Immunoglobulin G4‐related disease(IgG4‐RD),first identified two decades ago,is an immune‐mediated pro‐inflammatory and profibrotic disease entity affecting multiple organs.The main histopathological features are a...Immunoglobulin G4‐related disease(IgG4‐RD),first identified two decades ago,is an immune‐mediated pro‐inflammatory and profibrotic disease entity affecting multiple organs.The main histopathological features are a dense lymphoplasmacytic infiltrate rich in IgG4+plasma cells,storiform fibrosis,and obliterative phlebitis.The precise immunopathology of IgG4‐RD is still unclear.Substantial research has validated the central role of B cells in IgG4‐RD,which can be further demonstrated by the responsiveness to B cell depletion treatment and the identification of multiple autoantibodies.Whether and how antibodies are pathogenic remains mechanistically undefined,warranting systematic investigation.Through integrative analysis of experimental studies and clinical findings,this review discussed the common characteristics of different classes of antibodies and their potential corresponding unique mechanisms involved in IgG4‐RD.Despite belonging to distinct classes,antibodies share conserved structural features that mediate common effector functions including neutralization and opsonization.In IgG4‐RD pathogenesis,the soluble IgG4 form appears non‐pathogenic,whereas its membrane‐bound counterpart demonstrates enhanced antigen‐binding avidity and facilitates epitope spreading cascades.Among other IgG subclasses,IgG1 emerges as a more potentially pathogenic subclass of antibody.Emerging evidence from multidisciplinary investigations progressively delineates the pathogenetic contributions of IgE and IgM.Systematic interrogation of antibodies with different classes and their pathogenic mechanisms in IgG4‐RD advances our understanding of disease immunopathogenesis while unveiling novel therapeutic targets with translational implications.展开更多

In this study we review the occurrence of different types (A, B, C, M, and X classes) of solar flares during different solar cycle phases from 1996 to 2019 covering the solar cycles 23 and 24. During this period, a to...In this study we review the occurrence of different types (A, B, C, M, and X classes) of solar flares during different solar cycle phases from 1996 to 2019 covering the solar cycles 23 and 24. During this period, a total of 19,126 solar flares were observed regardless the class: 3548 flares in solar cycle 23 (SC23) and 15,668 flares in solar cycle 24 (SC24). Our findings show that the cycle 23 has observed the highest occurrences of M-class and X-class flares, whereas cycle 24 has pointed out a predominance of B-class and C-class flares throughout its different phases. The results indicate that the cycle 23 was magnetically more intense than cycle 24, leading to more powerful solar flares and more frequent geomagnetic storms, capable of generating significant electromagnetic emissions that can affect satellites and GPS signals. The decrease in intense solar flares during cycle 24 compared to cycle 23 reflects an evolution in solar activity patterns over time.展开更多

The linear growth systems include the EW equation and the model of random deposition with surface relaxation(RDSR), the nonlinear growth systems involve the KPZ equation and typical discrete models including ballistic deposition(BD), etching, and restricted solid on solid(RSOS). The scaling exponents are obtained in both the(1 + 1)-and(2 + 1)-dimensional competitive growth with the nonlinear growth probability p and the linear proportion 1-p. Our results show that, when p changes from 0 to 1, there exist non-trivial crossover effects from EW to KPZ universality classes based on different competitive growth rules. Furthermore, the growth rate and the porosity are also estimated within various linear and nonlinear growths of cooperation and competition.展开更多

