Remanufacturing Closed-Loop Supply Chain Model with Radio Frequency Identification Affecting Recycling Rate

And it put forward the idea of introducing RFID in the recycling activities of waste products. Taking into account such elements as the technical level of RFID, cost saving from remanufacturing and the cost of RFID tags, both centralized and decentralized supply chain models with different participants in waste product collection were created, in order to determine the optimal pricing strategy and RFID technical level. In the end, sensitivity analyses were conducted to analyze the impacts of scaling parameter for additional increased recovery rate with RFED on pricing and RFID technology level, and impacts of cost saving on the profits of participants in different remanufacturing closed-loop supply chain models. 展开更多

Closed-Loop System Identification Approach of the Inertial Models

The mathematical model that approximates the dynamics of the industrial process is essential for the efficient synthesis of control algorithms in industrial applications. The model of the process can be obtained according to the identification procedures in the open-loop, or in the closed-loop. In the open-loop, the identification methods are well known and offer good process approximation, which is not valid for the closed-loop identification, when the system provides the feedback output and doesn’t permit it to be identified in the open-loop. This paper offers an approach for experimental identification in the closed-loop, which supposes the approximation of the process with inertial models, with or without time delay and astatism. The coefficients are calculated based on the values of the critical transfer coefficient and period of the underdamped response of the closed-loop system with P controller, when system achieves the limit of stability. Finally, the closed-loop identification was verified by the computer simulation and the obtained results demonstrated, that the identification procedure in the closed-loop offers good results in process of estimation of the model of the process. 展开更多

Close-Loop System Identification Using Over-sampling Scheme and Its Estimate Accuracy Analysis

A new identification method for a linear discrete-time closed-loop system is proposed based on an output over-sampling scheme. When the system outputs are over-sampled the new output sequences would contain more information about the plant structure. Using general least squares method (GLS) the plant over-sampled model should be recognized. Then the original plant model should be obtained by its relationship with the over-sampled model. Compared with conventional approaches the advantage of the new method is that even if the ordinary identifiability conditions are not satisfied, a close-loop system can be identified by using the oversampled output without utilizing any external test signal. Accuracy analysis shows the relationship between the estimation error and the over-sampling rate. Numerical simulation illnstrates its effectiveness. 展开更多

Adaptive proportional integral differential control based on radial basis function neural network identification of a two-degree-of-freedom closed-chain robot

A closed-chain robot has several advantages over an open-chain robot, such as high mechanical rigidity, high payload, high precision. Accurate trajectory control of a robot is essential in practical-use. This paper presents an adaptive proportional integral differential (PID) control algorithm based on radial basis function (RBF) neural network for trajectory tracking of a two-degree-of-freedom (2-DOF) closed-chain robot. In this scheme, an RBF neural network is used to approximate the unknown nonlinear dynamics of the robot, at the same time, the PID parameters can be adjusted online and the high precision can be obtained. Simulation results show that the control algorithm accurately tracks a 2-DOF closed-chain robot trajectories. The results also indicate that the system robustness and tracking performance are superior to the classic PID method. 展开更多

Modal parameter identification is a mature technology.However,there are some challenges in its practical applications such as the identification of vibration systems involving closely spaced modes and intensive noise contamination.This paper proposes a new time-frequency method based on intrinsic chirp component decomposition(ICCD)to address these issues.In this method,a redundant Fourier model is used to ameliorate border distortions and improve the accuracy of signal reconstruction.The effectiveness and accuracy of the proposed method are illustrated using three examples:a cantilever beam structure with intensive noise contamination or environmental interference,a four-degree-of-freedom structure with two closely spaced modes,and an impact test on a cantilever rectangular plate.By comparison with the identification method based on the empirical wavelet transform(EWT),it is shown that the presented method is effective,even in a high-noise environment,and the dynamic characteristics of closely spaced modes are accurately determined. 展开更多

