“multi-dimensional evaluation”.

文摘Objective:This study aimed to investigate the learning expectations of undergraduate nursing students regarding the flipped Health Assessment course.Methods:This descriptive,qualitative study was conducted at a medical university in Fuzhou,Fujian Province,China.An interview outline was designed based on the core dimensions of Expectation Confirmation Theory(expectation sources,expectation content,and expectation importance).Thirty second-year undergraduate nursing students who had completed first-year basic medical courses and were about to take the flipped Health Assessment course were interviewed between June and July 2022.Interview data were analyzed using qualitative content analysis.Results:Five major themes and thirteen subthemes were identified.Theme 1 was expectation sourcesperceived learning difficulties from past experiences,which included four subthemes:insufficient autonomous learning ability,confusion regarding learning methods,insufficient engagement in learning,and low professional identity.Theme 2 included knowledge and information expectations,which comprised three subthemes:knowledge to improve professional competence,knowledge to enhance academic competitiveness,and knowledge to boost self-efficacy.Theme 3 comprised logical expectations and included two subthemes:flexible teaching methods and efficient instructional tools.Theme 4,pleasure expectations,included two subthemes:vivid teaching styles and diversified teaching evaluations.Theme 5 comprised professional value expectations and included two subthemes:teachers'responsible professional attitudes and gentle emotional support.Conclusion:Students'learning expectations originate from perceived learning difficulties,such as insufficient learning autonomy and engagement,confusion about learning methods,and a lack of professional identity.They showed various learning expectations for the flipped Health Assessment course,including knowledge and information,logic,pleasure,and professional value expectations.

文摘In the context of the deep integration of digitalization and innovation and entrepreneurship education,this study focuses on the characteristics of schools and courses,investigates students’expectations and needs for ideological and political elements,and deeply explores ideological and political cases such as the Beidahuang spirit,Daqing spirit,model worker spirit,and role models around them.It explores the integration practice of“curriculum ideological and political”in extracurricular tutoring teaching of engineering graphics,aiming to guide students to establish patriotism,love for schools,knowledge of agriculture,and love for agriculture,and effectively enhance the coordinated development of students’graphic skills and ideological and political literacy.Practice has shown that integrating ideological and political resources,incorporating ideological and political elements into curriculum content and practical activities,can effectively enhance the collaborative development of students’graphic skills and ideological and political literacy.At the same time,it provides new ideas and references for expanding ideological and political education to extracurricular tutoring courses.

文摘In the new era,the impact of emerging productive forces has permeated every sector of industry.As the core production factor of these forces,data plays a pivotal role in industrial transformation and social development.Consequently,many domestic universities have introduced majors or courses related to big data.Among these,the Big Data Management and Applications major stands out for its interdisciplinary approach and emphasis on practical skills.However,as an emerging field,it has not yet accumulated a robust foundation in teaching theory and practice.Current instructional practices face issues such as unclear training objectives,inconsistent teaching methods and course content,insufficient integration of practical components,and a shortage of qualified faculty-factors that hinder both the development of the major and the overall quality of education.Taking the statistics course within the Big Data Management and Applications major as an example,this paper examines the challenges faced by statistics education in the context of emerging productive forces and proposes corresponding improvement measures.By introducing innovative teaching concepts and strategies,the teaching system for professional courses is optimized,and authentic classroom scenarios are recreated through illustrative examples.Questionnaire surveys and statistical analyses of data collected before and after the teaching reforms indicate that the curriculum changes effectively enhance instructional outcomes,promote the development of the major,and improve the quality of talent cultivation.
