Studying the coupling coordination development of new energy vehicles(NEVs)and the ecological environment in China is helpful in promoting the development of NEVs in the country and is of great significance in promoti...Studying the coupling coordination development of new energy vehicles(NEVs)and the ecological environment in China is helpful in promoting the development of NEVs in the country and is of great significance in promoting high-quality development of new energy in China.This paper constructs an evaluation index system for the development of NEVs and the ecological environment.It uses game theory combining weighting model,particle swarm optimized projection tracking evaluation model,coupling coordination degree model,and machine learning algorithms to calculate and analyze the level of coupling coordination development of NEVs and the ecological environment in China from 2010 to 2021,and identifies the driving factors.The research results show that:(i)From 2010 to 2021,the development index of NEVs in China has steadily increased from 0.085 to 0.634,while the ecological environment level index significantly rose from 0.170 to 0.884,reflecting the continuous development of China in both NEVs and the ecological environment.(ii)From 2010 to 2012,the two systems—new energy vehicle(NEV)development and the ecological environment—were in a period of imbalance and decline.From 2013 to 2016,they underwent a transition period,and from 2017 to 2021,they entered a period of coordinated development showing a trend of benign and continuous improvement.By 2021,they reached a good level of coordination.(iii)Indicators such as the number of patents granted for NEVs,water consumption per unit of GDP,and energy consumption per unit of GDP are the main driving factors affecting the coupling coordination development of NEVs and the ecological environment in China.展开更多

The skill of robotic hand-eye coordination not only helps robots to deal with real time environment,but also afects the fundamental framework of robotic cognition.A number of approaches have been developed in the lite...The skill of robotic hand-eye coordination not only helps robots to deal with real time environment,but also afects the fundamental framework of robotic cognition.A number of approaches have been developed in the literature for construction of the robotic hand-eye coordination.However,several important features within infant developmental procedure have not been introduced into such approaches.This paper proposes a new method for robotic hand-eye coordination by imitating the developmental progress of human infants.The work employs a brain-like neural network system inspired by infant brain structure to learn hand-eye coordination,and adopts a developmental mechanism from psychology to drive the robot.The entire learning procedure is driven by developmental constraint: The robot starts to act under fully constrained conditions,when the robot learning system becomes stable,a new constraint is assigned to the robot.After that,the robot needs to act with this new condition again.When all the contained conditions have been overcome,the robot is able to obtain hand-eye coordination ability.The work is supported by experimental evaluation,which shows that the new approach is able to drive the robot to learn autonomously,and make the robot also exhibit developmental progress similar to human infants.展开更多

Marine science technology innovation provides power and guarantees for marine eco-civilization construction,which provides direction and material support for marine science technology innovation.Therefore,the coordina...Marine science technology innovation provides power and guarantees for marine eco-civilization construction,which provides direction and material support for marine science technology innovation.Therefore,the coordinated development of the two is of great significance to the marine economy sustainable development in China’s coastal areas.On the basis of clarifying the connotations of marine science technology innovation and marine eco-civilization in China’s coastal areas from 2006 to 2019,the mechanism for their coordinated development was analysed.A comprehensive indicator system based on the connotation of the two was constructed,and the coordinated development relationship was empirically tested using the coupled coordination model and the panel vector autoregressive(PVAR)model.The results show that:1)the level of China’s coastal marine science technology innovation continues to improve,gradually forming the core of the development of marine science technology innovation in the north,east and south of Shandong,Shanghai and Guangdong;the level of marine eco-civilization development fluctuating upward trend,showing obvious spatial differentiation characteristics.2)The degree of coordination of marine science technology innovation and marine eco-civilization is growing over time.There is no causal relationship between marine science technology innovation and marine eco-civilization in the northern marine economic circle,but there is a two-way causal relationship between the two in the eastern and southern marine economic circles.3)Marine eco-civilization shows a significant positive and continuous impact on marine science technology innovation,and marine science technology innovation shows a long-term,continuous,fluctuating,and lagging impact on marine eco-civilization.The overall role of marine eco-civilization on marine science technology innovation is dominant,and there are significant differences in the impact effects of the two major marine economic circles.展开更多

