Objective:To explore the effect of implementing the case-based three-dimensional teaching method guided by evidence-based thinking in the teaching of trainee nurses in the rehabilitation department.Method:Eighty nursi...Objective:To explore the effect of implementing the case-based three-dimensional teaching method guided by evidence-based thinking in the teaching of trainee nurses in the rehabilitation department.Method:Eighty nursing practice nurses who were conducting clinical practice learning in the Rehabilitation Department of Deyang People’s Hospital from June 2024 to May 2025 were selected as the research subjects.By using the controlled grouping method,the practice nurses from June 2024 to November 2024 were taken as the control group(n=40).The period from December 2024 to May 2025 was taken as the experimental group(n=40 students),the control group was taught by traditional teaching methods,and the experimental group was taught by evidence-based nursing combined with case teaching method.The clinical thinking ability,autonomous learning ability,exit assessment scores and teaching satisfaction of the two groups of intern nurses at the time of leaving the department were compared.Results:At the time of leaving the department,the scores of each dimension and the total score of clinical thinking ability of the intern nurses in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(t=9.268,6.354,6.199)9.694,all p<0.05).At the time of leaving the department the scores of each dimension and the total score of the autonomous learning ability of the intern nurses in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(t=6.998,7.333,5.503,5.977,22.244)all p<0.05).At the time of leaving the department the theoretical assessment scores and operational assessment scores of the experimental group were both higher than those of the control group(t=14.546,11.676,all p<0.05).At the time of graduation,the teaching satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(χ^(2)=7.314,p<0.05.Conclusion:The adoption of the case-based three-dimensional teaching.Rehabilitation method guided by the evidence-based ideology during the teaching process can effectively improve the clinical thinking ability,autonomous learning ability,departmental assessment results and teaching satisfaction of the intern nurses in the rehabilitation department,which is worthy of reference.展开更多

Objective:To explore the application effectiveness of the“Six-Step”Scenario-Based Teaching Method in operating room nursing education.Methods:Seventy nursing students undergoing clinical training in the operating ro...Objective:To explore the application effectiveness of the“Six-Step”Scenario-Based Teaching Method in operating room nursing education.Methods:Seventy nursing students undergoing clinical training in the operating room of a certain hospital from January 2024 to June 2025 were selected.They were randomly divided into an observation group(n=35)and a control group(n=35)using a random number table.The control group received traditional“mentor-apprentice”on-the-job training,while the observation group underwent the“six-step”scenario-based teaching method.The two groups were compared on final assessment scores,comprehensive competency,surgical nursing emergency response ability,and teaching satisfaction indicators.Results:The observation group achieved significantly higher final assessment scores(85.54±5.05)than the control group(78.63±4.75);After instruction,the observation group scored significantly higher than the control group in:mastery of basic duties and procedures(4.22±0.30 vs.3.98±0.30),understanding of surgical nursing essentials(4.39±0.19 vs.3.98±0.30),proficiency in surgical assistance(4.11±0.33 vs.3.98±0.30),aseptic awareness(4.32±0.24 vs.3.98±0.30),risk awareness(4.22±0.17 vs.3.98±0.30),and occupational safety awareness(4.01±0.23 vs.3.98±0.30).(4.01±0.23),which were significantly higher than the control group’s scores(3.36±0.28),(3.14±0.27),(3.29±0.24),(3.53±0.36),(3.17±0.25),and(3.51±0.18),respectively.Students in the observation group scored significantly higher than the control group in emergency hands-on skills(24.53±1.85 points),surgical coordination skills(27.65±1.87 points),emergency coordination skills(25.34±1.83 points),and patient condition observation skills(24.34±1.79 points)were significantly higher than those of the control group(20.78±1.74 points,26.31±1.95 points,22.92±1.69 points,and 21.58±1.77 points,respectively).The satisfaction rate with operating room nursing education among students in the observation group(97.00%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(77.00%).All differences were statistically significant(p<0.05).Conclusion:The“Six-Step”Scenario-Based Teaching Method effectively enhances operating room students’mastery of theoretical knowledge,practical skills,and core comprehensive abilities,while significantly improving their teaching satisfaction.It warrants promotion and application in operating room nursing education.展开更多
Objective:To explore the application value of a new empowerment teaching method based on Kirkpatrick’s evaluation model in teaching Chinese medicine nursing in otorhinolaryngology.Methods:60 nurses who practiced in t...Objective:To explore the application value of a new empowerment teaching method based on Kirkpatrick’s evaluation model in teaching Chinese medicine nursing in otorhinolaryngology.Methods:60 nurses who practiced in the otolaryngology department of our hospital from June 2022 to October 2024 were included in the study and equally divided into two groups using a convenient sampling method.30 nurses who chose traditional Chinese medicine skill teaching management were included in the control group,and 30 nurses who chose the new empowerment teaching method based on Kirkpatrick’s evaluation model were included in the observation group.Relevant indicators such as clinical teaching environment perception,theoretical knowledge scores of Chinese medicine nursing,and excellent rate of practical operation assessment were compared.Results:The nurses in the observation group had higher scores for clinical teaching environment perception than the control group(P<0.05).However,the midterm and final exam scores for theoretical knowledge of Chinese medicine nursing were higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the observation group had a higher excellent rate of practical operation assessment(93.33%>73.33%)and a higher Chinese medicine nursing ability score[(215.69±19.73)points>(184.87±15.66)points](P<0.05).Conclusion:Applying the new empowerment teaching method based on Kirkpatrick’s evaluation model to Chinese medicine nursing teaching in otolaryngology can help nurses understand the theoretical knowledge of Chinese medicine nursing and optimize the clinical teaching environment,thereby promoting their practical skills and Chinese medicine nursing abilities.展开更多

