RIS-Assisted Receive Spatial Modulation for High-Speed Railway Communication

In high-speed railway(HSR)wireless communication,the rapid channel changes and limited high-capacity access cause significant impact on the link performance.Meanwhile,the Doppler shift caused by high mobility leads to the inter-carrier interference.In this paper,we propose a reconfigurable intelligent surface(RIS)-assisted receive spatial modulation(SM)scheme based on the spatial-temporal correlated HSR Rician channel.The characteristics of SM and the phase shift adjustment of RIS are used to mitigate the performance degradation in high mobility scenarios.Considering the influence of channel spatial-temporal correlation and Doppler shift,the effects of different parameters on average bit error rate(BER)performance and upper bound of ergodic capacity are analyzed.Therefore,a joint antenna and RIS-unit selection algorithm based on the antenna removal method is proposed to increase the capacity performance of communication links.Numerical results show that the proposed RIS-assisted receive SM scheme can maintain high transmission capacity compared to the conventional HSR-SM scheme,whereas the degradation of BER performance can be compensated by arranging a large number of RIS-units.In addition,selecting more RIS-units has better capacity performance than activating more antennas in the low signal-to-noise ratio regions. 展开更多

The results are expressed in terms of Meijer's Gfunction, which can be easily evaluated numerically. In this paper,we design a spatial modulation based orthogonal time frequency space(SMOTFS)system to achieve improved transmission reliability and meet the high transmission rate and highspeed demands of future mobile communications,which fully utilizes the characteristics of spatial modulation(SM)and orthogonal time frequency space(OTFS)transmission.The detailed system design and signal processing of the SM-OTFS system have been presented.The closed-form expressions of the average symbol error rate(ASER)and average bit error rate(ABER)of the SM-OTFS system have been derived over the delay-Doppler channel with the help of the union bounding technique and moment-generating function(MGF).Meanwhile,the system complexity has been evaluated.Numerical results verify the correctness of the theoretical ASER and ABER analysis of the SM-OTFS system in the high signal-to-noise ratio(SNR)regions and also show that the SM-OTFS system outperforms the traditional SM based orthogonal frequency division multiplexing(SM-OFDM)system with limited complexity increase under mobile conditions,especially in high mobility scenarios. 展开更多

The state space average model and the large signal models of Pulse Skip Modulation (PSM) mode are given in this paper. Farther more, based on these models and simulations of PSM converter circuits, the analysis of the characteristics of PSM converter is described in this paper, of which include efficiency, frequency spectrum analysis, output voltage ripple, response speed and interference rejection capability. Compared with PWM control mode, PSM converter has high efficiency, especially with fight loads, quick response, good interference rejection and good EMC characteristic. Improved PSM slightly, it could be a kind of good independent regulating mode during the whole operating process for a DC-DC converter. Ultrahigh average zT realized in polycrystalline SnSe_(0.95) materials through Sn stabilizing and carrier modulation

The average zT determines the conversion efficiency,and the power factor plays an important role in average zT value.However,the inadequate electrical conductivity of SnSe materials seriously limits its application.Herein,the TaCl_(5)-doped in polycrystalline SnSe_(0.95) materials synthesized using the melting method and combined with spark plasma sintering technology achieves a zT value of 1.64 at 773 K and a record zTave of 0.62 from 323 K to 773 K.The electrical conductivity increases due to the released electron carrier induced by effective TaCl_(5) doping.According to the DFT calculation,the energy band of TaCl_(5)-doped samples is narrowed,which can enhance the electron transport.Besides,the Seebeck coefficient is maintained at an elevated level as a result of the incorporation of the heavy element Ta.Due to the significantly enhanced electrical conductivity and maintained high Seebeck coefficient,the power factor reaches to 622 mW·m^(-1)·K^(-2) at 773 K for the SnSe_(0.95) t 1.75%(in mass)TaCl_(5) sample,which is almost 21 times higher than that of the pristine sample.Simultaneously,a high average power factor value of 334 mW·m^(-1)·K^(-2) for the SnSe_(0.95) t 1.75%(in mass)TaCl_(5) sample from 323 to 773 K was obtained.It is surprisingly found that the Ta element plays another important role to improve the stability of SnSe_(0.95) by forming Ta2Sn3 and removing the low melting point Sn,which usually existed in n-type SnSe samples,resulting in the decreased lattice thermal conductivity.A low lattice thermal conductivity value of 0.24 W·m^(-1)·K^(-1) was also obtained for the SnSe_(0.95) t 2.0%(in mass)TaCl_(5) sample at 773 K due to the multiscale defects.Consequently,the SnSe_(0.95) t 2.0%(in mass)TaCl_(5) sample obtains a peak zT value of 1.64 at 773 K and a record zTave of 0.62 from 323 to 773 K,and the theoretically calculated conversion efficiency reaches 11.2%,it can be utilized for power generation and/or cooling at a broad temperature range.This strategy of introducing high-valence halides with heavy element can optimize the thermoelectric performance for other material systems. 展开更多