Regional development strategies that align with urban characteristics and the sci-entific allocation of construction land indicators can effectively guide the high-quality coordi-nated development of urban agglomerati...Regional development strategies that align with urban characteristics and the sci-entific allocation of construction land indicators can effectively guide the high-quality coordi-nated development of urban agglomerations.However,the issue of whether urbanization matches the development strategy has always lacked an in-depth response in geography.Moreover,along with the urbanization process,the land limitation for agricultural and eco-logical spaces becomes increasingly strict,and the availability of construction land indicators is increasingly constrained.The construction land allocation is thus critical for the distribution of regional resources and the development goals of urban agglomeration.Based on the prin-ciples of development geography and the core-periphery theory,this study comprehensively considered three subsystems of urbanization(population,economy,and land)and the spatial link intensity among cities within a certain region to analyze the impacts of"siphon"and"ra-diation"effects on regional development,and assessed whether China's two major regional urbanization strategies aligned the comprehensive development characteristics.Furthermore,the quantitative construction land allocation in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei(BTH)and Yangtze River Delta(YRD)urban agglomerations was completed.The results showed that the urban com-prehensive level index(UCL)in core cities(Beijing and Tianjin)and peripheral cities differed significantly in BTH,demonstrating a clear core-periphery structure.Along with urbanization,the"siphon"effect in BTH was weakening.Beijing's urban primacy decreased and the growth rate of UCL decreased from 53.89%in the first five years to 18.37%in the last five years during the study period(2020-2019).In contrast,the"radiation"effect in YRD was more ob-vious,exhibiting a development pattern driven by multiple growth poles.Temporally,the BTH indicated a coordinated development trend,while the integration level of YRD continued to strengthen.Compared to the top-down construction land allocated by the government,the results of quantitative allocation in this study reduced volatility.This study confirms the scientific basis of the coordinated development for BTH and the integrated regional development strategy for YRD from the perspective of development geography.It also provides a practical reference fortheconstructionland allocation.展开更多

Coastal cities hold a special position in the fields of production,living,and ecological research because of their unique wetland resource advantages.However,with global urbanization and rapid economic development,con...Coastal cities hold a special position in the fields of production,living,and ecological research because of their unique wetland resource advantages.However,with global urbanization and rapid economic development,con-flicts among production,living and ecological land are prevalent in coastal cities in the process of maintaining sustainable wetland resources and further developing the social economy.By establishing an SD-PLUS-CCD cou-pling model,this paper analysed the evolution characteristics and driving mechanism of the production-living-ecological space(PLES)and the effects of wetland protection(WLP)on promoting or inhibiting the coordinated development of the PLES in Dongying city during 2005-2060.The results show that(1)from 2005 to 2020,the increase in urban population resulted in a significant transfer of arable land and a reduction of 914 km2 in pro-duction space(PS);(2)from 2020 to 2060,under the WLP scenario,the conversion of wetland ecological space will reduce the PS and living space(LS)by 193.92 km2 and 107.14 km2,respectively,and increase the ecological space(ES)by 327.52 km2;and(3)wetland protection has an inhibitory effect on the coordinated development of PLES in the study area,and the total proportion of noncoordinated areas of PE and living-ecological space will continue to increase during the simulation period.This paper provides a solid theoretical support for the sustain-able management and protection of wetlands in coastal cities and possible PLES conflict patterns and provides a scientific basis for future territorial spatial planning and policy balance analysis.展开更多

So the coordination among these processes is crucial for a country or region's sustainable development. China is experiencing rapid growth of cities and a surge in urban population, with the basic national condition of many people and little land, which calls for a systematic study of the issue of coordinated urbanization from theoretical, methodological and practical perspectives. Based on the concept of urbanization and non-coordination of urbanization, this article built a quantitative method to identify and evaluate the urbanization and non-coordination of urbanization, and made an empirical analysis in China between 2000 and 2008. The results show that the non-coordination overall level of China's urbanization declined during the study period, because population urbanization, economic urbanization, and space urbanization exhibited different trajectories of change. This study also reveals that performance assessment system, household registration system, and urban land expropriation system, etc., are the main affecting factors. At the end, we put forward some suggestions to achieve sustainable development of China's urbanization from the aspects of improving the local government's obiective function, imolementing the urban plalming svstem, enforcing public particination asnects and so on.展开更多

