Objective:To evaluate the practical application effect of nursing risk management in preventing falls among inpatients,and to provide a reference for optimizing clinical safety management strategies for inpatients.Met...Objective:To evaluate the practical application effect of nursing risk management in preventing falls among inpatients,and to provide a reference for optimizing clinical safety management strategies for inpatients.Methods:A total of 428 inpatients in our hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into a control group(218 cases)and a study group(210 cases)according to the nursing management method.The control group received routine fall prevention nursing,while the study group implemented systematic nursing risk management.The fall rate and post-fall injury rate during hospitalization were compared between the two groups.Results:The fall rate of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).Conclusion:Nursing risk management can effectively reduce the fall rate and post-fall injury rate of inpatients through systematic risk identification,targeted intervention and continuous quality improvement.It also improves patients’awareness of fall prevention and nursing satisfaction,and promotes the improvement of nurses’risk management ability,which has important clinical promotion value.展开更多

Objective:To observe the application effect of risk management in the nursing work of fever clinics,especially its effect on improving nursing satisfaction and the work quality of nursing staff,as well as reducing the...Objective:To observe the application effect of risk management in the nursing work of fever clinics,especially its effect on improving nursing satisfaction and the work quality of nursing staff,as well as reducing the incidence of nursing risk events,and to provide a scientific reference for future clinical research and practice.Methods:This study adopted a retrospective approach,fixing the research period from December 2024 to August 2025.A total of 110 patients admitted to the fever clinic of our hospital were selected as the research objects and divided into two groups(the control group and the experimental group)using the random number table method.Each group had 55 patients.Then,differentiated nursing strategies were implemented for the two groups.Both the control group and the experimental group received routine nursing.The difference was that the experimental group was additionally given risk management measures on the basis of routine nursing.After 7 days of intervention,the nursing satisfaction rate,nursing quality,cognitive score of fever clinic risks,nursing error rate,complaint rate,and incidence of risk events were compared and analyzed between the two groups.Results:The nursing satisfaction score,nursing complaint rate,incidence of nursing risk events,nursing error rate,nursing quality score,and cognitive score of fever clinic risks in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Risk management has a significant application effect in the nursing work of fever clinics,playing a positive role for both patients and nursing staff.It is an effective measure to comprehensively improve nursing quality and an important means to greatly reduce the incidence of nursing risk events,thus having high clinical promotion value.展开更多

Objective:To observe and study the practical value of adopting nest nursing in neonatal nursing.Methods:From January 2023 to January 2024,a total of 382 newborns that were admitted to the hospital were selected to car...Objective:To observe and study the practical value of adopting nest nursing in neonatal nursing.Methods:From January 2023 to January 2024,a total of 382 newborns that were admitted to the hospital were selected to carry out this study.They were divided into two groups,the routine group and the observation group,with 191 cases in each group.Newborns in the routine group were given basic nursing intervention,while those in the observation group were given bird’s nest nursing intervention.The growth and development indexes,the occurrence of adverse reactions,the improvement of gastrointestinal function,and the nursing satisfaction rate of their families were analyzed and studied.Results:The growth and development indexes of newborns in the observation group were significantly better than those in the routine group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse neonatal reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the routine group(P<0.05).The improvement of gastrointestinal function of newborns in the observation group was significantly better than that in the routine group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate of newborns’families in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion:As for the key points of clinical newborn care,the actual effect of adopting the bird’s nest nursing intervention is more prominent,and its main function is to promote the growth and development of newborns.It can not only avoid the risk of adverse reactions in many aspects but also improve the gastrointestinal function of newborns,so that the nursing satisfaction rate of family members is obviously improved.It is recommended to be applied and popularized in clinical practice.展开更多

