Cold-chain demand of fresh agricultural products is increasing in China, while network layout of cold-chain logistics is in disorder and its cost is huge. To address this problem, this paper casts an optimal model of cold-chain logistics network and tackles it with genetic algorithms. This optimal model takes running total cost of logistics network as the objective, and embeds a nonlinear mixed integer programming including two assignment issues. The model determines optimal layout and logistics management for pre-cooling stations and logistics center for fresh agricultural products. Our main contribution is to consider construction cost and operation cost of cold chain logistics simultaneously. Case study illustrates the effectiveness of the model. 展开更多

An integrated network system of MGA (mended genetic algorithms)and BP algorithms has been established. The MGA-BP network's functions consist of optimizing GAperformance parameters, the network's structural parameters, performance parameters, and regulatingthe network's weights using both GA and BP algorithms. Rolling forces of 4-stand tandem cold stripmill are predicted by the MGA-BP network, and good results are obtained. 展开更多

A developmental research has been carried out to deal with the high performance of Cu-Cr-Zr-Mg lead frame alloy by artificial neural network (ANN). Using the cold working to assist in the aging hardening can improve the the hardness and electrical conductivity properties of Cu-Cr-Zr-Mg lead frame alloy. This paper studies the effect of different extent of cold working on the aging properties by a supervised ANN to model the non-linear relationship between processing parameters and the properties. The back-propagation (BP) training algorithm is improved by Levenberg-Marquardt algorithm. A basic repository on the domain knowledge of cold worked aging processes is established via sufficient data mining by the network. The predicted values of the ANN coincide well with the tested data. So an important foundation has been laid for prediction and optimum controlling the rolling and aging properties of Cu-Cr-Zr-Mg alloy. 展开更多

But there are still a lot of shortcomings. One of the main problems is that the traditional methods can't realize the on-line predictive optimum control of a refrigerating system with simple and valid algorithms. An RBF neural network has a strong ability in nonlinear mapping, a good interpolating value performance, and a higher training speed. Thus a two-stage RBF neural network is proposed in this paper. Combining the measured values with the predicted values, the two-stage RBF neural network is used for the on-line predictive optimum control of the cold storage temperature. To realize high accuracy in the strip exit thickness, the Automatic Gauge Control (AGC) system is used. Because of roll eccentricity in backup rolls, the exit thickness deviates periodically. In this paper, we design PI controller in outer loop for the strip exit thickness while PD controller is used in inner loop for the work roll actuator position. Also, in order to reduce the periodic thickness deviation, we propose roll eccentricity compensation by using Fuzzy Neural Network with online tuning. Simulink model for the overall system has been implemented using MATLAB/SIMULINK software. The simulation results show the effectiveness of the proposed control. 展开更多

时变路网下考虑碳排放的冷链配送路径优化

针对冷链物流运输成本较高、货损率较大及碳排放突出等问题,基于时变路网,综合考虑冷藏车固定使用成本、运输成本、制冷成本、货损成本、时间惩罚成本以及碳排放成本等,构建以总成本最小化为目标的生鲜产品冷链配送路径优化模型。通过... 针对冷链物流运输成本较高、货损率较大及碳排放突出等问题,基于时变路网,综合考虑冷藏车固定使用成本、运输成本、制冷成本、货损成本、时间惩罚成本以及碳排放成本等,构建以总成本最小化为目标的生鲜产品冷链配送路径优化模型。通过引入基于时间窗中心值与空间位置节约值的初始化策略、自适应参数控制机制、多层次局部搜索策略,并结合天鹰优化算法的全局搜索策略,提出改进非洲秃鹫优化算法,用于求解模型。仿真算例结果表明:在考虑碳排放成本的情况下,改进非洲秃鹫优化算法的总成本比原始非洲秃鹫优化算法降低约25.7%,所需车辆数从9辆减至7辆;目标函数中考虑碳排放成本时的配送总成本比忽略碳排放成本时降低约1.13%;改进非洲秃鹫优化算法的路径寻优能力显著优于传统算法,在兼顾碳排放成本的同时优化配送路径,达到物流成本降低与低碳配送的目标,为冷链物流配送路径优化提供有效解决方案。 展开更多

