Foundation design is an indispensable part of architectural structure design. On the one hand, the design of foundation will hinder the safety of buildings, and on the other hand, it will also have certain effects on the functions of buildings. At the same time, the improvement of construction unit cost control also promotes the development of building structure design. At present, many new technologies and new processes are used in the design of building structures, which can not only improve the safety and rationality of buildings, but also save money. Based on this, this paper makes an in-depth discussion on the form of foundation design in architectural structure design.展开更多
Fengguo Temple is famous for its Great Buddha's Hall(Daxiongbaodian) with almost 1,000-yearold wooden structure built in the Liao Dynasty. Based on inscriptions on 14 tablets, relevant books, journals and archaeol...Fengguo Temple is famous for its Great Buddha's Hall(Daxiongbaodian) with almost 1,000-yearold wooden structure built in the Liao Dynasty. Based on inscriptions on 14 tablets, relevant books, journals and archaeological reports, the paper discussed the evolution of Fengguo Temple and the year of construction of its gate, and also specific location and basic form of the temple gate. The gate to Fengguo Temple possessed 5-jian width, adopted central-division section(fenxincao) and palace-hall beam structure(diantangshi). By exploring the gate platform, column and column base, materials, bucket arch(puzuo), beam, roof, wall, floor, window and door decorations, this paper analyzed and defined the principles and results of the restoration design.展开更多
