Positron sources are one of the most important components of the injector of a circular electron positron collector(CEPC).The CEPC is designed as an e^(+)e^(−)collider for a Higgs factory.Its accelerator system is composed of 100-km-long storage rings and an injector.The design goal of the positron source is to obtain positron beams with a bunch charge of 3 nC.The flux concentrator(FC)is one of the cores of the positron source.This paper reports the design,development,and measurements of an FC prototype system.The prototype includes an FC and an all-solid-state high-current pulse modulator.Preliminary tests show that the peak current on the FC can reach 15.5 kA,and the peak magnetic field can reach 6.2 T.The test results are consistent with the theoretical simulation.The FC system fulfills the requirements of the CEPC positron source as well as provides a reference for the development of similar devices both domestically and abroad. 展开更多

The pulse-width-modulated(PWM)current-source converters(CSCs)fed electric machine systems can be considered as a type of high reliability energy conversion systems,since they work with the long-life DC-link inductor and offer high fault-tolerant capability for short-circuit faults.Besides,they provide motor friendly waveforms and four-quadrant operation ability.Therefore,they are suitable for high-power applications of fans,pumps,compressors and wind power generation.The purpose of this paper is to comprehensively review recent developments of key technologies on modulation and control of high-power(HP)PWM-CSC fed electric machines systems,including reduction of low-order current harmonics,suppression of inductor–capacitor(LC)resonance,mitigation of common-mode voltage(CMV)and control of modular PWM-CSC fed systems.In particular,recent work on the overlapping effects during commutation,LC resonance suppression under fault-tolerant operation and collaboration of modular PMW-CSCs are described.Both theoretical analysis and some results in simulations and experiments are presented.Finally,a brief discussion regarding the future trend of the HP CSC fed electric machines systems is presented. 展开更多

Automatic modulation recognition(AMR)of radiation source signals is a research focus in the field of cognitive radio.However,the AMR of radiation source signals at low SNRs still faces a great challenge.Therefore,the AMR method of radiation source signals based on two-dimensional data matrix and improved residual neural network is proposed in this paper.First,the time series of the radiation source signals are reconstructed into two-dimensional data matrix,which greatly simplifies the signal preprocessing process.Second,the depthwise convolution and large-size convolutional kernels based residual neural network(DLRNet)is proposed to improve the feature extraction capability of the AMR model.Finally,the model performs feature extraction and classification on the two-dimensional data matrix to obtain the recognition vector that represents the signal modulation type.Theoretical analysis and simulation results show that the AMR method based on two-dimensional data matrix and improved residual network can significantly improve the accuracy of the AMR method.The recognition accuracy of the proposed method maintains a high level greater than 90% even at -14 dB SNR. 展开更多

Different method are proposed to decrease the Total Harmonic Distortion (THD) and caused to be sinusoidal the output voltage of inverters. One of these methods is using multilevel structure. In this structure many important parameters which are effective on voltage source inverter operation that among them we can mention to modulation index (MI). Variation of modulation index can change the THD. One of the harmonic reduction methods is using multilevel structure. In this paper, a sample 5-level SHE-PWM voltage source inverter is presented and all equation and choosing switching angles for elimination desired harmonics from different order. To investigate the effective parameters on the inverter operation, a typical 5-level inverter is simulated in PSPICE software. The simulation has been done for different values of modulation and its effect on the inverter operation is evaluated. 展开更多

This topology can achieve cascaded full bridge inverter operation with dissimilar (unequal) DC Source and it is fired by using variable frequency pulse with modulation technique as a switching strategy. This pulse width modulation switching strategy has a newly adopted multicarrier single reference technique. The performance parameter factors like Form Factor (FF), Crest Factor (CF), Total Harmonic Distortion (THD) and fundamental RMS output voltage (V<sub>RMS</sub>) are estimated by using proposed asymmetrical three-phase cascading multilevel inverter for several modulation indices (0.8 - 1). The research study carries with MATLAB/SIMULINK based simulation and experimental results obtained using appropriate prototype (test board) to prove the viability of the proposed concept. 展开更多