The nonstationary probability densities of system response of a single-degree- of-freedom system with lightly nonlinear damping and strongly nonlinear stiffness subject to modulated white noise excitation are studied. Using the stochastic averaging method based on the generalized harmonic functions, the averaged Fokl^er-Planck-Kolmogorov equation governing the nonstationary probability density of the amplitude is derived. The solution of the equation is approximated by the series expansion in terms of a set of properly selected basis functions with time-dependent coefficients. According to the Galerkin method, the time-dependent coefficients can be solved from a set of first-order linear differential equations. Then, the semi-analytical formulae of the nonstationary probability density of the amplitude response as well as the nonstationary probability density of the state response and the statistic moments of the amplitude response can be obtained. A van der Pol-Duffing oscillator subject to modulated white noise is given as an example to illustrate the proposed procedures. The effects of the system parameters, such as the linear damping coefficient and the nonlinear stiffness coefficient, on the system response are discussed. 展开更多

A correlation overlapping partial transmit sequence(C-OPTS) algorithm is proposed to solve the issue of high complexity of overlapping partial transmit sequence(OPTS) algorithm in suppressing the peak to average power ratio(PAPR) of filter bank multicarrier-offset quadrature amplitude modulation(FBMC-OQAM) signals.The V subblocks in partial transmit sequence(PTS) are regrouped into U combinations according to the correlation coefficient p,and overlapping subblocks are allowed between adjacent groups.The search starts from the first group and sets the phase factors of the subsequent groups to 1.When the phase factors of the non-overlapping subblocks in the first group are determined,the subsequent groups are searched in turn to determine their respective phase factors.Starting from the second data block,the data overlapped with it should be taken into account when determining its optimal phase factor vector.Theoretical analysis and simulation results indicate that compared with the OPTS algorithm,the proposed algorithm can significantly reduce the computational complexity at the cost of slight deterioration of PAPR performance.Meanwhile,compared with the even-odd iterative double-layers OPTS(ID-OPTS) algorithm,it can further reduce the complexity and obtain a better PAPR suppression effect. 展开更多

针对产品表面缺陷样本数稀缺时的深度学习缺陷检测效果不佳问题,提出了一种基于元学习策略的改进YOLO-SBN模型,用于小样本缺陷检测。首先,为了提高提取全局特征信息的能力,采用了Swin Transformer作为骨干网络模型,引入注意力机制提取... 针对产品表面缺陷样本数稀缺时的深度学习缺陷检测效果不佳问题,提出了一种基于元学习策略的改进YOLO-SBN模型,用于小样本缺陷检测。首先,为了提高提取全局特征信息的能力,采用了Swin Transformer作为骨干网络模型,引入注意力机制提取了特征图的判别能力;然后,为了提高特征融合能力并降低计算复杂度,通过加权双向特征金字塔网络(BiFPN)结构优化了特征提取器的颈部网络,平衡了YOLO-SBN模型的有效性和效率;最后,采用归一化注意力模块(NAM)优化权重调整了模块,增强了浅层缺陷特征的模型表达,并基于这些增强的特征进行了检测;使用金属表面热轧缺陷公开数据集NEU-DET验证了YOLO-SBN模型的算法性能。研究结果表明:对于小样本缺陷检测,YOLO-SBN模型在平均准确率(mAP)方面提高了4.1%;在新类缺陷样本规模数量为50的小样本情况下,改进后的检测模型对新类数据适应性最强。由此可见,该YOLO-SBN模型在提高检测精度和提升模型泛化能力方面具有一定优势。 展开更多