Data-Driven Model Identification and Control of the Inertial Systems

In the synthesis of the control algorithm for complex systems, we are often faced with imprecise or unknown mathematical models of the dynamical systems, or even with problems in finding a mathematical model of the system in the open loop. To tackle these difficulties, an approach of data-driven model identification and control algorithm design based on the maximum stability degree criterion is proposed in this paper. The data-driven model identification procedure supposes the finding of the mathematical model of the system based on the undamped transient response of the closed-loop system. The system is approximated with the inertial model, where the coefficients are calculated based on the values of the critical transfer coefficient, oscillation amplitude and period of the underdamped response of the closed-loop system. The data driven control design supposes that the tuning parameters of the controller are calculated based on the parameters obtained from the previous step of system identification and there are presented the expressions for the calculation of the tuning parameters. The obtained results of data-driven model identification and algorithm for synthesis the controller were verified by computer simulation. 展开更多

针对变分模态分解的模态分解数K及二次惩罚因子α难以确定和连续小波变换对结构密集模态参数识别精度不高的问题,提出了一种基于参数优化变分模态分解(variational mode decomposition,VMD)与连续小波变换(continuous wavelet transform... 针对变分模态分解的模态分解数K及二次惩罚因子α难以确定和连续小波变换对结构密集模态参数识别精度不高的问题,提出了一种基于参数优化变分模态分解(variational mode decomposition,VMD)与连续小波变换(continuous wavelet transform,CWT)相结合的结构密集模态参数识别方法。以能量集中度与互信息构建全新综合目标函数,引入蜣螂优化算法自适应地搜寻最佳[K,α]参数组合;其次,基于最优[K,α]参数组合,对具有密集模态的振动响应信号进行VMD,结合皮尔逊相关系数指标筛选有效模态分量;最后,对有效模态分量进行CWT识别结构的模态频率和模态阻尼比。通过四自由度密集模态系统仿真算例表明,相比传统CWT算法,参数优化VMD结合CWT的方法,识别结构的密集模态参数精度更高,并具备一定的抗噪声性能;五层框架结构模型试验进一步验证了所提方法的实用性。 展开更多

Realizations of BELS as WIV method in both direct and indirect closed-loop system identification

The bias eliminated least squares (BELS) method, which is known as efficient for unknown parameter estimation of transfer function in the correlated noise case, has been developed and applied effectively to the closed-loop system identification. In this paper, under the general settings, the realizations of the BELS method as a weighted instrumental variables (WlV) method in both direct and indirect closed- loop system identification are established through constructing an appropriate weighting matrix in the WlV method. The constructed structures are similar in both cases, which reveals that all the proof procedures of the two realizations are the same. Thus, the unified realizations of the BELS as the WlV method for the closed-loop system identification can be built. A simulation example is given to validate our theoretical analysis. 展开更多

One of the important issues in the system identification and the spectrum analysis is the frequency resolution, i.e., the capability of distinguishing between two or more closely spaced frequency components. In the modal identification by the empirical mode decomposition (EMD) method, because of the separating capability of the method, it is still a challenge to consistently and reliably identify the parameters of structures of which modes are not well separated. A new method is introduced to generate the intrin- sic mode functions (IMFs) through the filtering algorithm based on the wavelet packet decomposition (GIFWPD). In this paper, it is demonstrated that the CIFWPD method alone has a good capability of separating close modes, even under the severe condition beyond the critical frequency ratio limit which makes it impossible to separate two closely spaced harmonics by the EMD method. However, the GIFWPD-only based method is impelled to use a very fine sampling frequency with consequent prohibitive computational costs. Therefore, in order to decrease the computational load by reducing the amount of samples and improve the effectiveness of separation by increasing the frequency ratio, the present paper uses a combination of the complex envelope displacement analysis (CEDA) and the GIFWPD method. For the validation, two examples from the previous works are taken to show the results obtained by the GIFWPD-only based method and by combining the CEDA with the GIFWPD method. 展开更多