目的:通过网络药理学与分子对接技术探究高良姜等三味山姜属中药治疗胃溃疡寒证的作用机制,并进行实验验证。方法:通过网络药理学常用技术手段,使用TCMSP、CNKI等数据库筛选三味山姜属中药中的活性成分及治疗胃溃疡疾病的相关靶点,并绘... 目的:通过网络药理学与分子对接技术探究高良姜等三味山姜属中药治疗胃溃疡寒证的作用机制,并进行实验验证。方法:通过网络药理学常用技术手段,使用TCMSP、CNKI等数据库筛选三味山姜属中药中的活性成分及治疗胃溃疡疾病的相关靶点,并绘制Venn图、蛋白质网络互作图。对关键靶点进行通路富集分析,将所获得的“药物-活性成分-靶点-通路-疾病”等数据导入Cytoscape 3.10.2进行可视化处理,并选择Degree排名靠前的化合物通过AutoDock软件进行分子对接。72只SPF级SD大鼠分为9组,包括空白对照组、模型组、阳性对照组(干姜10.8 g/kg)、高良姜高、低(10.8和5.4 g/kg)剂量组,大高良姜高、低(9.0和4.5 g/kg)剂量组,红豆蔻高、低(10.8和5.4 g/kg)剂量组,采用冰乙酸和冰知母法复制胃溃疡寒证模型,按不同剂量水煎液灌胃,1 mL/100 g体质量,每天2次,连续4 d。通过计算大鼠溃疡指数及溃疡抑制率,HE染色法观察大鼠胃组织病理学变化,ELISA法检测胃组织中AKT1、MAP2K1、m TOR蛋白的表达,从而与网络药理学的相关结果相互印证。结果:将三味山姜属中药所有成分去重后共筛选出关键成分45个,与疾病交集靶点共124个,蛋白质网络互作图共包含124个节点,923条边,京都基因与基因组百科全书(KEGG)富集共得到138条信号通路。分子对接分数均<-7.0 kcal/mol,即核心成分有效作用于核心靶点。实验验证结果显示:与模型组比较,三味山姜属中药不同剂量组对冰知母-冰乙酸法复制造成的胃溃疡寒证与胃黏膜水肿、充血等症状显著改善,溃疡面及出血点明显减少。与模型组比较,除红豆蔻低剂量组外,其他给药组AKT1蛋白表达水平均显著降低(P<0.05或P<0.01);除大高良姜低剂量组外,其余给药组MAP2K1蛋白表达水平均显著降低(P<0.05或P<0.01);除大高良姜和红豆蔻低剂量组外,各给药组mTOR蛋白表达水平均显著降低(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:三味山姜属中药可能通过多成分、多靶点、多通路的网络调控发挥抗炎、调控细胞增殖等作用来治疗胃溃疡。 展开更多

