Taking state-controlled section of Xuzhou Peiyan river as an example,the current water quality was monitored,and the cause of over water quality standard was analyzed.The results showed that the pollutants of Peiyan river were mainly from the urban river segment,and the immediate cause of over standard was tributary pollutants in urban river segment with the runoff into rivers.So we should strengthen the maintenance of drainage control and gate-han,accelerate the construction of urban wastewater treatment facilities and supporting pipe network,promote rural decentralized sewage treatment,prevent and control livestock and poultry pollution,pesticides and fertilizers pollution,and intercept non-point source pollution by using eco-technology. 展开更多

Rectangular section control technology (RSCT) was introduced to achieve high-precision profile control during silicon steel rolling. The RSCT principle and method were designed, and the whole RSCT control strategy was developed. Specifically, RSCT included roll contour design, roiling technology optimization, and control strategy development, aiming at both hot strip mills (HSMs) and cold strip mills (CSMs). Firstly, through the high-performance variable crown (HVC) work roll optimization design in the upper-stream stands and the limited shifting technology for schedule-free rolling in the downstream stands of HSMs, a hot strip with a stable crown and limited wedge, :local spot, and single wave was obtained, which was suitable for cold rolling. Secondly, an approximately rectangular section was obtained by edge varying contact (EVC) work roll contour design, edge-drop setting control, and. closed loop control in the upper-stream, stands of CSMs. Moreover, complex-mode flatness control was realized by coordinating multiple shape-control methods in the downstream stands of CSMs. In addition, the RSCT approach was applied in several silicon-steel production plants, where an outsicanding performance and remarkable economic benefits were observed. 展开更多

The effect of mandrel with the structure of ball and socket on the cross section quality of thin-walled tube numerical controlled(NC) bending was studied by numerical simulation method, combined with theoretical (analysis) and experiment. Influencing factors of the mandrel include the count of mandrel heads, the diameter of mandrel and its position. According to the principle of NC tube bending, quality defects possibly produced in thin-walled tube NC bending process were analyzed and two parameters were proposed in order to describe the cross section quality of thin-walled tube NC bending. According to the geometrical dimension of tube and dies, the range of mandrel protrusion was derived. The finite element model of thin-walled tube NC bending was established based on the DYNAFORM platform, and key technological problems were solved. The model was verified by experiment. The effect of the number of mandrel heads, the diameter of mandrel and the protrusion length of mandrel on the cross section quality of thin-walled tube NC bending was revealed and how to choose mandrel parameters was presented. 展开更多

Based on the sheet, scanning electron microscope and high pressure mercury analysis method, this paper takes Jiyuan oilfield-Ma Jia mountain district 4 5 sandstone reservoir as the research object, from the reservoir petrology, pore type and porosity, permeability, the system analyzed the reservoir characteristics and its control factors. The results show that the sandstone in the 4 5 section of Baoziwan-Majiashan area of Jiyuan oilfield is fine in size and high in filling content. The pore types were dominated by intergranular pores and dissolved pores, with a low face rate. The reservoir property is relatively poor, with mean porosity of 11.11% and mean permeability of 1.16 × 10<sup>−</sup><sup>3</sup> µm<sup>2</sup>. In the low porous, low otonic background, the development of relatively high pore hypertonic areas. Compaction and cementation should play a destructive role in reservoir properties, and dissolution should play a positive role in reservoir properties. Compaction adjusts the migration of clay minerals and miscellaneous bases in the original sediment in the study area, greatly reducing the porosity and permeability of the reservoir;the development of the cement cement, carbonate cementation and some quartz secondary compounds reduces the storage space;the dissolution effect, especially the secondary dissolution pores of the reservoir, which obviously improves the properties of the reservoir. 展开更多

The occurrence and development of soil and water loss is analyzed. The conclusion is that: (1) generally, the situation of soil and water loss in the Lancang River Mekong River watershed (in Yunnan section, China) is light, however, soil and water loss in some regions is serious, especially in the middle reach area of the river; (2) soil and water loss in the Lancang River Mekong River (in Yunnan section, China) watershed presents developing tendency and it is mainly caused by human beings. An open-plus-closed-loop (OPCL) control problem for the chaotic motion of a 3D rigid pendulum subjected to a constant gravitationM force is studied. The 3D rigid pendulum is assumed to be consist of a rigid body supported by a fixed and frictionless pivot with three rotational degrees. In order to avoid the singular phenomenon of Euler's angular velocity equation, the quaternion kinematic equation is used to describe the motion of the 3D rigid pendulum. An OPCL controller for chaotic motion of a 3D rigid pendulum at equilibrium position is designed. This OPCL controller contains two parts: the open-loop part to construct an ideal trajectory and the closed-loop part to stabilize the 3D rigid pendulum. Quality assessment of intraoperative frozen sections: An analysis of 261 consecutive cases in a resource limited area: Morocco

