During aircraft ground steering,the nose landing gear(NLG)tires of large transport aircraft often experience excessive lateral loads,leading to sideslip.This compromises steering safety and accelerates tire wear.To ad...During aircraft ground steering,the nose landing gear(NLG)tires of large transport aircraft often experience excessive lateral loads,leading to sideslip.This compromises steering safety and accelerates tire wear.To address this issue,the rear landing gear is typically designed to steer in coordination with the nose wheels,reducing sideslip and improving maneuverability.This study examines how structural parameters and weight distribution affect the performance of coordinated steering in landing gear design for large transport aircraft.Using the C-5 transport aircraft as a case study,we develop a multi-wheel ground steering dynamics model,incorporating the main landing gear(MLG)deflection.A ground handling dynamics model is also established to evaluate the benefits of coordinated steering for rear MLG during steering.Additionally,the study analyzes the impact of structural parameters such as stiffness and damping on the steering performance of the C-5.It further investigates the effects of weight distribution,including the center-of-gravity(CG)height,the longitudinal CG position,and the mass asymmetry.Results show that when the C-5 employs coordinated steering for rear MLG,the lateral friction coefficients of the NLG tires decrease by 22%,24%,26%,and 27%.The steering radius is reduced by 29.7%,and the NLG steering moment decreases by 19%,significantly enhancing maneuverability.Therefore,in the design of landing gear for large transport aircraft,coordinated MLG steering,along with optimal structural and CG position parameters,should be primary design objectives.These results provide theoretical guidance for the design of multi-wheel landing gear systems in large transport aircraft.展开更多

This study aims to promote the optimization and upgrading of the economic structure in rural areas of China by focusing on the coupling coordination mechanism between digital economy–agriculture integration and rural...This study aims to promote the optimization and upgrading of the economic structure in rural areas of China by focusing on the coupling coordination mechanism between digital economy–agriculture integration and rural revitalization.By examining panel data from 30 Chinese provinces,autonomous regions,and municipalities between 2011 and 2022,the research constructs a weight-based evaluation system that integrates subjective and objective methods and a coupling coordination model to reveal its dynamic evolution patterns.Key findings indicate that digital economy–agriculture integration and rural revitalization achieve cross-coupling through critical activities.The impact of digital-agriculture integration on advancing rural revitalization lags by 2–3 years.Although the coupling development degree between the two systems continues to improve,it remains at the stage of primary coordination.Regional disparities are significant,showing a gradient pattern of“high degree of coupling development in the east and low degree of coupling development in the west.”展开更多
Urban agglomerations,representing a high-level organizational form of urbanization,play an increasingly vital role in promoting sustainable development.These regions attract substantial population inflows due to their...Urban agglomerations,representing a high-level organizational form of urbanization,play an increasingly vital role in promoting sustainable development.These regions attract substantial population inflows due to their robust economic foundations and advanced public service facilities.To assess this dynamic,an evaluation index system for urban sustainable development goals(SDGs)was constructed based on the United Nations SDGs framework.Using three representative urban agglomerations of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei(BTH),Yangtze River Delta(YRD),and Chengdu-Chongqing(CY)in China as case studies,this research explores the realization of SDGs since the construction of the urban agglomerations and its coupling with population changes by combining multifactorial analysis and the coupling coordination degree model.Results reveal that SDG scores in these cities have increased by an average of 25.33%since 2005.Scores in central cities are significantly higher than the average,and the gap between cities is narrowing.However,there are still trade-offs among some of the goals.Additionally,the process of SDGs realization in core cities with large populations is largely coordinated with population growth.The findings provide a reference for urban agglomerations to adopt cross-regional collaborative governance measures to achieve the SDGs.展开更多
China’s environmental governance strategy provides a distinctive pathway for integrating sustainable development into national policy.Understanding its policy trajectory is essential for assessing China’s contributi...China’s environmental governance strategy provides a distinctive pathway for integrating sustainable development into national policy.Understanding its policy trajectory is essential for assessing China’s contribution to global sustainable development and the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals(SDGs).This study constructs a comprehensive database of 425 national environmental governance policy documents issued between 1978 and 2022 and applies Latent Dirichlet Allocation(LDA)modeling to examine the evolution of policy themes and discourse.The results show that China’s environmental governance has undergone four stages-initial exploration,detailed development,transformative leap,and diverse prosperity-reflecting a progressive shift toward more integrated and coordinated governance.Policy priorities have evolved from a primary focus on pollution control and energy transition to an emphasis on institutional construction and organizational reform,thereby strengthening alignment with the SDGs.This transformation is characterized by recurring developmental themes and increasingly preventive,forward-looking,and system-oriented governance approaches.Moreover,the co-evolution of policy concepts and implementation has driven a transition from localized,end-of-pipe responses to comprehensive governance frameworks,alongside a shift from normative guidance towards effectiveness-oriented policy design.By employing a data-driven text analysis approach,this study offers a systematic framework for tracing long-term policy evolution and assessing its implications for sustainable development.展开更多