基于复杂网络理论的黔中城市群冷岛网络优化与热环境缓解

【目的】热环境是评价城市生态环境的重要指标之一,直接关系到居民健康及区域经济可持续发展。本研究以西南黔中城市群为对象,突破传统孤立的蓝绿空间形态研究局限,创新性地提出冷岛网络优化框架,旨在通过最小干预实现热环境风险的最大... 【目的】热环境是评价城市生态环境的重要指标之一,直接关系到居民健康及区域经济可持续发展。本研究以西南黔中城市群为对象,突破传统孤立的蓝绿空间形态研究局限,创新性地提出冷岛网络优化框架,旨在通过最小干预实现热环境风险的最大化缓解。【方法】基于MODIS LST数据,采用形态学空间格局分析(MSPA)、最小面积阈值分析及蚁群算法提取冷岛网络,引入复杂网络理论高介数捷径(SMB)与结构洞填充(RSH)策略对网络进行增边优化,并利用结构鲁棒性分析验证优化效果。依据复杂网络结构参数,加权融合划分“源”重要性等级并叠加热岛斑块识别出障碍点。【结果】(1)黔中城市群热环境空间异质性显著,高温区集中于中北部及东南部,低温区分布于南部及西南部;共识别102个冷岛“源”,总面积5518.412 km^(2),呈南密北疏分布,南部及西南部“源”连片聚集,北部零星分布;(2)提取190条冷岛廊道,总长2791.58 km,网络整体连通性薄弱、结构松散。(3)SMB策略优化效果优于RSH,网络初始连接鲁棒性从0.73提升至0.82,在蓄意攻击下,网络节点和边完全恢复的去除节点阈值分别从9和13个提升至22和23个,随机攻击下,分别从11和12个提升至23和25个,恢复鲁棒性亦显著增强,形成环形加放射型网络。(4)识别出6个5级“源”(占“源”总面积46.88%,以大型水体和山脉为主)及16个障碍点(其中11个阻断现有廊道,5个位于新增优化廊道)。【结论】研究结果为喀斯特山地城市热环境韧性提升提供了科学高效的优化模型,也为高密度城市可持续发展中的生态空间精准调控提供了新范式。 展开更多

为了实现轧制力预测准确率提升,这里开发了一种利用分层提取及目标相关特征完成的堆叠去噪自编码器(ISDAE),并在训练阶段设置了目标值数据,从而获得更可靠的特征提取结果。先以逐层推进方式训练I-SDAE得到每个编码层权重比例,再根据目... 为了实现轧制力预测准确率提升,这里开发了一种利用分层提取及目标相关特征完成的堆叠去噪自编码器(ISDAE),并在训练阶段设置了目标值数据,从而获得更可靠的特征提取结果。先以逐层推进方式训练I-SDAE得到每个编码层权重比例,再根据目标设定条件重新设置深度网络变量,由此确保网络预测结果更接近目标设定参数。研究结果表明:I-SDAE模型预测与实际测试参数的拟合点误差都小于±5%,能够对ST16钢种冷连轧参数达到精确预测的功能,符合生产调控需求。相比较CDOS-ELM模型,I-SDAE模型达到很低预测误差和更强泛化性能,具备比其它模型更优综合性能,能够准确调节预测误差。I-SDAE模型表现出良好的收敛性能,需要的迭代次数更小,表明计算效率更高。 展开更多

自然越冬过程不同种源天竺桂激素信号转导及转录组分析

以栽培于江苏南京的安徽、河南和浙江3个种源的天竺桂(Cinnamomum japonicum Siebold)为研究材料,对自然越冬过程其叶片中激素含量和转录组进行分析。结果表明:自然越冬过程河南种源的天竺桂叶片中吲哚乙酸含量显著高于(p<0.05)安徽... 以栽培于江苏南京的安徽、河南和浙江3个种源的天竺桂(Cinnamomum japonicum Siebold)为研究材料,对自然越冬过程其叶片中激素含量和转录组进行分析。结果表明:自然越冬过程河南种源的天竺桂叶片中吲哚乙酸含量显著高于(p<0.05)安徽和浙江种源,安徽种源的天竺桂叶片中脱落酸、水杨酸和赤霉素A1含量总体显著高于河南和浙江种源。转录组测序共获得192466个unigene,进行Nr、Nt、KO、Swiss-Prot、KOG、GO和PFAM 7大数据库的基因功能注释,注释率为54.4%。差异表达基因筛选、k-means聚类分析和加权基因共表达网络分析(WGCNA)结果表明:植物-病原体互作、淀粉和蔗糖代谢以及植物激素信号转导3个关键KEGG通路显著富集。脱落酸和水杨酸信号通路是天竺桂应对自然越冬的重要代谢通路,其中脱落酸受体基因(PYR/PYL)、蔗糖非发酵激酶基因(SnRK 2)、脱落酸应答元件结合因子基因(ABF)、病程相关基因非表达子1(NPR1)、TGACG结合模体(TGA)转录因子基因和病程相关基因(PR-1)具有重要作用。随机挑选6个差异表达基因的实时荧光定量PCR相对表达量与转录组表达量的变化趋势一致。综上所述,3个种源天竺桂通过特异的激素动态平衡与激素信号通路协同调控适应自然越冬,其中河南种源表现出更强的抗寒代谢调控能力。 展开更多