Purpose: To evaluate the accuracy and limits of a frozen section analysis in our department in order to develop a quality control. Materials and methods: all frozen sections reported at our department between 1st January 2010 and 31st December 2010, have been retrospectively evaluated. The frozen section results were compared to permanent paraffin section results. Results: Frozen sections and final diagnosis agreed in 95% and disagreed in 5% (13 cases), 6.6% of the cases were deferred (17 cases). The most common pathological processes encountered were presence/typing of neoplasm (85.4%) and assessment of surgical margins (7.3%). Conclusion: The accuracy of frozen sections diagnosis at our department can be interpreted as comparable with the most international quality control series and is valuable to assist surgeons in their decision. 展开更多

“双碳”目标作为我国全面推进美丽中国建设、加快推进人与自然和谐共生的现代化的国家战略,要求生态环境法典提供法治保障。“减污降碳协同增效”是实现“双碳”目标的重点路径之一,要求“双碳”目标体系化融入生态环境法典污染防治编... “双碳”目标作为我国全面推进美丽中国建设、加快推进人与自然和谐共生的现代化的国家战略,要求生态环境法典提供法治保障。“减污降碳协同增效”是实现“双碳”目标的重点路径之一,要求“双碳”目标体系化融入生态环境法典污染防治编。现行污染防治法律规范是编纂生态环境法典污染防治编的基础,但其在保障“双碳”目标中存在治理理念的偏颇、监管体制上的扞格和核心制度上的分殊等现状及不足,与推进“双碳”战略不相适应。《生态环境法典(草案)》已经在多处规定中贯彻了“双碳”目标,但仍需强化体系性规范创新:在治理理念层面,将“协同治理”上升为法典基本原则,建立污染物排放标准与温室气体排放标准的衔接制度,拓展污染防治规划的时空维度;在监管体制层面,推动生态环境部门统一监管权责配置,探索排污权与碳排放权交易平台的制度整合;在核心制度设计上,构建减污降碳协同管理的法律框架,实现污染物排放总量控制与碳排放配额管理的制度协同。 展开更多

针对我国西部某矿区绿色矿山建设过程中巷道出现的锚杆失效、顶板垮落等问题,基于应力释放理论和FLAC3D数值模拟软件建立了全断面锚固力学模型,与理论解进行对比验证了模型的可靠性。分析了巷道开挖后围岩应力释放过程中塑性区、应力场... 针对我国西部某矿区绿色矿山建设过程中巷道出现的锚杆失效、顶板垮落等问题,基于应力释放理论和FLAC3D数值模拟软件建立了全断面锚固力学模型,与理论解进行对比验证了模型的可靠性。分析了巷道开挖后围岩应力释放过程中塑性区、应力场和位移场的演化规律;探讨了锚杆支护时机对围岩位移控制和锚杆轴力的影响,指出锚杆最佳支护时间;基于锚杆最佳支护时间讨论了锚固密度、锚固长度和锚杆预紧力对围岩位移控制的影响。研究结果表明:巷道开挖后,围岩产生过大的塑性变形是导致巷道破坏的主要原因,对巷道进行锚杆支护时主要控制围岩塑性变形;支护时机对锚固-围岩系统有显著影响,过早支护会导致锚杆轴力过大,增加锚杆破断风险;过晚支护则会导致巷道发生较大变形,影响巷道稳定性。巷道最佳支护时间为围岩应力释放率达到0.80~0.85之间。支护参数优化:提高锚杆支护密度、增大锚杆预紧力对围岩控制效果显著,而增加锚杆长度对围岩位移的约束效果并不明显。因此,对巷道进行锚杆支护时应在确定合理的支护时间的情况下选择短锚杆、高密度和高预紧力的支护方案,确保巷道稳定性和安全性。 展开更多