What＇s more, the treatments with ultra-fine powder shaped maize seed coating agent took advantages in terms of fresh weight of seeding, stem diameter, and dry weight. It is notable that control effects on underground insects performed the best, with per- centage over 94%, which is more excellent relative to other agents in markets. What’s worse, disease rate reached 31.2% and the fruits could not be stored for a long term. [Objective]The paper was to screen a new ideal sustained-release,long-lasting and low-toxic pesticide and convenient and efficient pesticide application technology for controlling Ceratovacuna lanigera and Baliathrips...[Objective]The paper was to screen a new ideal sustained-release,long-lasting and low-toxic pesticide and convenient and efficient pesticide application technology for controlling Ceratovacuna lanigera and Baliathrips serratus. [Method]2% Imidacloprid GR were selected and applied in the soil for field efficacy trial. [Result] The optimum dosage of 2% imidacloprid GR was 30 kg/hm^2（ active ingredient 600 g）,which can be mixed with fertilizer（ 30 kg pesticide and 40-80 kg fertilizer per hm^2） once combined with sugarcane planting management or big ridging during February and June. The control effects against C. lanigera and B. serratus could be more than 98. 2% and 81. 1%,respectively. The actual yield and sugar content in various pesticide treatments were increased by 33 390 kg/hm^2 and 6. 6% respectively compared to blank control. [Conclusion]2% imidacloprid GR has good control effects on C. lanigera and B. serratus. It is a new pesticide with ideal sustained-release,long-lasting and low-toxin effects against C. lanigera and B. serratus. Therefore,it could be used alternatively with other pesticides,to delay production and development of drug resistance.展开更多
Objective:To analyze the application effect of Zhuang medicine aponeurotic system triple therapy in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation and its effect on the level of alpha-1 acid glycoprotein(alpha-1 AGP).Methods...Objective:To analyze the application effect of Zhuang medicine aponeurotic system triple therapy in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation and its effect on the level of alpha-1 acid glycoprotein(alpha-1 AGP).Methods:200 patients with lumbar disc herniation were selected and randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,100 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional acupuncture,and the treatment group was treated with manipulation+fire needling+cupping.The alpha-1-AGP levels before and after treatment,as well as the lumbar spine function and pain scores before and after treatment,and the adverse reactions occurred during treatment between the two groups were compared.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in alpha-1 AGP levels,lumbar function,and pain scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the lumbar function scores of the two groups were significantly increased,with the treatment group having higher scores than the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was 2.00%,which was much lower than the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:Appropriate application of Zhuang medicine aponeurotic system triple therapy in the clinical treatment of lumbar disc herniation can promote the improvement of alpha-1 AGP index level,reduce the pain degree of patients,and improve their lumbar spine function.At the same time,Zhuang medicine also has significant advantages in terms of safety,while ensuring the efficacy and safety of the treatment.展开更多

