We suppose that the classical distributed consensus protocol is destroyed by diverse time-delays which include communication time-delay and self time-delay. Based on the generalized Nyquist stability criterion and the Gerschgorin disk theorem, some sufficient conditions for the consensus of multi-agent systems are obtained. And we give the expression of the weighted average consensus value for our consensus protocol. Finally, numerical examples are presented to illustrate the theoretical results.展开更多

First, the limitations of several existing single-valued neutrosophic weighted averaging aggregation operators (i.e. , the single-valued neutrosophic weighted averaging, single-valued neutrosophic weighted algebraic averaging, single-valued neutrosophic weighted Einstein averaging, single-valued neutrosophic Frank weighted averaging, and single-valued neutrosophic Hamacher weighted averaging operators), which can produce some indeterminate terms in the aggregation process, are discussed. Second, an ISNHWA operator was developed to overcome the limitations of existing operators. Third, the properties of the proposed operator, including idempotency, boundedness, monotonicity, and commutativity, were analyzed. Application examples confirmed that the ISNHWA operator and the proposed MCGDM method are rational and effective. The proposed improved ISNHWA operator and MCGDM method can overcome the indeterminate results in some special cases in existing single-valued neutrosophic weighted averaging aggregation operators and MCGDM methods.展开更多
Increasing incidents of indoor air quality(IAQ) related complaints lead us to the fact that IAQ has become a significant occupational health and environmental issue. However, how to effectively evaluate IAQ under diff...Increasing incidents of indoor air quality(IAQ) related complaints lead us to the fact that IAQ has become a significant occupational health and environmental issue. However, how to effectively evaluate IAQ under different scale of multiple indicators is still a challenge. The traditional single-indicator method is subjected to uncertainties in assessing IAQ due to different subjectivity on good or bad quality and scalar differences of data set. In this study, a multilevel integrated weighted average IAQ method including initial walking through assessment(IWA) and two-layers weighted average method are developed and applied to evaluate IAQ of the laboratory building at the University of Regina in Canada. Some important chemical parameters related to IAQ in terms of volatile organic compounds(VOCs), methanol(HCHO), carbon dioxide(CO2), and carbon monoxide(CO) are evaluated based on 5 months continuous monitoring data. The new integrated assessment result can not only indicates the risk of an individual parameter, but also able to quantify the overall IAQ risk on the sampling site. Finally, some recommendations based on the result are proposed to address sustainable IAQ practices in the sampling area.展开更多
The concept of neutrosophic statistics is applied to propose two monitoring schemes which are an improvement of the neutrosophic exponentially weighted moving average(NEWMA)chart.In this study,two control charts are d...The concept of neutrosophic statistics is applied to propose two monitoring schemes which are an improvement of the neutrosophic exponentially weighted moving average(NEWMA)chart.In this study,two control charts are designed under the uncertain environment or neutrosophic statistical interval system,when all observations are undermined,imprecise or fuzzy.These are termed neutrosophic double and triple exponentially weighted moving average(NDEWMA and NTEWMA)control charts.For the proficiency of the proposed chart,Monte Carlo simulations are used to calculate the run-length characteristics(such as average run length(ARL),standard deviation of the run length(SDRL),percentiles(P_(25),P_(50),P_(75)))of the proposed charts.The structures of the proposed control charts are more effective in detecting small shifts while these are comparable with the other existing charts in detecting moderate and large shifts.The simulation study and real-life implementations of the proposed charts show that the proposed NDEWMA and NTEWMA charts perform better in monitoring the process of road traffic crashes and electric engineering data as compared to the existing control charts.Therefore,the proposed charts will be helpful in minimizing the road accident and minimizing the defective products.Furthermore,the proposed charts are more acceptable and actual to apply in uncertain environment.展开更多