In order to more easily highlight the influence of cooled ambient air through an air-ground heat exchanger on the process of diffusion and mixing of heat around an electronic component and a photovoltaic solar module, we undertook to study the thermal field beforehand. The turbulent model has applied a realizable k-ε two equations model and the two-dimensional Reynolds Averaged Navier-Stokes (RANS) equations are discretized with the second order upwind scheme. The SIMPLE algorithm, which is developed using control volumes, is adopted as the numerical procedure. Calculations were performed for a wide variation of the Reynolds numbers. Our results reveal, on the one hand, that the use of an air-ground heat exchanger accelerates the dispersion of the thermal field around the PV panel. On the other hand, with increasing Reynolds number, the instabilities appear in the wake zone, showing an oscillatory flow, also called von Karman Vortex Street. Our air-ground heat exchanger has an important influence on the diffusion process of the thermal field. Comparison of numerical results with the experimental data available in the literature is satisfactory. 展开更多

This paper presents a modification in pulse width modulation (PWM) scheme with unequal shoot-through distribution for the Z-source inverter (ZSI) which can minimize ripples in the current through the Z-source inductors as well as the voltage across the Z-source capacitors. For the same system parameters, the proposed control technique provides better voltage boost across the Z-source capacitor, DC-link, and also the AC output voltage than the traditional PWM. The ripples in the Z-network elements are found to be reduced by 75 % in the proposed modulation scheme with optimum harmonic profile in the AC output. Since the Zqnetwork requirement will be based on the ripple profile of the elements, the Z-network requirements can be greatly reduced. The effectiveness of the proposed modulation scheme has been simulated in Matlab/Simulink software and the results are validated by the experiment in the laboratory. 展开更多

Here the output will have no significant decrease in the amplitude and quality. Instead of diodes, the triacs are added to the inverter source ends, as it can perform a bidirectional power transfer also it can operate well in both low and high voltage operating conditions. The faulted part can be isolated by simply altering the firing pulses for turning on/off the triacs using the carrier based SPWM technique and resulting in a boosting output with zero common mode voltage. Consequently, it forms a common floating point or null point with a zero common mode voltage. It is experimentally verified by using MATLAB, and digital oscilloscope. 展开更多

Numerous arthropods evolve and optimize sensory systems, enabling them to effectively adapt complex and competitive habitats. Typically, scorpions can precisely perceive the prey location with the lowest metabolic rate among invertebrates. This biological phenomenon contrasts sharply with engineered systems, which generally associates high accuracy with substantial energy consumption. Inspired by the Scorpion Compound Slit Sensilla (SCSS) with a stress field modulation strategy, a bionic positioning sensor with superior precision and minimal power consumption is developed for the first time, which utilizes the particular Minimum Positioning Units (MPUs) to efficiently locate vibration signals. The single MPU of the SCSS can recognize the direction of collinear loads by regulating the stress field distribution and further, the coupling action of three MPUs can realize all-angle vibration monitoring in plane. Experiments demonstrate that the bionic positioning sensor achieves 1.43 degrees of angle-error-free accuracy without additional energy supply. As a proof of concept, two bionic positioning sensors and machine learning algorithm are integrated to provide centimeter (cm)-accuracy target localization, ideally suited for the man-machine interaction. The novel design offers a new mechanism for the design of traditional positioning devices, improving precision and efficiency in both the meta-universe and real-world Internet-connected systems. 展开更多

Today, many companies including Google, Microsoft, Meta, RedHat, MongoDB, and Apache are major participants of open-source contributions. With the increased use of open-source software or integration of open-source software into custom-developed software, the quality of this software component increases in importance. This study examined a sample of open-source applications from GitHub. Static software analytics were conducted, and each application was classified for its risk level. In the analyzed applications, it was found that 90% of the applications were classified as low risk or moderate low risk indicating a high level of quality for open-source applications. 展开更多

双关节模组是由2个单关节模组进行集成改进得到的,其误差相互耦合并具有相关性。现有的关节模组误差模型无法直接应用于双关节模组的误差建模。因此,根据设计的双关节模组的结构组成和工作原理,并结合实际工况建立了双关节模组测量模型... 双关节模组是由2个单关节模组进行集成改进得到的,其误差相互耦合并具有相关性。现有的关节模组误差模型无法直接应用于双关节模组的误差建模。因此,根据设计的双关节模组的结构组成和工作原理,并结合实际工况建立了双关节模组测量模型。分析双关节模组的动静态误差来源及误差之间相关性影响,建立双关节模组等效杆长误差模型、转角误差模型和相关性误差模型,分别对等效杆长误差、相关性误差进行理论计算与静态仿真。理论与仿真对比结果表明,双关节模组等效杆长误差为0.88%,最大相关弯曲误差和最大相关扭转误差分别相差0.86%和2.9%。搭建了双关节模组转角误差标定实验平台,实验结果表明,转角误差的仿真与实验结果均呈周期性变化趋势,实验误差范围为[43.29″,91.86″],为后续误差补偿提供了理论依据。 展开更多