The number of patients in each group was controlled at 50 cases, of which the observation group was given intensive nursing in operating room, while the control group was given routine nursing. The data between groups were compared. Results: compared with the control group, the hemodynamic indexes of the observation group were significantly lower at 30min after operation, and the serum IL-6 of the observation group was significantly lower at the end of operation and at the 1st day after operation, and the scores of bad emotions in the observation group were significantly lower at the 1st day after operation, P < 0.05;the clinical indexes, hemodynamic indexes 30min before operation, preoperative serum IL-6, preoperative adverse emotions and the incidence of adverse events in the operating room were compared between the two groups, P > 0.05. 文摘The study analyzed the effect of dental caries prevention strategies on caries incidence,oral hygiene status and parental satisfaction.The results showed that the comprehensive application of multiple prevention strategies can significantly reduce the incidence of dental caries,improve oral hygiene and improve parental satisfaction.By reviewing the literature at home and abroad in recent years,this paper aims to explore the effect of childhood caries prevention strategies in oral clinical application,and provides scientific basis and practical guidance for the prevention of childhood caries in oral clinical work.
文摘Surgical nursing education has long grappled with a tension between traditional lecture-based models and actual practice needs.Students have difficulty converting theory into functional nursing skills in the passive format of knowledge acquisition.As medical education concepts have been renewed,the goals of educating nursing talents with independent judgment and adaptability to clinical practice have evolved into a significant direction of teaching reform.To this end,the“flipped classroom”model that blends lecture with discussion,through the mechanism of“internalized absorption”and“discussion”in the classroom,represents both a new teaching model that meets the need for integration of surgical nursing knowledge and an approach to skill application.This model reconstructs the teaching and learning process by providing a bridge for students to transfer from understanding knowledge to clinical thinking,thus providing a path forward for the dilemma of the separation of theory and practice in surgical nursing education.
文摘Objective:This study investigates the effect of orthopedic nursing in patients with ankle fractures.Methods:A total of 84 patients with ankle fractures treated in our hospital from September 2022 to September 2023 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table,with 42 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received orthopedic nursing clinical pathway on the basis of traditional nursing.We analyzed and scored the nursing satisfaction and nursing effect of the two groups.Results:Compared with the control group,the observation group had a higher total nursing satisfaction rate,shorter time to get out of bed,shorter hospital stay,and lower hospitalization cost.The Barid score and AOFAS score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,while the NRS score was lower.Conclusion:The application of orthopedic nursing clinical pathway in patients with ankle fractures significantly improves their quality of life,promotes better recovery of ankle function,and shortens the rehabilitation time.
文摘Objective:To observe and study the practical value of adopting nest nursing in neonatal nursing.Methods:From January 2023 to January 2024,a total of 382 newborns that were admitted to the hospital were selected to carry out this study.They were divided into two groups,the routine group and the observation group,with 191 cases in each group.Newborns in the routine group were given basic nursing intervention,while those in the observation group were given bird’s nest nursing intervention.The growth and development indexes,the occurrence of adverse reactions,the improvement of gastrointestinal function,and the nursing satisfaction rate of their families were analyzed and studied.Results:The growth and development indexes of newborns in the observation group were significantly better than those in the routine group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse neonatal reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the routine group(P<0.05).The improvement of gastrointestinal function of newborns in the observation group was significantly better than that in the routine group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate of newborns’families in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion:As for the key points of clinical newborn care,the actual effect of adopting the bird’s nest nursing intervention is more prominent,and its main function is to promote the growth and development of newborns.It can not only avoid the risk of adverse reactions in many aspects but also improve the gastrointestinal function of newborns,so that the nursing satisfaction rate of family members is obviously improved.It is recommended to be applied and popularized in clinical practice.
文摘This study compared the control effect of 110 g/L etoxazole SC,15%abamectin·etoxazole SC,30%cyetpyrafen SC,43%bifenazate SC and 1.8%abamectin EC five acaricides sprayed by unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)on Panonychus citri,aiming to screen out the appropriate acaricide for the control of this pest by UAV spraying.The results showed that 15%abamectin·etoxazole SC and 30%cyetpyrafen SC had the highest control efficacy,which remained above 90%14 d after application.Secondary performance was observed in 43%bifenazate SC and 110 g/L etoxazole SC,which demonstrated enhancing control effect.However,1.8%abamectin EC showed slower effect.Considering the control effect and population reduction rate of P.citri,15%abamectin·etoxazole SC and 30%cyetpyrafen SC were suggested as the effective acaricides for the control of this pest.
文摘[Objective] This study aimed to investigate the characteristics of bio-organic fertilizer and its effect when applied to peach.[Method] Through launching demonstration trial on the application of bio-organic fertilizer in the major fruit producing areas in Liaoning Province,the effects of bio-organic fertilizer on peach growth and soil were investigated.[Results] After application of bio-organic fertilizer,both the peach yield and fruit quality were improved to some extent,of which yields was increased by 16.4％ compared with the control,and vitamin C and total sugar contents were also significantly increased; application of bio-organic fertilizer also improved the contents of total nitrogen,rapidly available phosphorus,available potassium and organic matter in soil,and reduced the soil volume weight.[Conclusion] Bioorganic fertilizer can significantly improve fruit yield and quality,as well as improving orchard soil and protecting the environment,thus possessing a bright application prospect in the production of green fruits.