Polyacrylic acid(PAA)-based binders have been demonstrated to significantly enhance the cycling stability of pure silicon(Si)anodes compared to other binder types.However,there is a notable lack of systematic and in-d...Polyacrylic acid(PAA)-based binders have been demonstrated to significantly enhance the cycling stability of pure silicon(Si)anodes compared to other binder types.However,there is a notable lack of systematic and in-depth investigation into the relationship between the molecular weight(MW)of PAA and its performance in pure Si anodes,leading to an absence of reliable theoretical guidance for designing and optimizing of PAA-based binders for these anodes.Herein,we select a series of PAA with varying MWs as binders for Si nanoparticle(SiNP)anodes to systematically identify the optimal MW of PAA for enhancing the electrochemical performance of SiNP anodes.The actual MWs of the various PAA were confirmed by gel permeation chromatography to accurately establish the relationship between MW and binder performance.Within an ultrawide weight average molecular weight(M_(w))range of 35.9-4850 kDa,we identify that the PAA binder with a M_(w)of 1250 kDa(PAA125)exhibits the strongest mechanical strength and the highest adhesion strength,attributed to its favorable molecular chain orientation and robust interchain interactions.These characteristics enable the SiNP anodes utilizing PAA125 to maintain the best interfacial chemistry and bulk mechanical structure stability,leading to optimal electrochemical performance.Notably,the enhancement in cycling stability of SiNP anode by PAA125 under practical application conditions is further validated by the 1.1 Ah LLNi_(0.8)Co_(0.1)Mn_(0.1)O_(2)/SiNP@PAA125 pouch cell.展开更多
The research on rolling bearing early fault detection is mainly focused on degradation index extraction and adaptive setting of alarm threshold.The mainstream methods are to extract degradation indicators based on ada...The research on rolling bearing early fault detection is mainly focused on degradation index extraction and adaptive setting of alarm threshold.The mainstream methods are to extract degradation indicators based on adaptive features and set adaptive alarm thresholds based on the Shewhart control chart.However,the adaptive feature extraction method does not consider the correlation between features,and the Shewhart control chart is not sensitive to small fluctuations caused by early faults.In this study,a rolling bearing early fault detection method based on a feature clustering fusion degradation index is proposed.The multidomain statistical features are extracted to form the initial feature set,and the improved hierarchical clustering algorithm is combined with the feature evaluation index to select features to form a preferred feature subset,to ensure the richness of index information and reduce redundancy.After the construction of the degradation index,to suppress the interference caused by nonstationary and abnormal shocks in early fault detection,the accurate evaluation method and anomaly determination strategy of control chart parameters are studied,and an improved exponential weighted move average control chart is designed to monitor the degradation index.The effectiveness and superiority of the proposed method are verified by public data sets.This research provides a rolling bearing early fault detection method,which can provide comprehensive degradation indicators,eliminate interference caused by random anomalies and running in periods,and achieve an accurate detection of early bearing failures.展开更多

The whole anthropogenic aluminum cycle consists of four stages: alumina and aluminum production, fabrication and manufacture, use and reclamation. Based on the investigation on the 2003-2007 aluminum cycles in China, a number of changes can be found. For instance, resources self-support ratio (RSR) in alumina production dropped from 95.42%to 55.50%, while RSR in the aluminum production increased from 52.45%to 79.25%. However, RSR in the Chinese aluminum industry leveled off at 50%in the period of 2003-2007. The respective use ratios of domestic and imported aluminum scrap in the aluminum industry of 2007 were 5.38% and 9.40%. In contrast, both the net imported Al-containing resources and the lost quantity of Al-containing materials in aluminum cycle increased during the same period, as well as the net increased quantity of Al-containing materials in social stock and recycled Al-scrap. Proposals for promoting aluminum cycle were put forward. The import/export policy and reducing the loss of Al-containing materials for the aluminum industry in China in the future were discussed.展开更多