目的观察智能化病人自控镇痛(Ai-PCA)在择期剖宫产产妇术后的临床应用效果。方法回顾性分析2023年1月至2024年3月中山市人民医院收治的200例择期剖宫产术产妇的临床资料,根据术后镇痛方式的不同,将产妇分为观察组110例和对照组90例。两... 目的观察智能化病人自控镇痛(Ai-PCA)在择期剖宫产产妇术后的临床应用效果。方法回顾性分析2023年1月至2024年3月中山市人民医院收治的200例择期剖宫产术产妇的临床资料,根据术后镇痛方式的不同,将产妇分为观察组110例和对照组90例。两组产妇均使用术后静脉镇痛,对照组产妇使用传统PCA进行术后镇痛,观察组产妇使用Ai-PCA进行术后镇痛。术后1 h、2 h、4 h、8 h,到床旁对产妇行镇痛访视,记录两组产妇静息疼痛评分、活动疼痛评分及镇静评分,观察术后恢复情况(肛门排气、肠鸣音恢复和下地时间)和不良反应(呼吸抑制、恶心呕吐及瘙痒)发生情况。结果观察组产妇术后1 h、2 h、4 h、8 h的静息疼痛评分分别为(2.24±0.81)分、(2.01±0.65)分、(1.64±0.52)分、(1.05±0.38)分,明显低于对照组的(2.45±0.79)分、(2.37±0.72)分、(1.97±0.53)分、(1.42±0.35)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组产妇术后1 h、2 h、4 h、8 h的活动疼痛评分分别为(3.15±0.83)分、(3.22±0.84)分、(2.24±0.72)分、(1.41±0.53)分,明显低于对照组的(3.64±1.12)分、(3.71±1.23)分、(3.16±0.93)分、(2.24±0.56)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);而两组产妇术后1 h、2 h、4 h、8 h的镇静评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组产妇的肛门排气、肠鸣音恢复及下地时间明显短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组产妇术后的不良反应总发生率为5.45%,明显低于对照组的16.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论Ai-PCA在择期剖宫产术后的应用效果良好,能够显著减轻产妇静息、活动疼痛,同时减少不良反应的发生,具有临床应用价值。 展开更多

目的探讨平衡镇痛用于剖宫产手术的术后镇痛优势以及获得标准化类似临床路径的优良镇痛方案,以便更好地服务临床工作。方法选择在椎管内麻醉下行剖宫产手术的90例患者,根据术后镇痛治疗方式不同分为A组(静脉自控镇痛)、B组(连续硬膜外镇... 目的探讨平衡镇痛用于剖宫产手术的术后镇痛优势以及获得标准化类似临床路径的优良镇痛方案,以便更好地服务临床工作。方法选择在椎管内麻醉下行剖宫产手术的90例患者,根据术后镇痛治疗方式不同分为A组(静脉自控镇痛)、B组(连续硬膜外镇痛)、C组(吗啡单次硬膜外镇痛联合静脉自控镇痛),每组30例。记录并比较三组的手术相关指标、疼痛情况、硬膜外麻醉效果消失时间、舒适度以及不良反应。结果三组的手术时长以及出血量无显著差异(P>0.05)。C组术后6、12、24 h的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分低于A组和B组(P<0.05);B组术后6、12、24 h的VAS评分低于A组(P<0.05)。三组的硬膜外麻醉效果消失时间无显著差异(P=0.256)。C组术后6、12、24 h的舒适度评分(BCS)评分高于A组和B组(P<0.05);B组术后6、12 h的BCS评分高于A组(P<0.05);A组和B组术后24 h的BCS评分无显著差异(P>0.05)。C组发生不良反应的例数少于A组和B组,B组发生不良反应的例数少于A组;三组的不良反应总发生率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论剖宫产术后行吗啡单次硬膜外镇痛联合静脉自控镇痛的效果确切,且不良反应发生率低,患者舒适度高。 展开更多

Engineering practices have shown that channel straightening has been the river regulation measure for the permanent control of the meandering Lower Jingjiang section. River cutoff have been carried out in accordance with the evolution property of meandering rivers and these works have brought about expected benefits. It has also been noted that certain aspects in river cutoff had not been fully understood. River cutoff is a dynamic engineering. River channel evolution properties shall be fully understood so as to adroitly guide actions according to circumstances in cutoff works. In addition, river channel evolution observation and engineering effectiveness monitoring should be strengthened with a view to update the designs. The diversion canals for channel shortening are of great importance that will account for the success or failure of river cutoff works. The newly formed river channels and the river regime control works on the adjacent upper and lower reaches are guarantees for river cutoff works to be brought into play in the long run. 展开更多

