Oximetry is a method for measuring the oxygen saturation of haemoglobin in blood. Particularly, retinal oximetry based in the measurement of oxygen saturation in retinal vessels has acquired great interest to gather information on blood oxygenation from said vessels within inner and outer retina. Non-invasive spectrophotometric retinal oximetry has been studied for over five decades based on imaging spectroscopy. However, Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT) is an alternative to analyze the absorption difference between oxyhaemoglobin (HbO2) and deoxyhaemoglobin (Hb) in the retinal vessels and the choroidal structure. We propose in this paper an alternative process to manipulate conventional OCT images to evaluate changes in the relative haemoglobin oxygen saturation. Conventional OCT images from 570 nm and 600 nm in gray scale are converted to a corresponding color scale to be compared to the oxygenation information involved in the original gray scale OCT images. 展开更多

However, it is not well known whether the two-color method is superior to empirical equations in refractive index compensation. We investigated the uncertainties of these approaches via numerical calculations of their sensitivity coefficients of environmental parameters. On the basis of a comparison of their uncertainties, we found that in a 0% humidity environment, the two-color method had potential to provide greater measurement accuracy than the empirical equations. 展开更多

为了进一步探索色相—色调感性模型的实际应用,根据经典的色彩调和理论设计了九宫格配色方案,进行感性评价问卷调查。文章问卷按照语义差异法设计,选取其中40个具有代表性的配色方案作为刺激图,再从收集到的数百个感性形容词中筛选组合... 为了进一步探索色相—色调感性模型的实际应用,根据经典的色彩调和理论设计了九宫格配色方案,进行感性评价问卷调查。文章问卷按照语义差异法设计,选取其中40个具有代表性的配色方案作为刺激图,再从收集到的数百个感性形容词中筛选组合出18对形容词,词义分级采用五级量表。共有94名色觉正常的受访者参与了调查,调查数据采用了基本均值分析、因子分析和多元线性回归分析法。文章基于统计分析结果,构建了一系列感性配色模型,包括配色色彩选择模型和配色感性预测模型。配色色彩选择模型用于产品设计的色彩搭配选择,以可视化图形方式呈现,可以帮助设计师有效地选择合适的色彩进行产品色彩设计。配色感性预测模型用多元线性回归方程式表示,代入色彩的属性参数即可帮助设计师预测配色方案的感性印象。经验证,配色感性预测模型可以有效预测配色方案的感性印象。 展开更多

A novel optical instrumentation system for flame characterization was developed and tested. The two-color system is capable of performing on-line measurement of flame and temperature distribution, providing temporal and spatial characterization of the combustion process. In addition, the system has the advantage of being non-intrusive. The on-line measurement of temperature distribution on a methane-air combustor revealed some interesting characteristics. When air flow rate was kept constant, an increase in CH4 flow rate would enhance the combustion intensity and elevate the flame temperature. While under constant CH4 flow rate, the increase of air flow rate would lead the measured flame temperature first to increase and then decrease. The drop of temperature might partially be caused by the heat losses due to excessive air. However, with insufficient soot particles in the flame, the temperature could be under-evaluated. 展开更多

The objective of this study was to evaluate the effects of wheat variety, food processing, and milling method on antioxidant properties. Black wheat variety Heibaoshi 1 had the highest total phenolic content(659.8 μg gallic acid equivalents g-1), total flavonoid content(319.3 μg rutin equivalents g-1), and antioxidant activity, whereas light purple wheat variety Shandongzimai 1 had the lowest total flavonoid content(236.2 μg rutin equivalents g-1) and antioxidant activity. Whole wheat flour and partially debranned grain flour had significantly higher total phenolic contents, total flavonoid contents, and antioxidant activity than refined flour(P < 0.05). Compared with flour, total phenolic contents, total flavonoid contents and antioxidant activity decreased in noodles and steamed bread, whereas noodles had slightly higher total phenolic and flavonoid content than steamed bread. Antioxidant activities(by ferric reducing ability of plasma assay) of steamed bread made from whole wheat flour, partially debranned grain flour, and refined flour were 23.5%, 21.1%, and 31.6% lower, respectively, than the corresponding values of flour. These results suggested that black whole wheat flour and partially debranned grain flour are beneficial to human health. 展开更多

A 3D temperature field reconstruction method using the colored background oriented schlieren(CBOS)method is proposed to address image blurring due to the different refractive index of the multi-wavelength light and significant errors produced when the traditional background oriented schlieren(BOS)method is applied to high-temperature gas.First,the traditional method is employed to reconstruct the non-uniform 3D temperature field.Second,the CBOS method is applied to correct the distortion.Then,by analyzing the correlation coefficient among different color points of the colored background pattern,the non-uniform temperature field is reconstructed much more accurately.Finally,the experimental results are verified by applying the Runge-Kutta ray-tracing method and the thermocouple contact measurement method.The maximum average temperature error of the CBOS-reconstructed temperature field is 12.92°C,compared with the thermocouples.Therefore,an accurate three-dimensional reconstruction of the temperature field can be achieved by the proposed method effectively. 展开更多