They are geometric OWA operator weights, equidifferent OWA operator weights and the modified RIM quantifier OWA weights. Compared with most of the common OWA methods for generating weights, the methods proposed in this paper are more intuitive and efficient in computation. And as there are more than one solution in most cases, the decision maker can set some initial condition and chooses the appropriate solution in the real decision process, which increases the flexibility of decision making to some extent. There are various averaging operators defined for IVlFSs. These operators are not monotone with respect to the total order of IVIFS, which is undesirable. This paper shows how such averaging operators can be represented by using additive generators of the product triangular norm, which simplifies and extends the existing constructions. Moreover, two new aggregation operators based on the t.ukasiewicz triangular norm are proposed, which are monotone with respect to the total order of IVIFS. The GDM process with four step...A novel group decision-making (GDM) method based on intuitionistic fuzzy sets (IFSs) is developed to evaluate the ergonomics of aircraft cockpit display and control system (ACDCS). The GDM process with four steps is discussed. Firstly, approaches are proposed to transform four types of common judgement representations into a unified expression by the form of the IFS, and the features of unifications are analyzed. Then, the aggregation operator called the IFSs weighted averaging (IFSWA) operator is taken to synthesize decision-makers’ (DMs’) preferences by the form of the IFS. In this operator, the DM’s reliability weights factors are determined based on the distance measure between their preferences. Finally, an improved score function is used to rank alternatives and to get the best one. An illustrative example proves the proposed method is effective to valuate the ergonomics of the ACDCS.展开更多
Exploring the spatial zoning of urban territories and their ecological effects under different decision preferences is an important approach to promote the sustainable utilization of regional resources.This paper cons...Exploring the spatial zoning of urban territories and their ecological effects under different decision preferences is an important approach to promote the sustainable utilization of regional resources.This paper constructs an index system for evaluating the suitability of territorial space development from the perspectives of urban development,agricultural production,and ecological conservation.It predicts and simulates the trade-offs between territorial space development and protection in Ezhou under different decision preferences using the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) and Ordered Weighted Averaging(OWA) method.The modified equivalent factor method is used to analyze the ecosystem service values of different functional areas.The results indicate the following:(1) the preferences of decision-makers considerably influence the level of territorial space suitability.Higher(lower)levels of concern for risk result in more optimistic(pessimistic) evaluators,and this affects the priority given to ecological protection(development and utilization).(2) Under the ecological priority scenario,the status quo scenario and development priority scenario,there are significant differences in regional suitability levels.The ecological priority scenario gives high importance to ecological protection,resulting in the absolute protection of the Liangzi lake area,with 42.59% of Liangzihu district considered unsuitable for development.In contrast,the development orientation scenario designates Echeng district,an economic and political center,as highly suitable for development,with over 60% of the area available for development.(3) The total value of ecosystem services in Ezhou city was 213.355 billion yuan in 2018.Ecosystem service values were mainly provided by the water area in the permanently unsuitable development zone,leading to a mismatch between the supply and demand of ecosystem services under different scenarios.展开更多

First, double hesitant linguistic elements are defined as representing the uncertain assessment information in the process of group decision making accurately and comprehensively, and the double hesitant linguistic weighted averaging operator is developed based on the defined operational laws for double hesitant linguistic elements. Then, double hesitant linguistic preference relations are defined and a means to objectively determine the weights of decision organizations is put forward using the standard deviation of scores of preferences provided by the individual decision organization for altematives. Finally the correlation coefficient between the scores of preferences and the scores of preferences are provided by the other decision organizations. Accordingly, a group decision method based on double hesitant linguistic preference relations is proposed, and a practical example of the Jiudianxia reservoir operation alternative selection is used to illustrate the practicability and validity of the method. Finally, the proposed method is compared with the existing methods. Comparative results show that the proposed method can deal with the double hesitant linguistic preference information directly, does not need any information transformation, and can thus reduce the loss of original decision information.展开更多

文摘As a useful alternative of Shewhart control chart, exponentially weighted moving average (EWMA) control chat has been applied widely to quality control, process monitoring, forecast, etc. In this paper, a method was introduced for optimal design of EWMA and multivariate EWMA (MEWMA) control charts, in which the optimal parameter pair ( λ, k) or ( λ, h ) was searched by using the generalized regression neural network (GRNN). The results indicate that the optimal parameter pair can be obtained effectively by the proposed strategy for a given in-control average running length (ARLo) and shift to detect under any conditions, removing the drawback of incompleteness existing in the tables that had been reported.

文摘Polyacrylic acid(PAA)-based binders have been demonstrated to significantly enhance the cycling stability of pure silicon(Si)anodes compared to other binder types.However,there is a notable lack of systematic and in-depth investigation into the relationship between the molecular weight(MW)of PAA and its performance in pure Si anodes,leading to an absence of reliable theoretical guidance for designing and optimizing of PAA-based binders for these anodes.Herein,we select a series of PAA with varying MWs as binders for Si nanoparticle(SiNP)anodes to systematically identify the optimal MW of PAA for enhancing the electrochemical performance of SiNP anodes.The actual MWs of the various PAA were confirmed by gel permeation chromatography to accurately establish the relationship between MW and binder performance.Within an ultrawide weight average molecular weight(M_(w))range of 35.9-4850 kDa,we identify that the PAA binder with a M_(w)of 1250 kDa(PAA125)exhibits the strongest mechanical strength and the highest adhesion strength,attributed to its favorable molecular chain orientation and robust interchain interactions.These characteristics enable the SiNP anodes utilizing PAA125 to maintain the best interfacial chemistry and bulk mechanical structure stability,leading to optimal electrochemical performance.Notably,the enhancement in cycling stability of SiNP anode by PAA125 under practical application conditions is further validated by the 1.1 Ah LLNi_(0.8)Co_(0.1)Mn_(0.1)O_(2)/SiNP@PAA125 pouch cell.

