In the context of national efforts to promote high-quality development of vocational education and deepen industry-education integration,private vocational undergraduate institutions serve as crucial platforms bridging the cultivation of high-level technical and skilled talents with regional industrial development.The alignment between their distinctive specialty clusters and regional industrial synergy directly impacts talent development quality and regional economic efficiency.This paper analyzes the inherent logic of coordinated development between specialty clusters and regional industries,leveraging the flexible operational mechanisms and direct industry connections of private vocational institutions.It identifies current challenges,including“inaccurate demand alignment,insufficient resource integration,and loose interest coordination,”and proposes four strategic dimensions:establishing collaborative research mechanisms,optimizing cluster layouts,deepening industry-education integration,and improving support systems.These recommendations provide actionable references for advancing high-quality coordinated development between private vocational institutions and regional industries. 展开更多

An Overview of Coordinated Regional Development in China Utilizing CiteSpace Software

The coordinated regional development strategy,recognized as one of China’s seven development strategies,plays a crucial role in reducing regional development disparities,optimizing resource allocation,and facilitating high-quality development.This study analyzes a total of 418 relevant publications from China spanning the years 1998 to 2022.Utilizing CiteSpace software,a visualization analysis of keyword cooccurrence,mutation,and other bibliometric characteristics was conducted.The findings indicate that the number of publications during the specified period exhibited a fluctuating upward trend,with a notable increase observed after 2018.Furthermore,the research demonstrated a weak interdisciplinary crossover and a low intensity of collaboration among authors.The primary thematic areas of focus were identified as follows:connotation,mechanisms,countermeasure and suggestion,and evaluation. 展开更多

Agricultural insurance plays a key role in promoting the coordinated development of green agriculture and farmers’income growth,which is crucial for China’s high-quality agricultural development.Using the coupling coordination degree model,this study empirically demonstrates that the development of agricultural insurance significantly promotes the coordinated development of green agriculture and farmers’income growth once a certain threshold is exceeded.This effect is more pronounced in the major grain-producing regions and the central provinces.Expanding the scale of agricultural production and increasing investment in agricultural technology are the key mechanisms through which agricultural insurance supports the dual goals of green agriculture and income growth in China.In conclusion,this study proposes several policy recommendations,which include increasing investment in agricultural insurance infrastructure,strengthening the policy guidance for agricultural insurance,and designing differentiated agricultural insurance policies. 展开更多

The exploration of the coupling and coordination between urban innovation capability(IC)and industrial transformation(IF)serves as a novel perspective for interpreting the increasingly severe phenomenon of population shrinkage during the industrialization process.This study investigated the evolutionary characteristics of IC and IF in shrinking and growing cities in Northeast China from 2010 to 2020.It uses entropy weighted model,coupling coordination degree,the Dagum Gini coefficient,and geographic detectors to analyze the coordinated development of IC and IF in the context of population shrinkage.The study analyzed the spatiotemporal patterns and driving mechanisms for their coordinated development.The results show that:1)both urban IC and IF exhibited an overall positive trend during the study period.Shrinking cities depend more on IF to address the challenges of population shrinkage,while growing cities mainly rely on innovation-driven development.2)The coupling gap between IC and IF in shrinking and growing cities has widened over time,with the coordination level of shrinking cities steadily decreasing.Cities with serious disorder are concentrated in northern Heilongjiang Province,while most cities in Jilin Province experience moderate disorder.Liaoning Province,however,shows generally good coupling coordination.3)Human capital is the key factor driving coupling coordination in both types of cities.Shrinking cities rely on economic and financial development,with the‘repair-type’logic that emphasizes short-term economic growth and resource compensation.In contrast,the coupling of growing cities relies on basic support capabilities,with the‘optimization-type’logic focused on enhancing endogenous resilience and systemic coordination.Exploring the coordination between urban innovation capabilities and industrial transformation can provide a new perspective for research on population shrinkage,which holds certain theoretical and practical significance for implementing the new round of revitalization strategy in Northeast China. 展开更多

This study aims to promote the optimization and upgrading of the economic structure in rural areas of China by focusing on the coupling coordination mechanism between digital economy–agriculture integration and rural revitalization.By examining panel data from 30 Chinese provinces,autonomous regions,and municipalities between 2011 and 2022,the research constructs a weight-based evaluation system that integrates subjective and objective methods and a coupling coordination model to reveal its dynamic evolution patterns.Key findings indicate that digital economy–agriculture integration and rural revitalization achieve cross-coupling through critical activities.The impact of digital-agriculture integration on advancing rural revitalization lags by 2–3 years.Although the coupling development degree between the two systems continues to improve,it remains at the stage of primary coordination.Regional disparities are significant,showing a gradient pattern of“high degree of coupling development in the east and low degree of coupling development in the west.” 展开更多

Genetic mutations within the m TOR pathway lead to severe neurodevelopmental disorders, collectively known as “mTORopathies”(Crino, 2020). First,statistics on the operational lines and mileage of urban rail transit in China are conducted.The results show that,as of Dec.31,2025,there were 60 cities with urban rail transit in operation nationwide,with a total operational mileage of approximately 12837.8 km(excluding the electronic guideway rubber-tired system,there were 57 cities,with a total operational mileage of 12651.6 km).The metro system dominates,while low-capacity systems exhibit a multi-modal development pattern.Subsequently,the characteristics of China′s urban rail transit industry development are analyzed,indicating that:(1)It should closely align with the theme of urban intensive development,promote quality improvement and efficiency enhancement of existing lines,and focus on the supporting role of initial passenger flow for new line construction,multi-network integration,and economic and financial sustainability.(2)Significant innovative achievements have been made in safety resilience,green and low-carbon development,intelligent construction,and digital transformation.Finally,development recommendations for the"15th Five-Year Plan"period are proposed:promoting cost reduction and efficiency improvement in the rail transit industry,enhancing the operational efficiency of existing networks,continuously exploring railway services for urban commuting,strengthening external exchanges,and driving the"going global"strategy of the urban rail transit industry. 展开更多

