Dielectric elastomers(DEs) are the polymers capable of inducing deformation under electrical stimulation. When subject to a voltage across its thickness, the material reduces in thickness and expands in area. This paper presents a new method to analyze deformation and stress distribution response of the dielectric elastomer actuator(DEA) model under different applied voltage. An equal-biaxial pre-strained circular actuator model was built. The Yeoh strain energy potential and the collocation method are used for describing the large strain actuation response and stress distribution. The study in this paper has shown that: the stress and the stretch distributions in the passive region of the DE actuator depend on the radial distance from the center at the calculation point of the passive region and the magnitude of the applied voltage; with the same excitation applied voltage, we can get a larger deformation actuation by choosing an appropriate pre-stretch ratio; the influence of the non-ideal material has seriously affected the actual deformation of the DE actuators. This analytical model has a reference potential for the design optimization of high performance DEA systems and the model-based control of the DEA robot. 展开更多

Strategies of "guidance to different types of areas,promotion step by step" were given to study the development model of ecotourism circular economy in different types of tourist sites.By taking Luchong Scenic Area by the Fuxian Lake,Yunnan Province for an example,the general model of ecotourism circular economy in lakefront scenic areas was summarized,it was stressed that ecological principles and "5R"(rethinking,reducing,reusing,recycling,repairing)should be followed in its construction.Characteristics of a lakefront scenic area and actual conditions of its location region should be taken into consideration,with sewage treatment and lakefront environment protection as the focus,green scenic area and green tourism community as the carrier,a development model of ecotourism circular economy was established by considering relevant elements such as clean production,green consumption,waste processing,ecological compensation and industrial coupling,effective measures were given to introduce theories into practices,which would be the only chance for the lakefront scenic area realizing its sustainable development. 展开更多

The integrated circular economy model of farming and stock raising(ICEMFSR)has attracted increased attention as an effective model for solving the current irrational allocation of agricultural resources and realizing the agricultural value-added industrial chain.This study uses emergy analysis to comprehensively examine and evaluate the economic benefits,environmental pressures,and sustainable development levels of ICEMFSR in Shucheng County,China.The results show that the ICEMFSR possesses the value of popularization with optimally allocated resources in the studied region,in which the emergy yield ratio(EYR),emergy loading ratio(ELR),and emergy sustainable index(ESI)in this model accounted for 3.59,1.25,and 2.89,respectively.This result indicates a leading position in the national agricultural system.Hence,this study constructs a new model based on the coupling of emergy evaluation and multi-objective linear programming to study ICEMFSR.Consequently,the EYR,ELR,and ESI respectively varied by +24.23%,10.40%,and +38.06%after replanning of ICEMFSR.This variation implies a significant improvement in the sustainable development level of the model.In addition,the optimized scenario design for key substances is proposed based on traceability and the reduce-reuse-recycle principle,including biogasification of crop straw and enhancement of crop scientific planting capacity. 展开更多

In this paper, to investigate the influence of soil inhomogeneity on the bending of circular thinplates on elastic foundations, the static problem of circular thin plates on Gibson elasticfoundation is solved using an iterative method based on the modified Vlasov model. On the basisof the principle of minimum potential energy, the governing differential equations and boundaryconditions for circular thin plates on modified Vlasov foundation considering the characteristics ofGibson soil are derived. The equations for the attenuation parameter in bending problem are alsoobtained, and the issue of unknown parameters being difficult to determine is solved using theiterative method. Numerical examples are analyzed and the results are in good agreement withthose form other literatures. It proves that the method is practical and accurate. Theinhomogeneity of modified Vlasov foundations has some influence on the deformation andinternal force behavior of circular thin plates. The effects of various parameters on the bending ofcircular plates and characteristic parameters of the foundation are discussed. The modified modelfurther enriches and develops the elastic foundations. Relevant conclusions that are meaningful toengineering practice are drawn. 展开更多

乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)感染是全球面临的主要健康问题之一,是导致肝硬化和肝细胞癌的重要病因之一。由于HBV感染具有严格的种属特异性,目前尚未建立能够支持完整HBV感染周期并真实模拟宿主免疫和发病机制的动物模型。现有用于HBV研究的动物... 乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)感染是全球面临的主要健康问题之一,是导致肝硬化和肝细胞癌的重要病因之一。由于HBV感染具有严格的种属特异性,目前尚未建立能够支持完整HBV感染周期并真实模拟宿主免疫和发病机制的动物模型。现有用于HBV研究的动物模型包括黑猩猩、树鼩和小鼠等多种宿主,以及利用相关嗜肝病毒建立的替代模型。尽管这些模型在研究HBV复制、免疫反应及抗病毒药物评估方面发挥了重要作用,但仍存在伦理、感染效率低、成本高或缺乏持续感染等局限。近年来,人源化肝脏与免疫系统的小鼠模型、转基因模型及病毒载体介导的感染模型等新策略的出现,显著推动了HBV生物学研究进展。未来,通过结合基因编辑、组织工程及多系统整合等新技术,构建更符合人类病理生理特征的HBV感染动物模型,将为深入理解病毒-宿主互作机制、探索HBV清除途径及开发根治性治疗策略提供坚实基础。 展开更多

Circular Economy in HealthCare Challenges and Issues

Some major countries like India investing in biopharmaceutical industry have designed new business models of circular economics called the“Uber for HealthCare”for instance by Basu et al.,for medical equipment in India(Euro,Healthcare Stream,&Dublin 2018).This raises major challenges for global supply of medicine and Value Chains in life science.This contribution will provide a review of recent experiences and an analysis of how it impacts current global value chains.Current economic model development strengthening the demand side of the system and applications of choice modeling to capture heterogeneity of demand at individual level face with new circular strategies implemented by health care organizations and economic suppliers.The all-value system is challenged by such models including the critical decision points at prognostic,diagnostic,and treatment stages;platforms such as the Her2adaptive technology platform with cost sensitivity indexes proposed by Huttin and Liebman(Technology&HealthCare,2011)face also potential adaptation to integrate new priorities:for instance,in circular economy with integration of circular touch points.Research results like Van Boerdonk et al.(2021),demonstrate that reaching cleaner production with higher environmental values may become“paradoxical with lower or unimportant customer value”.Government and payers may need to create new policies for waste management and for sustaining reasonable and fair value for money in the health system.Moreover,the economics of sharing economy may need to find appropriate forms of centralization or decentralization in the organizations of health systems and decision-making processes.Circular models in health care in sharing economy may benefit single pathway models,often too expensive for affordable welfare contracts.This paper will continue the previous research agenda and papers on global value chains with the use of TiVa OECD database(joined in the WB-WTO project)and a quality paper on the biotech development chain and Covid-19(Huttin,2019;2021). 展开更多

圆周合成孔径声呐通过对成像场景作360°圆周运动获得目标全方位观测信息,以实现水下目标三维高精度成像,其成像效果受无人搭载平台的圆周运动误差影响较大.针对这一问题,根据圆周路径推导设计了基于向心加速度的圆周运动非线性制... 圆周合成孔径声呐通过对成像场景作360°圆周运动获得目标全方位观测信息,以实现水下目标三维高精度成像,其成像效果受无人搭载平台的圆周运动误差影响较大.针对这一问题,根据圆周路径推导设计了基于向心加速度的圆周运动非线性制导算法(centripetal acceleration based nonlinear guidance for circular,CANGC),对圆周轨迹贴合度高,具有较高的控制精度.此外,还设计了基于模型预测控制算法的圆周运动控制律,具有较快的控制响应和较强的自适应能力.将两种算法较好地融合,可实现精准圆周轨迹跟踪.其中制导律的控制输出为偏航角速度,因此控制过程中不依赖于无人船磁力计测得的偏航角数据,可以在具有较强磁场影响的条件下使用.通过仿真实验验证了算法的优越性,本文所设计的算法跟踪精度比文献中的算法的跟踪精度高80.1%.湖上实验进一步验证该算法对于圆周运动有较高的控制精度.研究成果为圆周合成孔径声呐成像无人船平台研究提供了算法基础. 展开更多