Urban human settlement and economic systems exist in urban ecosystems, which are a structural complexity. Therefore the research is being challenged by some uncertain factors between human settlements and economic systems. However most of the researches were focused on its determinate objective aspects and qualitative analyses while less concern on the quanti- tative evaluation of coordinated development of urban human settlement environment and economy, especially little on its uncertain aspect. At present, the urgent task is to study the coordinated development of urban settlement environment and economy in terms of the effect of uncertainty. This study analyzed the uncertain characteristics, which would be confronted at different stages, such as confirming the index categories, their bound values, and their construction rate, etc. According to the actual urban conditions, many construction principles based on uncertainties are put forward and an indicating system for human settlement and economic evaluation is established. Moreover, the application of fuzzy mathematics presents a new method and a calculation model for the comprehensive assessment of the coordinated development of urban human settlement environment and economy. Suitable spatial morphology of cultivated land is a basic requirement for sustaining agricultural economic development in mountainous areas.Coordinated development efficiency of cultivated land spatial morphology and ...Suitable spatial morphology of cultivated land is a basic requirement for sustaining agricultural economic development in mountainous areas.Coordinated development efficiency of cultivated land spatial morphology and agricultural economy(CECA)is of great practical significance to measure the efficiency of cultivated land use,and thereby promote regional rural revitalization.However,few studies to date have focused on coordinated development efficiency between cultivated land use and agricultural economy in mountainous areas from the perspective of cultivated land spatial morphology.Thus,the present study explores CECA with this focus using the data envelopment analysis method,and analyzes the key influencing factors via a geographical detector model in 16 counties in western Hubei province.The results show the following:(1)CECA exhibits significant spatial heterogeneity that is high in the south of the study area and low in the north;(2)scale efficiency is the primary limiting factor for CECA;(3)the insufficient output of cultivated land use mainly restricts CECA in the south of the study area,while individual county in the north suffered from input redundancy and insufficient output;and(4)population density in the southern region has the most significant effect on CECA,and gross domestic product has the greatest impact in the northern region.The results contribute to the derivation of specific measures by which to promote cultivated land use efficiency and sustainable development of the social economy.展开更多
Based on the carrying capacity of the resources and the environment,this article defines the connotation of the land multifunctional space(LMFS)from three aspects,ecological protection,agricultural production and urba...Based on the carrying capacity of the resources and the environment,this article defines the connotation of the land multifunctional space(LMFS)from three aspects,ecological protection,agricultural production and urban construction,in the new era of land space planning system.Moreover,a framework is constructed for the coordinated development of the multi-functional oriented space to match the use of land space(ULS)with the supply of resources and environment(SRE).Based on this,the technology and methods of comprehensive evaluation,dominance recognition,and matching relationship division functions of the use of land space(FULS)and functions of the supply of resources and environment(FSRE)are discussed.The advantageous functions of the use of land space(AFULS)and advantageous functions of the supply of resources and environment(AFSRE)are also identified in the study area.A LMFS coordinated development system integrating“function position-comprehensive partition-regulation strategy”is proposed.Through the empirical study of Shandong province,we found that,first,the FULS of ecological protection space in the province is mainly found in high value areas,and the FSRE is mainly in low value areas,which has certain complementarity in the space.The FULS of agricultural production space is mainly observed in high value areas,the FSRE is mainly in middle value areas,and the spatial distribution is balanced and staggered.The FULS of the urban construction space and the FSRE are mainly in middle values areas,and the spatial distribution is basically similar.Second,the FULS in the study area is dominated by the single advantage of agricultural production and urban construction,while the FSRE has a relatively balanced distribution of the advantages of ecological protection,single agricultural production and compound advantages of agricultural production and urban construction,and urban construction and ecological protection.The matching between the two is mainly at high and middle levels.Specifically,70%of the province’s land space still has a certain development and utilization potential,and 30%of ULS intensity is close to or exceeds the resource and environment carrying capacity.Third,considering the comprehensive impact of resource endowment,social and economic development and policy and institutional environment on different matching relationships,this paper constructs the land spatial development strategic pattern of“two screens-seven regions-multicore”positioning and“four regions-eight categories”hierarchical area of Shandong at the macro level,and puts forward a differentiated land space development strategy.展开更多

文摘By comprehensively analyzing the current status of education development and the achievements of economic development in China,this paper reveals the synergistic effect between the overall improvement of education levels and economic growth.The paper points out that although the increase in educational investment has provided talent support for economic development,the imbalance in regional education development still exists.Furthermore,the paper explores the two-way promotion mechanism between education and economic development,and proposes a series of strategies,including balanced layout,targeted support,and innovation-driven development,to achieve the coordinated and balanced development of regional education and narrow regional gaps.These strategies aim to optimize the allocation of educational resources,improve the quality of education,and promote the all-round progress of the economy and society.