针对基于深度学习的调制识别方法存在的未利用原始信号顺序信息、识别率低、参数量大的问题,提出一种基于时空卷积网络(Spatiotemporal Convolutional Network,SCN)的调制识别算法。为防止信号的顺序信息的丢失,该网络先提取信号的时域... 针对基于深度学习的调制识别方法存在的未利用原始信号顺序信息、识别率低、参数量大的问题,提出一种基于时空卷积网络(Spatiotemporal Convolutional Network,SCN)的调制识别算法。为防止信号的顺序信息的丢失,该网络先提取信号的时域特征,再提取信号的空间特征,其中时域特征提取采用时序卷积网络(Temporal Convolutional Network,TCN)结构,空间特征提取采用二维卷积神经网络(Two-Dimensional Convolution Neural Network,2D-CNN),最后的分类识别采用全局平均池化(Global Average Pooling,GAP)替代展平(Flatten)层。由于TCN中因果膨胀卷积和GAP的应用使网络高识别率的同时参数大幅减少。在未经预处理的IQ信号调制识别中,与传统的CNN2、ResNet、DenseNet、CLDNN和LSTM2相比,参数量最少,平均识别精度提升4.9%~16.5%。 展开更多

含接地阻尼的分段刚度NES减振性能研究

非线性能量阱系统主要通过阻尼元件耗散能量,改变阻尼元件的位置也会改变非线性能量阱系统的性能。该研究将接地阻尼引入分段刚度非线性能量阱,提出一种含接地阻尼的分段刚度非线性能量阱,并对其动力学特性展开研究。首先,基于复变量平... 非线性能量阱系统主要通过阻尼元件耗散能量,改变阻尼元件的位置也会改变非线性能量阱系统的性能。该研究将接地阻尼引入分段刚度非线性能量阱,提出一种含接地阻尼的分段刚度非线性能量阱,并对其动力学特性展开研究。首先,基于复变量平均法和多尺度法推导了1∶1共振下系统的慢变方程;其次,分析了不同参数对系统慢不变流形的影响,在此基础上,通过分析慢不变流形的拓扑形状,判断系统是否发生强调制响应;最后,研究了不同脉冲激励与简谐激励下,接地阻尼处于不同位置对系统减振性能的影响并和无接地阻尼的情况进行对比,同时用星鸦优化算法对系统参数进行优化。结果表明,在分段刚度非线性能量阱中引入接地阻尼可以有效改善系统的减振性能,将阻尼附加在主系统上并接地的吸振器适用于对减振效果要求较高但对耗散时间要求较低的场合,将阻尼附加在附加质量上并接地的吸振器适用于需要快速将主系统能量耗散至较低能级的场合。 展开更多

基于SA-YOLOv5s的输电线路绝缘子损害识别方法

输电线路的绝缘子损坏给电力系统带来诸多安全隐患,引发电弧、火灾等危害。实时高效的绝缘子损害识别技术成为解决该问题的关键。在大量实验的基础上,提出一种基于SA-YOLOv5s的输电线路绝缘子损害识别方法,该方法在YOLOv5s模型的卷积模... 输电线路的绝缘子损坏给电力系统带来诸多安全隐患,引发电弧、火灾等危害。实时高效的绝缘子损害识别技术成为解决该问题的关键。在大量实验的基础上,提出一种基于SA-YOLOv5s的输电线路绝缘子损害识别方法,该方法在YOLOv5s模型的卷积模块中引入CBAM注意力机制,提高模型特征提取能力;使用GhostC3模块替代主干网络的C3模块,降低模型复杂度;使用C2f残差模块替代颈部网络的C3模块,提高检测准确性;使用MPDIoU损失函数替代CIoU定位损失函数,提高检测精度;融合改进多尺度的SAHI切片超推理,提高预测结果的精度与准确度。实验结果表明,改进SA-YOLOv5s模型在数据集上检测的P_(mA0.5)值为95.2%,P_(mA0.5:0.95)值为61.9%,检测速度为98帧/s,且绝缘子、绝缘子破裂、表面闪络损坏的预测准确度分别达到99.2%、100%与100%。改进模型满足复杂环境下对小目标及密集目标的检测需求。 展开更多

