The coordinated regional development strategy,recognized as one of China’s seven development strategies,plays a crucial role in reducing regional development disparities,optimizing resource allocation,and facilitatin...The coordinated regional development strategy,recognized as one of China’s seven development strategies,plays a crucial role in reducing regional development disparities,optimizing resource allocation,and facilitating high-quality development.This study analyzes a total of 418 relevant publications from China spanning the years 1998 to 2022.Utilizing CiteSpace software,a visualization analysis of keyword cooccurrence,mutation,and other bibliometric characteristics was conducted.The findings indicate that the number of publications during the specified period exhibited a fluctuating upward trend,with a notable increase observed after 2018.Furthermore,the research demonstrated a weak interdisciplinary crossover and a low intensity of collaboration among authors.The primary thematic areas of focus were identified as follows:connotation,mechanisms,countermeasure and suggestion,and evaluation.展开更多

During aircraft ground steering,the nose landing gear(NLG)tires of large transport aircraft often experience excessive lateral loads,leading to sideslip.This compromises steering safety and accelerates tire wear.To ad...During aircraft ground steering,the nose landing gear(NLG)tires of large transport aircraft often experience excessive lateral loads,leading to sideslip.This compromises steering safety and accelerates tire wear.To address this issue,the rear landing gear is typically designed to steer in coordination with the nose wheels,reducing sideslip and improving maneuverability.This study examines how structural parameters and weight distribution affect the performance of coordinated steering in landing gear design for large transport aircraft.Using the C-5 transport aircraft as a case study,we develop a multi-wheel ground steering dynamics model,incorporating the main landing gear(MLG)deflection.A ground handling dynamics model is also established to evaluate the benefits of coordinated steering for rear MLG during steering.Additionally,the study analyzes the impact of structural parameters such as stiffness and damping on the steering performance of the C-5.It further investigates the effects of weight distribution,including the center-of-gravity(CG)height,the longitudinal CG position,and the mass asymmetry.Results show that when the C-5 employs coordinated steering for rear MLG,the lateral friction coefficients of the NLG tires decrease by 22%,24%,26%,and 27%.The steering radius is reduced by 29.7%,and the NLG steering moment decreases by 19%,significantly enhancing maneuverability.Therefore,in the design of landing gear for large transport aircraft,coordinated MLG steering,along with optimal structural and CG position parameters,should be primary design objectives.These results provide theoretical guidance for the design of multi-wheel landing gear systems in large transport aircraft.展开更多

In China,the Innovation Demonstration Zone for the National Sustainable Development Agenda is a key initiative for executing the United Nations(UN)2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development.The Zone also plays critical r...In China,the Innovation Demonstration Zone for the National Sustainable Development Agenda is a key initiative for executing the United Nations(UN)2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development.The Zone also plays critical roles in addressing the developmental bottlenecks that China faces and sharing Chinese insights into global sustainable development efforts.On July 15,2022,the State Council endorsed the Zone’s establishment in Zaozhuang City,Shandong Province,where it focuses on innovation-led sustainable development in rural areas.Research into the levels,impediments,interdependencies,and evolutionary trends of rural sustainable development is crucial.Therefore,this research aimed to assist in comprehensively assessing developmental challenges and facilitating the harmonious advancement of social,economic,and environmental aspects in rural areas.In pursuit of the three fundamental dimensions of the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals(SDGs),namely development’s drivers,quality,and equity,this study was grounded in China’s national Rural Revitalization Strategy and the demands of sustainable development strategies.It also aligns with the UN 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development and the associated SDG indicators.Focusing on four key areas,namely production elements,natural elements,social elements,and rural governance,this study developed an evaluation index system for assessing the level of rural sustainable development.It employed a range of analytical models,including the game theory-based combination empowerment method,barrier degree model,coupling degree model,coupling coordination degree model,and gray prediction GM(1,1)model,to analyze the status and evolving trends of rural sustainable development in Zaozhuang City from 2015 to 2022.The key findings were as follows:①Relative to the baseline year 2015,the sustainable development level in Zaozhuang’s rural areas has shifted toward an improved state overall.②The primary barrier to achieving rural sustainable development in Zaozhuang is the city’s rural governance system.③While the components of rural sustainable development in Zaozhuang are in the early stages of both basic and moderate coordination,an overall enhancement has occurred in their integrative coordination.④Between 2023 and 2025,the level of integrative coordination in Zaozhuang is expected to rise steadily.However,reaching a state of advanced coordination will require additional time for development.展开更多