文摘The skill of robotic hand-eye coordination not only helps robots to deal with real time environment,but also afects the fundamental framework of robotic cognition.A number of approaches have been developed in the literature for construction of the robotic hand-eye coordination.However,several important features within infant developmental procedure have not been introduced into such approaches.This paper proposes a new method for robotic hand-eye coordination by imitating the developmental progress of human infants.The work employs a brain-like neural network system inspired by infant brain structure to learn hand-eye coordination,and adopts a developmental mechanism from psychology to drive the robot.The entire learning procedure is driven by developmental constraint: The robot starts to act under fully constrained conditions,when the robot learning system becomes stable,a new constraint is assigned to the robot.After that,the robot needs to act with this new condition again.When all the contained conditions have been overcome,the robot is able to obtain hand-eye coordination ability.The work is supported by experimental evaluation,which shows that the new approach is able to drive the robot to learn autonomously,and make the robot also exhibit developmental progress similar to human infants.

文摘Marine science technology innovation provides power and guarantees for marine eco-civilization construction,which provides direction and material support for marine science technology innovation.Therefore,the coordinated development of the two is of great significance to the marine economy sustainable development in China’s coastal areas.On the basis of clarifying the connotations of marine science technology innovation and marine eco-civilization in China’s coastal areas from 2006 to 2019,the mechanism for their coordinated development was analysed.A comprehensive indicator system based on the connotation of the two was constructed,and the coordinated development relationship was empirically tested using the coupled coordination model and the panel vector autoregressive(PVAR)model.The results show that:1)the level of China’s coastal marine science technology innovation continues to improve,gradually forming the core of the development of marine science technology innovation in the north,east and south of Shandong,Shanghai and Guangdong;the level of marine eco-civilization development fluctuating upward trend,showing obvious spatial differentiation characteristics.2)The degree of coordination of marine science technology innovation and marine eco-civilization is growing over time.There is no causal relationship between marine science technology innovation and marine eco-civilization in the northern marine economic circle,but there is a two-way causal relationship between the two in the eastern and southern marine economic circles.3)Marine eco-civilization shows a significant positive and continuous impact on marine science technology innovation,and marine science technology innovation shows a long-term,continuous,fluctuating,and lagging impact on marine eco-civilization.The overall role of marine eco-civilization on marine science technology innovation is dominant,and there are significant differences in the impact effects of the two major marine economic circles.

文摘Regional development strategies that align with urban characteristics and the sci-entific allocation of construction land indicators can effectively guide the high-quality coordi-nated development of urban agglomerations.However,the issue of whether urbanization matches the development strategy has always lacked an in-depth response in geography.Moreover,along with the urbanization process,the land limitation for agricultural and eco-logical spaces becomes increasingly strict,and the availability of construction land indicators is increasingly constrained.The construction land allocation is thus critical for the distribution of regional resources and the development goals of urban agglomeration.Based on the prin-ciples of development geography and the core-periphery theory,this study comprehensively considered three subsystems of urbanization(population,economy,and land)and the spatial link intensity among cities within a certain region to analyze the impacts of"siphon"and"ra-diation"effects on regional development,and assessed whether China's two major regional urbanization strategies aligned the comprehensive development characteristics.Furthermore,the quantitative construction land allocation in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei(BTH)and Yangtze River Delta(YRD)urban agglomerations was completed.The results showed that the urban com-prehensive level index(UCL)in core cities(Beijing and Tianjin)and peripheral cities differed significantly in BTH,demonstrating a clear core-periphery structure.Along with urbanization,the"siphon"effect in BTH was weakening.Beijing's urban primacy decreased and the growth rate of UCL decreased from 53.89%in the first five years to 18.37%in the last five years during the study period(2020-2019).In contrast,the"radiation"effect in YRD was more ob-vious,exhibiting a development pattern driven by multiple growth poles.Temporally,the BTH indicated a coordinated development trend,while the integration level of YRD continued to strengthen.Compared to the top-down construction land allocated by the government,the results of quantitative allocation in this study reduced volatility.This study confirms the scientific basis of the coordinated development for BTH and the integrated regional development strategy for YRD from the perspective of development geography.It also provides a practical reference fortheconstructionland allocation.