基于XGBoost-LSTM的架空输电线路覆冰风险预测

当前,极端寒潮天气下输电线路缺乏有效的风险推理预测模型,文章从输电线路力学角度出发,提出基于线路拉力数据多模型学习的寒潮天气下架空线风险预测模型。首先,基于导线状态方程式,建立覆冰状态下各电压等级线路拉力阈值计算模型,用于... 当前,极端寒潮天气下输电线路缺乏有效的风险推理预测模型,文章从输电线路力学角度出发,提出基于线路拉力数据多模型学习的寒潮天气下架空线风险预测模型。首先,基于导线状态方程式,建立覆冰状态下各电压等级线路拉力阈值计算模型,用于寒潮天气下线路拉力风险阈值推理。然后,使用含梯度惩罚的生成对抗网络(wasserstein generative adversarial network with gradient penalty,WGAN-GP),生成匹配预测模型的增广数据集。最后,基于寒潮天气环境变化剧烈的特点,使用极端梯度提升树(extreme gradient boosting,XGBoost)算法和长短时记忆网络(long short-term memory,LSTM)算法研究覆冰天气下线路拉力与气象数据间的映射关系,构建组合预测模型。算例使用浙江地区2024年初寒潮事件的752组监测数据进行训练与预测分析,证明了WGAN-GP算法能够通过样本增广提升预测性能。所提XGBoost-LSTM组合预测模型在平均绝对百分误差(mean absolute percentage error,MAPE)指标上较LSTM、GRU和XGBoost 3种传统预测模型分别降低了60.2%、67.0%和64.3%。 展开更多

Considering the multivariable, strong-coupled, and nonlinear features of tandem cold rolling mill, a mathematical model of multi-objective optimization was built to facilitate the design of new systems aiming at equating the relative load, preventing slip, and obtaining best shape. BP (back propagation) neural network based on Levenberg- Marquardt algorithm was used for predicting the rolling force. The multi-objective fuzzy theory and method were introduced during the optimization. With an example of 1 370 mm tandem cold rolling mill, the rolling schedule of the common rolling, the single-objective optimization design, and the multi-objective fuzzy optimization design were compared with each other. The results generated from the case study showed that the proposed approach could significantly decreased the values of three objective functions simultaneously and the performance of the optimal rolling schedule was satisfactory and promising. Moreover, the capability and usefulness of fuzzy application in tandem cold rolling schedule were clearly demonstrated. 展开更多

In order to know the longest permissible thermal exposure time during which the cold worked (CW) microstructure would remain unchanged, the effect of the thermal exposure at temperatures ranging from 910?℃ to 1?070?℃ on the microstructure was investigated for MP159 alloy by optical microscopy and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). Such a study can provide guidance for determining reasonable hot forging parameters of fasteners. The results indicate that the intersecting network of fine platelets in CW microstructure are thermal stable when thermal exposure temperature does not exceed 920?℃. When thermal exposure temperature exceed 920?℃, the intersecting network of fine platelets will dissolve, but the thermal exposure temperature has the longest permissible thermal exposure time during which the intersecting network of fine platelets will not dissolve. 展开更多

Considering that the surface defects of cold rolled strips are hard to be recognized by human eyes under high-speed circumstances, an automatic recognition technique was discussed. Spectrum images of defects can be got by fast Fourier transform (FFF) and sum of valid pixels (SVP), and its optimized center region, which concentrates nearly all energies, are extracted as an original feature set. Using genetic algorithm to optimize the feature set, an optimized feature set with 51 features can be achieved. Using the optimized feature set as an input vector of neural networks, the recognition effects of LVQ neural networks have been studied. Experiment results show that the new method can get a higher classification rate and can settle the automatic recognition problem of surface defects on cold rolled strips ideally. 展开更多