Results indicated that (i) the economic development level and resource and environment carrying capacity in the central area of Yunnan Province mainly experienced strong decoupling, weak decoupling, and ex- pansive negative coupling, and in general it was strong decoupling, and it took on re- verse "N" in temporal changes. (ii) Change rate of economic development level in the central area of Yunnan Province was greater than zero, but the amplitude of change was not large, while the change rate of resource and environment carrying capacity was negative in 2007-2008, and it was positive in the rest years; from 2007, it took on gradual expansion trend, and scissors difference gradually increased after experi- encing reverse "V" change. 文摘This study aims to promote the optimization and upgrading of the economic structure in rural areas of China by focusing on the coupling coordination mechanism between digital economy–agriculture integration and rural revitalization.By examining panel data from 30 Chinese provinces,autonomous regions,and municipalities between 2011 and 2022,the research constructs a weight-based evaluation system that integrates subjective and objective methods and a coupling coordination model to reveal its dynamic evolution patterns.Key findings indicate that digital economy–agriculture integration and rural revitalization achieve cross-coupling through critical activities.The impact of digital-agriculture integration on advancing rural revitalization lags by 2–3 years.Although the coupling development degree between the two systems continues to improve,it remains at the stage of primary coordination.Regional disparities are significant,showing a gradient pattern of“high degree of coupling development in the east and low degree of coupling development in the west.”

文摘Urban agglomerations,representing a high-level organizational form of urbanization,play an increasingly vital role in promoting sustainable development.These regions attract substantial population inflows due to their robust economic foundations and advanced public service facilities.To assess this dynamic,an evaluation index system for urban sustainable development goals(SDGs)was constructed based on the United Nations SDGs framework.Using three representative urban agglomerations of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei(BTH),Yangtze River Delta(YRD),and Chengdu-Chongqing(CY)in China as case studies,this research explores the realization of SDGs since the construction of the urban agglomerations and its coupling with population changes by combining multifactorial analysis and the coupling coordination degree model.Results reveal that SDG scores in these cities have increased by an average of 25.33%since 2005.Scores in central cities are significantly higher than the average,and the gap between cities is narrowing.However,there are still trade-offs among some of the goals.Additionally,the process of SDGs realization in core cities with large populations is largely coordinated with population growth.The findings provide a reference for urban agglomerations to adopt cross-regional collaborative governance measures to achieve the SDGs.