Coordinated Source-Network-Storage Inertia Control Strategy Based on Wind Power Transmission via MMC-HVDC System

In wind power transmission via modular multilevel converter based high voltage direct current(MMCHVDC)systems,under traditional control strategies,MMC-HVDCcannot provide inertia support to the receiving-end grid(REG)during disturbances.Moreover,due to the frequency decoupling between the two ends of the MMCHVDC,the sending-end wind farm(SEWF)cannot obtain the frequency variation information of the REG to provide inertia response.Therefore,this paper proposes a novel coordinated source-network-storage inertia control strategy based on wind power transmission via MMC-HVDC system.First,the grid-side MMC station(GS-MMC)maps the frequency variations of the REG to direct current(DC)voltage variations through the frequency mapping control,and uses submodule capacitor energy to provide inertial power.Then,the wind farm-side MMC station(WF-MMC)restores the DC voltage variations to frequency variations through the frequency restoration control and power loss compensation,providing real-time frequency information for the wind farm.Finally,based on real-time frequency information,thewind farmutilizes the rotor kinetic energy and energy storage to provide fast and lasting power support through the wind-storage coordinated inertia control strategy.Meanwhile,when the wind turbines withdraw from the inertia response phase,the energy storage can increase the power output to compensate for the power deficit,preventing secondary frequency drops.Furthermore,this paper uses small-signal analysis to determine the appropriate values for the key parameters of the proposed control strategy.A simulation model of the wind power transmission via MMCHVDC system is built in MATLAB/Simulink environment to validate and evaluate the proposed method.The results show that the proposed coordinated control strategy can effectively improve the system inertia level and avoid the secondary frequency drop under the load sudden increase condition. 展开更多

Cooperative pursuit poses challenges across natural,social,and technical systems,particularly when decentralized,slow-speed pursuers attempt to capture a high-speed evader with limited observation.Most existing contributions place the focus on the greedy pursuit of the evader,overlooking potential collaborations among pursuers.To tackle this issue,a decisionmaking framework of multi-agent coordinated reciprocity formation pursuit(MACRFP)via deep reinforcement learning is introduced.This framework integrates the actor-critic algorithm with the coordinated reciprocity mechanism to enhance the capability of capturing a faster evader.Initially,a local perception model is created by utilizing a cellular network to simulate limitations caused by obstacles.Next,the formation coalition of pursuit is guided by the Cartesian Oval,enabling dispersed pursuers to create a siege against the faster evader.Furthermore,a coordinated reciprocity model based on the coordination graph and the attention-based graph neural networks is developed,addressing the global coordination problem by estimating a reciprocity coefficient to adjust agents'rewards.Numerical simulations demonstrate the emergence of cooperative behaviors in cooperative besiegement,target tracking,and intelligent interception during the pursuit,indicating that the proposed algorithm enhances the feasibility and effectiveness of capturing a fast-escaping target by integrating coordinated reciprocity and coalition formation. 展开更多

Grid-Forming(GFM)converters are prone to fault-induced overcurrent and power angle instability during grid fault-induced voltage sags.To address this,this paper develops a multi-loop coordinated fault ridethrough(FRT)control strategy based on a power outer loop and voltage-current inner loops,aiming to enhance the stability and current-limiting capability of GFM converters during grid fault conditions.During voltage sags,the GFM converter’s voltage source behavior is maintained by dynamically adjusting the reactive power reference to provide voltage support,thereby effectively suppressing the steady-state component of the fault current.To address the active power imbalance induced by voltage sags,a dynamic active power reference correction method based on apparent power is designed to mitigate power angle oscillations and limit transient current.Moreover,an adaptive virtual impedance loop is implemented to enhance dynamic transient current-limiting performance during the fault initiation phase.This approach improves the responsiveness of the inner loop and ensures safe system operation under various fault severities.Under asymmetric fault conditions,a negative-sequence reactive current compensation strategy is incorporated to further suppress negative-sequence voltage and improve voltage symmetry.The proposed control scheme enables coordinated operation of multiple control objectives,including voltage support,current suppression,and power angle stability,across different fault scenarios.Finally,MATLAB/Simulink simulation results validate the effectiveness of the proposed strategy,showcasing its superior performance in current limiting and power angle stability,thereby significantly enhancing the system’s fault ride-through capability. 展开更多

Impact of Green Finance on Agricultural Green Development in Henan Province

Neurodevelopmental processes represent a finely tuned interplay between genetic and environmental factors,shaping the dynamic landscape of the developing brain.A major component of the developing brain that enables this dynamic is the white matter(WM),known to be affected in neurodevelopmental disorders(NDDs)(Rokach et al.,2024).WM formation is mediated by myelination,a multifactorial process driven by neuro-glia interactions dependent on proper neuronal functionality(Simons and Trajkovic,2006).Another key aspect of neurodevelopmental abnormalities involves neuronal dynamics and function,with recent advances significantly enhancing our understanding of both neuronal and glial mitochondrial function(Devine and Kittler,2018;Rojas-Charry et al.,2021).Energy homeostasis in neurons,attributed largely to mitochondrial function,is critical for proper functionality and interactions with oligodendrocytes(OLs),the cells forming myelin in the brain’s WM.We herein discuss the interplay between these processes and speculate on potential dysfunction in NDDs. 展开更多