探究客观评级法在色牢度深浅色判定中的应用

为了探究柴油与聚甲氧基二甲醚(polyoxymethylene dimethyl ether,PODE)混合燃料在撞壁燃烧过程中的传热与燃烧特性,通过数值仿真方法系统分析了PODE掺混比例、环境温度、背压及喷射压力等参数对喷雾发展、燃烧过程及壁面传热的影响。... 为了探究柴油与聚甲氧基二甲醚(polyoxymethylene dimethyl ether,PODE)混合燃料在撞壁燃烧过程中的传热与燃烧特性,通过数值仿真方法系统分析了PODE掺混比例、环境温度、背压及喷射压力等参数对喷雾发展、燃烧过程及壁面传热的影响。结果表明,当PODE体积掺混比为40%时,燃烧热效率峰值降低约30%,燃烧持续时间缩短约15%,同时碳烟排放降低22%。高氧含量的PODE促进燃料与空气的均匀混合,使壁面热流密度分布更均匀,有效缓解了热疲劳损伤。此外,适度提高环境温度(900 K)可增强喷雾稳定性,减少未燃燃料及碳烟生成;而高背压(8 MPa)虽抑制喷雾外围发展并降低当量比,但会导致局部碳烟生成增加。提升喷射压力(160 MPa)可加速油气混合过程,缩短滞燃期,使碳烟排放减少35%。 展开更多

无机光致变色材料在智能显示、光存储、光学开关等方面有诸多应用。目前,光致变色陶瓷主流制备方法为固相法,但固态原料面临混合均匀性差、传质效率低、烧结过程不均匀等问题,同时形状尺寸受限,难以满足实际应用的需求。本文采用固相法... 无机光致变色材料在智能显示、光存储、光学开关等方面有诸多应用。目前,光致变色陶瓷主流制备方法为固相法,但固态原料面临混合均匀性差、传质效率低、烧结过程不均匀等问题,同时形状尺寸受限,难以满足实际应用的需求。本文采用固相法与流延法制备了BaMgSiO_(4)∶0.5%Eu^(2+)/x%Fe^(3+)(摩尔分数)系列光致变色陶瓷。通过对比两种方式制备的陶瓷材料,证明流延法可优化材料微观结构,进而提升其变色性能与力学性能。力学性能方面,流延法制备的陶瓷密度大、孔隙率低,而且其硬度和断裂韧性均优于固相法制备的陶瓷。此外,所制备的BaMgSiO_(4)基系列陶瓷具有优异的可逆光致变色特性,在365 nm紫外光或太阳光辐照下,可从白色转变为粉红色,其变色对比度达92.9%;且响应速度快,仅需6 s即可达到最大变色对比度。上述制备方法为光致变色材料在陶瓷背板多功能显示应用中展现了良好的发展前景。 展开更多

On this basis, by making use of relevant softwares, it had conducted color abstraction on current typical rural appearance; analyzed the color of rural nature, artificial environment and cultural environment in accordance with international standard of Natural Color System; and then concluded color context of rural appearance. It proposed that color control could be conducted on rural appearance from macroscopic, medium and microcosmic perspective by taking advantage of color planning in new rural appearance construction, so as to build a new rural color system, create modern new rural appearance reflecting regional characteristic and integrating with the natural environment, preserve artificial color of traditional ancient villages, coordinate colors in villages with architectures of different ages, finally realizing reshaping of Chinese people's spiritual hometown. 展开更多

基于定容弹实验平台,通过纹影法和双色法,探究矩型、斜坡型及靴型等3种喷油规律对柴油喷雾宏观特性及火焰碳烟场的影响机制。研究发现:3种喷油规律的贯穿距差异小于5%,峰值喷油速率是最大贯穿距的主要因素;斜坡型与靴型的远场锥角较矩... 基于定容弹实验平台,通过纹影法和双色法,探究矩型、斜坡型及靴型等3种喷油规律对柴油喷雾宏观特性及火焰碳烟场的影响机制。研究发现:3种喷油规律的贯穿距差异小于5%,峰值喷油速率是最大贯穿距的主要因素;斜坡型与靴型的远场锥角较矩型分别扩大30.15%和11.29%,这是由于喷油速率增长加速度提高导致喷雾径向扩散增强。将喷油量和喷雾体积相结合,得到喷雾的平均当量比,可以在一定程度上反映出喷雾的混合质量。结果表明,靴型和斜坡型平均当量比较矩型降低约40%,表明通过改变喷雾速率形状,可以显著改善油气混合均匀性,有利于抑制局部高温和未燃物生成。经过对火焰的KL碳烟因子的分析发现,靴型和斜坡型碳烟KL因子较矩型分别降低8.5%和5.9%。本研究为优化柴油机喷油策略以提升燃烧效率及降低碳烟排放提供了实验依据。 展开更多