Results indicated that （i） the economic development level and resource and environment carrying capacity in the central area of Yunnan Province mainly experienced strong decoupling, weak decoupling, and ex- pansive negative coupling, and in general it was strong decoupling, and it took on re- verse ＂N＂ in temporal changes. （ii） Change rate of economic development level in the central area of Yunnan Province was greater than zero, but the amplitude of change was not large, while the change rate of resource and environment carrying capacity was negative in 2007-2008, and it was positive in the rest years; from 2007, it took on gradual expansion trend, and scissors difference gradually increased after experi- encing reverse ＂V＂ change. （iii） The strong decoupling was the main situation and it reached the peak value in T5 period and T6 pedod.展开更多

Five factors affecting development of the Jiangsu construction industry...In order to grasp the development path of the Jiangsu construction industry, a multivariable linear regression model for forecasting is proposed. Five factors affecting development of the Jiangsu construction industry are chosen as explanatory variables. They are the construction industry＇s fixed assets K, the gross domestic product （GDP）, real estate added value （REAV）, construction industry export （WS）and investment in construction and installation projects（JA）. The principal component analysis is used to resolve multicollinearity between them. The construction added value （CAV） is chosen as a dependant variable, and the growth model of the Jiangsu construction industry is established. Statistical data from 1990 to 2008 are used to test the prediction accuracy of the model. The predictive results show that from 2009 to 2012, the average annual growth rate of the Jiangsu construction industry added value will be 17. 65% while the GDP growth rate will be 14. 16% . the Jiangsu construction industry will grow faster than the GDP in the near future. The construction output of the GDP continues to rise, and its pillar position will be further strengthened.展开更多

Urban human settlement and economic systems exist in urban ecosystems, which are a structural complexity. Therefore the research is being challenged by some uncertain factors between human settlements and economic systems. However most of the researches were focused on its determinate objective aspects and qualitative analyses while less concern on the quanti- tative evaluation of coordinated development of urban human settlement environment and economy, especially little on its uncertain aspect. At present, the urgent task is to study the coordinated development of urban settlement environment and economy in terms of the effect of uncertainty. This study analyzed the uncertain characteristics, which would be confronted at different stages, such as confirming the index categories, their bound values, and their construction rate, etc. According to the actual urban conditions, many construction principles based on uncertainties are put forward and an indicating system for human settlement and economic evaluation is established. Moreover, the application of fuzzy mathematics presents a new method and a calculation model for the comprehensive assessment of the coordinated development of urban human settlement environment and economy. The application of the method and model in Changsha city of China showed that the assessment results can reflect not only the overall coordination degree of the city, but also the mode of interactive mechanism between urban economic system and human settlement environment.展开更多

文摘Promulgated by the National Sports Commission to further open up new opportunities for sports request in 1983,“sports power” has been clearly put forward to the end of this century to build China into a"world sports power"as its development goal.At the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC),the proposals to carry out extensive national fitness activities,speed up efforts to build China into a strong sports country,ensure the preparations for the Beijing Winter Olympics and Paralympics are excellent,as well as strengthen cultural and people-to-people exchanges with other countries were once again put forward.From the objective level,as an important strategy of China's social development,"sports power" must be in line with China's social development situation,dynamically adjust the direction of the development of sports cause,truly achieve the development goal of"sports power,"and display the cultural soft power of the Chinese nation.This article focuses on the connotation of"sports power"and the current situation of China's sports development in a detailed analysis in order to study on the coordinated development strategy of sports from the perspective of"sports power.

文摘Based on the decoupiing theory and method, an indicator system was built for the relation between economic development level and resource and environment carrying capacity. And the study was carried out on decoupling degree and temporal changes of economic development level and resource and environment carrying ca- pacity in the central area of Yunnan Province. Results indicated that （i） the economic development level and resource and environment carrying capacity in the central area of Yunnan Province mainly experienced strong decoupling, weak decoupling, and ex- pansive negative coupling, and in general it was strong decoupling, and it took on re- verse ＂N＂ in temporal changes. （ii） Change rate of economic development level in the central area of Yunnan Province was greater than zero, but the amplitude of change was not large, while the change rate of resource and environment carrying capacity was negative in 2007-2008, and it was positive in the rest years; from 2007, it took on gradual expansion trend, and scissors difference gradually increased after experi- encing reverse ＂V＂ change. （iii） The strong decoupling was the main situation and it reached the peak value in T5 period and T6 pedod.