文摘The developmental coordination disorder(DCD)is characterized by an impaired motor coordination skill for age impacting day-life motor activities and academic achievement of children.DCD has been classified as neurodevelopmental disorder in DSM-5[1].DCD prevalence has been estimated ranging about 5–6%worldwide,but without a recognized causative hypothesis apart from the so-called“dual stream hypothesis”,which suggests a separation in cerebral pathways involved in perception and action,and the known relationship with executive functions(EF)impairments.In 2023,the systematic review by Fogel et al.provided an evidence of weak-to-strong relationships between motor skills and EFs among individuals with DCD[2].Moreover,the low birth weight and/or the preterm birth have been identified as the most relevant causative factors for DCD and probably for other neurological disorders included epilepsy and for neurodevelopmental disorders(NDDs).

文摘Coastal cities hold a special position in the fields of production,living,and ecological research because of their unique wetland resource advantages.However,with global urbanization and rapid economic development,con-flicts among production,living and ecological land are prevalent in coastal cities in the process of maintaining sustainable wetland resources and further developing the social economy.By establishing an SD-PLUS-CCD cou-pling model,this paper analysed the evolution characteristics and driving mechanism of the production-living-ecological space(PLES)and the effects of wetland protection(WLP)on promoting or inhibiting the coordinated development of the PLES in Dongying city during 2005-2060.The results show that(1)from 2005 to 2020,the increase in urban population resulted in a significant transfer of arable land and a reduction of 914 km2 in pro-duction space(PS);(2)from 2020 to 2060,under the WLP scenario,the conversion of wetland ecological space will reduce the PS and living space(LS)by 193.92 km2 and 107.14 km2,respectively,and increase the ecological space(ES)by 327.52 km2;and(3)wetland protection has an inhibitory effect on the coordinated development of PLES in the study area,and the total proportion of noncoordinated areas of PE and living-ecological space will continue to increase during the simulation period.This paper provides a solid theoretical support for the sustain-able management and protection of wetlands in coastal cities and possible PLES conflict patterns and provides a scientific basis for future territorial spatial planning and policy balance analysis.

文摘Urbanization is a comprehensive concept, a trinity process that population urbanization, economic urbanization and space urbanization, is based on the interactions and mutual influences among the in which, people are the central and leading players in this process, while economic activities serve as the driving force and space is the carrier-the physical or material setting as well as the product. So the coordination among these processes is crucial for a country or region's sustainable development. China is experiencing rapid growth of cities and a surge in urban population, with the basic national condition of many people and little land, which calls for a systematic study of the issue of coordinated urbanization from theoretical, methodological and practical perspectives. Based on the concept of urbanization and non-coordination of urbanization, this article built a quantitative method to identify and evaluate the urbanization and non-coordination of urbanization, and made an empirical analysis in China between 2000 and 2008. The results show that the non-coordination overall level of China's urbanization declined during the study period, because population urbanization, economic urbanization, and space urbanization exhibited different trajectories of change. This study also reveals that performance assessment system, household registration system, and urban land expropriation system, etc., are the main affecting factors. At the end, we put forward some suggestions to achieve sustainable development of China's urbanization from the aspects of improving the local government's obiective function, imolementing the urban plalming svstem, enforcing public particination asnects and so on.