Although there are different cultural and educational backgrounds between China and the West, teaching methods such as text teaching, students＇ presentations and group learning are suitable for most of teachers and students even from different countries and regions. The blended method is helpful to popularize history of geographic thought and improve the level of teaching and learning. Owing to lack of the class on the history of geographic thought in countries like China, the authors try to explore a blended method for the first-year geography undergraduates and to assess the effects of this teaching based on some questionnaires. The students have different benefits and responses to this class. A special group consisting of one teacher and several undergraduates does the research and coauthors the paper through making questionnaire, interviewing and analyzing materials from 67 freshmen majoring in human geography and geography science（teacher-training） in China. It is therefore of paramount importance to enhance nursing students＇ clinical reasoning ability. High-fidelity simulation （HFS） is proved to be an effective teaching and learning method, which may also have some advantages over other teaching methods. Methods： The authors retrospectively reviewed the related literature, illustrated the application of high-fidelity simulation teaching method in nursing education, putting the focus on the use of it in teaching with clinical reasoning. Results： The application of high-fidelity simulation to nursing education can simulate the clinical situation, thus to create a safe, continuous and efficient learning environment for students, and it can effectively improve students＇ clinical reasoning ability. Conclusions： high-fidelity simulation is effective for clinical reasoning teaching in nursing education. The extension of its application in China should be of great value. The relevant further study is suggested focusing on how to overcome its own limitations and have it better applied in nursing education in China.展开更多

文摘Objective:To explore the application value of a new empowerment teaching method based on Kirkpatrick’s evaluation model in teaching Chinese medicine nursing in otorhinolaryngology.Methods:60 nurses who practiced in the otolaryngology department of our hospital from June 2022 to October 2024 were included in the study and equally divided into two groups using a convenient sampling method.30 nurses who chose traditional Chinese medicine skill teaching management were included in the control group,and 30 nurses who chose the new empowerment teaching method based on Kirkpatrick’s evaluation model were included in the observation group.Relevant indicators such as clinical teaching environment perception,theoretical knowledge scores of Chinese medicine nursing,and excellent rate of practical operation assessment were compared.Results:The nurses in the observation group had higher scores for clinical teaching environment perception than the control group(P<0.05).However,the midterm and final exam scores for theoretical knowledge of Chinese medicine nursing were higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the observation group had a higher excellent rate of practical operation assessment(93.33%>73.33%)and a higher Chinese medicine nursing ability score[(215.69±19.73)points>(184.87±15.66)points](P<0.05).Conclusion:Applying the new empowerment teaching method based on Kirkpatrick’s evaluation model to Chinese medicine nursing teaching in otolaryngology can help nurses understand the theoretical knowledge of Chinese medicine nursing and optimize the clinical teaching environment,thereby promoting their practical skills and Chinese medicine nursing abilities.