滚动轴承作为旋转机械的重要组成部分,其正常运行直接影响机器的使用寿命和运行状态.为了提高滚动轴承故障诊断的准确性,本文提出一种基于动态减法平均优化器(DSABO)和平行注意力模块(PAM)的柔性残差神经网络(FResNet),用于滚动轴承故... 滚动轴承作为旋转机械的重要组成部分,其正常运行直接影响机器的使用寿命和运行状态.为了提高滚动轴承故障诊断的准确性,本文提出一种基于动态减法平均优化器(DSABO)和平行注意力模块(PAM)的柔性残差神经网络(FResNet),用于滚动轴承故障诊断.具体而言,首先设计一种基于卷积神经网络的柔性残差模块来构建FResNet.该模块允许在DSABO迭代时更改卷积层数、卷积核数和跳跃连接数,从而增强网络故障特征提取能力并减少网络退化.其次,设计具有卷积层的PAM来融合通道注意力和空间注意力输出权重,通过与滚动轴承运行数据结合,实现数据特征增强.于是,DSABO、PAM和FResNet的集成形成了一个有效的滚动轴承故障诊断模型,命名为DSABO-PAM-FResNet.最后,利用美国凯斯西储大学滚动轴承故障数据集验证所提DSABO-PAM-FResNet模型的可行性和有效性.结果显示,在信噪比为–6 dB环境下所提模型对滚动轴承故障诊断的准确率为97.18%,证明所提模型具有较好的抗噪能力;在0.75 kW、1.5 kW和2.25 kW不同负载条件下,所提模型对滚动轴承故障诊断的平均准确率为98.2%,证明所提模型具有良好的变工况诊断适应能力.与其他智能故障诊断方法的对比结果表明,所提DSABO-PAM-FResNet模型的诊断精度更高,为滚动轴承故障诊断提供了一种新的有效智能方法. 展开更多

在电力系统的运行与维护中,及时准确地检测电力缺陷对保障系统安全稳定至关重要。然而,由于电力缺陷场景图像数据难以获取,深度学习模型常面临训练样本不足的问题。为解决这一难题,将扩散模型应用于电力缺陷图像生成,并提出了一种基于... 在电力系统的运行与维护中,及时准确地检测电力缺陷对保障系统安全稳定至关重要。然而,由于电力缺陷场景图像数据难以获取,深度学习模型常面临训练样本不足的问题。为解决这一难题,将扩散模型应用于电力缺陷图像生成,并提出了一种基于纹理调制和EMA参数更新的小样本生成适应方法,以扩展电力缺陷图像数据集。具体而言,在扩散模型中引入了纹理调制模块,通过两阶段注入机制,提升了图像的细节捕捉能力与空间结构对齐能力。此外,设计了一种EMA参数更新的跨域适应训练策略,结合风格损失与扩散损失,平滑了模型训练过程,提升了生成图像的质量与稳定性。实验结果表明,该方法在多个电力设备缺陷小样本数据集上表现出色,生成图像具有较高的空间结构一致性与细节还原能力,展现了其在电力缺陷检测中的应用潜力。 展开更多

交错并联技术可以减小输入电流纹波和降低开关损耗,提高了变换器效率。交错并联Buck变换器结合电流模控制方式不仅能够实现相位间电流均流,而且还可以降低电感和开关管的电流应力。本文详细阐述了交错并联Buck工作原理,采用了峰值电流... 交错并联技术可以减小输入电流纹波和降低开关损耗,提高了变换器效率。交错并联Buck变换器结合电流模控制方式不仅能够实现相位间电流均流,而且还可以降低电感和开关管的电流应力。本文详细阐述了交错并联Buck工作原理,采用了峰值电流模式控制策略,并结合环路补偿设计来提高系统的瞬态响应。基于Simplis搭建模型并仿真,通过仿真结果验证该控制策略的可行性;设计并做出了一款微型电源模块,内部包含两路Buck电路,每路可单独工作亦或两路交错并联工作。该电源模块因其控制策略和开关管集成在芯片内部,所以体积小、重量轻,同时输出电压纹波低,峰值效率达到90%。 展开更多