文摘The research on rolling bearing early fault detection is mainly focused on degradation index extraction and adaptive setting of alarm threshold.The mainstream methods are to extract degradation indicators based on adaptive features and set adaptive alarm thresholds based on the Shewhart control chart.However,the adaptive feature extraction method does not consider the correlation between features,and the Shewhart control chart is not sensitive to small fluctuations caused by early faults.In this study,a rolling bearing early fault detection method based on a feature clustering fusion degradation index is proposed.The multidomain statistical features are extracted to form the initial feature set,and the improved hierarchical clustering algorithm is combined with the feature evaluation index to select features to form a preferred feature subset,to ensure the richness of index information and reduce redundancy.After the construction of the degradation index,to suppress the interference caused by nonstationary and abnormal shocks in early fault detection,the accurate evaluation method and anomaly determination strategy of control chart parameters are studied,and an improved exponential weighted move average control chart is designed to monitor the degradation index.The effectiveness and superiority of the proposed method are verified by public data sets.This research provides a rolling bearing early fault detection method,which can provide comprehensive degradation indicators,eliminate interference caused by random anomalies and running in periods,and achieve an accurate detection of early bearing failures.

文摘Anthropogenic aluminum cycle in China was analyzed by the aluminum flow diagram based on the life cycle of aluminum products. The whole anthropogenic aluminum cycle consists of four stages: alumina and aluminum production, fabrication and manufacture, use and reclamation. Based on the investigation on the 2003-2007 aluminum cycles in China, a number of changes can be found. For instance, resources self-support ratio (RSR) in alumina production dropped from 95.42%to 55.50%, while RSR in the aluminum production increased from 52.45%to 79.25%. However, RSR in the Chinese aluminum industry leveled off at 50%in the period of 2003-2007. The respective use ratios of domestic and imported aluminum scrap in the aluminum industry of 2007 were 5.38% and 9.40%. In contrast, both the net imported Al-containing resources and the lost quantity of Al-containing materials in aluminum cycle increased during the same period, as well as the net increased quantity of Al-containing materials in social stock and recycled Al-scrap. Proposals for promoting aluminum cycle were put forward. The import/export policy and reducing the loss of Al-containing materials for the aluminum industry in China in the future were discussed.
文摘Based on the properties of ordered weighted averaging (OWA) operator and regular increasing monotone (RIM) quantifier, three methods for generating monotonic OWA operator weights are proposed. They are geometric OWA operator weights, equidifferent OWA operator weights and the modified RIM quantifier OWA weights. Compared with most of the common OWA methods for generating weights, the methods proposed in this paper are more intuitive and efficient in computation. And as there are more than one solution in most cases, the decision maker can set some initial condition and chooses the appropriate solution in the real decision process, which increases the flexibility of decision making to some extent. All these three OWA methods for generating weights are illustrated by numerical examples.
文摘Aim To analyze the traditional hierarchical Kalman filtering fusion algorithm theoretically and point out that the traditional Kalman filtering fusion algorithm is complex and can not improve the tracking precision well, even it is impractical, and to propose the weighting average fusion algorithm. Methods The theoretical analysis and Monte Carlo simulation methods were ed to compare the traditional fusion algorithm with the new one,and the comparison of the root mean square error statistics values of the two algorithms was made. Results The hierarchical fusion algorithm is not better than the weighting average fusion and feedback weighting average algorithm The weighting filtering fusion algorithm is simple in principle, less in data, faster in processing and better in tolerance.Conclusion The weighting hierarchical fusion algorithm is suitable for the defective sensors.The feedback of the fusion result to the single sersor can enhance the single sensorr's precision. especially once one sensor has great deviation and low accuracy or has some deviation of sample period and is asynchronous to other sensors.

文摘Based on the quantifier guided method,an ordered weighted averaging(OWA)weights generating method under given orness level with regular increasing monotone(RIM)quantifiers is proposed.Then the RIM quantifier based OWA weights generating method is modified to make the generated weights be monotonic,which can be used to express the decision maker's consistent preference information.Finally,both of these weights generating methods are extended to their generic forms,so that they can generate the OWA weights for any ordinary elements set with any given aggregated value.

文摘The class of multiple attribute decision making(MADM)problems is studied,where the attribute values are intuitionistic fuzzy numbers,and the information about attribute weights is completely unknown.A score function is first used to calculate the score of each attribute value and a score matrix is constructed,and then it is transformed into a normalized score matrix.Based on the normalized score matrix,an entropy-based procedure is proposed to derive attribute weights.Furthermore,the additive weighted averaging operator is utilized to fuse all the normalized scores into the overall scores of alternatives,by which the ranking of all the given alternatives is obtained.This paper is concluded by extending the above results to interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy set theory,and an illustrative example is also provided.