文摘Objective:To explore the application effect of flipped classroom combined with case-based learning teaching methods in pharmacoeconomics teaching.Methods:The students majoring in clinical pharmacy in 2019 were selected as the study subjects,and the cost-effectiveness analysis of different dosage forms of Yinzhihuang in the treatment of neonatal jaundice was selected as the teaching case.The flipped classroom combined with case-based learning teaching method was used to carry out theoretical teaching to the students.After the course,questionnaires were distributed through the Sojump platform to evaluate the teaching effect.Results:The results of the questionnaire showed that 85.71%of the students believed that the flipped classroom combined with case-based learning teaching method was helpful in mobilizing the learning enthusiasm and initiative,and improving the comprehensive application ability of the knowledge of pharmacoeconomics.92.86%of the students think that it is conducive to the understanding and memorization of learning content,as well as the cultivation of teamwork,communication,etc.Conclusion:Flipped classroom combined with case-based learning teaching method can improve students’knowledge mastery,thinking skills,and practical application skills,as well as optimize and improve teachers’teaching levels.
文摘Among programming languages,C++programming language is relatively difficult to learn.In order to help students learn C++language better,two solutions is proposed in this paper.The first solution is to introduce the idea of flipped classroom into C++teaching.Because of the many difficulties in C++,students can watch and discuss with their classmates anytime and anywhere through the video explanation of the flipped classroom.Teachers explain the key points and difficulties in offline classrooms,which will help students quickly master C++knowledge points.The second solution is to design a case based on a real project and then integrate the case into daily C++teaching.In this way,students can quickly transition from the level of knowledge mastery to the level of knowledge application,which helps to cultivate students’coding ability based on real project.

文摘It is necessary for undergraduates majoring in geography to learn the history of geographic thought. Although there are different cultural and educational backgrounds between China and the West, teaching methods such as text teaching, students＇ presentations and group learning are suitable for most of teachers and students even from different countries and regions. The blended method is helpful to popularize history of geographic thought and improve the level of teaching and learning. Owing to lack of the class on the history of geographic thought in countries like China, the authors try to explore a blended method for the first-year geography undergraduates and to assess the effects of this teaching based on some questionnaires. The students have different benefits and responses to this class. A special group consisting of one teacher and several undergraduates does the research and coauthors the paper through making questionnaire, interviewing and analyzing materials from 67 freshmen majoring in human geography and geography science（teacher-training） in China. For the undergraduates especially from the countries like China, it is well worth making the history of geographic thought become a necessary and interesting class.

文摘Objective： Clinical reasoning is an essential feature of health care practice; it is also a crucial ability for providing patient care of high quality. It has been identified that graduate nurses may lack the clinical reasoning skills to deliver safe and effective patient cam. It is therefore of paramount importance to enhance nursing students＇ clinical reasoning ability. High-fidelity simulation （HFS） is proved to be an effective teaching and learning method, which may also have some advantages over other teaching methods. Methods： The authors retrospectively reviewed the related literature, illustrated the application of high-fidelity simulation teaching method in nursing education, putting the focus on the use of it in teaching with clinical reasoning. Results： The application of high-fidelity simulation to nursing education can simulate the clinical situation, thus to create a safe, continuous and efficient learning environment for students, and it can effectively improve students＇ clinical reasoning ability. Conclusions： high-fidelity simulation is effective for clinical reasoning teaching in nursing education. The extension of its application in China should be of great value. The relevant further study is suggested focusing on how to overcome its own limitations and have it better applied in nursing education in China.