文摘The research explored adaptability maize seed coating agent in spring sowing and effects of ultra-fine powder shaped areas in northeast China. The results showed that germination potential and rate both improved around 5% and the num- ber of root increased by 4% in the treatments with ultra-fine powder shaped maize seed coating agent compared with the control group without seed coating. What＇s more, the treatments with ultra-fine powder shaped maize seed coating agent took advantages in terms of fresh weight of seeding, stem diameter, and dry weight. It is notable that control effects on underground insects performed the best, with per- centage over 94%, which is more excellent relative to other agents in markets. Therefore, ultra-fine powder shaped maize seed coating agent can be widely applied in spring sowing areas in northeast China, without side effects.

文摘In order to accelerate the construction of green production mode for tea in Hubei Province, improve the yield of tea and use efficiency of fertilizers, and improve the quality of tea, application effects of special slow-release formula fertilizer in tea plants were investigated in Wuhan. The results showed that compared with conventional fertilization, application of tea plant-specific slow-release formula fertilizer improved the yield of tea by more than 30%. The amino acid content in tea was increased by 21.05% and 30.82%, respectively, and the income was increased 27 696 （33.88%） and 27 624 （33.79%） yuan/hm2, respectively.

文摘The research explored the effects of compound management model on soil fertility and peach tree production, involving free-range chicken and returning chicken manure to fields. The results showed that the effects of chicken manure on soil fertility were poorer compared with organic fertilizers, but the former would bet-ter promote peach tree growth and improve yields. On the other hand, the peach fruits applied with chicken manures were smal in size and poor in commercial val-ue. What’s worse, disease rate reached 31.2% and the fruits could not be stored for a long term. Therefore, the compound management model combining agriculture and animal husbandry should intensify epidemic prevention to take place of organic fertilizers.

文摘In order to explore the application effect of Yezhiyuan in early hybrid rice,Liangliangyou No.211 and Lingliangyou No.268 were tested in a teaching base in Hunan Agricultural University and Xidu Town, Hengyang County, with Yezhiyuan.The test results showed that the application of photosynthesis synergist in later tillering stage would increase the content of chlorophyll of functional leaf and photosynthetic rate, reduce transpiration rate and enhance yield per unit area. With Yezhiyuan applied, both of photosynthetic rate and chlorophyll content kept higher compared with control group in two experimental sites, and practical yield in Hunan Agricultural University grew 8.54% higher compared with control group, and 10.67%in Hengyang.

文摘Objective:To study the clinical effect of applying clinical pathway teaching method in clinica1 teaching of cardiology.Methods:This paper verifies and calculates that 50 interns working in cardiology department in our hospita1 from October 2016 to October 2019 are divided into groups and comparea in the form of double-blind method.1he rererence group(n=25)uses traditional teachingmethods,and the experimental group(n=25)uses clinical pathway teaching method.The satisfaction degree,teaching quality,theoretical assessment results,operation assessment and comprehensive assessment results of interns in the experimental group and the reference group are compared.Results:The satisfaction degree,theoretical examination result,operation examinationt comprehensive examination result,improvement of team spirit,professiona1 quality,improvemen of professional ethics,standardized diagnosis and treatment,improvement of clinical problem handling ability,stimulation of learning interest and cultivation of clinical thinking of the interns in the experimental group were compared with those of the reference group(P<0.05),showing the value of statistica1 comparison and demonstration between data indexes.Conclusion:The application of clinical path-teaching method in clinical teaching of cardiology can improve the clinical teaching effect and teaching quality.
文摘Objective:In 2022,a pneumonia caused by novel coronavirus broke out in Shanghai.A large number of medical personnel were deployed nationwide to support the Fangcang Shelter Hospital of National Exhibition and Convention Center(Shanghai).Because the of the underdeveloped infrastructure and the disorganized layout process,the phenomenon of infection among medical personnel was rampant given the highly contagious nature of the Omicron variant.This paper discusses the effect of 6S management in infection control management of Fangcang Shelter Hospital of National Exhibition and Convention Center(Shanghai).Methods:A series of 6S management practices were carried out based on the evaluation of the control management of Fangcang Shelter Hospital of National Exhibition and Convention Center(Shanghai)during the anti-epidemic period,and the effect of the implementation of 6S management was studied based on the rapport among team members and the overall control system process,the management of wearing and stripping channels,the time of wearing protective articles and the psychological and emotional changes of the team members.Results:After the implementation of 6S management mode,the management of dressing room,epidemic prevention materials,and occupational protection awareness and infection control safety were significantly improved.More than 95.5%of the team members believed that improving the working environment in the shelter increased the confidence of victory in the fight against the epidemic,reduced the preparations before entering and leaving the cabin,improved the work efficiency and ensured occupational safety.It ensures the realization of the goal of“zero infection”and is set as a benchmark of control work of Fangcang Shelter Hospital of National Exhibition and Convention Center(Shanghai).Conclusion:The application of 6S management mode to the shelter infection control management can create and maintain a good working environment in the shelter,promote the implementation effect of various systems and processes of infection control,reduce the potential infection risk in the shelter and improve the efficiency of infection control management.