Objective: To evaluate the effect of chewing sugar-free gum on gastrointestinal function recovery after cesarean section. Methods: Randomized controlled trials comparing the use of chewing gum in postoperative recovery with a control group were retrieved from the databases including Pubmed, Cochrane Library, Science Direct, Web of Science, CBM, CNKI, Wanfang and VIP, et al. After screening literatures, evaluating the quality of studies, extracting data, the RevMan5.3 software was used for data analysis. Results: A total of 13 RCTs including 2233 patients were analyzed in the study. The results showed that chewing gum after cesarean delivery can effectively shorten the recovery time of bowel sounds, passage of flatus and first defecation (all P Conclusion: Chewing sugar-free gum after cesarean section can promote the early recovery of gastrointestinal function, but the side effects of chewing gum are still unclear, which needs more clinical, large sample and high-quality studies to further verify. 展开更多

以某4跨连续刚构桥为例,研究当桥墩高差较大时连续刚构桥的受力特性。研究发现,4跨连续刚构桥的受力主要集中在两个边墩上。温度荷载对桥梁影响较大,温升与温降对桥梁的作用完全相反,系统降温对桥梁的影响可通过系统升温反映。桥梁在温... 以某4跨连续刚构桥为例,研究当桥墩高差较大时连续刚构桥的受力特性。研究发现,4跨连续刚构桥的受力主要集中在两个边墩上。温度荷载对桥梁影响较大,温升与温降对桥梁的作用完全相反,系统降温对桥梁的影响可通过系统升温反映。桥梁在温度变化和荷载作用下会向较高一侧产生较大位移,导致较高一侧桥墩承受较大弯矩、剪力和自身重力。中间主高墩对桥梁的纵向变形适应性较好,但会导致较大的横向位移,影响行车舒适性。高墩使用变截面可以改善桥梁弯矩差、减小高墩应力、提高桥墩刚度,有利于桥梁的线形控制和长期运营。研究结果可对类似桥梁的设计和计算提供参考。 展开更多

目的 探讨不同剂量纳布啡联合瑞芬太尼自控镇痛在剖宫产术后的应用。方法 选择行剖宫产的产妇78例,根据纳布啡剂量均分为低剂量组(1.2 mg/kg)、中剂量组(2.2 mg/kg)和高剂量组(3.2 mg/kg)。各组术后通过自控镇痛分别给予相应剂量纳布啡... 目的 探讨不同剂量纳布啡联合瑞芬太尼自控镇痛在剖宫产术后的应用。方法 选择行剖宫产的产妇78例,根据纳布啡剂量均分为低剂量组(1.2 mg/kg)、中剂量组(2.2 mg/kg)和高剂量组(3.2 mg/kg)。各组术后通过自控镇痛分别给予相应剂量纳布啡联合0.3μg/kg瑞芬太尼。观察各组给药1 h和给药12 h后镇痛效果[视觉模拟评分(VAS)]和镇静效果(Ramsay评分)。比较各组术前、给药1 h和给药6 h时心率(HR)、平均动脉压(MAP)以及术前和给药1 h后血清泌乳素(PRL)、血浆皮质醇(Cor)水平。统计各组治疗过程中不良反应的发生情况。结果 给药12 h后,高剂量组、中剂量组和低剂量组VAS评分依次升高(P<0.05),Ramsay评分依次降低(P<0.05)。给药1 h后各组血清PRL均高于术前,中剂量组高于低剂量组和高剂量组(P<0.05);而各组血浆Cor均低于术前,中剂量组低于低剂量组和高剂量组(P<0.05)。低剂量组、高剂量组HR、MAP水平随着时间递增而升高(P<0.05);给药6 h后,中剂量组HR、MAP水平低于低剂量组和高剂量组(P<0.05),低剂量组低于高剂量组(P<0.05)。高剂量组不良反应发生率高于低剂量组和中剂量组(P<0.05)。结论 2.2 mg/kg纳布啡联合瑞芬太尼在剖宫产术后镇静镇痛效果最好,能够维持血流动力学稳定,抑制应激反应,并降低不良反应发生率,是一种安全有效的剖宫产术后镇痛方案。 展开更多

