A self-developed elasto-plastic finite element program was used to analyze the construction sequence of high rock slope's stabilization in a coal-coking plant, and the result was compared with that employing the ultimate equilibrium method. Based on the results of finite element analysis, the stress contour graphs and displacement vector graphs at different construction steps were obtained, and the behavior of the slope during stabilization construction process was analyzed quantitatively. Based on the analysis of safety factors of three different schemes of stabilization and two different construction schemes, the assessment of stability and bracing design of the construction process were performed. The results show that the original reinforcement design is improper; the stability of the rock slope is controlled by a developed structural plane, the stability factor after excavation is less than 1, and the free surface should be braced in time; for stability, the construction sequence should adopt that bracing follows excavation step by step up to down; the local slide occurred during the construction process agrees with the dangerous slide determined by the numerical analysis, which proves the validity and rationality of the adopted method. 展开更多

Quality traceability plays an essential role in assembling and welding offshore platform blocks.The improvement of the welding quality traceability system is conducive to improving the durability of the offshore platform and the process level of the offshore industry.Currently,qualitymanagement remains in the era of primary information,and there is a lack of effective tracking and recording of welding quality data.When welding defects are encountered,it is difficult to rapidly and accurately determine the root cause of the problem from various complexities and scattered quality data.In this paper,a composite welding quality traceability model for offshore platform block construction process is proposed,it contains the quality early-warning method based on long short-term memory and quality data backtracking query optimization algorithm.By fulfilling the training of the early-warning model and the implementation of the query optimization algorithm,the quality traceability model has the ability to assist enterprises in realizing the rapid identification and positioning of quality problems.Furthermore,the model and the quality traceability algorithm are checked by cases in actual working conditions.Verification analyses suggest that the proposed early-warningmodel for welding quality and the algorithmfor optimizing backtracking requests are effective and can be applied to the actual construction process. 展开更多

[Objective] The research aimed to study winter operation process of the surface flow constructed wetland in "rianjin area. [Method] In view of climate characteristics in Tianjin, by the way of running under the ice, winter operation experiment of the surface flow constructed wetland in Tianjin was conducted, with the expectation to get some useful process parameters to run such systems in North China in winter. [ Result] Although purification effect of the sewage by surface flow constructed wetland in winter was worse than that in other seasons ( average reduction of about 20%), surface flow constructed wetland running under the ice was feasible in Tianjin area. When surface flow constructed wetland in North China ran under ice in winter, it was suggested that the outlet must be located in a low position to prevent to be completely frozen, and running water depth should not be less than 50 -60 cm. The hydraulic load could be raised on the basis of reflux, and hydraulic retention time should maintain less than 4 d to keep water-soil interface not freezing. Inlet water depth should be increased as much as possible to improve temperature in the system. V Conclusion1 The research could provide reference for promotion and application of the surface flow constructed wetland in North China. 展开更多

针对当前低碳园区评价指标体系覆盖面缺失的问题,在国内外相关研究的基础上,通过梳理标准等文件资料,从规划、产业、能源、交通、建筑、市政和管理7个领域出发,通过词频分析法提取高频指标,利用德尔菲法进行多轮专家咨询优化指标体系结... 针对当前低碳园区评价指标体系覆盖面缺失的问题,在国内外相关研究的基础上,通过梳理标准等文件资料,从规划、产业、能源、交通、建筑、市政和管理7个领域出发,通过词频分析法提取高频指标,利用德尔菲法进行多轮专家咨询优化指标体系结构,最终形成了一套由7个一级指标、15个二级指标和33个三级指标组成的低碳园区评价指标体系。随后利用层次分析法为各指标赋权,结果表明:能源领域权重最高(0.32),其核心指标“可再生能源使用比例”位列第一;规划领域次之(0.23),以“容积率”和“绿化覆盖率”为核心。研究结果兼顾科学性和权威性,弥补了低碳园区评价指标体系所涵盖领域的不足与空白,可为我国低碳园区评价指标提供理论量化依据。 展开更多

A newnumerical method based on vector form intrinsic finite element(VFIFE) is proposed to simulate the integral lifting process of steel structures. First, in order to verify the validity of the VFIFE method, taking the steel gallery between the integrated building and the attached building of Nanjing M obile Communication Buildings for example, the static analysis was carried out and the corresponding results were compared with the results achieved by the traditional finite element method. Then, according to the characteristics of dynamic construction of steel structure integral lifting, the tension cable element was employed to simulate the behavior of dynamic construction. The VFIFE method avoids the iterative solution of the stiffness matrix and the singularity problems. Therefore, it is simple to simulate the complete process of steel structure lifting construction.Finally, by using the VFIFE, the displacement and internal force time history curves of the steel structures under different lifting speeds are obtained. The results show that the lifting speed has influence on the lifting force, the internal force, and the displacement of the structure. In the case of normal lifting speed, the dynamic magnification factor of 1. 5 is safe and reasonable for practical application. 展开更多

为研究大跨度钢-混混合梁斜拉桥施工过程中的动力特性,以六律邕江特大桥为背景,利用MIDAS/Civil软件建立施工阶段的有限元模型,运用子空间迭代法分析桥梁施工过程中动力特性的变化规律,研究斜拉索安装前后和约束条件变化对结构动力特性... 为研究大跨度钢-混混合梁斜拉桥施工过程中的动力特性,以六律邕江特大桥为背景,利用MIDAS/Civil软件建立施工阶段的有限元模型,运用子空间迭代法分析桥梁施工过程中动力特性的变化规律,研究斜拉索安装前后和约束条件变化对结构动力特性的影响,并将有限元计算值与现场实测值进行对比。结果表明:随着悬臂的伸长,结构的自振频率逐渐降低;斜拉索安装后对主梁竖向振型基频影响较大,对主梁横向振型基频影响较小,但随着悬臂的伸长,拉索提供的附加刚度逐渐减弱;辅助墩和边墩对主梁的竖向和横向振动具有一定的抑制作用,体系转化后主梁的竖向刚度急剧下降;实测值与计算值的误差小于10%,最大双悬臂和最大单悬臂状态下结构的安全性相对于成桥状态较低,施工组织方案应考虑该阶段,加快辅助墩支座的安装和中跨合龙段的施工。 展开更多