文摘The notion of the interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy set (IVIFS) is a generalization of that of the Atanassov's intuitionistic fuzzy set. The fundamental characteristic of IVIFS is that the values of its membership function and non-membership function are intervals rather than exact numbers. There are various averaging operators defined for IVlFSs. These operators are not monotone with respect to the total order of IVIFS, which is undesirable. This paper shows how such averaging operators can be represented by using additive generators of the product triangular norm, which simplifies and extends the existing constructions. Moreover, two new aggregation operators based on the t.ukasiewicz triangular norm are proposed, which are monotone with respect to the total order of IVIFS. Finally, an application of the interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy weighted averaging operator is given to multiple criteria decision making.

文摘Multiattribute decision making(MADM) problems, in which the weights and ratings of alternatives are expressed with intuitionistic fuzzy(IF) sets, are investigated.Firstly, the relative degrees of membership and the relative degrees of non-membership are formulated as IF sets, the weights and values of alternatives on both qualitative and quantitative attributes may be expressed as IF sets in a unified way.Then a MADM method based on generalized ordered weighted averaging operators is proposed.The proposed method is illustrated with a numerical example.

文摘A novel group decision-making (GDM) method based on intuitionistic fuzzy sets (IFSs) is developed to evaluate the ergonomics of aircraft cockpit display and control system (ACDCS). The GDM process with four steps is discussed. Firstly, approaches are proposed to transform four types of common judgement representations into a unified expression by the form of the IFS, and the features of unifications are analyzed. Then, the aggregation operator called the IFSs weighted averaging (IFSWA) operator is taken to synthesize decision-makers’ (DMs’) preferences by the form of the IFS. In this operator, the DM’s reliability weights factors are determined based on the distance measure between their preferences. Finally, an improved score function is used to rank alternatives and to get the best one. An illustrative example proves the proposed method is effective to valuate the ergonomics of the ACDCS.

文摘Exploring the spatial zoning of urban territories and their ecological effects under different decision preferences is an important approach to promote the sustainable utilization of regional resources.This paper constructs an index system for evaluating the suitability of territorial space development from the perspectives of urban development,agricultural production,and ecological conservation.It predicts and simulates the trade-offs between territorial space development and protection in Ezhou under different decision preferences using the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) and Ordered Weighted Averaging(OWA) method.The modified equivalent factor method is used to analyze the ecosystem service values of different functional areas.The results indicate the following:(1) the preferences of decision-makers considerably influence the level of territorial space suitability.Higher(lower)levels of concern for risk result in more optimistic(pessimistic) evaluators,and this affects the priority given to ecological protection(development and utilization).(2) Under the ecological priority scenario,the status quo scenario and development priority scenario,there are significant differences in regional suitability levels.The ecological priority scenario gives high importance to ecological protection,resulting in the absolute protection of the Liangzi lake area,with 42.59% of Liangzihu district considered unsuitable for development.In contrast,the development orientation scenario designates Echeng district,an economic and political center,as highly suitable for development,with over 60% of the area available for development.(3) The total value of ecosystem services in Ezhou city was 213.355 billion yuan in 2018.Ecosystem service values were mainly provided by the water area in the permanently unsuitable development zone,leading to a mismatch between the supply and demand of ecosystem services under different scenarios.

文摘A simple decision method is proposed to solve the group decision making problems in which the weights of decision organizations are unknown and the preferences for alternatives are provided by double hesitant linguistic preference relations. First, double hesitant linguistic elements are defined as representing the uncertain assessment information in the process of group decision making accurately and comprehensively, and the double hesitant linguistic weighted averaging operator is developed based on the defined operational laws for double hesitant linguistic elements. Then, double hesitant linguistic preference relations are defined and a means to objectively determine the weights of decision organizations is put forward using the standard deviation of scores of preferences provided by the individual decision organization for altematives. Finally the correlation coefficient between the scores of preferences and the scores of preferences are provided by the other decision organizations. Accordingly, a group decision method based on double hesitant linguistic preference relations is proposed, and a practical example of the Jiudianxia reservoir operation alternative selection is used to illustrate the practicability and validity of the method. Finally, the proposed method is compared with the existing methods. Comparative results show that the proposed method can deal with the double hesitant linguistic preference information directly, does not need any information transformation, and can thus reduce the loss of original decision information.