文摘[Objective]The paper was to screen a new ideal sustained-release,long-lasting and low-toxic pesticide and convenient and efficient pesticide application technology for controlling Ceratovacuna lanigera and Baliathrips serratus. [Method]2% Imidacloprid GR were selected and applied in the soil for field efficacy trial. [Result] The optimum dosage of 2% imidacloprid GR was 30 kg/hm^2（ active ingredient 600 g）,which can be mixed with fertilizer（ 30 kg pesticide and 40-80 kg fertilizer per hm^2） once combined with sugarcane planting management or big ridging during February and June. The control effects against C. lanigera and B. serratus could be more than 98. 2% and 81. 1%,respectively. The actual yield and sugar content in various pesticide treatments were increased by 33 390 kg/hm^2 and 6. 6% respectively compared to blank control. [Conclusion]2% imidacloprid GR has good control effects on C. lanigera and B. serratus. It is a new pesticide with ideal sustained-release,long-lasting and low-toxin effects against C. lanigera and B. serratus. Therefore,it could be used alternatively with other pesticides,to delay production and development of drug resistance.

文摘Objective:To analyze the application effect of Zhuang medicine aponeurotic system triple therapy in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation and its effect on the level of alpha-1 acid glycoprotein(alpha-1 AGP).Methods:200 patients with lumbar disc herniation were selected and randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,100 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional acupuncture,and the treatment group was treated with manipulation+fire needling+cupping.The alpha-1-AGP levels before and after treatment,as well as the lumbar spine function and pain scores before and after treatment,and the adverse reactions occurred during treatment between the two groups were compared.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in alpha-1 AGP levels,lumbar function,and pain scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the lumbar function scores of the two groups were significantly increased,with the treatment group having higher scores than the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was 2.00%,which was much lower than the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:Appropriate application of Zhuang medicine aponeurotic system triple therapy in the clinical treatment of lumbar disc herniation can promote the improvement of alpha-1 AGP index level,reduce the pain degree of patients,and improve their lumbar spine function.At the same time,Zhuang medicine also has significant advantages in terms of safety,while ensuring the efficacy and safety of the treatment.
文摘Objective: to study the application effect of refined operating room nursing in patients undergoing coronary artery bypass surgery (off-pump). Methods: 100 patients undergoing coronary artery bypass surgery without cardiopulmonary bypass were selected and divided into groups according to a certain way. The number of patients in each group was controlled at 50 cases, of which the observation group was given intensive nursing in operating room, while the control group was given routine nursing. The data between groups were compared. Results: compared with the control group, the hemodynamic indexes of the observation group were significantly lower at 30min after operation, and the serum IL-6 of the observation group was significantly lower at the end of operation and at the 1st day after operation, and the scores of bad emotions in the observation group were significantly lower at the 1st day after operation, P < 0.05;the clinical indexes, hemodynamic indexes 30min before operation, preoperative serum IL-6, preoperative adverse emotions and the incidence of adverse events in the operating room were compared between the two groups, P > 0.05. Conclusion: the application of refined operating room nursing in patients undergoing off-pump coronary artery bypass surgery has an ideal nursing effect.