受限于常见的密集模态和庞大的结构维数,基于模态参数的损伤识别难以应用于土木结构中。为此,本文提出一种采用多级模态组响应重构的密集模态损伤识别方法。针对密集模态的情况,将频率间隔小的几个模态归为一组,并提取整个模态组响应作... 受限于常见的密集模态和庞大的结构维数,基于模态参数的损伤识别难以应用于土木结构中。为此,本文提出一种采用多级模态组响应重构的密集模态损伤识别方法。针对密集模态的情况,将频率间隔小的几个模态归为一组,并提取整个模态组响应作为损伤敏感特性。采用多级损伤识别和模型缩聚策略,在超单元级损伤定位中,通过模型缩聚将原结构转换为自由度更少的超单元模型,再定义模态组响应应变能作为损伤指标求解最小化问题,实现损伤超单元的定位;在单元级损伤识别中,将最小化问题表述为重构和实际的模态组响应的误差,从而实现损伤单元的定位和量化。通过数值模拟研究和试验验证,阐述了该方法的运算过程,证明了其可行性。与传统方法对比的结果表明,该方法一方面通过多级识别策略和模型缩聚提高了损伤识别的精度和效率,另一方面通过将模态组作为损伤敏感特性,弥补了基于模态识别的方法面对密集模态时无法准确识别损伤的不足,无论密集模态存在与否都可基于结构的应力、应变、位移、加速度等多种动力响应进行损伤识别。 展开更多

负载口独立双阀芯阀液压系统中PID控制参数与系统工况及运行时间不匹配。针对此问题,提出一种基于Arxqs模型的负载口独立双阀芯阀液压系统辨识方法。根据机制建模法建立负载口独立双阀芯阀液压系统的传递函数模型,为系统辨识提供参考模... 负载口独立双阀芯阀液压系统中PID控制参数与系统工况及运行时间不匹配。针对此问题,提出一种基于Arxqs模型的负载口独立双阀芯阀液压系统辨识方法。根据机制建模法建立负载口独立双阀芯阀液压系统的传递函数模型,为系统辨识提供参考模型;通过阀控制器对主阀芯位移施加正弦信号,得到输入输出变量并进行系统辨识。采用Arxqs模型进行辨识时,系统辨识输出与实际输出的适应度为96.49%。根据辨识结果整定PID控制器参数,对主阀芯分别进行正弦波跟随和阶跃响应实验。结果表明:由辨识得到的控制器参数对主阀芯位移具有较好的控制效果,在正弦波跟随过程中,当幅值为1.5 mm时,存在24.5°的相位滞后和6.8%的幅值衰减;当幅值为0.5 mm时,存在38.7°的相位滞后和13.2%幅值衰减;在阶跃响应过程中,主阀芯位移具有较短的调节时间和较低的超调量。 展开更多

基于时珍法的镰刀菌属近缘物种鉴定研究

镰刀菌属真菌是药材常见的污染真菌,对中药材的有效成分和用药安全构成双重威胁,同时也是农业和临床常见的病原体。该属近缘物种的准确鉴定一直是难点。本研究利用时珍法对该属173个物种共304个基因组进行生物信息学分析,成功构建173个... 镰刀菌属真菌是药材常见的污染真菌,对中药材的有效成分和用药安全构成双重威胁,同时也是农业和临床常见的病原体。该属近缘物种的准确鉴定一直是难点。本研究利用时珍法对该属173个物种共304个基因组进行生物信息学分析,成功构建173个物种的特异靶标序列库,特异靶标序列数量主要集中在10001~50000条。为验证特异靶标序列的可靠性,选择关注度高的药材污染或农业致病的7个代表性物种:尖孢镰刀菌(Fusarium oxysporum)、腐皮镰刀菌(F.solani)、藤仓镰刀菌(F.fujikuroi)、接骨木镰刀菌(F.sambucinum)、黄色镰刀菌(F.culmorum)、肉红镰刀菌(F.incarnatum)和木贼镰刀菌(F.equiseti),选取特异靶标序列,利用Sanger测序和CRISPRCas12a技术进行检测。结果表明7个物种的特异靶标序列具有高特异性,解决高度近缘物种F.incarnatum和F.equiseti的鉴定难题,且实现鉴定结果的可视化,具备现场检测优势。本研究证明时珍法可用于镰刀菌属近缘物种的准确鉴定,为中药材的安全监控和品质保障提供技术支撑。 展开更多