They are generally related to the specification of aggregates for alkali reactivity and the choice of exposure classes specified in NF EN 206-1. The purpose of this article is to study the incidence of non-compliance with exposure classes in reinforced concrete structures. To carry out this study, surveys were carried out at several sites (districts) in Dakar (Cité Avion, Touba Ouakam, Cité Asecna, Cité Batrain, Cité Comico, Cité Assemblée and Terme Sud) in order to collect information on the formulation and implementation methods used. However, previous foxtail millet hybrid cultivars have been largely developed from crosses between sterile lines and conventional varieties or between sterile lines and varieties that are geographically distent from the sterile lines. The research on classification of heterotic classes and determinetaion of heterotic patterns has not been reported, which results in uncertainty in selection of parents for crosses and delays progress in utilization of high yielding hybrids in large-scale commercial production. In this study, a core collection of 128 accessions from China was grouped into six classes using combined analyses of population structure, pedigree, and clustering. The classification was conducted based mainly on molecular clustering of genotypic data, also considered the population structure and mathematical clustering using phenotypic data, and was finally validated through pedigree analysis. According to the transgressive and superstandard heterosis for grain yield, plant height, panicle length, panicle diameter, single panicle weight, grain weight per panicle, and 1000-grain weight collected from an incomplete-diallel-cross experiment, we identified six superior heterosis patterns (C2/C1, C2/C4, C2/C5, C2/C6, C1/C5 and C4/C5) and four inferior heterosis patterns (C1/C3, C1/C4, C1/C6 and C4/C6), and explored their potential applications in millet hybrid breeding. This study laid a foundation for effective use of foxtail millet heterosis in improving millet hybrid yield.展开更多

文摘In this paper,we study the relations between the class of A-Gorenstein projective modules and the left orthogonal class of A,also the relations between the class of A-Gorenstein injective modules and the right orthogonal class of A.Some functor characterizations of AGorenstein projective modules and A-Gorenstein injective modules are obtained.Using the notion of complete duality pair,we discuss the relations between A-Gorenstein projective modules and B-Gorenstein flat modules.Some known results are generalized.
文摘Based on Bloom’s“effective teaching theory,”this paper proposes pre-class activities to improve students’enthusiasm and autonomy in English learning.These include sentence construction,situational dubbing,famous quotes,English songs,English games,Chinese stories,regional cultures,and theme debates,which combine life,interest,and inspiration as the main characteristics.The activities can enhance the sense of participation and achievement of all students to achieve the purpose of effective teaching.

文摘From the National Agency for the Organization and Construction of Infrastructures (ANOCI) program to the Emerging Senegal Plan (PSE), construction in Senegal has improved considerably. However, deficiencies remain in the specification of materials used mainly in hydraulic concrete. They are generally related to the specification of aggregates for alkali reactivity and the choice of exposure classes specified in NF EN 206-1. The purpose of this article is to study the incidence of non-compliance with exposure classes in reinforced concrete structures. To carry out this study, surveys were carried out at several sites (districts) in Dakar (Cité Avion, Touba Ouakam, Cité Asecna, Cité Batrain, Cité Comico, Cité Assemblée and Terme Sud) in order to collect information on the formulation and implementation methods used. The comparison of the various readings carried out made it possible to deduce conclusions and to give recommendations when using standard NF EN 206-1.
文摘Utilization of heterosis to develop hybrid cultivars can significantly increase yield of most crops including foxtail millet. However, previous foxtail millet hybrid cultivars have been largely developed from crosses between sterile lines and conventional varieties or between sterile lines and varieties that are geographically distent from the sterile lines. The research on classification of heterotic classes and determinetaion of heterotic patterns has not been reported, which results in uncertainty in selection of parents for crosses and delays progress in utilization of high yielding hybrids in large-scale commercial production. In this study, a core collection of 128 accessions from China was grouped into six classes using combined analyses of population structure, pedigree, and clustering. The classification was conducted based mainly on molecular clustering of genotypic data, also considered the population structure and mathematical clustering using phenotypic data, and was finally validated through pedigree analysis. According to the transgressive and superstandard heterosis for grain yield, plant height, panicle length, panicle diameter, single panicle weight, grain weight per panicle, and 1000-grain weight collected from an incomplete-diallel-cross experiment, we identified six superior heterosis patterns (C2/C1, C2/C4, C2/C5, C2/C6, C1/C5 and C4/C5) and four inferior heterosis patterns (C1/C3, C1/C4, C1/C6 and C4/C6), and explored their potential applications in millet hybrid breeding. This study laid a foundation for effective use of foxtail millet heterosis in improving millet hybrid yield.