目的:观察剖宫产术后艾司氯胺酮复合布托啡诺静脉自控(PCIA)镇痛效果及对血流动力学和抑郁相关激素的影响。方法:选取2022年1月-2024年1月于本院择期行剖宫产孕产妇120例,随机数字表法随机分为两组各60例,术毕单药组PCIA配方应用布托啡... 目的:观察剖宫产术后艾司氯胺酮复合布托啡诺静脉自控(PCIA)镇痛效果及对血流动力学和抑郁相关激素的影响。方法:选取2022年1月-2024年1月于本院择期行剖宫产孕产妇120例,随机数字表法随机分为两组各60例,术毕单药组PCIA配方应用布托啡诺,联合组PCIA配方应用艾司氯胺酮、布托啡诺。两组于术后2、4、8、12、24、48h采用视觉模拟评分(VAS)评估静息时及活动时疼痛情况,术后2、24、48h静息时血流动力学指标心率(HR)、平均动脉压(MAP),观察术前及术后48h产妇去甲肾上腺素(NE)、脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)水平及血清泌乳素(PRL)、雌二醇(E_(2))、孕酮(P)水平,观察术后48h内产妇不良反应发生情况。结果:联合组术后2、4、8、12、24、48h时静息及活动时VAS评分均低于单药组,术后2、24、48h HR、MAP均低于单药组;术后48h两组NE水平均上升,BDNF、PRL、E_(2)、P水平均下降,但联合组NE(155.26±41.02 ng/ml)、BDNF(19.58±2.25 ng/ml)变化幅度小于单药组(185.67±45.21 ng/ml、17.56±3.24 ng/ml)(均P<0.05)。两组PRL、E_(2)、P水平无差异,不良反应发生率(15.0%、20.0%)无差异(P<0.05)。结论:艾司氯胺酮复合布托啡诺用于剖宫产术后PCIA镇痛效果确切,能够维持血流动力学稳定,改善抑郁情绪,对性激素无影响,安全性较好。 展开更多

目的观察和比较奥赛利定与舒芬太尼静脉自控镇痛联合腹横肌平面阻滞(TAPB)对肥胖产妇剖宫产术后恢复的影响。方法选择2024年3—12月择期行剖宫产产妇120例,年龄22~34岁,BMI 30.0~35.0 kg/m^(2),ASAⅠ—Ⅲ级。采用随机数字表法将产妇分... 目的观察和比较奥赛利定与舒芬太尼静脉自控镇痛联合腹横肌平面阻滞(TAPB)对肥胖产妇剖宫产术后恢复的影响。方法选择2024年3—12月择期行剖宫产产妇120例,年龄22~34岁,BMI 30.0~35.0 kg/m^(2),ASAⅠ—Ⅲ级。采用随机数字表法将产妇分为两组:奥赛利定组(O组)和舒芬太尼组(S组),每组60例。胎儿娩出后,O组静脉注射奥赛利定1 mg;S组静脉注射舒芬太尼5μg。手术结束即刻连接静脉镇痛泵,O组给予奥赛利定0.3 mg/kg,S组给予舒芬太尼2μg/kg,均复合托烷司琼10 mg并用生理盐水稀释至100 ml。手术结束即刻,两组实施相同方案超声引导下TAPB,每侧给予0.375%罗哌卡因20 ml。于术前2 h、术后1、2 d行15项恢复质量(QoR-15)评估。记录术后首次肛门排气时间和术后首次下床活动时间。记录术后2、4、8、12、24、48 h静息和宫缩时VAS疼痛评分、术后48 h内镇痛泵有效按压次数和补救镇痛情况。于术前2 h和术后24、48 h检测血清白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、C反应蛋白(CRP)浓度。采用Likert计分法评估术后舒适度。记录术后48 h内呼吸抑制、恶心呕吐、头晕、腹胀等不良反应的发生情况。结果与S组比较,O组术后1 d QoR-15评分、术后舒适度评分明显升高,术后首次肛门排气时间明显缩短,术后2、4、8、12、24 h静息和宫缩时VAS疼痛评分、补救镇痛率、术后24 h血清IL-6、CRP浓度、术后48 h内呼吸抑制和恶心呕吐发生率明显降低,术后48 h内镇痛泵有效按压次数明显减少(P<0.05)。两组术后2 d QoR-15评分、术后首次下床活动时间、术后48 h静息和宫缩时VAS疼痛评分、术后48 h血清IL-6、CRP浓度差异无统计学意义。结论奥赛利定静脉自控镇痛联合TAPB应用于肥胖产妇剖宫产术后镇痛安全有效,与舒芬太尼比较,可明显提高产妇术后早期舒适度,且不增加呼吸抑制、恶心呕吐发生率。 展开更多