文摘With the low-carbon coordinated development in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region as the starting point, the necessity and realistic difficulties in achieving the lowcarbon coordination in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region was analyzed, based on which we constructed the systematic analytical framework for low-carbon coordination in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region, and proposed the development path of regional lowcarbon coordinated development from the three levels of government, industry and consumer with the aim to provide specific references for the low-carbon coordinated development in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region.
文摘This article chose natural resource model, social resource model and synthetic model as coordinated development models, and proposed an index of coordination degree to measure the level of coordinated development in regional population-resource economy environment(PREE) system. With this index, the authors also studied a city in Liaoning Province, China,and inquired into its coordination level of the regional PREE system, and pointed out its way to realize coordinated development.

文摘In view of China's rapid urbanization,Nanyuan Dormitory Area of Anhui Agricultural University was studied as a representative of traditional living quarters with harmonious neighborhood relationship to discuss current use and coordinated development of traditional residential districts from the perspective of human settlement.Problems in the dormitory area were analyzed,neighboring environment,regional characteristics,cultures and all relevant elements were fully considered to build a favorable human settlement by following the coordinated development of human settlement and economy.Renovation strategies on the basis of maintaining original favorable human settlement were discussed from the perspectives of space ecology,dwelling environment,facilities and humanistic environment,so as to provide new concepts for the sustainable development of urban traditional residential districts and the construction of favorable human settlement.
文摘Concept and significance of eco-agricultural tourism was introduced, SWOT Analysis was applied to analyze strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of eco-agricultural tourism development in Zhenjiang. Its strengths were concluded as excellent natural conditions, diversified species, abundant eco-agricultural tourism resources, advantageous location; weaknesses as low development level, serious homogeneity of products, low technical level of peasants, lack of management staff and technician, seriously degraded eco-environment; opportunities as preferential policies, joint development of "Ningbo-Zhenjiang-Yangzhou" Tourist Zone; threats as backward concepts and non-standard management order. Through fully analyzing development strategies of its eco-agricultural tourism, it was stressed that present industrial structure should be adjusted, environment protected; scientific planning, functional division and government supervision enhanced; combined advantages of natural resources integrated to promote the sustainable development of agro-tourism; eco-agricultural resources well planned, new ideas introduced in the design of tourist products.

文摘In order to grasp the development path of the Jiangsu construction industry, a multivariable linear regression model for forecasting is proposed. Five factors affecting development of the Jiangsu construction industry are chosen as explanatory variables. They are the construction industry＇s fixed assets K, the gross domestic product （GDP）, real estate added value （REAV）, construction industry export （WS）and investment in construction and installation projects（JA）. The principal component analysis is used to resolve multicollinearity between them. The construction added value （CAV） is chosen as a dependant variable, and the growth model of the Jiangsu construction industry is established. Statistical data from 1990 to 2008 are used to test the prediction accuracy of the model. The predictive results show that from 2009 to 2012, the average annual growth rate of the Jiangsu construction industry added value will be 17. 65% while the GDP growth rate will be 14. 16% . the Jiangsu construction industry will grow faster than the GDP in the near future. The construction output of the GDP continues to rise, and its pillar position will be further strengthened.

文摘The coordinated development of human settlement environment and economy is of vital significance to urban sustainable development and urban ecosystem health. Urban human settlement and economic systems exist in urban ecosystems, which are a structural complexity. Therefore the research is being challenged by some uncertain factors between human settlements and economic systems. However most of the researches were focused on its determinate objective aspects and qualitative analyses while less concern on the quanti- tative evaluation of coordinated development of urban human settlement environment and economy, especially little on its uncertain aspect. At present, the urgent task is to study the coordinated development of urban settlement environment and economy in terms of the effect of uncertainty. This study analyzed the uncertain characteristics, which would be confronted at different stages, such as confirming the index categories, their bound values, and their construction rate, etc. According to the actual urban conditions, many construction principles based on uncertainties are put forward and an indicating system for human settlement and economic evaluation is established. Moreover, the application of fuzzy mathematics presents a new method and a calculation model for the comprehensive assessment of the coordinated development of urban human settlement environment and economy. The application of the method and model in Changsha city of China showed that the assessment results can reflect not only the overall coordination degree of the city, but also the mode of interactive mechanism between urban economic system and human settlement environment.