文摘The coordinated development of human settlement environment and economy is of vital significance to urban sustainable development and urban ecosystem health. Urban human settlement and economic systems exist in urban ecosystems, which are a structural complexity. Therefore the research is being challenged by some uncertain factors between human settlements and economic systems. However most of the researches were focused on its determinate objective aspects and qualitative analyses while less concern on the quanti- tative evaluation of coordinated development of urban human settlement environment and economy, especially little on its uncertain aspect. At present, the urgent task is to study the coordinated development of urban settlement environment and economy in terms of the effect of uncertainty. This study analyzed the uncertain characteristics, which would be confronted at different stages, such as confirming the index categories, their bound values, and their construction rate, etc. According to the actual urban conditions, many construction principles based on uncertainties are put forward and an indicating system for human settlement and economic evaluation is established. Moreover, the application of fuzzy mathematics presents a new method and a calculation model for the comprehensive assessment of the coordinated development of urban human settlement environment and economy. The application of the method and model in Changsha city of China showed that the assessment results can reflect not only the overall coordination degree of the city, but also the mode of interactive mechanism between urban economic system and human settlement environment.

文摘The sustainability of regional rural development depends on the integrated status and the coordination between rural resources-environment conditions and rural socioeco- nomic development. In this paper a diagnostic indicator system is proposed to appraise four representative rural development models such as Mentougou model, Taicang model, Yueqing model and Qionghai model in the eastern coastal region of China from the integrated perspective of population, resources, environment, and development. In conclusion, the formation and evolution of these diverse rural deveJopment models are the direct response to the very different characteristics in the environment, market demand, and regional culture. These models are common in that their sustainability depends on the scientific guidance of the regional development functional positioning, strong intra-regional interactions, and self-adaptability to the external conditions.

文摘Suitable spatial morphology of cultivated land is a basic requirement for sustaining agricultural economic development in mountainous areas.Coordinated development efficiency of cultivated land spatial morphology and agricultural economy(CECA)is of great practical significance to measure the efficiency of cultivated land use,and thereby promote regional rural revitalization.However,few studies to date have focused on coordinated development efficiency between cultivated land use and agricultural economy in mountainous areas from the perspective of cultivated land spatial morphology.Thus,the present study explores CECA with this focus using the data envelopment analysis method,and analyzes the key influencing factors via a geographical detector model in 16 counties in western Hubei province.The results show the following:(1)CECA exhibits significant spatial heterogeneity that is high in the south of the study area and low in the north;(2)scale efficiency is the primary limiting factor for CECA;(3)the insufficient output of cultivated land use mainly restricts CECA in the south of the study area,while individual county in the north suffered from input redundancy and insufficient output;and(4)population density in the southern region has the most significant effect on CECA,and gross domestic product has the greatest impact in the northern region.The results contribute to the derivation of specific measures by which to promote cultivated land use efficiency and sustainable development of the social economy.

文摘Based on the carrying capacity of the resources and the environment,this article defines the connotation of the land multifunctional space(LMFS)from three aspects,ecological protection,agricultural production and urban construction,in the new era of land space planning system.Moreover,a framework is constructed for the coordinated development of the multi-functional oriented space to match the use of land space(ULS)with the supply of resources and environment(SRE).Based on this,the technology and methods of comprehensive evaluation,dominance recognition,and matching relationship division functions of the use of land space(FULS)and functions of the supply of resources and environment(FSRE)are discussed.The advantageous functions of the use of land space(AFULS)and advantageous functions of the supply of resources and environment(AFSRE)are also identified in the study area.A LMFS coordinated development system integrating“function position-comprehensive partition-regulation strategy”is proposed.Through the empirical study of Shandong province,we found that,first,the FULS of ecological protection space in the province is mainly found in high value areas,and the FSRE is mainly in low value areas,which has certain complementarity in the space.The FULS of agricultural production space is mainly observed in high value areas,the FSRE is mainly in middle value areas,and the spatial distribution is balanced and staggered.The FULS of the urban construction space and the FSRE are mainly in middle values areas,and the spatial distribution is basically similar.Second,the FULS in the study area is dominated by the single advantage of agricultural production and urban construction,while the FSRE has a relatively balanced distribution of the advantages of ecological protection,single agricultural production and compound advantages of agricultural production and urban construction,and urban construction and ecological protection.The matching between the two is mainly at high and middle levels.Specifically,70%of the province’s land space still has a certain development and utilization potential,and 30%of ULS intensity is close to or exceeds the resource and environment carrying capacity.Third,considering the comprehensive impact of resource endowment,social and economic development and policy and institutional environment on different matching relationships,this paper constructs the land spatial development strategic pattern of“two screens-seven regions-multicore”positioning and“four regions-eight categories”hierarchical area of Shandong at the macro level,and puts forward a differentiated land space development strategy.