垫板加强X形圆钢管相贯节点滞回性能研究

文中采用Fortran语言编译循环空穴扩张模型(简称CVGM),并将其嵌入ABAQUS有限元软件中的VUSDFLD子程序,针对N形圆钢管相贯节点和垫板加强N形圆钢管相贯节点开展有限元模拟分析,并将有限元分析结果与试验实测结果进行对比验证,发现二者吻... 文中采用Fortran语言编译循环空穴扩张模型(简称CVGM),并将其嵌入ABAQUS有限元软件中的VUSDFLD子程序,针对N形圆钢管相贯节点和垫板加强N形圆钢管相贯节点开展有限元模拟分析,并将有限元分析结果与试验实测结果进行对比验证,发现二者吻合度较高,验证了用CVGM预测平面圆钢管相贯节点与垫板加强平面圆钢管相贯节点断裂行为的可行性。还设计了X形圆钢管相贯节点和垫板加强X型圆钢管相贯节点共计18个节点模型,采用CVGM对上述18个节点模型的断裂行为进行了预测,并研究各参数下节点的滞回性能。结果表明:相较于未加强节点,垫板加强后节点的极限承载力提高了37.5%~56.9%,极限位移减小了4.4%~20.3%,垫板加强后节点的延性低于未加强节点的延性;随着支主管外径比β、垫板厚度tp与垫板宽度B的增加,节点的极限承载力和刚度随之增加,但极限位移和延性呈降低趋势;随着垫板长度L和焊脚焊缝尺寸hf的增加,节点的极限承载力、极限位移、刚度和延性均会随之提升;随着主管径厚比γ的增加,节点的各滞回性能均会降低。 展开更多

Large shear deformation problems are frequently encountered in geotechnical engineering.To expose the shear failure mechanism of rock tunnels,compression-shear tests for rock models with circular tunnel were carried out,including single tunnel and adjacent double tunnels.The failure process is recorded by the external video and miniature cameras around the tunnel,accompanied by real-time acoustic emission monitoring.The experiments indicate that the shearing processes of rock tunnel can be divided into four steps:(i)cracks appeared around tunnels,(ii)shear cracks and spalling ejection developed,(iii)floor warping occurred,and(iv)shear cracks ran through the tunnel model.Besides,the roughness of the sheared fracture surface decreased with the increase in normal stress.Corresponding numerical simulation indicates that there are tensile stress concentrations and compressive stress concentrations around the tunnel during the shearing process,while the compressive stress concentration areas are under high risk of failure and the existence of adjacent tunnels will increase the degree of stress concentration. 展开更多

Cooling process of iron ore pellets in a circular cooler has great impacts on the pellet quality and systematic energy exploitation. However, multi-variables and non-visualization of this gray system is unfavorable to efficient production. Thus, the cooling process of iron ore pellets was optimized using mathematical model and data mining techniques. A mathematical model was established and validated by steady-state production data, and the results show that the calculated values coincide very well with the measured values. Based on the proposed model, effects of important process parameters on gas-pellet temperature profiles within the circular cooler were analyzed to better understand the entire cooling process. Two data mining techniques—Association Rules Induction and Clustering were also applied on the steady-state production data to obtain expertise operating rules and optimized targets. Finally, an optimized control strategy for the circular cooler was proposed and an operation guidance system was developed. The system could realize the visualization of thermal process at steady state and provide operation guidance to optimize the circular cooler. 展开更多

In this paper, first a circular diaphragm is modeled using the classical plate theory. An analytical solution based on differential transformation method (DTM) and Runge-Kutta method is employed for solving the governing differential equation for the first time. Then the influences of various parameters on central deflection of the diaphragm, stress distribution and capacitance of pressure sensor with a time-dependent pressure are examined. Several case studies are compared with simulations to confirm the proposed method. The analytical results compared with ABAQUS simulation show excellent agreement with the simulation results. This method is very promising for time saving in calculating micro-device characteristics. 展开更多