文摘China’s environmental governance strategy provides a distinctive pathway for integrating sustainable development into national policy.Understanding its policy trajectory is essential for assessing China’s contribution to global sustainable development and the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals(SDGs).This study constructs a comprehensive database of 425 national environmental governance policy documents issued between 1978 and 2022 and applies Latent Dirichlet Allocation(LDA)modeling to examine the evolution of policy themes and discourse.The results show that China’s environmental governance has undergone four stages-initial exploration,detailed development,transformative leap,and diverse prosperity-reflecting a progressive shift toward more integrated and coordinated governance.Policy priorities have evolved from a primary focus on pollution control and energy transition to an emphasis on institutional construction and organizational reform,thereby strengthening alignment with the SDGs.This transformation is characterized by recurring developmental themes and increasingly preventive,forward-looking,and system-oriented governance approaches.Moreover,the co-evolution of policy concepts and implementation has driven a transition from localized,end-of-pipe responses to comprehensive governance frameworks,alongside a shift from normative guidance towards effectiveness-oriented policy design.By employing a data-driven text analysis approach,this study offers a systematic framework for tracing long-term policy evolution and assessing its implications for sustainable development.
文摘Promulgated by the National Sports Commission to further open up new opportunities for sports request in 1983,“sports power” has been clearly put forward to the end of this century to build China into a"world sports power"as its development goal.At the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC),the proposals to carry out extensive national fitness activities,speed up efforts to build China into a strong sports country,ensure the preparations for the Beijing Winter Olympics and Paralympics are excellent,as well as strengthen cultural and people-to-people exchanges with other countries were once again put forward.From the objective level,as an important strategy of China's social development,"sports power" must be in line with China's social development situation,dynamically adjust the direction of the development of sports cause,truly achieve the development goal of"sports power,"and display the cultural soft power of the Chinese nation.This article focuses on the connotation of"sports power"and the current situation of China's sports development in a detailed analysis in order to study on the coordinated development strategy of sports from the perspective of"sports power.

文摘Based on the decoupiing theory and method, an indicator system was built for the relation between economic development level and resource and environment carrying capacity. And the study was carried out on decoupling degree and temporal changes of economic development level and resource and environment carrying ca- pacity in the central area of Yunnan Province. Results indicated that (i) the economic development level and resource and environment carrying capacity in the central area of Yunnan Province mainly experienced strong decoupling, weak decoupling, and ex- pansive negative coupling, and in general it was strong decoupling, and it took on re- verse "N" in temporal changes. (ii) Change rate of economic development level in the central area of Yunnan Province was greater than zero, but the amplitude of change was not large, while the change rate of resource and environment carrying capacity was negative in 2007-2008, and it was positive in the rest years; from 2007, it took on gradual expansion trend, and scissors difference gradually increased after experi- encing reverse "V" change. (iii) The strong decoupling was the main situation and it reached the peak value in T5 period and T6 pedod.

文摘With the low-carbon coordinated development in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region as the starting point, the necessity and realistic difficulties in achieving the lowcarbon coordination in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region was analyzed, based on which we constructed the systematic analytical framework for low-carbon coordination in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region, and proposed the development path of regional lowcarbon coordinated development from the three levels of government, industry and consumer with the aim to provide specific references for the low-carbon coordinated development in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region.
文摘This article chose natural resource model, social resource model and synthetic model as coordinated development models, and proposed an index of coordination degree to measure the level of coordinated development in regional population-resource economy environment(PREE) system. With this index, the authors also studied a city in Liaoning Province, China,and inquired into its coordination level of the regional PREE system, and pointed out its way to realize coordinated development.

文摘In view of China's rapid urbanization,Nanyuan Dormitory Area of Anhui Agricultural University was studied as a representative of traditional living quarters with harmonious neighborhood relationship to discuss current use and coordinated development of traditional residential districts from the perspective of human settlement.Problems in the dormitory area were analyzed,neighboring environment,regional characteristics,cultures and all relevant elements were fully considered to build a favorable human settlement by following the coordinated development of human settlement and economy.Renovation strategies on the basis of maintaining original favorable human settlement were discussed from the perspectives of space ecology,dwelling environment,facilities and humanistic environment,so as to provide new concepts for the sustainable development of urban traditional residential districts and the construction of favorable human settlement.