改进基频调制电流源换流器(EFFM-CSC)作为基于全控型集成门极换流晶闸管(IGCT)器件的电流源换流器,具有拓扑结构简单、体积重量小、谐波特性好和有功/无功功率灵活可调的优点,受到了广泛关注。然而,基于EFFM-CSC的高压直流(HVDC)系统同... 改进基频调制电流源换流器(EFFM-CSC)作为基于全控型集成门极换流晶闸管(IGCT)器件的电流源换流器,具有拓扑结构简单、体积重量小、谐波特性好和有功/无功功率灵活可调的优点,受到了广泛关注。然而,基于EFFM-CSC的高压直流(HVDC)系统同样面临直流线路短路这一严重故障,目前尚缺乏系统性的定量分析和研究。因此,针对EFFM-CSC换流站拓扑以及短路瞬间开关状态,建立了复频域下的运算电路模型。然后,根据储能等效原则得到等效RLC参数,构建直流短路时EFFM-CSC的故障等值模型,推导出直流故障电流解析计算公式,并讨论了系统参数和故障时刻对故障电流的影响。根据EFFM-CSC直流短路故障特性,提出了一种故障识别判据和故障电流抑制策略,并对抑制策略的控制参数进行整定。最后,基于仿真分析验证了所提故障电流计算方法和故障抑制策略的正确性。 展开更多

在三相电压源型电机驱动系统中,共模电压所产生的轴电流会腐蚀电机的轴承,增加电机的振动噪声,还会产生强烈的电磁干扰,严重影响了整个系统的可靠性。为此,提出基于斩波电路的全速域邻近矢量脉宽调制(NSPWM)策略。在对共模电压产生机理... 在三相电压源型电机驱动系统中,共模电压所产生的轴电流会腐蚀电机的轴承,增加电机的振动噪声,还会产生强烈的电磁干扰,严重影响了整个系统的可靠性。为此,提出基于斩波电路的全速域邻近矢量脉宽调制(NSPWM)策略。在对共模电压产生机理进行分析的基础上,确定采用NSPWM策略,可通过消除零矢量减小共模电压,同时具有较低的开关损耗与电流纹波,并推导了NSPWM各矢量作用时间的计算方法。针对低调制比区域NSPWM无法适用的问题,在三相电压源型的前级增加了斩波电路,设计了直流母线电压的控制方法,以通过降低直流母线电压扩大NSPWM的应用区域。最后进行了仿真验证,并与动态零矢量脉宽调制策略进行了比较。结果表明,在消除零矢量的前提下,所提NSPWM在低调制比区域具有更加优越的稳态性能。电流总谐波畸变率由5.42%降低至3.72%,转矩脉动由±0.3 N·m降低至±0.2 N·m。 展开更多

Light source modules are the most crucial and fragile devices that affect the life and reliability of the interferometric fiber optic gyroscope (IFOG). While the light emitting chips were stable in most cases, the module packaging proved to be less satisfactory. In long-term storage or the working environment, the ambient temperature changes constantly and thus the packaging and coupling performance of light source modules are more likely to degrade slowly due to different materials with different coefficients of thermal expansion in the bonding interface. A constant temperature accelerated life test cannot evaluate the impact of temperature variation on the performance of a module package, so the temperature cycling accelerated life test was studied. The main failure mechanism affecting light source modules is package failure due to solder fatigue failure including a fiber coupling shift, loss of cooling efficiency and thermal resistor degradation, so the Norris-Landzberg model was used to model solder fatigue life and determine the activation energy related to solder fatigue failure mechanism. By analyzing the test data, activation energy was determined and then the mean life of light source modules in different storage environments with a continuously changing temperature was simulated, which has provided direct reference data for the storage life prediction of IFOG. 展开更多