The most common method is Recommendation systems. The main areas which play major roles are social networking, digital marketing, online shopping and E-commerce. Recommender system consists of several techniques for recommendations. Here we used the well known approach named as Collaborative filtering (CF). There are two types of problems mainly available with collaborative filtering. They are complete cold start (CCS) problem and incomplete cold start (ICS) problem. The authors proposed three novel methods such as collaborative filtering, and artificial neural networks and at last support vector machine to resolve CCS as well ICS problems. Based on the specific deep neural network SADE we can be able to remove the characteristics of products. By using sequential active of users and product characteristics we have the capability to adapt the cold start product ratings with the applications of the state of the art CF model, time SVD++. The proposed system consists of Netflix rating dataset which is used to perform the baseline techniques for rating prediction of cold start items. The calculation of two proposed recommendation techniques is compared on ICS items, and it is proved that it will be adaptable method. The proposed method can be able to transfer the products since cold start transfers to non-cold start status. Artificial Neural Network (ANN) is employed here to extract the item content features. One of the user preferences such as temporal dynamics is used to obtain the contented characteristics into predictions to overcome those problems. For the process of classification we have used linear support vector machine classifiers to receive the better performance when compared with the earlier methods. 展开更多

利用网络药理学探究四逆汤缓解鸡冷应激的作用机制并进行分子对接模拟验证。在中药系统药理学分析平台(TCMSP)等数据库搜集附子、干姜和炙甘草的活性成分及对应靶点,同时,在GeneCards数据库中获取鸡冷应激的相关靶点,通过韦恩在线作图... 利用网络药理学探究四逆汤缓解鸡冷应激的作用机制并进行分子对接模拟验证。在中药系统药理学分析平台(TCMSP)等数据库搜集附子、干姜和炙甘草的活性成分及对应靶点,同时,在GeneCards数据库中获取鸡冷应激的相关靶点,通过韦恩在线作图工具筛选出这些靶点的交集,并对共有靶点进行蛋白互作和通路富集分析。利用AutoDock Vina1.1.2软件进行分子对接验证。四逆汤缓解鸡冷应激的主要活性成分为槲皮素、7-甲氧基-2-甲基异黄酮、山奈酚、β-谷甾醇和异鼠李素,核心靶点包括B细胞淋巴瘤-2基因(BCL-2)、丝裂原活化蛋白激酶3(MAPK3)、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、胱天蛋白酶3(CASP3)和白细胞介素6(IL-6)。GO功能富集分析涉及生物过程72个、细胞组分145个以及分子功能64个;KEGG通路富集分析获得33条相关信号通路。分子对接的结果进一步验证,四逆汤的主要活性成分与核心靶点对接活性良好,结果为四逆汤在缓解鸡冷应激的应用奠定基础。 展开更多

Flatness control is the key and highly difficult technique of strip mills. The bottle-neck restricting the improvement of flatness control techniques is that the research on flatness theories and control mathematic models is not in accordance with the requirement of technique developments. To build a simple, rapid and accurate explicit formulation control model has become an urgent need for the development of flatness control technique. This paper puts forward the conception of dynamic effective matrix based on the effective matrix method for flatness control proposed by the authors under the consideration of the influence of the change of parameters in roiling processes on the effective matrix, and the concept is validated by industrial productions. Three methods of the effective matrix generation are induced: the calculation method based on the flatness prediction model; the calculation method based on the data excavation in rolling processes and the direct calculation method based on the network model. A fuzzy neural network effective matrix model is built based on the clusters, and then the network structure is optimized and the high-speed-calculation problem of the dynamic effective matrix is solved. The flatness control scheme for cold strip mills is proposed based on the dynamic effective matrix. On stand 5 of the 1 220 mm five-stand 4-high cold strip tandem mill, the industrial experiment with the control methods of tilting roll and bending roll is done by the control scheme of the static effective matrix and the dynamic effective matrix, respectively. The experiment result proves that the control effect of the dynamic effective matrix is much better than that of the static effective matrix. This paper proposes a new idea and method for the dynamic flatness control in the rolling processes of cold strip mills and develops the theory and model of the flatness control effective matrix method. 展开更多