当前,钻井工程面临安全、经济和效率一系列挑战,如何集成探测、决策、控制等技术,通过数字化技术推进自动化与自主化的钻井决策,是智能钻井建设亟待攻克的难题。基于“全面感知、多源融合、智能决策、闭环控制”的设计思路,提出了智能... 当前,钻井工程面临安全、经济和效率一系列挑战,如何集成探测、决策、控制等技术,通过数字化技术推进自动化与自主化的钻井决策,是智能钻井建设亟待攻克的难题。基于“全面感知、多源融合、智能决策、闭环控制”的设计思路,提出了智能钻井决策大闭环及井场−后方决策双闭环,阐述了融合井场与后方决策的数据闭环、算法融合、指令闭环等关键技术,为智能钻井分析决策提供了系统设计。基于上述设计搭建的钻井一体化分析决策平台,在丰页1−AHF井、丰页1−BHF井和丰页1−CHF井等多口井进行了应用,提高了机械钻速及风险诊断准确率,缩短了钻井周期,有效提升了优质储层钻遇率。研究表明,数据、算法与决策的闭环是智能钻井建设的核心,双闭环融合、算法智能化及全生命周期分析是推动自主化智能钻井发展的关键。 展开更多

针对封闭式压缩机内部结构复杂、零部件较多,难以实现对共振部件的精准定位与识别,限制了涡旋压缩机振动与噪声性能的高效优化与控制等问题,为了实现对压缩机噪声源的快速识别,提出了涡旋压缩机声振耦合仿真分析方法。通过有限元仿真技... 针对封闭式压缩机内部结构复杂、零部件较多,难以实现对共振部件的精准定位与识别,限制了涡旋压缩机振动与噪声性能的高效优化与控制等问题,为了实现对压缩机噪声源的快速识别,提出了涡旋压缩机声振耦合仿真分析方法。通过有限元仿真技术模拟压缩机转子系统工作过程,获得上、下支撑反力。将其加载于壳体内部,计算得到壳体表面振动特性。采用LMS.Virtual.Lab软件进行声学仿真,明确压缩机壳体表面辐射的噪声特性,再通过试验测试得到压缩机噪声频谱。结果表明,压缩机实测噪声频谱与仿真结果吻合较好,压缩机声压级为75.2 dB(A),与仿真结果误差仅约2.4 dB(A);824 Hz与1940 Hz为压缩机主要噪声源,分别对应动涡旋和定子壳部件;声源识别系统测试得到的压缩机主要声源位置也与仿真结果相一致。研究结果可为封闭式涡旋压缩机噪声源定位与优化提供理论依据及技术参考。 展开更多

重症肌无力(MG)属于中医学“痿证”范畴,中医药治疗MG成效显著,预后良好。现代医学认为,MG是一种难治性自身免疫性疾病,目前缺少有效的根治方法。历代医家对MG的辨治多从脏腑辨证体系展开,但较少将其纳入三阴三阳六经辨治体系进行探讨... 重症肌无力(MG)属于中医学“痿证”范畴,中医药治疗MG成效显著,预后良好。现代医学认为,MG是一种难治性自身免疫性疾病,目前缺少有效的根治方法。历代医家对MG的辨治多从脏腑辨证体系展开,但较少将其纳入三阴三阳六经辨治体系进行探讨。“三阴三阳开阖枢”理论首载于《黄帝内经》,其核心在于:若开阖枢功能正常,则气机升降出入有序,阴阳气化得以平衡;若开阖枢功能失司,则阴阳升降出入失调,气血经络阻滞,导致疾病发生。以“三阴三阳开阖枢”理论为指导,对MG的病机及治疗进行探析,以期拓宽本病的治疗思路。 展开更多
